THE SF PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION - SIMPLY DOES NOT GET IT - IT IS BUSINESS AS USUAL SO THEY THINK - SOON THEY WILL FALL ON THEIR FACE - FORGET HARLAN KELLY AND JULIET ELLIS - THERE IS MORE TO COME.

 

Way back in 1996 when Willie L. Brown Jr. was elected as Mayor of San Francisco - few knew the changes that would come about. 

The corruption we see today - stems from the seeds he planted - and for the longest time - Willie has had a good run - but no more - he is now sweating and about to sing the blues.

San Francisco is a Racist City - make no bones about that.

San Francisco also has a core group of very corrupt Blacks - they have been hoodwinking the public in broad daylight. Much of the corruption took root in 1996 and continues to this day.

When we talk in a nonchalant manner about Keith Jackson, Derf Butler, Harlan Kelly, Dwayne Jones, Amos Brown, Aurelius Walker, Linda Richardson, Doris Vincent, Tyra Fennell.

Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Darrel Smith, Toye Moses, Veronica Hunnicutt, Eloise Patton, Sheryl Evan Davis, Malia Cohen, Shakira Simley and a host of others.

We fail to understand how many millions have be spent - and not gone for purposes they were meant for. Community Benefits denied to our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders, those with compromised health. More our mentally and physically challenged.

Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr. - former Mayor of the City and County of San Francisco - who planted the seeds of abject corruption.

When the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission was created in 1996 - by Willie L. Brown Jr., - Willie had a plan so detail that when it was created - it fooled everyone.

Not long after he was elected Mayor he created 2000 jobs - and titled them - Administrative Assistants. 

Some of those who rose up the ranks favored by Willie L. Brown Jr - Naomi Kelly, Malia Cohen, London Breed - I could name more - but let me not blow their cover.

There was a building at 525 Golden Gate - a State of California building - that has mitigation problems - laden with lead and asbestos - Willie L. Brown Jr - bought that building for a $1.

He could do that since - he was well known as Speaker of the State of California - he would have stayed there for many terms -  the State of California - Assembly - passed a law - ordering term limits and one of those victims - was Willie L. Brown Jr.

Will ran for Mayor after leaving Sacramento - ran for Mayor - and became the Mayor of San Francisco - in 1996.

I invited him to the Presidio to address the guests -  gathered to celebrate Black History Month  he accepted the invitation - spoke well - and honored all.

Dr  Churchwell was a good friend of Willie L. Brown and helped to convince Mayor Willie L. Brown to visit the Presidio of San Francisco - our Black History Month was held at the Officers' Club. 

I helped organize the event - having strong relationship with Sixth U.S. Army - now working for the National Park Service.

525 Golden Gate Avenue - the SF Public Utilities Commission Building carefully chosen - to place the cronies that would do the dirty work of Willie L Brown Jr.

The 525 Golden Gate Building - the headquarters of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission was opened with great fanfare.

Center of attention - Willie L. Brown Jr. - I was present and saw it all.

As time went by I saw all the nefarious actives transferred from the headquarters leases at 8th and Market to 525 Golden Gate Avenue.

People who had no business having an office were hosted at 525 Golden Gate Avenue - Susan Leal and Dwayne Jones - both are consultants - and have no business having an office - all to themselves.

Others who work for the SF Public Utilities Commission are deprived of an office - and work in some cramped up place. 

The SF Public Utilities paid salaries for those working for the Department of the Environment,  the salaries of those working for the SF Contract Monitoring Division.

The SFPUC continues paying salaries - of Susan Leal, paid once the salary of Julie Labonte  and others who did the bidding of Harlan Kelly and Juliet Ellis - Harlan Kelly resigned and awaiting his court hearing. Juliet Ellis too will have her day in court.

Recently - the last three virtual meetings -  the SF Public Commission Meetings - have been a farce.

Millions of dollars doled out - by the SF Public Utilities Commissioners. Two SFPU Commissioners jumped ship - Ann Moller Caen and Francesca Vietor - the high possibility linked to some nefarious activities - linked to Juliet Ellis.

Yolanda Manzone right hand person of Juliet Ellis has jumped ship and will be called upon to testify. 

Others too - excuses will be made - most will learn to sing the blues.

Dwayne Jones - black listed from doing business  when he was on the SF Housing Commission - now wheeling and dealing and making over $10 conservative number - while thousands

in the Bayview Hunters Point suffer.

I reviewed 70 projects over a period of 5 years - just the tip of the iceberg and was shocked how some jailbirds, and others who I have not seen in the trenches - fighting for our community - now use our community - and fill their coffers.

All of the above mentioned project are linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project.

It is a shame that the SF City and County - more the SF City Attorney and SF Controller - have permitted Dwayne Jones - use RDJ Consultants - a rogue company - to tap into Community Benefits - again and again and again.

Dwayne Jones first came into the community and worked for Young Community Developers - all the audits done during the time he worked for YCD - were suspect.

Dwayne Jones managed to hoodwink Mayor Gavin Newsom - when $3.4 million went missing - money that should have served the Bayview Hunters Point population.

Who is permitting Dwayne Jones  - to do as he pleases - who worked for Platinum Consultants and was fined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Who is supporting Dwayne Jones who stole $3.4 million - promising to help the constituents from Bayview Hunters Point - and were left high and dry.

Who is supporting Dwayne Jones who left Young Community Developers in a mess - check the 990 forms for ourselves - the years he was the Director of YCD.

Who is supporting Dwayne Jones who has stolen millions - Community Benefits - time will tell. Community Benefits tied to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - Dwayne Jones put in charge of Workforce and Juliet Ellis for Out reach.

Now Dwayne Jones want it all - Work Force and Out Reach.

At the SF Public Utilities Commission held December 22, 2020 - a question was asked about Dwayne Jones - who request to be the Special  Local Business Enterprise (LBE) - never mentions the name of his company - Rudolf Dwayne Jones (RDJ) Enterprise.

Who is this nefarious person and who does he really work for?

To the OGs from Bayview Hunters Point - time to find out who this man is - and what the fuck he is doing in our community?

All the time our infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved adults, those with compromised health are dying.

Over $400 million has been doled out to strangers - while those who are in the community are suffering.
