THE CURRENT SF POLICE COMMISSION - TALKS THE TALK - HAS FAILED MISERABLY FAILED TO TAKE A STAND - ON THE CURRENT HATE CRIMES AND VIOLENCE AGAINST INNOCENT ASIANS .

 SF Police Commission spoke her mind - if she was on the SF Police Commission today - the outcome would be different.

The recent hate and violent crimes against innocent citizens more Asians here in San Francisco point to the SF Police Commission that has failed miserably - and our City and County of San Francisco - failing to invite the United States - Department of Justice to take a lead and shed light - where there has been abject violence. 

For decades Asians have kept quiet - while the SF Police Department and other authorities have treated Chinese Americans with disdain. 

At this juncture I would like to recall and state a fact - that former Angela Chan - would have taken a stand -and called a higher authority - to investigate and implement stricter patrolling - and action on those mostly Black mentally challenged - attacking, assaulting, and now stabbing innocent people.

Malia Cohen the present Chair of the SF Police Commission is a lackey of Mayor London Breed. The other Black on the  SF Police Commission hails from Fresno - each time he opens his mouth he says something - that means nothing at all.

Mayor London Breed for all her finger-pointing - has failed San Francisco - we must now invite the United States Department of Justice - before this hate and violent crimes - become shootings and killings - most by Blacks who has mental issues. 

It is time to call the United States - Department of Justice - more the Division of Civil Rights.

We just cannot be taking drab, sordid, totally out of sync actions - when we see that our Civil Rights have been abused and desecrated - who is fooling whom?

The United States - Department of Justice must be called in - and present SF Police Commission and the SF Police Department investigated - if need be - another " CONSENT DECREE " enforced making the SF Police Department the longest Police Department in our Nation - to be placed on " Consent Decree ".

Watching the SF Police Commission and more Malia Cohen - is a JOKE. The woman has lost her mind - talking too much - and not focused on the meeting - the agenda items are taken out of sync - and there is too much commentary - the entire SF Police Commission - more like a sitcom.

We must do a needs assessment of why is there a disproportionate number of Blacks in our jails. The population of Black in San Francisco hovering around 4% - and an inordinate number of Blacks without jobs.

Many Blacks who were incarcerated - have been let free - those that have spent some time - the recent Novel COVID-19 pandemic - has created - surges of COVID-19 cases in the jails - and the authorities have decided NOT to put too many incarcerated - in harm's way.

These folks have been given some little money - and set free - with no holistic programs and resources in place to accept these poor souls - who have gone from a bad situation - to one that is even worse.

These violent assaults on Asians and more those Elderly - have shocked everyone - but our leadership - has not done a sound - viable and sustainable " needs assessment " - and all signs point to a dysfunction SF Police Department.

And even wore SF Police Commission - where some are appointed by the MACHINE to further the evil designs - of the current abject corruption in San Francisco.

Harlan Kelly the former General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission a Black - charged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and as things stand - will spend time in jail. His wife the SF City Administrator - resigned - she saw the writing on the wall.

Juliet Ellis the Chief Strategist of the SF Public Utilities Commission could not account for millions of dollars - Community Benefits money - a Black and a disgrace to the human race.

While all these crimes of corruption are raging like a fire - more a Tsunami of sorts - Quality of Life issues are being compromised - adversely impacting our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged.

In the interim Shamann Walton is busy with Racial Equity for Blacks and Reparations for Blacks. Any jailbird who has not reformed himself - must first pay the taxpayers all the millions we spent - to reform - these scumbags - who now are politicians - the day one trust a sordid politician - and their convoluted ways - the world will catch on fire - and experience - a pandemonium of the worst order.

And then there is Dwayne Jones a Black from Los Angels - he purports to be the Gatekeeper of the Bayview Hunters Point area - a Philanthropist who is has stolen millions of dollars - all Community Benefits money - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project.

Dwayne Jone handed the Community Benefits linked to WorkForce and Juliet Ellis the Community Benefits linked to Outreach - this was on paper only. Millions were wasted - pandering to corrupt folks - giving our $300,000 grants - and more - while the entire community and more poor indigent Blacks were and are slowly - dying.

Community of Opportunities a gimmick laid on the community by Dwayne Jones - he walked way to pocket a million or two and wasted millions on frivolous projects.  Dwayne Jones -  was fired. 

  

In the 1970s the Bayview Hunters Point taxpayers and constituents - participated in the mitigation of the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment plant - not far from the current 1800 Oakdale - Southeast Community Facility Commission Building.

The  Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - held culinary classes, nurses could be certified, there were quality classes for tailors, other classes that all participated and were thankful to the leaders of that time.

The visionary community members proposed horticultural classes - and three Green Houses - were operational - profits from this ventures - used for scholarships and more.

Toye Moses started the demise of the Southeast Community Facility Commission building - replace by DionJay Brookter - from Fresno - who worked with Shamann Walton - to create the downfall of all the programs at 1800 Oakdale.

Today plans are afoot to tear down 1800 Oakdale and transfer all the benefits that are associated deeply with the mitigation of 1980 - deeply connected with the community at large.

Just like that someone wants the benefits to transferring to the 1550 Evans Project - a building built on land that is prone to liquefaction - and is a very polluted zone - as stated by the Bay Area Air Quality Management - these vermin from all over the place have invaded our community and are pulling wool over our eyes in broad daylight.

All BLACKS  hoodwinking the community at large in broad daylight.

People are NOT educated on issues - and with the Novel, COVID-19 pandemic - surging forward - most folks in the Bayview Hunters Point are trying to survive, Many have died - all documented - we have the empirical data. Quality of Life issues has been compromised.

It has been a long 15 years that I have documented the empirical data - and all these mostly Blacks have cast a dark cloud on our community - Dwayne Jones, Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Elosie Patton.

Veronica  Hunnicutt,  Doris Vincent, Linda Richardson, Toye Moses, Oscar Jones, Malia Cohen, Sophie Maxwell - the many Black Poverty Pimp Pastors - the Tabernacle Group for sure - what are we to make of this situation?

We are in a pandemic - our Elders are now placed in Recreational Vehicles around Pier 94 - sand and dust flying all around - the Elders living their last days - in an environment that adversely impacts their lives - daily.

In the vicinity- devoid of an environment that is healthy.

In an area - the desolate - with no stores, no recreational facilities - no health food - and Shamann Walton purport to be a Nutritionists - he is the President of the SF Board of Supervisors - in any one of the long sessions - you can watch him consume three or four Red Bull cans - the cameraman makes sure we see this - too.

There is only one segment of our population that needs immediate reparations - the indigenous people of Turtle Island - now known as the United States of America.

This land - better known to those whose heart is in the right place as Turtle Island - will not rest - until all tribes who live here for over 15,000 years - all carbon dated - are recognized.

These ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - by sordid individuals like Shamann Walton must STOP.

People who love building high-density buildings on land that is contaminated. Folks who stole Community Benefits - in the millions and think - that they will not be brought to book. Your time is coming - scumbags.
