We are watching you like a hawk - make no bones about this sordid situation - it is getting worse.

The vultures charging each patient $50,000 - coming before the SF Budget Committee with presentations - half-cooked - and estimates that defy standards - no one cares to audit these - charlatans.
We have so many mentally challenged on the streets of San Francisco. Add to that the many who have been traumatized - most have had COVID - many three or four times over.

China is wholly responsible for this endemic of drug addiction - another ploy besides stealing our copyrighted information, other information linked to our weapons, and communication apparatus - targeting our health and welfare - while selling us - cheap trinkets.
Addiction is hellish - and only those who suffer " cold turkey " and the abject abuse from their surroundings know most what it means to be maltreated.
We have so-called " hot teams." - other so-called Case Managers - there are counselors - who purport how to help those in need.
Psychologists who act like Psychiatrists - each vying to create statistics - one to 30 patients - one to 40 patients - making good money.
The San Francisco Health Department has a Director who deals with " Wellness" that has NO standards - lacks a sustainable and viable program.
Why do we hire these jerks from New York - when we have better-qualified people here in San Francisco.
One has just to study the pay salaries of these folks - bleeding the General Fund of our City and County of San Francisco.
It takes months to hire - these folks be they Registered Nurses, Case Managers, Counselors with better qualifications - Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Nutritionists - others.
Medical Technicians, Doctors who deal with the mentally challenged - Behavioral scientists, and Data Collectors - all making good money - but the operations - do not deliver - the results are poor at best.
One program dealing with the mentally challenged - cost over $84 million.
Another cost $200 million, yet another was priced over $400 million.
The current Chair of the Budget and Appropriation Committee - and the others on the Committee - keep repeating some glaring mistakes - each year.
No entity should come to the meeting - without a sound presentation. A presentation with many grey areas and loopholes says it all.
Lack of a sound needs assessment - lack of goals - for sure having no accountability.
Add to lack of transparency, and there is nothing more to say - except these vermin do not need any consideration.
Some entities do not have their lease in place.

Not a whimper about shootings on Mid-Market - Private Security guards and so-called Practitioners - who work for Urban Alchemy - confronting one another.
Nothing much has changed on the streets - and those paid $17.50 an hour - so-called practitioners who work for Urban Alchemy - hustle as they used to - before they spent time in jail.
Not all of them - but most. The taxpayers and decent citizens of San Francisco - are held - hostage.
So what happens after - the six months are over? Who will hire the Urban Alchemy practitioners - who certify these practitioners - and how can they perform duties as security guards - without carrying certified - security guard cards?
How many of those employed by Urban Alchemy - will be prepared for Career Jobs?
Is it accurate that the CEO who leads Urban Alchemy - involved in the infamous - pitstop scandal conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - now makes $220,000?
The same person is on the Our City, Our Home, Oversight Committee but does not attend the meetings?
This in your face - blatant defiance - to defy corruption and foster it in broad daylight - is out of control - and involves over $40 million. Think about this - all taxpayers' money.
Those entities involved in non-profits are raking in the money-making hay while the sun shines.
Endorsed by the SF Health Department, the SF Controller, the Mayor of San Francisco, the SF Office of Emergency Services, the SF Police Department - and others.
