Do we really have a very clear understanding - the blatant assaults on Asians - most of them by BLACKS - many of these BLACKS - mentally challenged.
These attacks as I have stated are mostly focused on Asians in one case a man from Thailand and the others on Chinese. Even though Pacific Islanders are lumped with Asians - we have NOT seen any attacks on Pacific Islanders - Polynesian - and we must have a clear understanding of who lumped the Polynesian with the Asians.
Way back in the year 2002 - there was a meeting held - in downtown San Francisco - and some folks of Japanese origin were presenting - grants for American Asians and Pacific Islander taxpayers - there was no Chinese American representation.
I asked why was there no Chinese American representation and if Pacific Islanders were grouped and recognized at this presentation for grants - why were NO grants offered or allocated to the Pacific Islander segment of the population.
One of the facilitators an American Japanese told us they were working on it.
Our City and County of San Francisco is a Racist City - make no bones about it.
Recently the assaults are gathering momentum and it will only get worse - because no one is paying attention to the underlying factors.
One of two Chinese Americans is acting as spokespeople - talking from both sides of their mouth - while at ground zero - as I mentioned derogatory remarks - thrown at Chinese Americans - riding the MUNI bus and on the streets of San Francisco.
At the San Francisco Police Commission - the Chair Malia Cohen - ask the SF Police Chief what was he going to do about these assaults - that are mostly not called " hate crimes " - because those studying these cases want to pivot and deflect the cases into a category - that favors those that attacked innocent people - in this case mostly Chinese American - and invoke the mantra - they are really " mentally challenged ".
So why do we have proportionally an inordinate of mentally challenged who are Black?
We see them all over the place on Market Street, on Geary Boulevard, on San Bruno Avenue, in the Bayview Hunters Point - and I myself have encountered these " mentally challenged " and most of them have been Black.
On another note that is important why do we have so many Blacks incarcerated in our San Francisco jails? The percentage of Blacks living in San Francisco 4% of the general population - the percentage incarcerated in San Francisco jails - 54%.
In this mix - there is talk about Racial Equity - and most of the loudmouths are Black the likes of Sheryl Evan Davis, Shakira Simley, Shamann Walton. London Breed, the Poverty Pimp Pastors, and more.
More than $30 million has been collected - in the name of Racial Equity - penalizing the SF Police Department the SF Sheriff Department - other SF City Departments - and there is no Blue Print - how this money is being spent.
The San Francisco Health Department - took forever to hire the head of Behavioral Department - there is little improvement - on the streets of San Francisco - too many deranged - many armed with sticks and knives - it is more like a War Zone.
If one of these deranged maniacs attack a woman or a child - and it happens all the time - few know what to do - I have had a lot of patience - as I know millions of dollars are wasted - in the name of taking care of violence and little is done - folks in charge - kicking the can down the street.
Now millions have been distributed to print and distribute flyers - while that is no security - worth the salt provided to the most vulnerable - most of them attacked by Blacks.
The SF Police Department does not have viable and sustainable software where one can query and precisely find out the crime committed and who committed it?
Some 272 recommendations were made by the Community Oriented Police Services (COPS) - an entity that is attached to the United States Department of Justice - this entity was deactivated and funding stopped - by the former Administration.

The SF Police Department found over $400,000 to pay consultants and for the last four years - these recommendations have been discussed - but short of that - that has been NO progress - when it comes to Quality of Life issues.
The SF Police Department has a long history - coming under the "Consent Decree " - some Judge some entity monitoring the SF Police Department - and today for all the talk there has been NO walk.
The SF Police Commission is a parody of jokesters - the person who talks the most is Malia Cohen - the SF Police Commission is like a " bad sitcom " - long drab comments - and no one focused on the issues at hand - in the middle of the Novel COVID-19 pandemic.
I was the first to write about the Oscar Grant incident and part of the group that went to Oakland and we took care of business.
I was the first to write about the Mario Woods incident - and helped in the many meetings we held - we stood tall and represented.
We never saw Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Shakira Simley, London Breed, other lackeys - who are now coming out with all sorts of gimmicks - REPARATIONS - and so on.
Anyone who is a jailbird does not deserve reparation. They must first pay all the money taxpayers paid to keep the jailbird in jail - expecting some time of rehabilitation.
Anyway - one looks at it - the segment of the population that most deserves REPARATION - are the indigenous people - more the various tribes that the United States Government - have failed to Federal Recognize and they are treated as second class citizens - on their own land.
Slavery is more associated on the East Coast - early on Slavery was abolished in California for sure - those who have slaves - were given a deadline - and if they continue to treat Blacks as slaves - they were taken to court and punished.

Asians in large measure have been slow in recent years - going back 20 years - to join others on the marches and meetings - that addressed " racial discrimination ".
Even - some sellout Blacks the likes of Shamann Walton and DionJay Brooker - Dwayne Jones and Sheryl Evan Davis - never, ever joined us in the struggle.
Now - they are in charge of Racial Equity funds and seeking more money for reparations. Go figure!
In like manner - very few Chinese Americans joined us - and even when they joined us - most did not want to be vocal.
We - appreciate their support and commitment - and to this day - we keep in touch - and one of them is Eric L. Mar another Vincent Pan.
We must have a needs assessment done today - who are attacking the most vulnerable. The recent case on 4th and Market - an elderly Chinese American stabbed the blade of the knife still in her body.
Not one Black leader - worth the salt - has raised his or her voice in a meaningful way. Hundreds have called me and all I do is listen.
I addressed these issues some weeks ago - and we must address the ongoing assaults on a War Footing.
We must as San Franciscans find out why Patrick Thompson - who had a past sordid record - was allowed to be on the streets of San Francisco.
There are hundreds of such individuals - on the streets of San Francisco - they go into the Walgreens and take what they want - one Walgreen in the Bayview Hunters Point was forced to close its business.
The same riff-raff now is invading the Walgreens at San Bruno and Felton - some carry sticks, other knives in plain sight - other are filthy and stink to high heaven - you call DISPATCH - and no one comes. Go figure!
The bottom line why do we have so many mentally challenged on our streets - and why are so many Black?
