WHAT IS OUR SF CONTROLLER'S OFFICE DOING - EVEN AS THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION IS DOLING OUT MONEY - CORRUPTION AMONG NON-PROFITS HAS REACHED SATURATION POINT.

Dwayne Jones - so-called gatekeeper and philanthropist - wheeling and dealing - CEO of RDJ Enterprises - has milked the City and County millions of dollars - his sidekick Juliet Ellis who left SF Public Utilities Commission.  

The San Francisco Controller's Office, the Sunshine Task Force, and the SF Ethics Commission have all failed the citizens of San Francisco.

The Mayor of San Francisco is known for doling out money - so it is the Human Rights Commission - doling out money - to those in good books with her. This nonsense must STOP. 

Dwayne Jones has fleeced the City and County of San Francisco  - millions of dollars. 

At first, it was as a philanthropist using taxpayers' money using the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - the Community Benefits money.

The SSIP was capped at $6 billion - now it is nearing $12 Billion - it will end up costing us, citizens of San Francisco, $20 Billion.

A task force linked to the SSIP - mandated 5% of the $6 Billion - amounting to $300 million - $150 million for the workforce under Dwayne Jones and AECOM.

The other $150 million was controlled by Juliet Ellis, who has now jumped ship and will be charged - it is just a matter of time.

Juliet Ellis gave herself the title of Assitant General Manager - making over $300 million in her pay, added benefits, and gratuity.

Julier added to her title she added Chief Strategist - it should have been Chief Crook. 

The woman initiated all sorts of ploys - linked to behest donation, ploys, and machinations - hoodwinking the SF Controller.

When the Feds got to Juliet Ellis -she sold out General Manager  Harlan Kelly - often on his junkets - Juliet accompanied Harlan.

Juliet and Harlan shared a single bedroom. Of course, they were on business - related to the SF Public Utilities Commission.

Such is the devious ways of some in the City and County of San Francisco.

Harlan posted the photographs of his junkets with Juliet on Facebook - the man lost his mind - such are the ways of whores - who can take one to the cleaners. 

They say there is no pill for pussy fever.

It is the same today at San Francisco City Hall - favoring lifestyle - those straight - must be politically correct and stay away from the pussification and sordid ways of those who have no standards, ethics - in your face - defiance.

Time will tell.

Each of these so-called crooks played a role - adversely impacting San Francisco. At one point, each of them would get away with murder - no more - each has a guilty conscience. 

We took pain to paint the entire picture of abject corruption. We gave the information to the SF Controller he gave it to the SF City Attorney - the SF City Attorney, Dennis Herrera, is now in charge of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - the fox guarding the chicken coop.

Juliet Ellis had to step down - her title when she worked for the SF Public Utilities Commission - Assistant General Manager of External Affairs and Chief Strategist - she stole millions - and conceived a model - linked to behest donations - to this day goes unchallenged. 

The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) started with a budget of $6 billion - now reaching $12 billion - heading for $20 billion.

This SSIP project has its tentacles deep and wide with Primes of Corporations like AECOM, with which Diane Feinstein is connected.

WEBCOR, which built 525 Golden Gate SFPUC headquarters, has raked billions.

MWH and some other companies had to report to Dwayne Jones - he did the outreach, got the permits, and did anything and everything - like any pimp on the street.

Every SF City Department contacted Dwayne Jones and Juliet Ellis for favors - that includes the Mayor's Office more when Mayor Mah Lee was Mayor.

Dwayne Jones has now positioned himself at Treasure Island - trying to make hay during the sunshine. 

Before that, he was and is at the SF Port - doing the same.

Before that, Pier 70 and 1550 Evans - 1550 Evans was not signed off as a building that met the standard - Quality Control.

Before that, Dwayne Jones raked in millions - taxpayers' money -for the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP), purporting to do outreach - which he did not.

Dwayne Jones worked with Romulus Asenioo - using Romulus to facilitate some of Dwayne Jones's ploys and machinations - again,  doing outreach and offering permits on a platter - to any Prime contractor or sub-contractor.

People say Dwayne Jones works for the Feds - if this is the way our government works - then the plans the present Republicans have for the FEDS - is one deserved.

For long, we, the citizens, put our faith in the FEDS - think childishly that they were capable of order and order. We know - and have empirical data they failed - Capitol Hill insurrection - January 6, 2021.

The Task Force created to investigate the Capitol Hill insurrection - was well-planned and executed by Representative Liz Channey. She went out of her way to hire a person who worked for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC).

The man did an excellent documentary - chronologically - put all the facts together. The documentary we saw on CNN in the United States - has more to it. 

The information the Capitol Hill police had early on - so too the Nation Park Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Central Intelligence Agency - and there are five other law enforcement agencies that I cannot disclose.  

General Mark Miley - Defense Secretary Llyod Austin, retired General James Mattis - others all military - stood by our Constitution and offered the best advice - given the sordid circumstances created by Donald Trump.

Paradoxically - one-third of our American population - are fanatics - and do not believe in our Founding Fathers and the Constitution. The United States population - is 340 million.

More and more our schools, colleges, and institutions of higher learning - need to educate our students on pertinent issues - the education imparted is shallow and teaches less about Social sciences and the United States Government.

It is the same in San Francisco - the above information is imparted because today, the City and County of San Francisco - our Mayor London Breed, and the City Administrator Carmen Chu oversee 27 departments and programs.

Carmen Chu Supervising, a workforce of 2,700, needs a better job. 

President Joe Biden - has declared California - needs National Emergency Services. San Francisco has a Safety Officer with NO experience in emergency services, as we are experiencing with the - Pineapple Express or Atmospheric River - which will cause us what we are experiencing today - again and again.  

San Francisco is a very corrupt City - millions of dollars were stolen - Stimulus Money was misspent - such are the deeds of those who have no standards, fewer ethics, and absolutely no morals. 

Each of these crooks has positioned themselves - to hoodwink the citizens of San Francisco - from left to right - Tyra Fennell, now the Director of Public Affairs and Commissioners, Malia Cohen, now the State of California Controller, London Breed in the background, she is the Mayor of San Francisco - of course, Shamann Walton - he was the President of the Board of Supervisors and represent District 10. He recently was shamed and toppled down - the same person who took on a Sherrif's cadet at SF City Hall - the cadet requested Shamann - line up and go through the screening mandated for all - and Shamann refused - calling the Sheriff's cadet the "N" - word. This news made headlines.

I took this photograph - both Harlan and Naomi were happy, and things were good, or so we thought. Harlan was indicted, and the court case is taking forever. Naomi stepped down - as the City Administrator - Harlan Kelly was the General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission. 

The crooks and we have many in San Francisco - approached both Harlan and Naomi for favors - this wheeling and dealing went on for years.

Every time I called Naomi, she was away from the office.

Daily she went on shopping sprees - and had a good time. Now, she is singing the blues.

I was good friends with Harlan, and even today, I listen to others who speak about Harlan without knowing the details.

Between the two, they took over $800,000 home and had two sons. 

I still send my blog to Harlan and pray that he may see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I heard something - Naomi played a role in bringing the LUCKY store to the Evan Shopping mall - in the Bayview.

For the sake of the two boys - Naomi must stay strong.

The crooked Blacks must understand - always do right.

Cheating, lying, stealing, and acting pompous - do not bring good dividends.

Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - is a Superfund Site - only the worst contaminated sites are put on a superfund site. Depleted Uranium was tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Think about that - the City and County of San Francisco want to build - 30,000 units on very contaminated land -prone to severe liquefaction.

We took it upon ourselves to show the SF Controller and the then City Attorney Dennis Herrera - the wheeling and dealing - the end result - Dennis Herrera is now the General Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission - the fox guarding the chicken coop.

The City and County of San Francisco - the Mayor's Office, the City Administrator's Office, the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce, the SF Public Utilities Commission - practically every City Department is corrupt.

At the SF Board of Supervisors - most of the supervisors talk a lot - they go on for over half an hour at a time.

You idiots who talk a lot  - work for us - during the Public Comment - you give two minutes while the Supervisors - talk and talk and talk.

The President of the SF Board has his work cut out. Put an end to the abject corruption.
