THE CONSTITUENTS LIVING IN THE TENDERLOIN WERE NOT CONSULTED BY MAYOR LONDON BREED - WE ARE NOT AN AUTOCRATIC CITY - YET - THE EMERGENCY WILL COME TO BITE LONDON BREED IN THE BUTT.

The autocratic Mayor London Breed.

We are not an autocratic city yet - judging from the reckless behavior of Mayor London Breed - her nonchalant action are a disgrace to the human race.

London Breed chose to attend the MATRIX function at the Castro - and failed to participate in a necessary hearing on the Emergency she declared without a plan - held by the SF Board of Supervisors.

Two Supervisors - Dean Preston and Shamann Walton voted against the Emergency - rightly so.

Those innocent people living in the Tenderloin can be helped right now - there is over $160 million - in place - that London Breed refuses to utilize for what it was meant - housing the poor, aiding those that most need help.

Mayor London Breed - who gave herself a raise in the middle of the Pandemic - now makes in access $450,000 a year - we taxpayer pay her for an abysmal job.

London has become greedy - hogging any opportunity she gets - bursting at the seams.

London Breed is using her office to fill her campaign coffers -  working hard to collect significant donations - from Big Developers and some filthy rich - who mostly disdain the poor. 

Mary Ellen Carroll worked as a Security Office for the SF Health Department - and then for SF Public Utilities Commission - now she has been anointed as a Manager at the Department of Emergency services - we need a Commander - much as the Federal Emergency Management Agency -mandates  - we are the City and County of San Francisco.

There is vain talk that a Link Center will be leased, and those pondering about the location - do not know where - from what I am hearing, it will be outside the Tenderloin.

The Emergency will focus on the Tenderloin and Opioid OverDose deaths - we know for a fact that sixty percent of the total deaths - linked to Opioids are from outside the Tenderloin - sixty percent.

Forty percent from the Tenderloin - so why focus on a situation - without making a deep and detailed needs assessment?

Let us dwell for a second on the one hundred and sixty million - linked to Proposition C - ballot measure - that London Breed opposed. 

Let us dwell on the sixty percent of units leased during the Pandemic - paid for by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). 

An audit was done on this issue - and the SF Controller's Office has to be transparent and foster accountability - we San Franciscans - demand this - now and forever.

Mary Ellen Carroll has been pussyfooting, saying something that means nothing at all.

She puts her faith in the Controller's Office - the same office that supported the crooks from SF Public Utilities Commission - the last place Mary Ellen Carroll worked. 

For those interested - Harlan Kelly - was instrumental in recommending Mary Ellen Carroll - for the present job - Mary Ellen Carroll did a POOR job - and the only entity that can reveal this fact is FEMA.

Soon after the Emergency was declared linked to the COVID-19 - all sorts of Upper Management were having in and around Moscone South - making one blunder after another.

For starters, let us begin with an incident - where some - tested positive were housed at Moscone South - an extensive facility.

Then, when the idiots realized - the Pandemic would spread - they were removed to a Navigation Center - where indeed the Covid spread - and the mess was recorded and reported nonchalantly.

I worked at the Presidio of San Francisco - where for a long time, the Federal Emergency Management Agency was headquartered.

From time to time, I took crash courses - and was always interested in logistics, planning, transportation, took a keen role in Desert Storm - Desert Shield -  in 1989, I was awarded Commander's Awar for my work in the Tenderloin - the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake.

These jokers talking about Emergency - really want to treat the poor with disdain. We will be watching them like a HAWK.

Let us see them deal with the Cartels and their minions.

Let them see Mayor London Breed house the homeless.

Let us see Mayor London Breed sleep in a tent for only one night without security - let us watch the heifer - take the challenge?

Blessed are the poor, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

The SF Police Department must stay away from the Tenderloin.

Health and Human Services - the SF Health Department -  the SF Health Commission - the Controller's Office - the City Administrator - the SF Planning Department and Commission - the SF Building Department - the Federal Emergency Management Agency - others all have a role to play.

The Mayor Office Room 200 at SF City stinks of sulfur. 

When there are rules and regulations - Mayor London Breed cannot acknowledge them and follow them.

The Emergency removes the rules and regulations - London Breed is free to do what she wants. She will hire fellow " thugs " - use Proposition C as she deems fit - her side-kick - Mary Ellen Carroll, is salivating - she talks a lot - she too much and means nothing at all. Any takers.

The constituents of the Tenderloin - must stand up - and be at the table - if you are not at the table - making the meaningful decisions - then - someone must be told - STOP! 

We are not an autocratic city - yet!

Wake up, San Francisco - clean up the Western Addition for starters.
