There was an extraordinary meeting at the White House gardens - the leading partners from the Private Industry and the Government Officials - they stood shoulder to shoulder - to address COVID-19 virus.

We now see some attempt made to remove old rules and specification - that hindered progress - Smithsonian - we now are free to make the dire changes - to the old system.
