Baron de Montesquieu - The Spirit of Laws.

Baron de Montesquieu developed the doctrine of separation of powers - whereby government he suggested should be divided into three branches - legislative, executive, and judicial - he laid his treaty in a book named " The Spirit of Laws. " 

The United States has witnessed no genuine bipartisan cooperation - when the two main parties are at loggerhead - and take a position and stick to it - without meaningful dialogue.

The world witnessed this pandamonium - each party stalling the other - fifteen rounds of utter confusion and chaos. 

Finally, Kevin McCarthy was chosen as the Speaker of the House - and we all may think this is the saga's end. It is not.

Our founding fathers created a Republic, and they studied how the Roman Senate worked.

How the Six Nations and the Iroquois Nation confederacy worked for thousands of years - a democracy that worked.

The Founding Fathers " created an experiment " that is our Republic, and it worked and served us well - for over one hundred and fifty years.

Kevin Mccarthy is our Speaker - a Republican - it took 15 rounds to elect him - past midnight January 7, 2023. 

On January 6, 2021 - the world witnessed the insurrection on Capitol Hill - where some thugs led by Donald Trump - desecrated Capitol Hill - trying to stall the counting of the Electoral votes.

Those who participated in this crime - more with intent - are traitors and our Constitution lays down the details - as to the punishment that should be meted out to them.

In recent years our Executive Branch has failed us - President Joe Biden is busy doling out money - current $1.7 trillion - who will pay the debt - our children.

Even as we think we are aiding and abetting Ukraine - the filthy rich - the one percent of our population, our population is three hundred and fifty million - are raking in billions. Time will tell.

The first three articles of the United States Constitution precisely describe U.S. Congress, the U.S. President, and the Constitution, respectively.

One-third of our population does not believe in the United States Constitution - what do we, the few educated on issues, have to say about this situation? 

Our Speaker, as per the " experiment " laid down by the Founding Fathers - had in mind a Speaker who embraced both parties - and created a bipartisan atmosphere - as we see and witness - this will not happen. 

We have a Supreme Court that embraces " dark money. " The Supreme Court declared " corporations are people too. 

" The Supreme Court has failed our women - women must be a right to handle their bodies - and no one should mandate what a woman has to do with their body in our free nation.

It is time we have term limits put on the Supreme Court judges - who, as the years pass by - have failed to uphold the law and increasingly infringe on our freedom.

We have freedom, and we have licenses. Abuse of freedom is license.

This event occurred at San Francisco City Hall - below the rotunda circa 1938. Today here in San Francisco, corruption has reached saturation point. Gerrymandering is now used to vote out - our good Supervisor - case in point, Gordon Mar. We have a Mayor, London Breed, who has failed San Franciscans - decent citizens who pay her $500,000 annually for failing us - all.

Frederick Douglass (circa 1818 -1895)

Frederick Douglass convinced President Abraham Lincoln - to free the slaves and join the Union during the Civil War. Who do we have today - that stature of Frederick Douglass?

Chief Sitting Bull - Tatanka-Iyotank -

circa -1831-1890 - defeated Custer and the 7th Calvary at Little Bighorn in 1876. Chief Sitting Bull united the Lakota Nation - a sovereign nation. Hundreds of treaties were signed by the United States government and the indigenous tribes - all of them broken - more declared null and void.

Chief Joseph (Heinmot Tooyalakekt) - 

Circa 1841 1904 - Nez Perce Leader - he loved his 

people, and we remember the trail of tears. Indigenous

people have lived here for over 100,000 years. 

The Supreme Court must agree - why so many indigenous tribes are not Federally Recognized. Indigenous people who live on

Turtle Island for thousands of years - have every right to 

be acknowledged - the process of DNA and the latest technology -

is sufficient proof - who lived here on Turtle Island - before the strangers came - looking for somewhere to live. 

President Andrew Jackson - a despicable person -

he ordered killing infants, raping women, stealing land - 

millions of acres stolen - his face must be removed -

from the twenty dollar bill.

President Abraham Lincoln freed the Black slaves.

He also signed laws that gave away millions of acres of tribal land.

He ordered the mass execution of 38 Dakota Sioux warriors.

We know this to be true - and remember the facts.

The indigenous of Turtle Island 

If we genuinely know our history

we must acknowledge our ancestors

it is not about legalese - it is about respect

those who speak with a forked tongue

will see the result, and it will be something other than pretty.

The many indigenous tribes live here

on Turtle Island for over 100,000 years

who are those who arrived lately

to dare to say - those who have lived here for thousands of years

 prove with documents that they really were here

this nonsense must stop - Federal Recognition -

 respect to all indigenous people - Turtle Island.

The U.S. Department of Interior must wake up.

Your logic on Federal recognition is messed up

the Bureau of Indian Affairs - the Secretary of Interior

Debbie Harland - must act - and act with integrity 

much water has run through the river,  it is dry

Time is running out - and you know it. 

The Great Spirit sees it all 

as time goes on - those that live here on Turtle Island

have had their patience tried - time is running out

the indigenous were born free, and as they pass

to the other side - they give freely and know

that the indigenous are unique in the eyes of all 

but more the Great Spirit that sees it all.

Turtle Island is here to stay

the fauna, flora, rivers and lakes, and more

the ancestors have said to take little and leave more

uplift one another - and be kind to those that live

all life is precious - but more those whose hearts

are in the right place - only they can take others
