 As I have said since 2002 - the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission was formed in 1996 by Willie L. Brown Jr  - a known crook in his own class.

Willie - still has his dirty finger - in every pie - never mind what goes on in the City and County of San Francisco - to this day.

Willie was Mayor of San Francisco from 1996-2004.

Willie had fun for some time writing his sleek column - the Chronicle Editor in Chief - stop that flow and dubious content.

Willie can say something - that means nothing at all  - as most of it was disinformation - more misinformation - sugar coasted with no substance in that sordid column - not worth the salt.

Juliet Ellis snitched on others - and for now - is taking succor somewhere, but soon she will have to reveal in court - if the beans she was spilling - is the Truth - in not she will be singing the blues.  Juliet Ellis title when she worked at the SF Public Utilities Commission - Assistant General Manager - and to that she took the liberty to add - Chief Strategist - Chief Strategist my foot.

The former General Manager - has been indicted - over 30 folks in the pipeline charged with abject corruption waiting their turn -  Juliet Ellis, Masood Ordikhani, Dwayne Jones, AECOM, and many Non-Profits who got $25,000 grants - and even large Corporations like Salesforce - that were given more money - to pay stipends - not that Salesforce wanted the money - mistakes made with intent - by San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.

The recent audit linked to the SF Public Utilities has with Wille L. Brown Jr. - Steve Kawa, who has taken over the operation of former Platinum Consultants - everything - backed by over 30 lawyers - waiting to devour assets - fill their coffers.

What has Willie L Brown Jr to do with Dwayne Jones and Juliet Ellis everything - the audit is hog was - failing to target Rudolf Dwayne Jones (RDJ Consultants) the over $20 million - Dwayne has amassed - and the weasel is still hoodwinking most everyone on the street here in San Francisco.

Paradoxically - Dwayne Jones lives in the East Bay - daily catch the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) to conduct his nefarious activities.

Masood Ordikhani had a good time - wheeling and dealing with Juliet Ellis and Harlan - he is a lawyer - and should have known better - he played his card wrong - and now has to deal with the consequences.

Dwayne Jones, the Owner of RDJ Consultants - a scumbag - from Los Angles - lives in the East Bay. Daily takes the BART - to San Francisco to hoodwink us in San Francisco - this man should be ashamed of himself.

In 2017 we created this flow chart for Ben Rosenfield and others to follow. The idiots gave all our information to the SF City Attorney Dennis Herrera. This idiot, in turn, gave our information and flow chart to some Consultants from Sacramento. Paid the consultants $400,000 who did the audit paid. The buffons have now anointed Dennis Herrera the FOX to take care of the chicken coop - mindboggling - how these idiots work - the Whistle Blower's Case - now has passed three years - plus - we must endure the utter nonsense.

The Sunshine Task Force is impotent. The SF Ethics Commission is dysfunctional. The SF Controller's Office the worse - Ben Rosenfield and his Whistle Blower's Program a sham. Why would one take over three years - to solve an issue - more when one provides all the Empirical Data.  

If one reads the audit - it is hogwash - the audit has chosen to pick some issues one hundred and sixty miles away - in Touolumane District  - but failed to zero in on the crook Dwayne Jones and his company - RDJ Consultants.

Juliet Ellis snitched and has been given a break. Masood Ordikhani, who made hay - while the sun was shining - has filled his coffers - blood money.  

The Chief Financial Officer Eric Sadler is jumping ship.

The present SF Public Utilities Commission is a JOKE.

Recently, an eighty-year-old man was killed at the Phelps Raw Sewage plant.

The man, an immigrant from India - was hired as a Security Guard.

Paradoxically no one from the upper management knew about this incident. 

After I asked for some details - using the Freedom of Information Act - all hell broke loose.

Those working at the plant were told not to talk to anyone. The incident was reported in the local newspapers.

These idiots who work at the SF Public Utilities Commission at the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - be it  - the Phelps Treatment Plant Manager  Greg Norby or Michael Carlin -  who brought Greg Norby to run the plant - all the way from Marina District and a district called Ross - has failed in maintaining - some standards.

Dennis Herrera is a loser - he will fall flat - on his face.

How the 53-page audit on the Sewer Improvement Project - linked to the San Francisco Sewer System Improvement Project - is totally fabricated to cover blatant mistakes.

The consultants SJOBERK EVASHENK CONSULTING INC. have done a great disservice to San Francisco - we taxpayers provided empirical data - going back to 2015 and again in 2016 - and more in 2017 to no avail. 

More - has failed to zero in on Dwayne Jones, Masood Orkikhani, Juliet Ellis, Michael Carlin, Barbara Hale - the many who have jumped ship - including Eric Sadler - the Chief Financial Officer - who is waiting to jump ship - shopping for a parachute.

Our infants, children, youth, young adults, and elders - those with compromised health.

More, our mentally and physically challenged - needed the $300 million Community Benefits - what did they get in return - excreta - the very thing SF Public Utilities Commission deals with.

Juliet Ellis's favorite slogan is " your number two in our number one."

The whore from Jamaica -  earlier in 2015 - transferred $200,000 to her former Non-Profit -  " Green for All "  - she was fined for this illegal transaction - by the Fair Political Practices Commission.

Juliet Ellis should have been fired - she was not - the General Manager - Harlan Kelly - came to her defense - more because he was sleeping with her - and everyone knew about this nonsense.

Employees from the SF Public Utilities Commission - are fed up - many of them - mistreated by Juliet Ellis and her bitches - I know all of them and named them - in the past.

Again this audit is done by Mark de la Rosa, an auditor working for Ben Rosenfield - Ben did not have the balls to head this audit. 

This audit should have been done 5 years ago - the corruption was aided and abetted by Ben Rosenfield, the Mayors Ed Lee, Mark Farrell - and of course the present heifer - London Breed.

All those who tried to cover the facts - the utter corrupt - hide the shit under the rug - have BLOOD on their hands.

I - can name them - it will cover many pages - the audit is a sham - a disgrace to the human race.

This is not the Philipines. I have heard the auditor speak from both sides of his mouth most of the time. He was not the person that should have done this audit.

This issue is not over.
