Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping are both convoluted individuals - agree on most levels - to bring about the demise of the United States.

We live in a dangerous world - the United States has no walk for all the talk. No more can we count China and Russia as our partners - we realized this quickly - when we witnessed - the atrocities in Ukraine.

We this clearly - the United States reacts after the fact - each and every time.

We have seen China - steal property and resources in broad daylight - and then challenge the world - to challenge China.

China has done this to the Philippines and Japan in the International waters - using gill nets to sweep and take whatever it gets from the Seas and Oceans - having no responsibility and less consideration - selfish to the core. 

We have thousands of Chinese students studying in the United States - and thousands of Chinese spies having a field day - right here in San Francisco - but also in Chicago, Washington DC, New York, and Los Angeles - most big cities - and we are fast asleep at the cockpit.

The Chinese have hacked the Office of Personnel Management - many times- and compromised those having clearance - and we, the United States - to some measure - long after the thieves got all they wanted.

The Office of Personnel Management is the repository of personnel records, primarily Federal employees. 

The Chinese have used the information to blackmail - but more to steal credit card information - and adversely impact - thousands of decent, hardworking federal workers - holding high - clearances. 

China had a field day stealing information for over thirty years. Thousands of Chinese are employed by their government to steal, cheat, and befriend Americans on Social Media.

Many Chinese women spies pretend they live well off - show off expensive luxury goods - enticing one to bite the bait - only the fools for the trap. 

When asked to show their credentials - they shirk away.

When asked to answer a difficult question - they falter - tell them you work for Law Enforcement - and they will not bother you again.

China keeps polluting the skies - depleting the Ozone level. A more significant percentage of this pollution - is linked with the production - of material goods - sent to the free world. China brags that it is second to the United States - as far as the economy is concerned - and wants to be number one.

China is all over the world - more in Africa a continent - building stadiums for free in Africa - every major city is offered one - and most fall for the trap.

China then partners to steal resources for vegetables, meat, and other minerals like platinum, gold, silver, lumber, etc.

In return, China floods the African markets with trinkets, plastic scandals, plastic goods, and worthless trinkets - cheap to make the African smile with glee. 

In recent months some African nations - have forced the Chinese to leave - under the pretext that the Chinese are so bold - they break the laws - and in many cases, treat the local African population with disdain.

In the interim - China does not bother to adhere to rules and regulations - money matters to them.

They worship cash - and this inherent sordid manner of doing business - is factual wherever they are - more so here in San Francisco.

We see a line of Chinese line up for food and other goods - all over San Francisco. 

The Chinese go from place to place - to gather more and more - paradoxically, no other community does this.

Then they set up a flea market - to sell the food and goods they got for free. 

The Chinese do not have a license to sell - what is important to note is that they sell the stuff - in unhygienic conditions.

These Chinese selfish to the core - have brought a bad name to San Francisco - and these flea markets - now, more found in the Mission - be it in the Mission they are more LatinX - have followed the Chinese - and it is getting worse.

Stealing things from the small businesses - selling stuff for cheap - while the District 9 Supervisor - who can do something - keeps laughing like a jackass.

More and more experts are looking into specific segments of the population - primarily Blacks fond of stealing, the Chinese getting things for free and making a living selling the stuff.

Other segments of the population committing white crimes - the State of California allowing over $20 billion - to be stolen - are linked to unemployment benefits related to the Federal Pandemic Benefits programs.

Two years ago, the United States should have armed Ukraine. More so in 2014 - when Russia attacked Ukraine.

You do not have to be a rocket scientist - to see how arrogant and ignorant you are when making a sound needs assessment worldwide. 

Did we fail in Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, and Ukraine?

The Russians studied every aspect of our foolishness - as we made mistakes while invading the nations mentioned above. None of them attacked us.

Why did we go to Afghanistan - stay there for twenty-plus years - and leave Afghanistan - is dire straits.

Today innocent Afghan infants, children, women, and the Elders in Afghanistan - are dying lack of food security and no vaccines, and the innocent are suffering - while the Taliban are doing well. 

Here in the United States, we have one-third of our nation - chronic fanatics - who want to break the laws to embrace conservative leaders - who have lost their minds.

Life is for the living, not the living dead. San Francisco has gone to the hogs - corruption has reached saturation point.

San Francisco's Legislative Branch and Executive branch stink to high heaven.

Our elders who lived at SF Laguna Honda Hospital were inundated with drug addicts.

The drug addicts were sent from the SF General Hospital - to live with the elders - who were looked after by the skilled nursing staff. The treatment and rehabilitation were interrupted and adversely impacted by drug addicts.

The Mayor of San Francisco did nothing much; the SF Controller and the SF Board of Supervisors were fast asleep at the cockpit - seven hundred elders given eviction notices. 

More addicts have died on the streets of San Francisco than those killed from COVID-19 in the last year.

The SF Controller and his lackeys - disagree with an entity that has done its research and calls San Franciso one of the worse cities in the nation.

Our streets stink to high heaven - and we now a center - stark naked by the United Nations Plaza,

At Seventh and Market in San Francisco - where drug addicts can get their drugs for free - no one cares about sound warp around services.

Gas prices have hit the ceiling - food prices have increased forty percent - decent constituents cannot pay their rents.

Millions of dollars - are doled to the inner circles - by those that show no accountability and transparency. The money is mainly doled by Blacks.

We remember Harlan Kelly - who could have helped many - but chose to be selfish to the core - and has been indicted by the FBI.

We remember the crook - Julie Ellis, who wasted millions of dollars - Community Benefits money - no transparency and less accountability.

Missing in action - Dwayne Jones - Philanthropist who used taxpayers' money - so-called Gatekeeper of the Bayview Hunters Point - who hails from Los Angeles - a scumbag of the worst order. His company is Rudolf Dwayne Jones ( RDJ LLP).

This was put together to help the naysayers - once the law authorities figured out this document - all hell broke loose. This document came about four years ago. Over 4000 pages of other papers reveal more - so deep is this corruption - it is totally confounding - why it still continues on many levels.

Millions of dollars - Community Benefits linked to the SF Public Utilities Commission - Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) misspent - we know that all ties to projects and committees have been denied access to Dwayne Jones. 

Dwayne Jones has hundreds on his payroll - mostly Black sellouts - now singing the blues - some of them DionJay Brookter, Oscar James, Veronica Hunnicutt, Doris Vincent.

 Shamann Walton, Eloise Patton, Derrick Smith, Masood Ordhikhani, James Bryant, Leena Miller -  a long list of others who received money - by signing a boilerplate form created by Juliet Ellis. This boilerplate form, signed and dated - can be obtained from the SF Ethics Commission - Freedom Of Information Act  (FOIA). 

Recently - some changes were made to the BEHEST laws - the crooks still know how to circumvent the situation.

The SF Sunshine is impotent, the SF Ethics Commission totally dysfunctional, the SF Controller Office is not trusted by the constituents of San Francisco - the SF City Attorney still pandering -  as to SF City Hall - and Room 200 stinks of Sulphur.
