WHEN THE PEOPLE - THE TAXPAYERS ARE TREATED WITH DISDAIN - THE SO CALLED REPRESENTATIVES - SPEWING DIATRIBE - HAVE NO EMPATHY - YOU SILENCE THE PEOPLE - YOU WHO REPRESENT - WILL FALL ON YOUR FACE.

 

The Bayview Opera House - a Masonic Hall - was built in 1888. The Bayview Opera was revived by Mrs. Ruth Williams - named after her - and this center produced talented actors like Danny Glover. Today the Bayview Opera House - is primarily unused, and when someone wants to rent the place - the rent is as high as $4000 per event.  

San Francisco once was well known - its population was well informed - its populace well educated on issues. 

Here in San Francisco - we created the Sunshines Task Force - allowing everyone to bring injustice to the fore - focusing on fair play - and, as never before - highlighting transparency and accountability.

Today the Sunshine Taskforce is impotent - it means nothing - and has a City Attorney who knows less - making a fool of the once respected body.

Not long ago - we won a case 9-0 in our favor - and Sunshine sent the matter to the SF Board of Supervisors - instead of the SF Ethics Commission - and this fact - says it all.

The protocol and process have been - for Sunshine to send any matter to the SF Ethics Commission.

The blatant issue of over $3.5 million unaccounted for at the Bayview Opera House - the Board at the Bayview Opera House - is corrupt to the core.

Recently the Director of the Bayview Opera House - who worked closely with the Arts Commission - who took control of the Bayview Opera House - no meeting was held before the public - and to this day, no one knows about how the Bayview Opera House - has forfeited it 501 c 3 status - and chosen a 12L status - to foster economic development.

It's then Director Barbara Ockell - charging thousands of dollars - as high as $4000 to rent the Bayview Opera House - the people's culture center. 

As I stated some years ago - clandestinely - the Bayview Opera House Board - declared itself a 12L - a designation that mandates that Public meetings, Board meetings - are noticed. This has not been done.

Its Internal Revenue fillings are suspect - and as I said - the entire operation is suspicious.

The former Supervisor Malia Cohen, now running for the State of California, was aware of this utter nonsense - and part of the scheme to hoodwink the residents of Bayview Hunters Point. 

Where is the justice from the dysfunctional SF Ethics Commission?

San Franciscans fought hard to create the SF Ethics Commission.

It is a shame after a long run - with successful citizens - managing to hold high standards - today, the SF Ethics Commission - is dysfunctional - and a sorry sight to behold.

We, the people, put Proposition E on the ballot - some time ago - it passed - clearly pinpointing and defining - the finer aspects linked to " behest payment."

Today, the dysfunctional SF Ethics Commission has chosen to make amendments to Proposition E - which was vetted - well-written - and should remain - unchanged.

We have one SF Board of Supervisors member - leading the charge to muddy the waters - and this behavior is totally uncalled for. 

The changes are made to favor some corrupt Non-Profits, always milking the system - and thinking they can get away with murder in broad daylight.

It does not help that Room 200 at SF City Hall - is behind this sordid scheme.

Respect the taxpayers - and stop amending a Ballot Measure that has already been approved by the decent, hard-working - taxpayers who live in San Francisco - and stand for law and order.

Laguna Honda was built for our Elders - so that in their golden years - they would be cared for. We, the people, respect and honor their lives - now, almost everything is thrown to the wind.

The SF Controller has been fast asleep - in the cockpit. 

The SF Controller knew early on - those drug addicts that should have been treated at the SF General Hospital - were dumped at Laguna Honda.

Our Elders should never have the company of chronic drug addicts - preying on vulnerable Elders - and this nonsense has been going on for over 15 years.

The City and County of San Francisco - SF Health Department - saving money.

Dumping drug addicts at Laguna Honda - making the Federal Government - pay for the treatment - these chronic drug addicts - who messed up Laguna Honda - led to Notices of Violations - and the Decertification of Laguna Honda.

The SF Board of Supervisors should invite Dr. Derrick Kerr - who once worked at Laguna Honda - was a whistleblower - he can expose all the many ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - that have been going - on at Laguna Honda.

Dr. Derrick Kerr had the distinction of winning his case - the only issue that any Whistleblower has won.

What does this say about the City and County of San Francisco?

The City and County of San Francisco - have a WhistleBlower program.

The Whistleblowers provide the information.

The SF Controller's Office then hands over the information to the SF City Attorney - who decides what to do with the data.

Such are the ways of the crooks - and that is why - SF City Hall is so corrupt. 

Wait until you crooks - witness the results of the upcoming Elections - it will open your eyes - and your evil deeds - will haunt you all  - for the rest of your lives.

The current SF Board of Supervisors have no clue what they are doing - the Covid situation - has allowed them to favor virtual meetings.

With no in-person meetings - the virtual deliberations are drab - the SF Board of Supervisors has failed San Franciscans.

The SF Board of Supervisors has absolutely no remorse - more the likes of Hillary Ronnen and Asha Safahi - one worse than the other. 

Then you have a jailbird who is the President - again and again - he breaks the law - and is headstrong - a buffoon - one of a kind.
