Israel takes pains to keep the birth registry, works with thousands of spies to collect other data - all this and more - are configured - how best to get the maximum results - put fear into the Palestinians - and slowly but surely - decimate the Palestinians.

Today - 95% of the Israelis are vaccinated - only 3% of the Palestinians are vaccinated.
