San Francisco has had its share of corruption - the worst ever in 2020 - coinciding with the COVID-19 pandemic.
In fact most of the crooks hovered around Moscone East - pretending to do god's work -while waiting for the Federal Bureau of Investigation - to nail them down - Harlan, Juliet, Naomi, and others all bidding their time.
Harlan Kelly the General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission - his sidekick Walter Wong - his many mistresses Melanie, Ho, Juliet, and more. He deserves the nickname Mr. Dipstick.
Juliet Ellis often took junkets with Harlan - and shared the same hotel room.
Of course the were very busy working for SF Public Utilities Commission - that has NO standards, less ethics, and when it comes to manner, etiquette - nonexistent.
The taxpayers for all the pussyfoot and more - shameless Juliet Ellis and Harlan - both had to leave the SF Public Utilities Commission - and what is more - left no legacy - they will be know as abject - CROOKS.
Juliet first move after the Community Benefits was put in place - was to send $200,000 to Green For All - situated in the East Bay - she was called out - and fined by the Fair Political Practices Commission.
Juliet Ellis has destroyed the lives of many - those who worked at the SF Public Utilities Commission.
Juliet's departure has brought a huge sigh of relief. Good riddance of very bad rubbish!
Those who praise Juliet Ellis - the likes of dumb Sophie Maxwell - do so - because Sophie Maxwell - is known to be on the take - and will praise anyone - that wheels and deals with Sophie Maxwell.
The many crooks who were on the payroll of Juliet Ellis and Dwayne Jones - will all be audited.
Let the FBI do their job - and in due time those that are on the pay roll - will be singing the blues.

Foremost Shamann Walton the District 10 Supervisor and DionJay Brookter - the Director of Young Community Developers (YCD). Both have had access to millions of dollars - Community Benefits - and even now - Shamann Walton - will always have something to say - where there is a stash of money.
Dwayne Jones was a former Director of YCD - and has since been hired as a Consultant - he provides the necessary millions to YCD - and as I said he has a position as Consultant - at YCD. Conflict of interest - and all this and more -in utter defiance of the law - rules and regulations. Where do they find such crooks?
It is amazing how the Main Media and other wannabes purporting to be journalists - are now jumping on the bandwagon - churning articles - where, they write about something - but mean nothing at all.
The Sewer System Improvement Project started with a cap of $6 Billion - it has now reached $12 billion and will $15 Billion in five years.
AECOM, WEBCOR, others have been milking the SF Public Utilities Commission - for years - change orders - and other ploys and shenanigans. Aided and abetted by folks like Susan Leal and Julie Labonte.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is not pleased with Dennis Herrera - and as much as Dennis Herrera thinks he is doing his duty - he has failed.
Dwayne Jones continues to wheel and deal and Dennis Herrera knows this - many say they two - have another common entity - that they two work for. Who could that nefarious entity be?

It took the Federal Bureau of Investigation to open a can of worms that SF City Attorney Dennis Herrera was sitting on.
It is time to audit his office - and the many attorneys - in that office that have failed us all. Kicking the can down the street.
In interim hundreds of people have suffered - and thousands impacted - Community Benefits doled out to crooks - like Girls 2000, Hunters Point Family, Young Community Developers, Dwayne Jone wheeling and dealing - and bragging no one can touch him.
Our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders, those with compromised health.
More our mentally and physically challenged - have suffered and many have died.
The SF City Attorney is aware of all this and more - but looked the other way - and we want to know why?
In the past he took us on - when we collected thousands of signatures - asking for the cleanup of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.
Dennis Herrera went out of his way when he declared the process - null and void. We collected over 33,000 signatures - from all over San Francisco towards our Ballot Petition - and remember him to this day.
He always seem to pick on those - who are not filthy rich - he picks on the poor and those that cannot afford lawyers and liars - who hoodwink the public in broad daylight.
This mess created by Harlan Kelly, Naomi Kelly, Juliet Ellis, Susan Leal, Julie Labonte, London Breed, William Carlin, Dwayne Jones, Veronica Hunnicutt, Oscar James.
James Bryant, Darrel Smith, AECOM, WEBCOR - is well understood by Dennis Herrera - who is openly defying the taxpayers - choosing those cases that favor him and his minions who work at the Fox Plaza building - hurting innocent San Franciscans.
Again it took Mr David Anderson the U.S. Attorney General for Northern California to do the heavy lifting - and shame you all - Ben Rosenfield and you Dennis Herrera. Wake up!
