San Franciscans are savvy and well educated -

in the middle of the pandemic - hoodwinking of the worst order

carried out by crooks - working to divide our City and County of San Francisco.

The State of California has mandated that high density building in San Francisco - must be assessed - and as part of the assessment - high density buildings - need to guarantee the ability to provide clean drinking water - and sound sewer services.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - has failed us - and is now using political clout - to float - the SF Public Utilities is inundated with crooks - rats are jumping ship - even as the water rises and will drown them.

Some of our clean water pipes and sewer pipes are 

over 100 years old - they talk about replacing the pipes -

no real acton to this date - time will tell.

We have 1100 miles of clean drinking water. Eight percent of these pipes are over 85 years old - and millions of gallons of clean water are leaking - daily. 

The  pipes were supposed to be replaced - but only 10% of the 1100 miles of clean drinking water have been replaced.

We could have saved millions of gallons - water from Hetch Hetchy - and no one - has taken the SF Public Utilities Commission to task - Why? scumbags of the highest order.

Added to the leaks -  millions of gallons wasted daily - San Francisco politicians favor the Big Developers -  very high density housing.

They use clean drinking water - pristine water from the Hetch Hetchy reservoir - to flush our toilets.

No needs assessment in place and entitlements delivered on a platter - by Consultant the likes of Platinum Consultants - other unsavory - so called expeditors - Walter Wong.

For all their talk - the SF Public Utilities Commission - is inept, weak it the knees, and have failed us miserably. Pathetic!

The issues is even worse with the sewer pipes - also over 85 years old and leaching in the Watershed - no one seem to care - and monitor the situation at hand.

Today we have technology that can monitoring any leakage in real time - we have technology - tv cameras can capture the damage in the pipes - it is done all over the world - but here in San Francisco - it is all talk and NO - walk.

replaced -  millions of gallons - clean drinking water -

leaching and adversely impacting the watershed.

The San Francisco Planning Department has received notice from the State of California - linked to high rise buildings - and an assessment formula - about providing clean drinking water and sewer services.

The SF Public Utilities Commission has NOT been transparent - in the deliberations - and there has been no meaningful meetings - with the public at large. This process must be addressed - and we must curtail all plans to build skyscrapers - and conserve water - in a holistic manner.

One way all future skyscrapers - use gray water to flush their toilets and water plants, wash pavement, vehicles, the side walls and so on.

Our SF Public Utilities Commission are long and drab -  with the Commissioners talking in circles.

We have two past General Managers Anson Moran and Ed Harrington - and yet - we have actions taken recent - that defy logic.

The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) has allowed Julie Labonte and her wife - Susan Leal - a former General Manager - still working as a consultant - leeching on Community Benefits - the only expertise they bring to SFPUC - is corruption of the worst order.

Who is going to make sense of this mess - we still allow Dwayne Jones to work in San Francisco - right now getting outreach contract from the SF Port Authority, the SFPUC linked to 1550 Evans - it is a shame that we allowed this scumbag to work in San Francisco. Millions unaccounted for. Aho.

The SF Board of Supervisors - have NO empathy when our essential workers need help. Who will uplift the essential workers - if not the SF BOS - who have themselves a pay raise, gave the Mayor a raise she makes over $400,000 - others - without coming to the taxpayers, the citizens, the constituents of San Francisco.

The essential workers - more our nurses - did not take a pay raise some years ago - allowing the General Fund to amass over $50 million -  just the contribution - from the essential workers.

In 2020 when the Novel COVID-19 pandemic hit our City and County of San Francisco - and our essential workers - did not have Personal Protection Equipment, Face Mask, and other essential equipment - the essential made do with what they have and put their lives on the line.

Our beloved essential workers - more our nurses, medical technicians, janitors, others asked for a little help.

Mayor - London Breed said NO. Shame on London Breed - KARMA will come to bite her fat ass. 

London Breed has stacked many Commissions and Committee with unsavory characters - character who do NOT have the best interests of the Citizens of San Francisco.

One has just to look at the SF Police Commission, the Committee Our City, Our Home - Oversight Committee, the SF Planning Commission, the SF Department of the Environment and more.

Life style issues are considered deeply as she picks her candidate - many of the them - " not worth the salt ".

We won a case 9-0 in our favor - instead of sending the verdict to the SF Ethics Commission.

The SF Sunshine sent the case to the SF Board of Supervisor and we have not heard a word - it was linked the SF Arts Commission  and the Bayview Opera House - which cannot account for $3.5 million dollars.

Malia Cohen was the District Supervisor and now is the Chair of the SF Police Commission and supposedly also on the State of California - Equalization Board - and more.

We have a Ethics Commission that is dysfunctional. Stellar and astute former Commissioners have left the Commission in disgust - blatant interference from Mayor London Breed - Judge Quintin Kopp who was on the Commission - could paint the best picture - of the interference and utter - dysfunctional  behavior of sorts.

Whistle Blowers and other had no resort but go to the SF Controller - the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco gives the Controller - lee way and some clout. 

What do you think the SF Controller does - he takes the information from the Whistle Blowers and gives it to the SF City Attorney on a sordid, putrid, stinking platter laden with contamination of the worst order.

What do you think the SF City Attorney does - he hands it over to the many teams of attorneys - City and County of San Francisco - attorneys - who do their so called investigative reporting - and SF City Attorney - picks those cases - and allow him - to amass some money to the General Fund.

Case in point recent the Recology Case linked to charges to the many customers - that Recology admitted they made a mistake - and will pay the customers back.

The abject decision to anoint SF City Attorney - Dennis Herrera - to take over the sinking ship - San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - could not have come as the worse news - right in the middle of this pandemic.

Dennis Herrera has hurt the community at large - we all know how we gathered 33,000 signatures - to have the SF Hunters Point Naval Shipyard abated and mitigated to residential standards - and he signal handedly - chose a Court Case decided in the Alameda Courts - to declare our petition - null and void.

We also know how Dennis Herrera a weasel and SF Controller Ben Rosenfield have failed us all - siting on empirical data - linked to the nefarious activities - linked to Harlan Kelly, Naomi Kelly, Juliet Ellis, Masood Ordikhani - and a host of other scumbags - who should be ashamed of themselves.

SF Public Utilities has over 2,400 employees working -  and nearly 40% of the Upper Management is  very corrupt.

Many of the SFPUC corrupt cases - are well known - but the recent scandal - linked to millions that cannot accounted for - some $300 million - is nauseating and mind boggling - to say the least.
