SAN FRANCISCO ETHICS COMMISSION - HAS FAILED SAN FRANCISCANS - KICKING THE CAN DOWN THE STREET - BUSINESS AS USUAL - PAY TO PLAY - THE CONTROLLER'S OFFICE AND THE ETHICS COMMISSION - INEPT.

 

The chart above was provided to the SF Controller and other Law Enforcement three years ago - complete with empirical data - the SF Controller failed San Francisco - and in doing so, a dark cloud hovers over San Francisco - pay to play is alive and kicking.

Dwayne Rudolf Jones lives in the East Bay - works in San Francisco - calls himself gate-keeper of the Bayview Hunters Point - says he is a Philanthropist of sorts - time this thug - be brought before the courts - and put away.

It is astounding - when empirical data is given to the SF Controller's Office - chronologically charting out how millions of dollars have been wasted - taxpayers' money - how, the SF Controller Office fails to live up to the task - and panders to the crooks at large in San Francisco. 

Any investigative reporting depends on how much information one has - once one vet the information - the ability to lay the information chronologically - allows an intelligent, discerning, informative, educated, ethical - investigator - to create a clear picture. As I said, the empirical data - speaking for itself.  

I have information from 1999 to 2022 - linked to the many ploys, machinations, shenanigans linked to the SF Public Utilities Commission and the SF City and Couty related City departments.

The SF Controller's Office recently put out a Whistle Blower's report - linked to a vast amount of information -provided the SF Controller's Office over four years - connected to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP).

The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP0 started with a budget estimated to be $6 billion - today, it has reached $12 billion.

This singular fact says it all. However, the crooked Mayor London Breed, the former SF City Attorney, the SF Controller, the SF Ethics Commission - makes light of this vast amount - and millions wasted.

A citizens task force was created who fought for Community Benefit - it was decided that 5% on a billion would be set aside for Community Benefits. Times six this amounted to $300 million.

$150 was slated for workforce controlled by Dwayne Jones - who does not work for the SF Public Utilities Commission - $150 directed by Juliet Ellis, who worked for the SF Public Utilities Commission - charged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - and who has since jumped ship.

Harlan Kelly, the former General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission, has been indicted - over the last two years, he has appeared before a judge - only for the case - to be postponed  - this has happened several times.

The SF Controller's Office did not have one astute, stellar, ethical, educated investigator to do a good job - the many documents submitted to the Controller's office - each allows any Law Enforcement to do a good job. 

The Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant has now reached a budget of $12 billion - started with $6 Billion - heading for $20 billion - if this is not blatant corruption and a waste of taxpayers' money - what else must happen - for justice to prevail?

The former SF City Attorney - now in charge of the above building - the many ploys and machinations rampant - 525 Golden Gate Avenue in San Francisco - no one - can fool all the people all the time. Aho.

525 Golden Gate Avenue - the former SF City Attorney - is now the General Manager of SF Public Utilities Commission - a crook - a fox guarding the chickens' coop. He makes over $450,000 a year plus perks. Such are the demonic happenings - most know about them - but can do nothing much - I will not look away.
