Today, April 19, 2021 - a decision will be made in a court and in a state that has long been known - to spread the poison of the worst kind - hate - blatant disregard for life.
As human beings we all have BLOOD - this blood can save lives - and this blood is deprived of oxygen can bring about our - demise.
When officer Chauvin put that ugly knee on the neck of Mr. George Floyd - his full intent - was to bring about the demise of Mr. George Floyd. Chauvin a despicable person - unfit to hold any professional job - placed that knee for over 9 minutes - an action such as this - brings about death.
Our Nation the United States of America - must STOP putting tainted standards - and STOP using mandates First Degree, Second Degree, Third Degree - brought about when few could produce digital evidence.
We all have seen the digital evidence, we have seen the medical evidence, we have several experts, force experts paint the chronological evidence - leading to the demise of Mr. George Floyd - today - the Nation must wake up - and sound the clarion call - once and for all.
When the world witnessed a rogue officer Chauvin - put his knee on the neck of Mr. George Floyd for 9 minutes and 29 seconds - and bring about his demise - all human beings - with a heart in the right place - declared - " enough is enough ".
We saw this in the marches - whites, blacks, people of color - all sorts of people - set aside their differences - and marched in unison - you just could not imagine - what was happening - the people united - can never, ever be defeated.
This license to take away the life of a human being is totally uncalled for. More so for a rogue police officer Chauvin - who even today has no remorse - and took the fifth - because he knows what is did was evil - he murdered Mr. George Floyd.
Mr. George Floyd was handcuffed - placed in a position - that required permission of a Superior Police Office - officer Chauvin - took upon himself to kill - and for this - he must be charged - in the First Degree of Murder.
I took great pains to hear the many experts - the empirical data is there for all the world to see - what really happens when any human being - is put in a situation for over 9 minutes and 29 seconds.
Our Nation has failed us when it comes to the use of Force - any police officer is trained - and within the many tools used - no trained police officer - would place anyone - hands cuffed - in a position - that compromises his or her life.
America wakes up and listens to your conscience - this rogue officer committed this crime " on purpose with full intent to kill a human being".
Officer Chauvin betrayed his badge and in betraying his badge - failed to protect all - not kill someone - using blatant torture unbecoming - as many a Police Officer testifying - gave testimony.
All over the Nation - we are watching - this rogue office Chauvin - is a rogue officer - who with intent - killed Mr. George Floyd - and must be charged - under the First Degree - Murder in the First Degree - nothing short - the man betrayed our Nation, our Constitution - and the Courts must adjudicate - and adjudicate - right.
I worked for the Department of Defense, the Department of Interior - and the United States Park Police - this incident - is despicable - and the manner of the death inflicted on Mr. George Floyd - totally uncalled for.
The Jury has heard it all - and it is my hope and prayer - that a unanimous decision is made - for our Nation to heal - and the right decision is - charged in the First Degree - Murder with intent to bring about the demise of Mr. George Floyd.
I was there when the Rodney King riots took place - I do not want to see a repeat - there is still time - for the final judgment to be revealed - so far - we see some hesitation.
Everyone on the jury - must agree - if one does not - it will not bear well.
The man may see it - one way - tarnished as the facts are - events hand over from times - immemorial - clouded and muddied by blatant and toxic hate - poison. God sees it all.
Today April 19, 2021 - a verdict will be made - we have an opportunity - to bring about justice and fair play - we are watching this process - like a hawk.
One side in this trail want to declare a " mistrial " - today is not the day nor time - to put some Johnson - is the pokes of the wheel. Mr. George Floyd - has suffered much - and more his family.
Many of us on the frontlines - I for example - with the case of Oscar Grant and Mario Woods - others too many to name.
Enough is enough - rogue police officers - must be given a fair trial - and if the jury says - they should be charged with First Degree Murder - so be it.
Humanity is present in the court - it is a trail of our failed Justice System in the United States.
For too long have we kept quiet and failed to state the life is for living not the living dead. Rogue police officers - should not be serving the people - if fact they should not be allowed among decent human beings - they should be jailed or segregated from decent human beings.
This privilege that some White Police Officers think is theirs to exercise because of the color of their skin - must stop in the tracks.
The early police - were " slave catchers " - much like " dog catchers" - today embedded in the making and orientation of police officers - in many racists States - people of color are still treated with disdain.
Never mind how educated people of color are - how much they have contributed to this Nation - I have been there - done that - and know the makings of policing - and how much needs to be done to undo - the baseline training - that is lacking when it comes to empathy.
There are some good police officers - and they will tell you the truth - but in large measure - once some police officers - wear their gun - power goes to their head - they make wear cameras - but in most cases when they know they are going to commit their evil deeds - they turn off their cameras.

All over this Nation - the United States of America - we have seen decent people shot and killed - the family and loved ones - traumatized - the then we move on - daily to hear of cases - where some few " rogue police officers " - shoot first and ask questions later. This must STOP and this can only STOP - when those charge of First Degree Murder - spend an inordinate time in jail.
It is an auspicious moment - to reveal to all - as human beings - here in the United States - to pause - and move forward - with the facts - that have been laid bare - 9 minutes and 29 seconds - is too much - pressure on the neck.
Excuses can be made - but the fact is someone was murdered - and all the other chaff - falls by the wayside.
More - when a rogue police officer - hears what he deserves for failing to serve - and tarnishing his badge - giving a bad name to all those who want to right.
Slavery, lynching, maiming, raping, killings, freedom with restrictions, treating one segment of the population one way.
Treating the indigenous people and the people of color - in another way - today, April 19, 2021 - the world will see the true colors of this land.
This land - once known as Turtle Island - hopefully - a rogue police officer - will learn better - and face First Degree murder.

April 20, 2021 - the rogue officer the killed Mr. George Floyd was charged on three counts - he was found guilty on all three counts - the first White police office to be charged and handcuffed - who will serve a long time in jail.
This historical fact - should spur us all - to treat every human being with respect - have empathy - unite the Nation - and move to bring about progress on every level - a sustainable and viable plan is needed and President Joe Biden - is singing the Blues - and on the background Kamala Harris. Time will tell.
