It is a shame how vultures are waiting for the Infrastructure Bill - to dole out money to San Francisco. 

Corrupt vultures bring the awful name to our City - the City and County of San Francisco.

Few know that we had an alarm system in place that could warn us - if a Tsunami was approaching - that system has been down - for that last two years - if not more.

In any emergency - any city worth the salt - must have good communications - you should talk to the SF Police Department, the Fire Department - the inept Office of Emergency Services - its Director Mary Ellen Carroll.

There have been many talks about upgrading our communication system -  no walk - and with 5G technology knocking on our doors - here is an opportunity to conduct a sound needs assessment and use the money from the Infrastructure  Bill to do right.

The SF Port has an opportunity to address Sea Rise Level with the Corps of Engineers - playing a lead role. The project will cost over $8 Billion if not more - however, we have no leadership - the larger Primes - the likes of AECOM, JACOBS, WEBCOR - will bid for the jobs and mess it up. 

The sea wall is 7.5 miles from Lower Fort Mason to Pier 98 - closer to the deactivated Hunters Point Power Plant.

In 1990 the infrastructure group addressed the state of the art projects.

We build the state-of-the-art Communication Center - Building 35 at the Presidio of San Francisco - with the latest software and hardware - to address Communications in general.

Mapping - provide the latest tools to the Unites States Park Police - enabling sound incident reports faster querying to interface with the Federal Burea of Investigation and other agencies.

Helped bring engineers, architects, others who were eager to use high-speed internet.

I helped Internet Archives - established at the Presidio of San Francisco and leased them a building - that was fully equipped with state-of-the-art computer servers - and temperature controlled.

Internet Archives -  was instrumental in scanning the entire Library of Congress - and continues to do excellent work - all over the Nation and the whole world.

A multitude of other friendly user tools to work with one-of-a-kind projects. 

All these because we sat down with Motorola and Lucent Technologies.

Then - Pacific Bell now AT&T -  to lay a Fiber Line - T3 - with funding - from the United States Army that was deactivated - the National Park Service benefitting from our vision and completed projects. 

After the 1989 Earthquake, I was given the Commander's Award - I watch the clown at SF City Hall - wags that tongue - that has no bone - talk and talk - and no action at all.

When Frank Jordon was the Mayor of San Francisco was offered an opportunity to operate housing all over the Presidio of San Francisco - thousands of housing units.

The City and County failed to seize the opportunity.

Today we have over 10,000 homeless - and we cannot do much - much offer band-aid services - our heifer - Mayor London Breed - barking up the wrong tree.

Billions of dollars may come our way - where are the standards, where is the ability to do a needs assessment - who is educated on issues - can we trust politicians who are corrupt - who say one thing and do another.

We have opportunities to do right - the crooks mostly Black are lining up for money on a platter - just like Harlan Kelly and Naomi Kelly did - when they held a good position - each making in access of $400,000 each.

San Francisco has many from all over the world - rich in talent - now we must look for excellent leadership - avoid City Hall and the politicians like the plague.

The Feds and the State are ready to help us - we could have done this with the Community Benefits - we allow Dwayne Jones and Juliet Ellis to dole out $300 million - and Harlan and Naomi are singing the blues.

Over 30 thugs are on the list - they are sweating it out - knowing that soon someone will knock at the door - one by one these vermin will surely be brought to book.

In the interim, we are poised to use our experience to deliver and do right by the community.
