WE STILL DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED TESTING KITS - MORE TO TEST THE DOCTORS AND MEDICAL STAFF ON THE FRONTLINES - ONCE THE TEST KITS ARRIVE - THE TEST RESULTS - WILL CLOG THE SYSTEM AT LARGE.

We still do not have the testing kits - more to test our frontline health workers - also to test those positive - who have been affected by the " COVID-19 virus ".

The newer testing kits will take time - in the mean time - the best precaution  - please stay away from large crowds - smaller crowds too - it is better known as " social distancing " - seclusion and privacy - time for deep thought and relaxing.

We must aim to stay from most anyone - if we can help it - that is the only way to slow this pandemic.

We have seen the pandemic peak and the

level off - we saw this in China and it has leveled - there -

where things are under control in China -

we saw this in South Korea - and in 

South Korea too - the measures slowed the pandemic - 

pandemic comes under control in as much -

as we take the required measures -

in Italy - and from what we see of the Italian pattern -

that is more what we will see in the United States.

The COVID-19 virus can easily be destroyed - if we maintain our hygiene - washing our hands with soap. Up our standards of hygiene on a War Footing - no mistakes such as spitting on the streets, sneezing with containment, blatant disregard - going to places when one can stay at home.

 Contain our sneezing, stop touching our face and other body parts - are all difficult to do. In this case we must make a sacrifice - not only to save oneself but the community at large.

Here is a notice sent to all San Franciscans - more or less what I have said above - please cooperated to keep all of us safe :

We have to maintain the highest standard of hygiene -  we have to curtail this " Community Spread ". This is a matter of Life and Death.

We must tackle this pandemic on a War Footing - some of us have had no " experience living in a War Zone ".

Well - that is what - we all have to deal with - because of the poor leadership in the White house - and here in San Francisco with Mayor London Breed, Drs Grant Colfax and Tomas Aragon - spewing hot air. 

Mary Ellen Carroll - none of them have handled a pandemic - none of them can do a needs assessment - worth the salt. 

It is a JOKE  when they read the orders - without any heart - all the time they are taking half-ass measures. The prepared  statements the make - make no impact at all - hogwash. 

In addressing the public at large - these so called drab experts  - t do not mention a word about lack of training, less safety equipment, the lack of " test kits " for those on the frontlines in our hospital. Where is the capacity - are we viable and sustainable given the limited resources. 

Our Doctors, Registered Nurses, the Case Managers, the Janitors - the many hospital staff - need urgently help and all we hear is the diatribe - our frontline Nurses and Doctors are treated with disdain and this must STOP - at the SF General Hospital.

We have to take charge of the 

situation at hand - clean surfaces -

and stay away from places that are frequented

by a lot of people. Looking at all the factors - and discerning -

staying at home is best - maintaining a higher standard

of hygiene - eating healthy and exercising.
What is not mentioned is praying, meditation, spirituality 
is important in times like this - God watches it all.

I was listening to the so called experts from the Bay Area and we have failed to recognize our frontline health workers - our Doctors, our Nurses, our Caseworkers, our Janitors - those that truly contribute to our well being and health.

If the patients arrive in the hundreds and thousands and there are no Doctors, Nurses, the needed medial staff - the hospital and what is stands for is - naught.

These frontline workers need the necessary training and equipment masks, respirators, hospital space and beds, all that is necessary to help curtail this pandemic.

For decades our hospitals have been playing the bluff game in San Francisco.

Once we had the Letterman Army Hospital and the Letterman Army Institute of Research - the hospitals could deal with thousands of patients - they tore down the hospital.

We had the Public Hospital at 15th Avenue - they tore it down.

We had Saint Luke - the Sutter Hospitals - took it over - and curtail the number of sub-acute care patients - and by default cannot be used in a situation that we are facing now

Bottom line even with Saint Mary's, Kaiser, and some  smaller hospitals - we cannot and will not be ready for say 500 beds in San Francisco.

When we resort to accommodating the patients - in tents and such  like accommodations - the entire pandemic takes a worse turn.

Our Elders must be treated well -

more, in their Golden Years -

God help us - and we must stop point fingers -

do our job - talk less and more good actions.





Here in San Francisco -
our Elders are treated with disdain -
time to come to their aid -
before it is too late.

Our Elders and Seniors are vulnerable - this has been stated again and again. 

Our Elders and Seniors are the most vulnerable when it comes to this pandemic - the COVIT-19 virus - their chances of dying are greater.

We can rise to the occasion - early detection can save anyone - our failure to provide the testing kits - is a crying shame.

If the virus is not detected in time - the patient treated - the best medical attention given - thousands can live - take care of themselves and live.

We already know one can be treated - recover and relapse - this has been said again and again - this pandemic is one of a kind - and will take a heavy toll - all over the world.

Again and again we see so many " sneeze " without containing the sneeze to a tissue - and think nothing of this. Sneezing releases pores - these pores fly in any environment and cause anyone within some distance - to get affected.

These  pores can harm everyone - the most vulnerable our Seniors but others too.

The many Blue Prints - to curtail numbers are coming to the fore a bit too late - better late than never.

We are talking about " the test kits " - then comes the testing - after the test if one is tested positive - comes more work - it goes on and on - taking a heavy toll of our doctors, our nurses, all those that have empathy, compassion, and more.

We see many restaurants complaining - well, no one wants to be exposed to the virus - if they can help it. 

It is not business as usual - and we must bear with one another - one single restaurant that is contaminated with COVID-19 virus - can bring about a disaster.

we must pay keen attention 

to what he has to say - not the clown -

who lives in the White House. 

Prevention is better than cure - so they say - and this is a pandemic.

More -  when we know "community spread " is rampant in many cities - and  has now been contributing to more positive cases linked to COVID-19 virus - all over the Bay Area.

The more people are tested - the more exponentially - the positive cases will grow - by the thousands - and when this happens - true leadership counts.

In San Francisco within a week we will see those positive to the COVID-19 virus peak - and more and more as the weeks go by.

The expected   " community spread " is convoluted.

One may be affected - and spread the COVID-19 virus - and yet not come down badly with the virus itself.

Yet - we know for sure our Elders and Seniors - are prone to severe attacks and death.

The virus attacks the lungs - the lungs are filled with liquid -  the lungs collapse - it then affects other organs - and before one knows it - death - takes its toll.

We failed to take things seriously - we knew about this pandemic - in December of 2019.

We also knew months before knowing about this deadly virus - the Pandemic Team at the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention  - was dismantled. Why?

The clown who makes his abode in the White House - must be ashamed of himself. Time he is charged - " crimes against humanity " - much like the War Crimes tribunals in the Hague and Geneva undertake. 


Way back in July, 2019.

Had that team been intact - to day many of the things we are trying to implement - would have been in place.

Over $700 million was cut from the Pandemic Team within the CDC - and just recently $8.3 billion was appropriated - to address the Pandemic in general.

We do not seem to evaluate our priorities in this nation under this Administration.

Health and safety comes first - but the current White House - loves to talk the talk - and fails - every single time - to walk the walk.

Again and again we talk about testing and we still do not have the " test kits " in place to test thousands.

Once - this is done - our hospitals will be inundated with so many positive cases - that we will have to implement - rigorous actions - on a War Footing.

Hospital beds will be at a premium - and thousands will have to be contained in " tents " - the only space available - other than staying home in seclusion. 

We say we are a Superpower - we love spending on bombs, aircraft, large sea faring carriers with missiles and what have you - bombs and all sorts of killing equipment - but now when it come to our health and safety  - we do not have the baseline - items.

The COVID-19 virus is spreading -

all over this Earth -

some nations have nothing much to fight it -

even Italy had to accept thousands of masks, 

respirators, other medical equipment from China -

yet here in the United States -

we cannot help our own - and keep pointing fingers -

at other countries - if we act like snobs

we will fall flat on our faces.

Our economy is heading towards a recession - the spiraling of the economy is drastic - and at a time - when we thought we could get a change of government leadership  - that may happen - but our Nation harmed by this sordid - pandemic.

Our children will witness a pandemic and remember the actions of their parents.

Recall the situation at hand - this dark cloud will pass - if it must be - we can be resilient - more, with tenacity and fortitude. Aho.
