Right now, we have the worst surge - brought about by the variant Omicron. For all the talk - our emergency services
Our hospitals do not have the needed ' Essential Workers " - doctors, nurses, medical technicians, janitors, and so on.
As the days go by - we will as the City and County of San Francisco - reap the fruit of cheap talk - the SF Mayor London Breed and the Director of Emergency Services - kicking the can down the street.

We have a Police Commission - with Chair Malia Cohen - who talks too much - and has no clue about Safety issues - and less about Quality of Life issues.
She should focus on her State job - the Board of Equalization known well for dropping the ball - that is, putting it lightly.
