The COVID-19 is peaking in San Francisco -

it will truly peak in two weeks time -

we have yet to step up and do the testing 

once we do the testing - we have the empirical data -

once we have the data - we can plan and fight this pandemic.

San Francisco for all its talk is a Racist City.

The politicians who represent are busy trying to win brownie points - once hundreds start to die - many will wake up to the reality.

We we will see how accountable - our politicians are - more Mayor London Breed - who has NO clue about sound leadership and more accountability.

This camouflaging of the facts - how many have been tested - how long does it take to get the positive tests back - how many hospital beds - do we have - ready and on the mend.  The status of the ventilators we have - we need at least 1000 in San Francisco - for starters - gowns, masks, testing kits that work, respirators - more support for our Doctors, Nurses, the medical staff on the frontline.

San Francisco General Hospital -

has serious issues - our Doctors, our Registered Nurses -

other vital Medical Staff - are exhausted -

they are tired - the morale is low - for all the talk

there is NO sound leadership at the SF General Hospital.

The Stimulus Plan has passed but yet not signed - most adults who are working will receive a $1200 check.

For a family of two adults $2400 - and more for children.

We will find out the details - very soon - this money will be sent to the needy - as soon as possible. God willing.

Billions of dollars as much as $500 billion will go to biggest corporations - to keep the operations in place - and help the workers with money - to stay in place.

We cannot afford to loose - trained workers - that is the plan - retrain workforce and maintain high standards. 

We will find out the details - today - and in the days to come.

$350 Billion will be given to middle size business - we will soon see the plans - it is good this time around - unlike the last time around in 2008 - that spiraling of the economy.

In 2008 only the large corporations, the large financial institution received money - we the people got shafted.

$250 Billion will be sent to various States - and all this and more - does not mean - New York and other cities like San Jose and Los Angeles - will be completely compensated.

The fact is they will have some money - to float for a short time - a bridge loan - to help small businesses

Help workers compensation -  even pay those that most need money for rent and other succor.

Our Nation will take years to recover - this is an economic disaster - that has hit the world - and we are all in it - together.

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention -

now has a better idea of the plan to execute -

we are learning from South Korea, China, Italy, Germany -

we now have models and each nation has shared empirical data -

the best way to understand any model -

is to zero in on the data - and the many Blue Prints 

that were followed and worked - folks staying in one place at home or a safe place - affording the front line medical  -

the best equipment for - our Doctors, Nurses,  other Medical Staff -

much need - to reduce the APEX and flatten the curve.

Here in San Francisco - those so called drab leaders - that gather to speak to the citizens of San Francisco - continue to speak in circles. 

We really do not know - the quality of the testing - we have a rough figure - how many have been tested positive and how many have lost their lives.

We still do not have the empirical data on the hospital beds. One must remember the hospital beds for the pandemic cases - are better equipped and have superior ventilation and respirators for the COVID-19 virus - victims.

We have a population of 840,000 and we want to know the percentage of the City and County population that have been tested. We also want to know what " testing kits " were used.

We know the first testing kits sent to the various States - did not work - now we have various " test kits " and we want to know about the regulation at all levels - records maintain - in the current testing.

So far the data released is shady to say the least - typical of those who think - the citizens are not astute to figure out the detail.

We have SF politicians - waiting for money to trickle down - the Stimulus Money - more to spend it - on things that the politicians want to spend the money on. The tax payer comes first - not the sordid politicians - who look you in the eye and lie.

I am requesting the SF Controller's Office - to form a task force - to monitor the City Administrator and Naomi Kelly - the Mayor's Office of Economic Development - and Joaquim Torres. The Mayor' Office in Room 200 - and the shenanigans going on there.

The  SF Assessor's Office and Carmen Chu, the SF Treasurer and Jose Cisneros, the SF Municipal Transportation Agency, the Department of Public Works, the many other SF Departments - which each must be given guidance - and an audit mandate - on the short term and the long term.

Line item auditing - no generalities and for sure no hoodwinking in broad daylight.

This peak that we will see must be flattened -

the social distancing works - on a case by case bases -

we need the ventilators, we need the respirators, we need

the test kits with quick turn a round, we need the quality 

gowns - masks, other missing vital to the standard operations -

 we need to rotate the frontline medical workers -

maintain rest times - food and drinks that 

have standards and are healthy - 

right now at SF General Hospital - the morale is low.

We have to learn to implement - lesson learned.

This  is San Francisco - our leadership can address the base-line requirements - and have not.

This is San Francisco - a City named after Saint Francisco of Assisi. 

We must have spirituality - our heart in the right place - to take those we care for and more to a better place.

This is the time to ponder - learn how to meditate - spend long hours in silence - and rid one system of the hustle and bustle.

Yoga and other methods of exercises for the whole being - some call them aerobics - the better one is Yoga  - there a whole serious of breathing exercise - that strengthen the lungs - and can prepare one - for any eventuality. 

We must have humility and exercise it - we cannot be haughty - this will bring us down and those that have NO compassion and empathy - will fall flat on their face.

We cannot and must not have disdain for the poor and those that are homeless - so far the City and County of San Francisco has not been fair - I am monitoring the situation at hand.

Those talking at the Press Conference - and addressing mundane topics - must STOP the nonsense.

We the tax payers in San Francisco are not dumb.

It  is cumbersome - more, difficult to respect and less listen to those who are corrupt - amoral - leading this corruption - here in San Francisco - on many levels Mayor London Breed.

Has anyone thought this pandemic is a sign to open our eyes and senses and do right. For too long - have some treated the poor and those that need help - with disdain - not this time - around. There is a God.

This team of Drs Grant Colfax, Tomas Aragon, and Mary Ellen Carroll - is a JOKE - none of them are articulate - and none of them have handled a major pandemic - they lack  the basic experience - stellar and astute Emergency Career Officer - must have - more to serve the people with humility.

Now that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Corps of Engineers are on board - we can work with FEMA - to contribute and serve those that pay taxes.  FEMA is well equipped.

FEMA  -  has the needed experience and are willing to share

skills with our City and County of San Francisco.

We must have the humility to learn - so far our haughtiness from those leading and talking hot air - is all we see and hear. 

The Corps of Engineers and the thousands of other Federal Health Career workers - whose expertise is well known and their service to the Nation - respected and honored - are on stand by.

In the mean time - we must sanitize our MUNI system - the insides of the bus from time to time stink - you can imagine the germs - that continue to grow exponentially.

I can guarantee you - the SF Health Department has failed to take samples from inside the MUNI buses, the tramcars, other public areas - the railings need to be sanitized - to track the COVID-19 virus.

For some strange reason - the actual data is not published - and this fact - will come to haunt those in charge.

For one reason or other San Francisco - hire folks who do not love San Francisco and its people - they love their huge salaries - and fail to represent - those that need help most.

This COVID-19 virus - will hit us hard - and we must reduce the SF work force - 30,000 employees is a bit too much. 

First we must trim the salaries of any one making over $200,000 - for sure those making $300,000 and $400,000 - evaluated and audit every year.

We have an elite group of  " thugs" working for the City and County of  San Francisco.

Many City Departments - have NOT been audited in ages.

It is time we sanitized, weed the corrupt ,  clear the chaff from each and every SF City Department. Now.
