THE SF REDISTRICTING TASK FORCE - FAILED TO REPRESENT THE HARD WORKING, TAX PAYING CONSTITUENTS - NOW, WE ALL HAVE TO LIVE WITH A NEFARIOUS DISASTER - FOR THE NEXT TEN YEARS.

This is a link that may help some to have access to the latest San Francisco redistricting map.

This map gives one some sense of the Supervisorial Districts.

The final map has yet to be officially printed - with the names of streets - and other finer demarcations - buffoonery.

There is no doubt in the mind of all San Franciscans - more decent constituents that the San Francisco Redistricting Task Force has failed us all.

From the inception, they had no clue what to do - with no blueprint in mind - they rambled a lot - the Chair foremost - did not take his job seriously - making excuses every opportunity he got.

Now, for the next ten years - we all have to suffer - and these buffoons on the SF Redistricting Task Force - still continue to pat their behind - and dare to tell us they mean us no harm.

Further, they are so full of it - that they want to leave further members of the SF Redistricting Task Force -  tips on what to do and what not to do.

This is like the blind leading the blind - one buffoon telling the other buffoons what to do.

Another version of the SF Redistricting final map - that the buffoons on the SF Redistricting Task Force - manipulated - called Gerrymandering - the idiots still do not get it - even on the last day patting their behinds - saying they did a good job.

This is the United States of America - fundamentally, to address the salient and pertinent issues - involved with the SF Redistricting Task Force - one must read and comprehend our Constitution.

This exercise mandates understanding the Civil Rights Voters' Rights of 1965.

The City and County of San Francisco have our own SF City Charter - that most folks have not read less understand.

It helps to understand Cultural Competency - Racial Bias - in short, having the ability to work with all parties.

From its inception, Arnold Townsend had no clue what he was doing. Except for taking orders from some entities - that had a hidden agenda. At the last meeting - he was ranting - utter nonsense - please stay away from representing - and more any matter - that involves the citizens of San Francisco.

Gaspar de Portola - First Governor of California - the Portola - once inhabited in early 1906 by Jews and Italians - later Maltese, French - check the map above to gather the current population statistics. The University Mound Reservoir - provides fresh drinking water to far-off places - downtown, District 9. Once known for many flower nurseries -  Mclaren Park is the second-largest park in the City and County of San Francisco. Once famous for BBQ Vic and Betty on San Bruno Avenue - Arminino's Deli, the Avenue Club, Lido pastries,  Bells Pizza, Woody's TV, Muscat Market, Ace Hardware, Zupo's Carpet, Borello's Dry Cleaning, no more. Portola High School is now Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School - the population has changed - and with it drastic changes - no variety that is worth the salt.

Some entities wanted an apology and thought that nothing would move forward if they did not get an apology.

For example, in the Portola District, we have Koreans,  folks from Vietnam - and Cambodia - who have lived in the Portola for decades.

We have folks from Mynamar, Burma, East Timor, Sudan, Eritrea, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, Yemen, Jordon, India, and Taiwan.

Folks from Ukraine, Russia, Croatia, Romania, Austria, Italy, and other European countries.

Folks from Peru, Argentina, Costa Rica, Belize, Guatemala, and other South American nations.

Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Portugal, Spain, France, Malta, Germany, the Philippines, Australia, England, and other places.

Why would the Portola District pander to some few entities who cannot speak English? Speak only Cantonese and Mandarin - and think they say - for all those, I have mentioned above?

Have not read the Constitution, less the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco.

Do not know about the process and want an apology because someone said something that hurt their feelings.

In Shanghai and some other parts of China - over 15 million Chinese are quarantined - the Chinese using a failed zero-quartine order - if you protest - you could disappear.

In the United States, we treasure our freedom - there is a big difference between license and freedom. Abuse of freedom is license.

If you want to be at the table - comprehend our U.S. Constitution, the SF City Charter, the Civil Rights Voters' Rights of 1965.

Learn more about Cultural Competency and begin to under Racial Biasness - all this and more - is the American way.

If you are petty-minded - do not understand the process - find that it is too hot in the kitchen - stay out of the due process - or you are free to take the matter to court - for all the world to witness your foolishness.

Once you take the matter to court - fully understand you need to understand English.

You will learn more about freedom - the Constitution, our Court system,  and even more about Social Science - and understand that America is a melting pot.

In the process - understand what it means to be an American.

For over forty years, I have defended the SF American Chinese population at City Hall - so I know what I am talking about.

The Tongs know me - and I have attended their functions - and learned more. Let us not take a minor point - a moot statement made in anger - and make a mountain out of a molehill.

Arrogance - and ignorance will not get anyone towards progress.

I know this process - as one who has fought in the trenches - defending all - assessing - all sorts of issues that adversely impact Quality of life.

The people united - will never, ever be defeated.

We all honor and respect the flag of the United States.

It is a shame that some think - without understanding the fundamental issues and process - when they fundamentally cannot speak the language that is English.

We can bear and cater to interpretation - but enough of the mockery - fifteen to twenty people saying the same thing - and we have to hear it. This must STOP.

Have not read nor understand the process of the mandates reading and understand the San Francisco Charter, have knowledge of the Civil Rights Voters Right of 1965.

It pays to serve our Nation - and not pretend that just because you landed here in the United States - you can do as you please - for God's sake - stop abusing freedom.

Some at public comment have no clue about Cultural Competency  - the baseline understanding of Racial bias and more.

If they are citizens of the United States - and want to live here as citizens - have tolerance.

Much like they are allowed to express their views in a language, not English.

It makes no sense for fifteen people to say the same thing in another language - not English.

The interpreter reading a statement that those have read - saying the same exact thing.

For sure, we are a free nation - that has freedom.  There is freedom, and there is license - abuse of freedom is license.

Let those who want to cause confusion - make this process a long, drawn-out process - starting at 10 am and going on for 14 hours - until the wee morning hours - 4 am - have second thoughts.

I live in the Portola District - I have never seen those who purport to know about Portola - help us stop Caltrans - blocking the exit to Silver and San Bruno - on Highway 101 southbound.

I have not seen any of the same folks - talking from both sides of their mouth - fight to stop depriving businesses and others - of parking on San Bruno Avenue.

We have had problems at University Mound - and there has not been a hue and cry - now, suddenly somewhat to Portola to join with Visitation Valley - most of them are Chinese - and they have no right to speak for the many others - that they do not represent.

Take a look at the list of people of other cultures who live in the Portola District that some Chinese think they represent. They do not, and animosity towards the Chinese will spread wild if they do not change their ways.

We know this is not coming from those speaking on a topic that they have no clue about - mentioning the name of the District 10 Supervisor - they are prompted to do so - by some other folks with an ulterior motive.

District 9 has unique issues and problems that some of us have been addressing for decades.

We get many thieves and other miscreants in the Portola District, adversely impacting the Portola District. These issues adversely - Quality of Life Issues - have not been easy.

We have not seen these so-called advocates who want to join Visitation Valley to Portola - work for unity and address the adverse impacts; in fact, many do not know English and hence do not know what I am talking about.

If you do not live in the Portola District - some of you who speak from both sides of your mouth - have no clue about Dwayne Jusino - who led the charge to create Portola District - some 30 years ago.

We have not seen you jerks - who purport to know some - at the SF Planning Department, the Land Use, or the many Neighborhood and Safety meetings.

The Police Commission meetings, the SF Unified School meetings, the Rules Committee, the SF Public Utilities Commission, and other meetings.

Dikta Rainer admitted she had no clue about the Portola District.  Yet she was the vice-chair - and kept adding fuel to the fire. Other SF Redistricting Task Force members thought they could Gerrymander and get away with murder - you have blood on your hands. None of you have any right to speak for those who have not given you permission.

It is not easy to spend 9, 10, 14 hours - listening to boring stuff - the SF Redistricting Task Force - waging their tongue - speaking utter nonsense at times.

Take a break at 2 am in the wee hours of the morning - then resume the meeting.

We see a map flashed on the screen - the boundaries changed - upsetting us all.

Some of you on the SF Redistricting Task Force - think nothing of this abject mentality and stupid actions.

There must be some criteria to choose whoever is chosen to be on the SF Redistricting Task Force - someone like Arnold Townsend is not that person - he is not respected in the community - he and his inner circle, including Amos Brown.

Before meeting as a body - the SF Redistricting Task Force should have a deep orientation - given by a qualified Constitutional Attorney.

Another expert on the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco.

Should take a class on Racial Bias - and Cultural Competency.

Have a class on the Civil Rights Act and the Voters' Act of 1965.

This is the land of the Muwekma Ohlone - and San Francisco has nothing to show that the land - all the land that is San Francisco was given to anyone. The land was stolen - and everyone must know this and acknowledge whose land this is.

Indigenous people always acknowledge whose land this is - and honor the Elders and those that the land belongs to - the Muwekma Ohlone.

No one owns the land in China - the Communist Party owns the land.

In China, one cannot protest - you could lose your head - or be sent somewhere never to return.

In China, the Uyghurs who are Muslims are incarcerated - their organs harvested - and many are killed just because they refuse to learn or speak Mandarin, which is not their language.

We all have a right to protest - we also have a right to express ourselves - it would be nice to speak in English.

If not one person who has the same thing to say - spoken for by a designated speaker.

STOP making a mockery of the process - and then defending the nonsense that we all tolerate.

We want representation - there must be a standard - do not bus people - to speak on a topic they have no clue about.

Accept if they think - they can have one area adjoined to another - if they make loud noises. In this case, Visitation Valley to Portola.

Some mandates help create historic districts and cultural communities - Little Saigon comes to mind.

The LGBTQ cultural district - the African American Cultural District in District 10 and so on.

Suffice to say, we have China Town that is suffering now - more since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many do not want San Bruno Avenue - in the Portola District - to be another Clement Street, Grant Street, or a second China Town.

That may be their prerogative, and that is nothing wrong with hearing that opinion or reason for it.

Finally, most are not pleased with the final  SF redistricting map.

The charge given to the SF Redistricting Task Force - was abused - we will monitor you all and hold you accountable. Aho.

Here is a map - that demarcates the boundaries - and helps one find the many changes. Those of us who monitored the process - spent hundreds of hours. The SF Redistricting Task Force - making a fool of themselves. Many of them have no sense of SF history - no sense of salient and pertinent facts - ignorant and arrogant - we are monitoring them like a hawk.
