80 YEAR MAN - WORKING AS A SECURITY GUARD - HIT AND RUN OVER - BY THE BAYVIEW PHELPS TREATMENT PLANT- NOT A MENTON ABOUT THIS INCIDENT - AT THE SF PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION. WHY?

The Bayview Phelps Treatment Plant - stinks to high heaven - built-in 1952 - the upgrades are taking forever -  The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) started with a cost of $8billion - the cost overruns are many and more how the project is managed by the top management - is suspect - now heading for $12 billion.

I make it a point to attend the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission meetings - long, drawn-out - drab, the meetings stink to high heaven.

At the last meeting, no mention was made about a security guard - 80 years old - runover at 6 am - it was dark outside - the man hailed from Dehli, India - this matter must be investigated.

Safety standards are suspect - and if an 80-year-old is permitted by some contractor  - this contractor must be blacklisted.

We are a UNION CITY - and it is a shame we take advantage of Seniors our beloved Elders - and put them in harm's way.

The Senior's name MR DHARM KAKAR

The construction in and around the Phelps Treatment Plant was discussed - and Sophie Maxwell, as usual, heard the complaints - and did nothing at all.

Sophie Maxwell has failed the Bayview Hunters Point - first as the District 10 Supervisor, now as a Commissioner - and more as a person who cannot be trusted - never, ever. At one SFPUC meeting, she used the F word - when addressing another Commissioner a man - she being a woman - she should be ashamed of herself.

A meeting was held over a year ago - about congestion and rerouting the traffic. Since the roads were blocked - there have been hundreds of incidents - this has been brought to the attention of Mr. Norby - who has come into our community - hails from Marin County - was in charge of some Treatment Plant - at a location called Rossi - where there are more rich folks - who think their shit don't stink.

Mr. Norby was brought in by the Deputy Manager Michael Carlin - and Carlin - will soon retire. Good riddance of very bad rubbish.
What has Michael Carlin to say about the death of DHARM KAKAR?

Sophie Maxwell Sophie must be ashamed of herself.

She knows nothing much - she was placed there by Mayor London Breed and Harlan Kelly - both very corrupt - they must be brought to book.

Juliet Ellis - as any whore would do - snitched. She got people in trouble - so win brownie points. - Juliet Ellis thinks - she is scot-free - her day is coming- much like Sophie Maxwell who again, and again has failed to represent the community. Sophie is there for the money - this will bring her down - Sophie Maxwell will fall flat on her face - very soon.

Of course, we had Mrs. Caen, the SF Public Utilities Commission Chair, and Francesca Vector both jumped ship.

When they saw the tsunami coming - Harlan indicted, Naomi jumping ship, Juliet the snitch fleeing - the two Commissioners - decided to bid farewell and left a stench - behind.

The General Manager Harlan Kelly and the Assistant General Manager of External Affairs - Juliet Ellis, with whom Harlan slept  - were investigated. Harlan was indicted and will spend time in jail.

Juliet  Juliet Ellis once dreamt about the many affairs she would be having - each paid for - other nefarious activities - all linked to payments - illegally payments. Corrupt to the core Juliet Ellis is a very bad person - who has ruined the careers of many innocent SFPUC workers. Karma.

Part of the extra-curricula activities - that came with the job - Juliet Ellis made hay while the sun was shining.

Evil to the core - the SF Public Utilities Commission - attracts such characters and is known for its ploys, machinations, and shenanigans.

A birds-eye view of the Phelps Treatment Plant -  the man, heading the operation once worked in the Marin headlands - Ross district - Mr. Norby keeps under the radar - and is responsible for the death of this 80-year-old man - it is simply wrong to have an 80-year-old man hired as a security guard - Mr. Dharm Kakar -  put in harm's way.

Mr. Norby, you have blood on your hands. Every life counts - it was simply wrong for you to put an 80-year-old man - Mr. Dharm Kakar - put in harm's way - the man did not work for SFPUC directly - but indirectly - as the Manager - you must comprehend Safety Standards - want an orientation I will give you one for free. The man who died and his family must be compensated - a sign placed where he died.

I remember well - when the agenda item - at one of the SF Public Utilities Commission - stated about rerouting the traffic - as the upgrades were going to be made.

Even as we spoke about the impacts to the public at large - primarily affecting the SF Bayview community.

Other issues were brought up - areas set aside to place material for the $8 billion projects. Narrow roads - of course, we never expected a security guard - would be patrolling the area - in the wee hours of the morning - when it is dark at this time - as we all know.

The security guard hails from Dehli, India, and we want to know - if the man was compensated by the company he worked for - but more importantly, what does Mr. Norby think about the situation at hand.

Dennis Herrera has NO clue about safety issues and construction - he has been an attorney - seeking low-lying fruit - to charge some to attain browny points.  Karma will come at a time soon - bite him in the butt, and he will fall flat on his face. He better step up and compensate the 80-year-old man - Mr. Dharam Kakar from Dehli, India - and make no excuses - whatsoever.

At the last SF Public Utilities Commission meeting, I also wanted to know how Mr. Dennis Herrera had an opportunity to speak on this subject - but did not.

Dennis chose to remain quiet - he thought this incident would not come up at the SF Public Utilities Commission meeting.

It will again and again - and shame him and his way of doing business - the fox guarding the chicken coop.

There is more to this subject - where an innocent man - Mr. Dharm Kakar - 80 years old was put in harm's way. Think seriously about restitution.

The poor man was made to work early in the morning and forced to patrol an area that did not have proper lighting - more no signs - visible that warned drivers - to slow down and drive slowly.

The SF Public Utilities Commission, more Sophie Maxwell - bears some responsibility. No life taken in such a manner - should not go unnoticed.

This life - Mr. Dharm Kakar - as all life must be honored - and more respected. Karma.

This matter will be reported to the Department of Labor and other authorities - justice will knock at the door of the scumbags - who treat human beings with disdain. Aho.
