IS OUR CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO CAPABLE OF DOING - A NEEDS ASSESSMENT LINKED - TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS?

The COVID-19 virus 

so is there a way to make 

a sound " needs assessment " locally -

so that we do not listen to the utter nonsense

on our Media - each one contradicting another -

where is the empirical data?

Closer to home the  Grand Princess - infected Cruise Ship plans to  dock in the International waters - for sometime but soon to dock closer to  San Francisco.

We have our  Mayor London Breed  who loves to bark up the wrong tree and she has not said a word. 

Of course the same can be said of Governor Gavin Newsom.

We know the few military establishments - still active and in operation - will be put to work - never mind the military will work their butts off and not be compensated.  

San Franciscans are concerned - and many upset - with the shabby response from the City and County of San Francisco.

So hopefully the Grand Princess will not be docked - where it can be seen - and upset the taxpayers of San Francisco.

Also the crew should be allow to heal elsewhere and not here in San Francisco - we are NOT capable of provide - the care they need. The Captain of the Grand Princess feels that way too.

Listening to the experts from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention - we have heard conflicting statements. 

To begin with the CDC did not NOT have the required test kits - to deal with the situation. 

That debacle caused more confusion or should I say pandemonium.

Well - China and South Korea have been doing a great job - so may be we can learn something from these two Nations.

There are several models of  testing - the CDC has chosen the one that collects specimens from the throat, mouth, and so on.

The kits meant to work failed - and now the CDC is seeking the private industry - to come to its rescue.

Closer to home we have Mission Bay and we have better laboratories in South San Francisco, Brisbane, Emeryville - and other places - we have not heard - if kits and tests made by the private sector - can come to our rescue - sooner than expected.

There is a difference between " tests" and " kits " and Mayor London Breed and her lackeys have NO clue about this difference - less about finding - solutions.

Knowing  the leadership with Mayor London Breed at the head of this gang - I know she and her lackeys - cannot see beyond there nose.

I know we have some stellar and astute scientists here in San Francisco and the Bay Area - some Toxicologists and epidemiologists - other scientists that have had deep experience in handling Ebola and other pandemics.

We are blessed to have them - can we reach out to them - and compensate them - much as we do the ones who are useless Drs Grant Colfax and Tomas Aragon.

From past experience I know for sure - San Francisco cannot handle  thousands of victims brought about by any large pandemic - here in San Francisco.

San Francisco does not have a Toxicologist on their pay roll - I am talking about the SF Health Department.

Drs Tomas Aragon and Grant Colfax - talk the talk but cannot walk the walk. 

University of California San Francisco has a Toxicologist but he is not to be trusted.

This crooked Toxicologist  favored Lennar Urban and did not defend our infants, children, Elders, those with compromised health - more the mentally and physically challenged the last time around. 

I have seen this rascal and do not trust him and his associates that are in bed with him.

We have a Director of Emergency Department - Mary Carroll her middle name escapes me - this woman is something else.

We have an increase in COVID-19 virus - but this woman has NO clue - about having in place a viable and sustainable model - to deal with a thousand COVID-19 virus patients.

These vermin get hired - no one pays attention to their experience - the last time around she did some work as a Security Specialist working for the SF Public Utilities Commission.

Now she works as the Executive Director for the City and County of San Francisco - Emergency Management. 

She must prove herself worthy and cannot for she does not have the ability to conduct an investigation, gather facts - and do a worthy and sound " needs assessment ". 

She is weak in the knees, inept, lacks fortitude - a fly on the wall.

I bet you right now - if anyone can find out what she is doing  - this woman is pussyfooting around.

Already we have one high school shut down - to stop COVID-19 virus communication - Lowell High School - in San Francisco. 

If other schools have to do it - they will have to follow.

So do we have a plan where classes can be held - using the internet - tele-classes for example. Do we have the infrastructure and trained personnel?

Larger institutions have the ability - but many institutions and even the City and County of San Francisco - do not have the better equipment to broadcast simply because they do have the broadband and other needed tools. 

Much like Stanford is executing a plan and rightly so - they have the set up, sound infrastructure, and expertise - experience professors on stand by to telecast.

I bet you this so called SF Emergency Management Executive Director  has NOT thought about such a plan nor does her team - have a Blue Print.

In the inner city in San Francisco - thousands will be forgotten - no outreach has been done - and if one catches the virus is will spread like fire. I have been saying about the lack of planning - and other pertinent stuff - but these idiots simply do not get it. 

You cannot deal with the ignorant - they do more harm than good. Most of them we have in Room 200 at SF City Hall.

Some of you may not know it - but over 85% of the raw materials needed to make the medications that the Pharmaceuticals sell come from China.  India some - and we call ourselves a Superpower.

It is the same with spare parts for computers, watches, cars, all sorts of electronic material and equipment - and what have you.

We in the United Stares do not manufacture not even shoes for that matter.

The above discussion is vital to survive but more to be prepared - we must start manufacturing at home - and STOP outsourcing.

As I have been saying - not too many are discussing these glaring and pertinent s issue - what stops us from manufacture in toto - here in the United States of America? Greed.

We buy from other nations - cheap goods and have lost our self respect. Remember one tenth of one percent - the filthy rich - who invests in outsourcing - control ninety five percent of the wealth of this nation - trillions of dollars.

This COVID-19 virus has thrown a curve ball - the leadership in San Francisco - are so dumb - they stammer and fumble for words - when anyone sensible asks them a question that merits education and experience - all you hear are sounds.

We cannot blame Washington DC for everything  and the clown in the White House.

We too have a swamp in San Francisco - we are worse in many ways. 

The recent corruption linked to Mayor London Breed and Naomi Kelly the City Administrator - will soon reveal more - the cat has not yet been let out of the bag.

Those waiting to be investigated are sweating - tossing in bed - their time is coming - K A R M A .

Here is San Francisco we have an inordinate number of Elders or Seniors that we love - they all need attention. 

NO  "  needs assessment. " has been done - if you prod the idiots in the leadership to answer some - they kick the can - down the street. 

I have been saying do we have a facility closer to San Francisco - that can quarantine 500 patients - to do the healing and quarantine with standards - I am talking not putting folks in tents - giving the best treatment - matching the talk - helping those who have been tested and are COVID-19 virus positive.

Life is not a bed or red roses.

We must have leaders who are educated on issues and have experience.

Leaders who have fortitude and tenacity.

Leaders who are spiritual and of course are humble. 

The present set of thugs we have in Room 200 at City Hall - are far from that - pathetic - good for nothing.

Much was made of Mission Bay - more being a center that could address every aspect of health and of course medicines, testing, and more. 

A needs assessment must be done - as we are in for more pandemics in the future. Where are the standards and do we have the bench marks?

The Opioids Pandemic has not been declared as yet - but can quickly escalate the pandemonium visited us by COVID-19 virus.

The San Francisco Health Department - and more the SF General Hospital - is in serious trouble - over Sixty percent of the Registered Nurses (RN) are over worked. 

The standard mandated is one RN looking after four patients. 

At the SF General Hospital it is one RN managing nine or ten.

Many cannot take their lunch breaks - they cannot find replacements.

Beside being over worked - the nurses are abused. 

If they bring their complaint to the Managers - they are targeted and ganged up - on.

Dr Grant Colfax is aware of the situation at hand but the jerk cannot do - accept say that he will and then do nothing at all.

Dr Tomas Aragon says something but means nothing at all - he thinks we will tolerate his nonsense - he will follow Barbara Garcia. 

This COVID-19 virus permits us to monitor these good for nothing individuals - and evaluate the situation at hand.

In the interim the State of California more the Attorney General must conduct an audit - on past evaluations, Full Time Employment (FTE) slots as opposed to filling slots with Travel Nurses and Per Diem Nurses - other ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - created to adversely impact the Registered Nurses. .

The nurses and other medical staff came to City Hall and addressed the SF Board of Supervisors - in Room 250.

 I hope Mayor London Breed increases the funding and sees it goes for training, safety equipment, less stressful conditions for the nurses.

A  needs assessment is done - by a neutral party to find out more - about the horrific work conditions.

We have too many foxes guarding the chicken coop - and this must be done away - the health of our people more our Elders is at stake.

Please do not listen to the misinformation and disinformation that the Main Media spews - learn to get to the bottom and study the facts. 

Speak truth to power and challenge the idiots make large sums of money - this time around they will have to prove what they are made of - most are chaff and will fall by the way side.

The Grand Princess will dock somewhere close to San Francisco - and we will hear more. 

Hopefully the news will be good - more about healing and caring - and for this and more we need the infrastructure, the expertise - and sound leadership.

So far we do not have the infrastructure.

So far we have not taken care of our Registered Nurses and other medical staff, Doctors, Janitors, Case Managers, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Epidemiologists, and other qualified and need staff.

So far we have not heard the mission objective - and the many team leaders need to address the situation at hand - linked to COVID-19 virus.

By the way the virus has been spreading for a longer time here in San Francisco.

The present crisis has just begun - and will increase - exponentially.

This has happened in South Korea, Italy, of course China, in Iran - so San Francisco - watch out for COVID-19 virus spreading - we do not want to hear any excuses.

So far our Mayor London Breed, the City Administrator Naomi Kelly, the so called Executive Director - of Emergency Management, Drs Grant Colfax and Tomas Aragon have failed us miserably.
