SAN FRANCISCO SHOULD BE ASHAMED - KEEPING 850 BRYANT - A BUILDING THAT MUST BE TORN DOWN - YESTERDAY - THE HEARING AT CITY HALL - WAS LONG, DRAB, AND MORE OF THE SAME - UTTER NONSENSE.

 

Our Justice system stinks. 850 Bryant Street is primitive - with sewage water running everywhere. Often times creates a cesspool of the District Attorney's office. Those in charge of the operations of the jail - came to City Hall - to lie to us - and not to speak truth to power. STOP wasting our time - our precious time.

The hearing held at SF City Hal on the state of affairs at the three city jails, one worse than the other - the worst of them all 850 Bryant Street - that facility must be torn down - yesterday.

At one time, I was well-versed in all the events at the sordid jail.

Gladiator fights - a big thug beating someone who could not defend himself. 

The sordid jail mates betting on who would win - reminiscent of the Roman Gladiator fight - only this took place in San Francisco - until someone stopped the utter nonsense. 

It does not shame the authorities in charge - treating the women jail mates with disdain. More those in sight - the women terrified - the mean jail mates - feasting with their eyes.

I knew Sheriff Michael Hennessy - he served for a long time, some 32 years - a man who made many changes - today, instead of moving forward - things have gone south.

There can only be holistic changes and progress - more viable and sustainable change at the SF jails - if we have a MATRIX and data - that can be verified.

The presentation was long and drab - KEEP IT SIMPLY STUPID (KISS).

More people of color are incarcerated - at 850 Bryant for a short time - and the San Bruno jail for more extended periods - and many on trumped-up charges.

Lucky for us, in the past, we had my good friend elected Public Defender - Jeff Adachi - now we have Manu Raju - it will be tough to fill the shoes of Jeff - he did his best - may his soul rest in peace.

We had protested before - in front of 850 Bryant - and remember the day when the SF Police Commission used to be held at 850 Bryant - the District Attorney made her abode at 850 Bryant - there are courts - from time to time, I used to be there - to do God work - no more - the pandemic - has kept me away from the congregate situations - more those that stink and evil to the core.

One woman worked for San Francisco Health Department and at the same time for an evil entity named Positive Resource Center - double dipping - a cumulative salary of over $400,000 a year.

This is called double dipping - the SF Board of Supervisors - held the hearing - but none of them that over 300 SF Health employees - revealed to the authorities - about double dipping.

Conveniently - the all White presenters - one racist - who mentioned the Black nurses at SF General Hospital - one of the three jails - were discriminated against - diverting our minds.

All three White women - none of them, I suppose, have families - talk the talk but failed miserably to walk the walk.

Our SF jail system must be revamped - starting with those who have more than twenty years - given early retirement.

That is putting it lightly - if you say "fired," - the jackasses will howl and scream - that is not politically - correct.

We used to visit the jails - San Quentin.

Years ago, we spoke our mind - visited Chowchilla too - the women's jail, to make a difference. I have been on the frontline for over 45 years.

Our City and County of San Francisco are very corrupt. This is at City Hall. More in Room 200.

You can imagine how corrupt the jails are - more at 850 Bryant - where the cockroaches - have made their nest - and now have come out to say they are so sanctimonious. 

The programs at 850 Bryant are primitive. COVID has made it more difficult.

As one mother stated during public comment - her son is in jail - and when he requested programs - to maintain his sanity - he was told you find the program on your own.

The United Nations Plaza - pre-COVID - when all was clean and pristine - now addicts on the rampage - our jails are not capable of rehabilitation - sound wellness programs - the City and County have lost its humanity - the three White women presenting - totally - had racism of the worst order - written all over the place. We know now for sure - who is double dipping? 

On October 24, 1945, the United Nations was formed in San Francisco.

Fifty-one countries gathered in our once beloved City of San Francisco - where the United Nations Charter was signed at the War Memorial Theatre. 

The United Nations has fought for humanity - and human rights - these values do not seem to ring with those running our jails - more 850 Bryant and the third floor for sure.

Stop treating those incarcerated like animals - even animals at the zoo are given some attended and proper treatment.

Some of us attend the relevant meetings - and are given a measly two minutes - because if we are given more - the SF Board of Supervisors will be exposed - these long, drab presentations - by unworthy folks - scar the scene - and muddy the waters.

Our society is increasingly saturated with divisiveness - and the corruption at SF City Hall has reached the situation point.

The Sheriff's Department now has an Over-Sight Commission - mandated to create the Inspector General's office (IG) - to bring some semblance to the SF Sheriff's Department and more of our jails. 

Statements are made that the SF Sherriff's Department is short-staffed - over 800 FTE have to be filled.

It is the same with SF Police Department - some 1000 FTE short.

The SF Department of Police Accountability, managed by Paul Henderson - and part of the SF Police Department - is helping the SF Sheriff's Department.

The SFPD DPA has gone out of its way - to create a well-managed IG Department - with Accountants and other Executive Staff - to help the Inspector General - that has yet to be selected - which will take time - may be as long as eight months - if not more.

Truth be told, the Over-sight Commission linked to the SF Sheriff needs to get their act together - more the Chair - who comes across as dictatorial.

The Oversight Commission - linked to the Sherriff's Inspector General's Office - has two women Commissioners - stellar and astute.

Kudos to these two women - for bringing about change - and hopefully keeping the Sherriff's ship - afloat - that is sinking.

I receive the Sherriff's newsletter - most of the sheriffs going back 40 years at SF City Hall - know me - most of the Sergeants my good friends.

I have seen the downturn from the great days - when Sheriff Micahel Hennessey was our hero - he had empathy and love to help others - second to none. God bless him.

Recently Patrick James Hennessey - son to another Sherriff - Vicki Hennessey, who was mentally challenged - as a mother, Vicki Hennessy did her best. 

Patrick James Hennessy was loved by all - a child of God - who passed away - in an SRO - less said the better.

Patrick Hennessey was the son of former Vicki Hennessey - as soon as I heard about the passing of Patrick James Hennessy - who worked for the SF Public Utilities Commission and tried to fight the many hurdles until he could take it no more.

It has been brought to my attention that Patrick James Hennessy is the son of former Sherriff  Vicki Hennessey - who succeeded Michael Hennessey, also a former Sherriff - bearing the same last name but not related.

I understand Patrick was at SF General Hospital - sent there to be treated.

Patrick Hennessey was released and sent to live in a Single Residency Occupancy (SRO) hotel. His passing shocked me - and I am dedicating this article to Patrick James Hennessy.

Michael Hennessey was a great man and gentleman and a scholar.

On retiring, you took care of your mother - thank you for doing that - even as we have severe challenges with Laguna Honda. 

You are the longest-serving Sherriff, some 32 years - you are missed. 

I miss you and the career professionals of your time - women and men of integrity.

May James Patrick Hennessey, the son of Vicki Hennessey -  rest in peace - my sincere condolences to you and your family - friends, and loved ones.

The City and County of San Franciso - the lackeys - have gone to the hogs. Over 18 million square feet of commercial space empty - SF Financial District and all over San Francisco.

We call our City - the City and County of San Francisco - a first-class city. Is it?

Hillary Ronnen and Asha Safai, with Connie Chan - are on the Budget and Finance Committee - rubber stamping - Hillary Ronnen laughing like a jackass - while endorsing life and death issues - no empathy - holocaust.

Some of us take the time to express our views - no one should allow those that think they can speak for us.

Politicians without any heart - having disdain for those that need help most. 

Pretending to help - putting thousands in harm's way. 

Why do we allow the chaff - to ascend to heights - and give them power - to hoodwink us in broad daylight.

Can you imagine - the SF Board of Supervisors - beating a horse dead - and then repeating the act again and again?

There was a time the SF Board of Supervisors made $38,000 a year - a small book laid down the rules - now they make access of $175,000 with perks a year - and take bribes.

Waste our time - beating a horse dead - revving it many times - say one thing and do what they please. We know who they are.

I do not want to generalize.

Some of the SF Board of Supervisors try - have to pull their hair and teeth - to figure out what to do.

No one should take two or three hours - talking and talking - on mundane subjects - not worth the salt. Time is of the essence.

We, the people, did all in our power to bring justice to the working class. The present SF BOS - talks too much. Remember, we advocates did all in our power - during the pandemic to serve and bring about positive change. After the pandemic, nothing much has changed - except things have worsened.

All the addicts who were promised help - at this Tenderloin Center have no place to go. Back on the streets - such are the sordid decisions made by Mayor London Breed and her lackeys. The CEO of Urban Alchemy - making $220,000.

The Oasis Motel served hundreds of poor people - many indigent families  - now they will be evicted and have nowhere to go. 

The Oasis is for sale - the motel is infested with bedbugs.

The owner made his money and now wants to throw the towel. With it, the baby and the bath water.

The City and County of San Francisco have waited for this late date - to decide the fate of those living in the motel today.

Asha Safai has been trying to take control of the Homeless Situation.

The Department of Homelessness and Supportive Service created by Proposition C is unique in our times. The Department is not subject to direct oversight.

To amend the ballot measure - it requires more than fifty percent affirmative votes to pass - this did not happen recently when the ballot measure failed - led by Asha Safai - who has his finger in every pie.

Propositions - D and E failed - both linked to housing - one canceling the other - any way you look at it. 

The voters were savvy and did not allow the crooks to take control of their lives. 

The voters are fed up with long, drab, sordid deliberations held in Room 250 - when it comes to public comment - the public is given is measly - two minutes.

Asha Safai is with the Developers and pretends he cares for the poor.

We know about the fixer-upper in the Bayview - and how he bought the home for less and made tons of money. 

Asha Safai - thinks he knows a lot about Real Estate - the crooks and what they do - the crooked man is part of the sordid equation.

Where do they find such scumbags - he must remove himself - and fade into oblivion.

Asha Safai - constantly trolling, disrupting the deliberations - having sidebar discussions during the many SF Board of Supervisors deliberations - he has been warned not to do this - but the charlatan continues to make a fool of himself. 

At one time, the City charged $80,000 to live in a tent. Yes, eight thousand to live in a tent - the tents placed on a parking lot - between the SF Main Library and the SF Asian Museum. All under the direction of Mayor London Breed.

The City and County of San Francisco have a habit of waiting until the eleventh hour - to solve significant problems that should have been solved months, if not years, before.

The  San Francisco Health and Human Services Agency is a Joke. 

An excellent way to get to the bottom of the subject is to audit this agency - that is playing with fire - and has wasted millions of dollars.

These skunks team with the Mayor's Office of Economic Development - the Mayor's Office of Workforce, and The Office of Investment and Infrastructure, having their finger in every sordid pie that gives them access to dark money. 

Now at the eleventh hour, they are disclosing about a building, one of many at 333 - 12 the Street - also known as City Garden Apartment -  the SF HSS has already procured the building and wants some property management company to run this project. It paid 58 million for this property.

During the pandemic - the Mayor and her lackeys - leased the Wyndham Hotel - kept sixty percent vacant - used the hotel rooms for all sorts of nefarious activities.

Later an audit was done - many of the operations were streamlined.

The Federal Emergency and Management Agency (FEMA) - FEMA was billed wrongly.

FEMA - took a firm stand - there was an audit - most of this is not revealed to the public at large - the taxpayers are hoodwinked in broad daylight.

Blessed are the poor, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven - said the great Master.

The City and County of San Francisco - prey on the homeless, which is totally wrong.

The Tenderloin Center is closed - addicts roaming downtown and more in and around the Civic Center. 

There are severe issues with the Oasis Motel - the owner wants to sell his property.

The inclement weather has hit us in the last week - those of us at home have to turn on the heat - the poor and indigent living on the streets of San Francisco - cannot be treated with disdain. 

There are hundreds in the San Francisco morgue - if you request the morgue for a list - they tell you - the California State prohibits them from giving the required information - you can even try the Freedom of Information Act and get nowhere.

I know as long as the Federal Government gives the City and County of San Francisco - one single dollar - they must be accountable - the City and County have failed us - hundreds have died - and we must know - how they died - and if the bodies were turned to the next of kin.

More importantly, if the many dead bodies - were given the needed respect and honored.

Whatever -  the ceremony - we want to know - if they were accorded the respect every American deserves in death.

TRAUMA, VIOLENCE - METED OUT TO INFANTS, CHILDREN, YOUTH, YOUNG ADULTS - SUFFERING IS WELL KNOWN BY THE AUTHORITIES IN SAN FRANCISCO - WHAT ARE THEY DOING ABOUT IT?

 

Mayor Edwin Mah Lee - the former Mayor of San Francisco - sworn in by Senator Diane Feinstein  - when you know the company, they keep - you know more.

Trauma, Violence, and living in deplorable conditions - here in San Francisco - adversely impact thousands - of decent, hardworking, taxpaying San Francisco - residents.

Infants, children, youth, and young adults - suffering and traumatized - are well known to the authorities.

Those bereft of understanding of the suffering and trauma - particularly the San Francisco Board of Supervisors - and the Mayor London Breed.

From the early days of RAP, formed in the Mission in the early 1980s - linked to addressing shootings, killings, trauma, and elements closely associated with such adverse - impacts. 

Then years later, the Community Response Network was created to address trauma and Violence.

In recent times the present Street Violence Intervention Program - was created - without deep thought and ponderance - and bereft of experts - doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, case workers, medical technicians - and so on.

Millions of dollars - have been thrown to solve Violence, and trauma, supposedly to help our infants, children, youth, and young adults - in a nonchalant manner - no fortitude, less tenacity that matters.

There are no standards - there is no quarterly report - no audit - and the data input and maintenance are primitive. No current software is being used to query and focus on any subject. The hardware is primitive - and compared to other countries that deal with trauma and Violence - San Francisco lags at the very bottom.

At this late date - some matrix is being worked on - without doing a first-class - assessment. 

No one knows the past history - and it is not right to throw the baby with the bath wash.

The SF Board of Supervisors knows some - and they do not want to consult nor give sufficient time to public comment - to educate the dumb SF Board of Supervisors - who waste time and money on mundane issues.

Again and again - emergency matrices are discussed, but nothing viable and sustainable comes from the mundane talk - because there is no real - walk.

I have been actively following Violence and Trauma since 1982.

We even had a conference on Violence and invited gang representatives from Southern California - other experts.

Kept - Willie L. Brown Jr. and Sophie Maxwell out - knowing they did not care about what was happening in the inner City.

Mark Leno agreed to donate a large banner - and many others attended the Violence Conference.

Those close to and respected by the community - were encouraged to participate in the conference.

As previously discussed - we kept the sellouts - out, and rightly so.

Willie L. Brown Jr. could have done something - being a thug Mayor, he did all in his power to do what he does best - leave no trail while amassing wealth - giving a hoot to those that needed help most - nothing much has changed today - the present politicians are corrupt so corrupt that they are known - worldwide.

Supervisor Connie Chan mentions Supervisor Sophie Maxwell - having no clue that the person she worked for - her boss was a sellout - and is to this day. Today she sits on the SF Public Utilities Commission - failing to serve the people of San Francisco.

 diatribe she spews is nothing but hot air. She knows nothing about Violence, Trauma, the suffering of thousands - that folks like Sophie Maxwell and other sellouts like her - have inflicted on our infants, children, youth, and young adults, our beloved elders - KARMA.

Smart ass Dwayne Jones - Philanthropist and Gate Keeper - uses taxpayers' money to wheel and deal - millions of dollars - Community Benefits were doled out to other crooks - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - our infants, children, youth, young adults - our beloved elders - those with compromised health - left out to slowly die.

Juliet Ellis worked for the SF Public Utilities Commission - snitched on Harlan Kelly - hand in glove with Dwayne Jones - doled out money - and created behested ploys, machinations, and shenanigans. What did Mayor Edwin Mah Lee - a crook - do with the millions - linked to Violence, shootings, killings, and trauma - during his term?

Why was HealthRight360 given millions to deal with Violence and related issues without proper and meaningful Public deliberation?

What role did the SF Health Department play with Diana Aroche?

Nothing much has happened linked to Violence and  Trauma all these years - from 1996 to now - worth the salt.

We remember Diana Aroche - from the day she worked for the Mayor's Office of Children, Youth, and Families - then worked for SF Health Department involved with Violence and related issues. 

Diana Aroche now works for the SF Police Department.

I remember the days she worked for Coleman Advocates - and would cry at the podium - she wanted a home and the City and County of San Francisco - to help her and give her children - opportunities.

Today she has a home - not in San Francisco - and plays a vital role at the SF Police Department - that is going down the cesspool of their own creation.

We once had the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice, which was closed by Mayor Edwin Mah Lee. 

The repercussions of that action have come to bite those who dream of stopping shootings, killings, assaults, and trauma to this day.

The millions of dollars - that before helped victims of Violence and trauma - were outsourced to the San Francisco Health Department and HealthRight360.

Once Diana Aroche, who now works for the San Francisco Police Department, had much to do with the Street Violence Intervention Program.

The Street Violence Intervention Program - now located at 150 Executive Park - is thin-spread - and overworked.

Shootings, killings, and trauma of all sorts - plague the inner City of San Francisco.

Thousands of our infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders, and those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged - have been adversely impacted - many slowly dying.

The Sewer System Improvement Project started at $6 Billion and has reached $12 Billion. It is slated to cost $20 Billion.

Five percent of this amount was supposed to help the community, not some evil entities with nothing to do with the district.

At $6 billion, that is $300 million in community benefits - at $12 billion, $600 million in community benefits.

The ongoing pandemic stresses every survey linked to the adversely impacted community - primarily people of color in San Francisco.

Exacerbated by the many shootings, killings, domestic Violence, food security, assaults, rape, lack of transportation, and health services - our elders mostly - slowly dying. 

In 2022, the San Francisco Health Department failed San Franciscans regarding acute trauma and Violence.

To address the Violence and trauma in our inner cities - primarily affecting people of color.

The reason is simple - the SF Health Department has NO  vetted matrix. No quarterly reports. No six monthly meetings - inviting the community to give feedback.

No brochures cover the essential aspects where any victim's family needs financial resources and information that offers succor to the family and friends.

 In the past, gang injunctions were initiated to cater to Big Developers - disrupting the lives of hundreds of youth and young adults - who were forced to leave their homes - and stay away from visiting their families - in San Francisco.

The gang injunction was removed - after the community fought to remove them.

The past Mayors, the SF Health Department, and the SF Police Department - did nothing viable and sustainable to help our inner City - there was the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice -  it was deactivated.

Right now, the money goes directly to the SF Health Department - when it comes to transparency and accountability - the SF Health Department - fails on all levels.

We have just learned of 300 employees working for the SF Health Department double dipping. Working for the City and other jobs unrelated to the City and County of San Francisco.

Outsourcing to crooks - does not serve San Francisco - the community at large - more those poor and suffering from trauma and Violence. 

The SF Board of Supervisors - and those who say something but mean nothing - when it comes to trauma and violence - case in point Supervisor Connie Chan.

While some are volunteering to address the situation at hand - the Violence, Shootings, Killings, Rapes, and Trauma - the City and County of San Francisco - have deprived those who were funded at one time - to address Violence and trauma - left to continue God's work - on a volunteer - basis.

Only those who have their hearts in the right place can take others to a better place. 

So much for all the talk and no action - when it comes to Violence and Trauma - by the City and County of San Franciso - that cannot pass the smelt test. 

Only those who have their hearts in the right place can take others to a better place. Aho.

MORE THAN TWENTY THREE MILLION SQUARE FEET OF SPACE - COMMERCIAL SPACE VACANT - DOWNTOWN AND ALL OVER SAN FRANCISCO - THE SF GENERAL FUND WILL BE IMPACTED SERIOUSLY - AND THERE IS MORE.

 

This is the Salesforce building - this building and several other buildings belonging to Salesforce - have hundreds of floors vacant - add to that the more miniature skyscrapers - and all that adds to millions of square feet of commercial space - over 24 million - and there is more to come.

San Francisco has over twenty-four million square feet of commercial space vacant -downtown San Francisco and other areas - for the taking.

The San Francisco Assessor's Office is pulling its hair and teeth - that will be a significant loss.

The General Fund will be impacted - around $600 million less coming in - next fiscal year, if not more.

Last year we had a $100 million surplus - and Non-Profits and others were vying for add-backs and other grants - many got it - perhaps for the last time.

Over 10% of our population in San Francisco have left San Francisco - never to come back again. 

It seems this fact does not bother the Mayor - whose primary purpose is pussyfooting with Big Developers. Her time is coming.

In San Francisco, we have NO representation -practically every month - we have some new program or project - great fanfare with a press release - and Mayor London Breed - talking from the side of her mouth.

She is constantly barking up the wrong tree - and in recent weeks - trying her best to introduce some new - someone receiving a few seconds of fame - and then it is business as usual.

For three years, our children have had no quality education imparted.

 The Mayor of London Breed could care less - except to muddy the waters.  She cares less what happened to our children - more children of color.

The Mayor, London Breed, forgets - many vouched for her - when she was an utter failure - as a young person. 

Time and time again, she will talk about it - the time she cares for our infants and children - and do what she is supposed to do. 

Actions counts - talk is cheap. 

During the pandemic - Mayor London Breed failed miserably.

There was a mess with the vaccinations - and thousands died in the Mission. The issue at hand was too many congregate situations. 

To this day, we do not have a qualified COMMANDER the like we have at the Federal Emergency Management Agency - linked to Emergency Services. 

We have a Safety Officer - who has failed - again and again - but she is propped up - because she is in bed with the Mayor, who herself died during the pandemic.

We saw tent cities like this - where someone charged as much as $60,000 to use a tent and have two meals a day. This location was between the Main Library and the Asian Museum. Drug dealing continued until the courts forced the City and County of San Francisco to shut down this operation.

In the middle of the pandemic, Mayor London Breed attended a dinner at the infamous Laundromat Restaurant in Napa - and again participated at a Night Club in San Francisco - both times - wearing no masks.

On the other hand, we were told to wear a mask and stop - congregate situations - hundreds died more in the Mission and Bayview.

A link was sent to many -  who wanted to get vaccinated - no one could open the link. 

We had to step in and open the link - using our technical capacity. 

Both at 1800 Oakdale and the Mission - San Franciscans volunteered and made good things happen.

We know what we did, how many folks helped get vaccinations, and how many thousands we saved. 

We have the empirical data to prove what we say.

Today - there are dangerous variants BA.4 ad BA.5, and a flu variant that has killed infants and children.

The City and County send mixed signals - as things stand - we should wear a mask - more when it comes to congregate situations indoors and outdoors.

While some try their best to serve the general population - we see millions of dollars wasted - taxpayers' money - over 400 SF City workers - double-dipping. All have an SF City job and a secondary job - at the same time. Dr. Grant Colfax, who heads the Health Department, spends too much time - standing by the Mayor at the many mundane press conferences. Dr. Grant Colfax makes over $620,000 a year - and has nothing much to show for it.

We have a population of over 840,000 in San Francisco.

Too many are suffering from food security.

Some of us who work hard - have to dip into our savings to help those that need help most.

It is a shame to see the Mayor make over $500,000 and our streets are filthy, addicts everywhere - shootings and killings - and the Mayor is focused on some Ambassadors who are paid a minimum wage - and have to work long hours.

This mockery goes daily - and the SF Board of Supervisors - keeps on rubber-stamping. Doling out millions - without any transparency and accountability.

Only recently, we found out how many SF City workers - were making hay illegally while the sun was shining.

Of course, the SF Controller has woken up from his deep slumber. 

The City Attorney sitting in Room 250 - August Chamber - has been watching the circus, and so has the SF Budget Analyst. 

One makes over $275,000 and the other $150,000 plus - this is how we waste our taxpayers' money with no accountability whatsoever.

Dr. Grant Colfax can do better - stop spending too much time - at ribbon-cutting gimmicks  -  press conferences that have no substance. Again and again - the millions wasted - that come under your purview.  Doing nothing about the mess - do you no good.

Too much blatant corruption at San Francisco General Hospital. The Department of Behavioral Sciences has failed us decent, hardworking San Franciscans. The Behavioral Department is responsible for the fake hubs - attracting thousands of addicts - adversely impacting the Tenderloin. All the while, the head of Behavioral Science, who came here from New York - gets a fat salary - over $550,000 per year. Why do we hire these jackasses who have failed us all?

THE BLUNDERS MADE BY THE SF DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH ARE NUMEROUS - THE MILLIONS WASTED TO STUDY HOMELESSNESS AND ADDICTION - IS SHOCKING - ALL TAX PAYERS MONEY - FLUSHED DOWN A DARK HOLE - THE CORRUPT LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK.

 

The Tenderloin Center for addicts - will close on December 4, 2022 - good riddance of awful rubbish.

There is no way anyone at San Francisco City Hall can make sense - of the utter nonsense discussed - by most of the SF Board of Supervisors (SF BOS).

Again and again, the crooks come before the SF BOS, and again and again, the Budget Committee - allows these crooks to get their money on a platter - in the millions - with NO transparency and absolutely no accountability.

The paradox is that the millions spent favor the so-called incompetent CEOs - be Urban Alchamey or Positive Resource Center - and there are more - but naming them would do no good. 

Each CEO makes over $220,000 a year - taxpayers' money.

Who is behind these corrupt and fake organizations?

These sordid organizations - with the help of the Mayor's office - used the pandemic - to step in and hoard money - forming organizations that were not vetted and have been audited by the Controller's Office - and found to be in default.

Each of these entities laughing all the way to the bank - thumping their noses - at the hardworking taxpayers.

The CEOs from Positive Resources Center and Urban Alchemy - on the Our City - are responsible for promoting transparency and cultural sensitivity in the City's implementation of Proposition C.

The SF Controller's Office evaluated the Committee and mandated it to abide by specific rules and regulations. 

The SF Mayor's Office Room 200 and the Legislative Branch, the SF Board of Supervisors - were mandated to ensure the City uses the tax revenue in a manner consistent with the intent of the ballot measure.

It is a shame that the public is given a measly two minutes during public comment. 

Again and again, the public has expressed its utter frustration - program after program put into place without thorough vetting.

Imagine wasting millions of dollars - shutting down the Tenderloin Center - the CEO making in access of $200,000.

 So-called practitioners roaming our streets - most jailbirds - and, truth be told, former gangsters from Southern California. Over $40 million was wasted - on a program - that met no standards. 

Soon we will hear of a Press conference - and the initiation of yet another program - that is supposed to work. 

All these programs - the stink of corruption of the worst kind.

The poor in San Francisco are suffering - these crooks are laughing all the way to the bank.

One member belonging to Urban Alchemy - was in her brand new car - attending a virtual meeting -  Our City our Home - Oversight Committee - her camera upside down.

This woman had no clue for the entire meeting - she was upside down - and no one had the guts to tell her - her sorry ways - trying to impress - god alone knows whom.

Another from Positive Resources Center - was attending the Our City our Home Oversight meeting - he playing with his pet dog - living in a condominium. Making over $200,000 - telling us in so many words he cares about the poor.

Right by the United Nations Plaza - the entire area - filled with addicts. Those wearing green jackets - observing the utter nonsense - while the citizens are terrorized. The SF Police Department is nowhere to be found. Added the Cartels selling drugs - with no one ready to challenge them - they have machine guns - and have used them in broad daylight.

In the middle of the pandemic - the Mayor and her advisors - with intent allowed " The Redistricting of San Francisco."

The Tenderloin now comes under Supervisor Dean Preston - District 5 has been extended to the Tenderloin - and upset thousands.

It is as if no one cares about the Transversites and their hard work - creating with their own money - centers that were in District 6 and are now in District 5.

Churches are now in District 6 while the congregants live in District 5 - who is behind such schemes.

I attended all the Redistricting meetings - and this gerrymandering will come to haunt the crooks - they will fall flat on their faces.

The Mayor and the SF Board of Supervisors have not expressed their opinion of this utter nonsense. It is business as usual - who are these jerks - who say they want to represent us?

From 7th and Market, you can see this mess. The brand-new Whole Foods has reduced its hours - the addicts come into the store, fill their bags, and leave. The toilets cannot be accessed anymore - unless one has a store receipt. Why are we putting so many hurdles in the way of good businesses? Trinity Plaza residents need this Whole Foods Store. The Mayor and her lackeys - have lost their minds. The City and County of San Francisco - have gone to the HOGS.  

The San Francisco - Tenderloin Center attracted thousands to do their drugs -  and then these same addicts - adversely impacted a large area - stealing from Walgreens, Whole Foods, CVC, and small businesses - pandemonium galore. 

On Hyde Street, closer to the United States Federal Building - tents block the road. The stench is unbearable - filth everywhere. The addicts shooting drugs in the open. 

Open defiance - these are chronic addicts - who are looking for trouble - assaulting innocent pedestrians. The Ambassadors are nowhere to be found.

Supposedly there are 250 of them - most earning around $15 an hour - a nine-hour shift of sorts.

The Mayor has a salary of over $450,000 plus perks.

Given the opportunity to speak - she loves to bark up the wrong tree - her day is coming.

 The SF Mayor was fined $23,000 by the SF Ethics Commission and paid the fine. She has shown no remorse - that is not taught in the hood. Once a thug, always a thug.

Ever heard of paying a so-called expert - $500,000 to survey what is happening in the Tenderloin?

This money could have been given to a group - called the San Francisco's. Community Action Plan for the Tenderloin.

The Tenderloin Community Benefits group - has no money to clean the streets - so the group volunteers and cleans the roads - they have been doing this for the last two years.

The same group addresses Food Security and helps the poor, mostly seniors.

An Emergency was declared, and SF Planning has been trying to make some changes - to help the folks in the Tenderloin.

There is talk - and some action by the SF Planning Department - it moves at a snail's pace.

Right now, the SF Planning Department is addressing the Housing Element. 

The State of California - the Housing Community Development - is not satisfied with the attitude and uncalled defiance of the SF Planning Department - time will tell.

We must read the San Francisco General Plan - that no one cares to read - available online.

To create a viable and sustainable Housing Element, it is essential to participate in the deliberations - as many have done - thank you so much.

We have over 61,000 homes vacant.

We have over 2.4 million square feet of commercial space vacant - this will impact our SF General Fund. Over $300 million - time will tell.

Do not allow our so-called crooked representative to mess us over - especially Asha Safai - he roams around the chambers and thinks he can do as he pleases.

The current Budget and Finance committee has a long way to go - stop rubber stamping and giving millions to crooks -  our hardworking taxpayers' money.

San Franciscans love our City - unfortunately, some thugs have taken it over - so-called Non-Profits.

No manners and no etiquette - they have been charged by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - they are defying law and order. 

We must not have anyone living in a tent in San Francisco.

We must not take our children to congregate situations and put them in harm's way.

We must be educated on issues - so that we are informed and can hold our ground - with empirical data.

We must have our hearts in the right place - then only can we take others to a better - place. Aho.
