Again and again, Mayor London Breed needs to show better leadership. London loves - barking up the wrong tree - blaming others - failing to accept the fact - she needs to be educated on issues.

Weeks before the recent storms hit San Francisco and the neighboring areas - those of us educated on issues - knew that San Francisco needed to prepare better, and this has been the pattern before - when will San Francisco learn - that it lacks sound leadership. 

The State of California and the National Metrological entities have provided all the needed information - the Mayor London Breed is always pussyfooting. Drowning in the cesspool of her own creation.

In today's world, we do not have to blame others - when we have not done our homework.

There is the weather channel - the many, many weather press releases - none of which London Breed considers essential - none of which she read - her lackeys fast asleep at the cockpit.

People lined up for sandbags the sandbags ran out - quickly. 

Areas like Folsom and 14th flooded - those in charge knew about this situation - yet did nothing.

The Mayor London Breed was busy partying with a rapper in Las Vegas - attending a 49ers game - that they won - overtime - paying the Raiders.

The woman has no clue about responsibility - when it comes to hogging and partying - she is all about having a good time - minus her mask - and breaking all the norms - linked to congregate situations.

Any Mayor worth the salt - must stay home - when an emergency is declared or is soon to be declared. London Breed is from the hood - instant satisfaction - mainly at the cost of others - is her forte.

Severe flooding with no one in sight at Candlestick Park.

By Candlestick, there is a swimming pool - happens every time - one can go right now and see the large lake created by the former Candlestick Park.

No pumps to pump the water - no one cares - including the dumb Mayor, London Breed.

Manholes all along San Bruno Ave clogged - no one in sight.

The Mayor has created two Cabals - Commission - SF Department of Public Works - another SF Commission on Streets and Sanitation. The Mayor, London Breed - is making a fool of herself - the Commissions are not working.

The idiots on the Commission - know little about operations - and even less about logistics, and so does the inept - weak in the knees London Breed.

Flooding in the SF Mission - no one around to address the situation.

The streets of San Francisco are filthy, and these floods have spread the dirt, the mess, the needles left by addicts lying around - the dog poop, and other filth all over the place - this is a health issue that has not been addressed.

As I mentioned, we need a Commander - well-trained who can do a needs assessment and address the situation at hand.

In this case, the current storms - will continue for another two weeks. What are our San Francisco leaders doing - point fingers - each of these clowns making thousands of dollars in salary.

The Mayor makes $500,000 and needs to be fit to lead.

Dennis Herrera heads the corrupt SF Public Utilities Commission - it is today more corrupt than ever before. The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - started at $6 Billion - now at $12 Billion, heading for $20 Billion. That says it all.

Dennis Herrera makes $500,000 plus and does not know his job - he is not an engineer and needs to learn more about operations and maintenance.

We know the hotspots and the manholes that must be cleaned and have not. The SFPUC defied the taxpayers and failed the businesses by 14th, Folsom, and the surrounding area. 

Hundreds of manholes were not cleared in time - adversely impacting thousands of citizens and taxpayers. This always happens - leaders fail to help those most in need of help.

MaryEllen Caroll, the SF Director of the Emergency Office - has failed San Francisco - and must step down. 

MaryEllen Caroll, who heads the Emergency Office - needs to be certified and have the experience to handle any emergency - befitting a large city.

She failed miserably during the pandemic, and we who came to the rescue and helped accommodate thousands and gave them vaccinations know what we are talking about.

Covid affected individuals were taken to Moscone South - the place contaminated - and then removed, and thousands of dollars were wasted to decontaminate the area.

The Moscone Centers were never contemplated to accommodate and operate issues linked with the pandemic - yet it was - today, we are suffering - large corporations are staying away from the Moscone Centers - adversely impacting our economy.

Fentanyl is available freely on our streets - and addicts come here from all over the nation and abroad - to participate in the free for all dubious policies - and corrupt operations of Urban Alchemy - its Director Leena Miller - earning over $220,000 per year.

Tents like this cost $80,000 a year - offering three meals - and pit stops are known to all - corruption of the worst order. A recent audit done by the SF Controller on Urban Alchemy needs to be completed - why? The SF City and County has doled over $30 million to Urban Alchemy - can we get a deeper audit of this entity? 

Millions were wasted by the Tenderloin Clinic - now the addicts are all over the place - more suffering during this inclement weather.

This Mayor has been playing with fire - thinking that we citizens will tolerate her nonsense. Appoint idiots to Commissions - have a person like Tyra Fennell be in charge - now missing in action.

These candidates, who are put in place by an organization known as EMERGE - have been having a field day - but only for a short time.

While most men may have their faults, and while women may have suffered discrimination at their jobs - millions of fair-minded men will do right - and fight for women's rights.

Some women who hate men must change their way - any way you look at it - worldwide - hating men does not work in the short or long run.

In recent years some women lump all men together - these women are causing tremendous damage - to the cause of fair play and equal justice for all. 

Tyra Fennel, Malia Cohen, London Breed, and other dubious Emerge novices and candidates - who may want to change things without doing a deep needs assessment.

A deep needs assessment - that is not fair and does not bode well for those men who have fought for women's rights for decades.

It is on you - the divisive and corrupt ones that we have empirical data on - to stop - the current convoluted ploys, machinations, and shenanigans.

The corruption at SF City Hall - Room 200 - knows no bounds.

The many new commissions created are a boondoggle that will not bring about holistic change - for sure not address the current corruption - and will continue to waste millions of dollars - we need to help those in dire straits. Aho.
