Juliet has resigned from the SF Public Utilities Commission -

Harlan Kelly the General Manager resigned and will 

face very serious charges - both have failed

hard work, tax-paying, decent San Franciscans. 

Nothing happens in a vacuum - Juliet Ellis was anointed and put on the SF Public Utilities Commission for a purpose.  Unfortunately - her role was one of the devil - evil to the core.

More, to pander to the whims and fancy of than Mayor Gavin Newsom - who today is facing a recall - as the very Governor of the State of California.

Juliet Ellis has been an anathema to San Francisco - and has cast a very dark cloud - enunciated with the corruption of the worst order. It is a shame that time and time - the City and County pick outsiders from Fresno and Chicago - who do San Francisco - injustice.

At one time Juliet Ellis was on the SF Public Utilities Commission - the role at the Commission - kick the can down the street. Hardly had Juliet Ellis and Harlan found that Laura Spanjian.

Laura Spanjian - who was then the Assistant General Manager of External - Harlan and Juliet Ellis - worked hard to work to fill that position.

Juliet Ellis steeped in Greed - will not stop - hoodwinking -

the public in broad daylight - pathetic.

Juliet Ellis -  failing us all - tarnishing all the good work Laura Spanjian achieved - I respect Laura and she knew me pretty well.

Laura Spanjian went to Houston did well there and now has a high-paying position with AirB&B - linked to superior and stellar policymaking.

Juliet Ellis - is still fumbling after leaving the SF Public Utilities Commission - the Federal Bureau of Investigation still keeping - an eye on her.

Her latest stint is with some outfit that supposedly helps those who have debts pay it off - paradoxically - Juliet Ellis has left a trail of debts among those the lavish parties and events she held - and has not paid the caterers.

If food was left - from the parties - she took it home. She could have donated it to the many institutions' St Martin Porres, St Anthony - other institutions that feed the poor and indigent.  

Early on assuming the job as the Assistant General Manager of External Affairs - Juliet Ellis - illegally sent $200,000 Community Benefits to Green For All.

Green for All - her former Non-Profit - Juliet Ellis was charged by the Fair Political Practices Commission - for these illegal transactions and activities. 

Juliet Ellis paid the fine - admitted she was double-dipping while working for the SF Public Utilities Commission - still on the payroll of Green For All her former job - working for SFPUC while staying on Board as a Director for Green for All - her former job.

Dwayne Jones has failed us all -

deprived our infants, children, youth, young adults,

our Elders - those with compromised health -

millions of dollar not accounted for - as much as

$300 million - that we could have used during this 

Novel COVID-19 pandemic - shame on his and

all the lackeys - who used BLOOD money - their time has come.

Dwayne Jones partnered with Juliet Ellis to hoodwink decent,  hardworking San Franciscan.

Dwayne Jones  - a crooked transplant from Los Angeles - he and Juliet - squandered millions of dollars - Community Benefits - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project.

The  SF City Attorney Dennis Herrera and the SF Controller Ben Rosenfield - have known about the nefarious activities linked to Dwayne Jones going back to 2004.

Here is some information - much better than the redacted documents floating around - linked to Dwayne Jones - from hoodwinking a decent contractor, lying to the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point - wheeling and deal - creating entities to deceive the public at large - and more.

Over the year Dwayne Jones has been deep into the corruption of the worst order - he is part of the Darkside entities.

We all remember the missing of $3 million and the failed program in the name of the residents of Bayview Hunters Point - called Communities of Opportunity. 

Hundreds of banners flying on the electric poles - most of them were there - tattered and torn - shredded - Dwayne Jones did not have the decency to bring them down. 

He failed Mayor Gavin Newsom - and he failed San Francisco. Now, again he is up to NO good. And has other nefarious activities all documented - and still is pussyfooting with the SF Port Authority on a huge project linked to Pier 70 -  Potrero -Dogpatch.  

Dwayne Jones has NO qualms of conscience - he took $75,000 from Home Depot - initially slated to open on Old Bayshore.

The  $75,000 - linked to outreach and job training - Dwayne Jones used it for his own - private and personal purpose - opened a small office on 100 Dorain Street - near the Produce Market - getting involved in all sorts of Shenanigans.

Dwayne Jones sent out a letter soliciting donation - using the name Rudolf Dwayne Jones - and all this money must now be accounted for.

An audit done on the many illegal dark money transactions - will reveal thousands of dollars - this money went into his own pocket. This nefarious activity must STOP - and the blatant defiance - brought to book.  

Then when Home Deport got their entitlements - and did not want to establish their store on Old Bayshore - Dwayne Jones - joined forces with LOWES - to transfer the Entitlements.

Again Dwayne Jones received an undisclosed amount - purporting to help the resident of District 10 - and never lifted a finder to find one single career job for the community at large.

He did make sure in all of his ploys and machinations to give temporary jobs - and saw to it - that the temporary restrictions - did not get him involved - in any responsibilities.

The clean-up near Pier 92 when he worked as Director of Young Community Developers - with David Gavrich. The paradox I help to get the site abated and mitigated - the Department of Toxic Substances Control - the agency that ordered the cleanup - the Director Mr. Riley who knew me. 

As the Director of Young Community Developers - Dwayne Jones failed hundreds of young men - who worked with hazardous material - at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - where Depleted Uranium was tested.

At many sites doing lead abatement - those working not given the best suits, mask, respirators - failing the safety standards - we brought these issues at the many meetings - no one cared to hear us. One such meeting held monthly - that we attended the Restoration Advisory Board  (RAB) -  not once did Dwayne Jones attend - he sent his proxies - who were paid - and they did not speak Truth to Power.

I would see Dwayne Jones bring hired thugs to the SF Port Authority and the many meetings linked to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - young men standing up - and looking mean - I spoke Truth of Power - these young confused men - heard me - and they still continued to do wrong - taking money - and selling out their community.

Today when I meet these adults - they know they did wrong - at that time they needed the money - and Dwayne Jones exploited them. Many died from cancer - and few know who was responsible - exposing them to hazardous materials - cancer-causing radium and cesium. 

Close to Parcel E2 spewing tons of Methane gas - trucks moving in close proximity to the young adults - carrying contaminated soil - the contents on the trucks not covered - and the roads NOT watered down to keep the dust down.

As the Director of Young Community Developers (YCD) Dwayne Jones kept most of the money for himself.

The scumbag has NO conscience and calls him the Gate Keeper of the Bayview Hunters Point. Dwayne Jones is a disgrace to the human race.

Early on in the year 2005 Dwayne Jones tried to steal the name of my Non-Profit Southeast Sector Community Development Corporation. 

He used a person who was naive and paid him to try to steal the name of my Non-Profit - I put an end to that nonsense. 

The collaborator wanted money and was following orders - he did not comprehend the seriousness of the issue at hand. 

I admonished him and gave him a pass - and he thanked me for that.

In 2016 we put for a bid - Dwayne Jones had left YCD and was working for Platinum  Consultants  - we had a great team - used our own resources and put in a sound bid. 

Dwayne Jones read our bid - deprived us of winning - Dwayne Jones  -did that before with Southeast Sector Community Development Corporation - when Mr. Andrew Bozeman and I - worked on another bid - took our bid and its contents - and shared it with some entity that gave him money.

Since the year 2002 - I have been advocating for Clean Water linked to San Francisco - the Water System Improvement Project - started in 2004 - cost over $4.8 billion - and this program - should have been completed by now - and will I suppose in two years.

The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) started with $6 Billion yes six billion - and has now reached - $12 billion - what are we to make of this utter nonsense?

Initially, $300 million was set aside for Community Benefits - I attended all the SSIP Task Force meetings - the Community Benefits have been wasted - $150 for so-called outreach handled by Juliet Ellis and the other $150 million for Workforce by Dwayne Jones - who is a point person for AECOM/Parsons.

As you can see Juliet Ellis worked for SFPUC and resigned in disgrace - so what is happening to Dwayne Jones - who is still seeing to it - that on every single project - he gets his cut - letting his clients - that he has direct contact with the Contract Monitoring Division, the City Administrator, the Mayor.

Dwayne Jones and Linda Richardson were debarred from bidding -  after they took away a contract from a Contractor  - while Dwayne Jones was on the SF Housing Commission.

The Contractor took Dwayne Jones and Linda Richardson to court and won the case. The Court ordered that the bid be given to the Contractor and be made whole.

Dwayne Jones has been for years - fleeing innocent people in the Bayview Hunters Point - robbing Paul to pay Peter - from the days of Chocolate City and when  Dwayne Jones was the Director:

Dwayne Jones squandered over $300 million dollars - promised Mayor Gavin Newsom to created an entity Communities of Opportunity and stole the money for himself.

The man is something else - when it comes to hoodwinking the public at large.

He promised a pastor in the Oakdale area - the public housing - some computers - and donated a bunch of old, smelly, stuff that even the recycling centers would not accept. He had millions - but chose to offer the pastor something and gave him rubbish.

God gave us the intelligence to gather information - and so far we have gathered a lot of information. We advocates cannot follow the money - much as the Federal Bureau of Investigation does - the FBI can do this - and see that all the information we have provided - come under speak Truth to Power. Dwayne Jones is a chronic liar - time will tell.
