Katy How - Assistant General Manager of SF Public Utilities Commission - Infrastructure - who took detail instructions from Harlan Kelly - she had more to do with Harlan Kelly as did Juliet Ellis I leave it to your imagine - what the factor was.

Approve modification No 3 to contract No. WW-628, Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant New Headworks Project - increasing the contract by $106,321,923 and increasing the contract amount by $106,321,923 (How).

Modification No. 3 is required to address the following:

 * Specialized outreach consultant services to assist CM/GC with scope III (Main Headworks) LBE and local for trade packages.

The last six words make non sense and should read " LBE and local for (hire) trade packages.

We the people want to know if it is this person who lives in the East Bay and get a commission on the hundreds of project linked to AECOM, WEBCOR, PANKOW, do you think who this person is?

We have to know who appointed him the Gatekeeper of the Bayview - and what does this title really mean? Some Mafia operation that we the people must tolerate - outsiders coming into the Bayview Hunters Point and running the show?
