WE CAN STAY AT HOME - WASH OUR HANDS - CONTAIN OUR SNEEZING - EXERCISE - EAT RIGHT - MAINTAIN BASIC HYGIENE - UP OUR STANDARDS - STAY POSITIVE.

We can stay at home - 

wash our hands - contain our sneezing -

clean surfaces that have been used - exercise -
eat right - and stay positive -

maintain basic hygiene -   up our standards.

We all can do better - each one doing her or his best to maintain a higher standard of hygiene. 

On the MUNI - at other places - we still witness - some failing to maintain hygiene -  spitting in the open. This must STOP.

Sneezing without covering the sneeze with some tissue - failing to comprehend - that pores can fly and land a distance away - and foster the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

This is a pandemic - on the National level - CIVID-19 virus.

WE could have nipped it in the bud - that did not happen.

It is still  NOT too late - to take matters into our hands - and maintain - hygiene - a higher standard to maintain the leveling that we must attain - as you see in the figure above.

As long as we have doctors 

the caliber of Dr Anthony S. Fauci -

he has stood up and spoken Truth to Power -

he is the Director of the 

National Institute of Health - been in office 

since President Ronald Reagan - Dr Fauci has wisdom -

and what is more important to note - humility.

We all can bring about the flattening of the up surge as pictured above. 

Each one counts - we cannot lock down large areas - entire  cities as was done in China.

Prohibit thousands from leaving their homes - we treasure our freedom. 

There is Freedom and there is License - abuse of Freedom is License.

We cannot completely lock down facilities and work places - without causing turmoil and pandemonium  - volunteering to do the right thing - is the best.

If each one takes on to oneself to be responsible - make an attempt to maintain " social distancing " we can reduce exposure  
and control the rampant increase of this monster - COVID-19 virus.

God help us - we cannot see too  many people die - when we can make attempts to save lives.

The many scientists are working hard -

the etymologists, nurses, health workers, doctors, others - 

those in our private laboratories are making great strides -

we should be able to have a vaccine soon -

as China, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Unites States -

Canada and other nations - are working hard -

to create a vaccine that works - it takes time to test the vaccine -

results published by the experts and institutions to embrace -
in good time - good things will happen.

Those in Government have prioritized our Elders - and are moving in the right direction. 

Our Elders must be protected and cared for in their golden years.

Here in San Francisco for all the talk - there has been less walk.

Our Mayor London Breed, Drs Grant Colfax and Tomas Aragon, Mary Ellen Carroll - other lackeys of the Mayor, London Breed - barking up the wrong tree.

Now that we have been given the green signal - we must partner with the " private laboratories " - we have a ROCHE LABORATORY  right here in the Bay Area.

We have state of art laboratories all over the Bay Are - firms like Genentech - and can make head way - move in the right direction.

For the longest time San Francisco did not know how to deal with the Centers of Diseases Control and Protection.

This is because in San Francisco we have leaders - who are NOT educated on issues.

Do not have the ability to dialog - they love monolog and they love to spew hot air - we notice this again and again.

There was one opening - and it worked in our favor - the Feds wanted our assistance - the Feds asked us permission to allow the Grand Princess to dock - Oakland was chosen - and Oakland did us all a favor.  

When California agreed to bring in the Grand Princess - and in a way open the door for dialog - some one like VP Pence realized - he could get our help but also prepare the way for dialog.

VP Pence and Nancy Pelosi get along well - that led to another - victory for the children and catering to those children that are not food secure, mothers and fathers who would have to stay home - to take care of their children - other salient and pertinent issues - the $8.3 Billion deal - a bipartisan deal - that is slowly dealing the Nation.

California is the 5th largest Economy in the entire world.

You would not know that from all the homelessness, treating our Elders with disdain, the congestion, and the very poor leadership - when it comes to housing and sound health issues - linked to those segments of the population that need help most

The COVID-19 will bring us to our knees - more when we have NO beds to address - thousands of citizens - testing positive - going to the hospital and being accommodated in temporary tents.

OSHPD standards - important to note - in any emergency situation - where thousands of hospital beds are needed - for 
the best care to be given by our Doctors, Nurses and other Medical staff :

This precise planning regarding hospital beds - the higher standards to build hospital OSHPD standard - are known to those individuals - who deal with sound Emergency Services.

Not - so in San Francisco - we have shallow leaders the likes of London Breed and Mary Ellen Carroll. Time will tell.

We failed to test - early on - in January of 2019 - and we still cannot test all those that need testing.

The good news is laboratories like ROCHE and Medical Centers - like the one in Nebraska - early on - took upon themselves - to test the test kits - and now have a tested kit - that can test and get results within 6 hours.

The bottom line we want and need test kits - that can reveal results in days - and not too many days and weeks - as was experienced by the Smithsonian - Centers for Diseases and Protection.

Here in the San Francisco - our Registered Nurses did help and more paid for their hard work, given the necessary meal breaks, and the general working environment - must be improved.

Our SF Doctors, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, other medical staff have not been interviewed and it i time that is done - to do a through " needs assessment ".

STOP the stupid press statements - the Mayor London Breed, Drs Grant Colfax, Mary Ellen Carroll and other lackeys - heads of SF City Departments and Supervisors.

More - standing behind the Mayor - and giving credibility to the nonsense spoken - the Mayor London Breed has no clue - what is happening.

We need people tested on a War Footing - I have been writing about this and speaking out - but these uneducated and folks who have NO experience - do not comprehend the importance of the tests.

As and when we have the test - we have results - as and when we have the results - we can have a Blue Print - and act.

Congress and the Senate have now passed a large amount of money and here in San Francisco - the corrupt politicians are ready to spend the money.

For starters - first come the Registered Nurses, second the beds needed in the hospitals, third the respirators, fourth outreach to those that need the free tests - and right here in San Francisco - all this and more is pending.

All those who stay home to curtail the pandemic will be paid - they must be paid - in a timely manner - we have fought - for all of the above - writing,  speaking - contacting my contacts and getting results.

As always happens the poor, the indigent, those that work two and three jobs - are the ones suffering.

Congress and the Senate has appropriated sufficient money for our infants, children, youth, young adult, our Elders, those with compromised health - there is funding to help them - but we need spend the money with transparency and accountability.

we know some  crooks who think they are free -

I am calling on our Controller to put in place the needed checks and balances. 

Our Sunshine Task Force is dead, our SF Ethic Commission not working - by default - the SF Controller is tasked to do too much - even if we do the heavy lifting - adjudication takes time - as more and more cases - needing pressing attention - fill the pipeline.

As I have been saying - corruption has reached saturation point - and we have no way to bring about quick adjudication - unless the Federal Government steps in - and we have a care taker government - with some independent entity or Comptroller taking control of the pressing issues at hand. 

Who is fooling whom?

We are a very corrupt City and County of San Francisco - and we spend money first and then try to report how we spent the money. This happens again and again.

the utter corruption and waste of millions. Why?

It is not easy to go to City Hall and listen to the utter nonsense -  Room 250 - beating around the bush - and failing to represent - hard working - tax payers - citizens of the United States and loyal San Franciscans.

The citizens and constituents of San Francisco have had a lot of patience - and our patience is running out. 

We have too many crooks - who come to San Francisco - and wheel and deal - try to get some position - and climb up the very corrupt political ladder - we know them and will deal with them - more those steeped  " dark money " lying all the time.

Less talk and more walk.
