WHAT IS THE LABORATORY ANIMAL RESOURCE CENTER (LARC)) - BUILDING 830 - RUN BY UCSF - DOING IN THE BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT NEIGHBORHOOD - FOR OVER 60 YEARS ?

What is the Laboratory Animal Resource 

Center (LARC) doing in a neighborhood -

more Public Housing for over 60 years -

controlled by UC San Francisco ?

San Francisco is a racist City.

What makes this situation all the more complicated - are mostly Black sell outs - on the take - selling out the community.

These mostly ill informed Black want to build thousands of homes on very contaminated ground - in all over 30,000 - they take money, stale bread crumbs - to sell out the community at large. That time is coming - they can run but they cannot hide.

For over 60 years - the Laboratory Animal Resource Center aka

(LARC) - situated inside Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - a designated Superfund Site - has been conducting all sorts of animal experiments - and there have been incidents - problems -with the animals and more.

The SF Health Department has known about the on going nefarious activities - including Dr Thomas Aragon - he just look the other way.

What is this dubious Laboratory doing close to thousands of people who live - be it people of color - Public Housing by Kiska Road ?

 And what is our City and County doing about this situation - with intent allowing thousands to be exposed to contamination - dying slowly ?

Why is University of California San Francisco operating this facility in the year 2020?

Paying - no attention to the health and welfare of the workers who work at this facility - Building 830 and most of them are very sick?

The operation funded by University of California San Francisco.

The same operation that favors a Toxicologist who is dubious in nature - a disgrace to the human race and more.

Building 830 has been designated as radiologically impacted - it lies within the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - designated as a Superfund Site.

From our initial inquiries this contaminated building appears not to have been released by the California Department of Public Health - an entity -  we have had serious problems - kicking the can down the street.

It is critical that the California Department of Public Health  should NOT have released this building for human use - as mandated by the Federal Superfund Law  and if it has  - something stinks in Denmark.

Parcel E2 is a landfill that emits 

thousands of tons of Methane Gas -

one ton of Methane Gas equals 22 tons of Carbon Dioxide

for all the talk - San Francisco has a time bomb

right by Building 830 - do not say I did not tell you this -

I have said it before and I am sounding the clarion call.

Some of us advocates - 

have long know about the wells releasing Methane Gas

in and around Parcel E - the U.S. Navy has never, ever

been transparent about this issues - not even 

when there was a large underground fire - that 

is still raging underground - with the City and County

of San Francisco - looking the other way.

The Gas Monitoring Probes have registered Methane Concentration higher than 60% in air - in and around Parcel E2. 

There are other issues to - that have adversely impacted thousands living in the nearby Public Housing Kiska Road, Mariner Village, Middle Point now known as Huntersview and more.

Malia Cohen before and Shamann Walton are only interested in money and have taken millions from Lennar Urban - these two must be charged - and sent to jail for a long, long time.

The nearby residents all these many decades have died from one of kind ulcers, all sorts of chronic respiratory diseases, cancer.

Suffering from very high incidents of migraine headaches, skin rash, sore throat incident, watery eyes -  these trials and tribulation - have been borne by many of the residents - most of them - people of color - all these many years from the late 1950s.

Where in the Human Rights Commission - and Sheryl Davis on this with all her talk linked to Equity and all the nonsense she is talking about.

Where is the City Administrator Naomi Kelly on this matter - she knows about it - but she is also cozy with Lennar Urban too - Kofi Bonner.

Few understand that once there were two hills -

that were demolished - more dynamited -

to create the land - in fill to create the current 

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - E2 has all sorts of in fill -

vegetation, chemicals of all kinds, much of it from 

the atomic experiments and more - 

we have the empirical data - and we are not going 

to reveal what we know - our hard work - is our ACE card.

The very corrupt and amoral Mayor London Breed -

recently she revealed her misdeeds -

little does she know there is more to come -

she has dared to gang against two Black women doctors

who are examining and testing -

the victims impacted with the contamination and pollution -

I have described above.

Instead of helping the two Black women doctors - with all her talk about Equity and Resiliency - Mayor London Breed the coward - has gone out of her way to gang up on the doctors who are serving the community at large.

It is time Dr Tomas Aragon stops the on going discrimination in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco. 

He will be investigated much like Barbara Gracia - history repeats itself.

 For too long - have too many suffered - Dr Tomas Aragon- staying under the radar - acting like a fool.

Right now the City and County of San Francisco is going through some very turbulent times - corruption in San Francisco has reached " saturation point ".

It does not help that folks like Sophie Maxwell, Veronica Hunnicutt, Eloise Patton, Oscar James, Doris Vincent, all those on the Southeast Community Facility Commission - all women situated at 1800 Oakdale.

 Linda Richardson, Toye Moses, Malia Cohen, Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis, Naomi Kelly, Harlan Kelly, Walton Shamann, the Tabernacle Group, many Black sell out poverty pastors  and more - have been wheeling and dealing - selling out our community - mostly adversely impacting - people of color.

I say there is a God - and our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders, those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged - all cry for justice.

Our SF District Attorney, our SF City Attorney, our SF City Administrator, our SF Mayor and her lackeys - our SF Health Department more Thomas Argon - all have BLOOD on their hands. 

All of them have been informed of the above facts and have NOT - responded.

The above matter has now be sent to the California Attorney General - and rightly so because the other entities who could have looked into the matter - want to pander and look the other way.

Remember the Truth always prevails - it may take time - but the Truth always prevails.

A crook that has failed us all -
charged by the Fair Political Practices Commission -
and makes over $280,000 a year - Go Figure.

The SF Controller's Office can do something - but has been very slow - failing to address millions of dollars wasted by San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - two nefarious entities - Dwayne Jones and Juliet Ellis.

The Grand Jury is undertaking a deep investigation - and the sooner these scum bags are sent to jail for a long, long, long time the better. 

The Federal Bureau of Investigation should get on the case of Dwayne Jones and Juliet Ellis - before too much damage is done.
