The Southeast Sector of San Francisco - has always had advocates who have tenacity and fortitude. We also have taken the position to take others to a better place.
Those who came from the South to work at the Shipyard and other Federal Facilities - stayed on - to make California their home - and the contribution of these Blacks - has yet to be written the truth revealed for the future generation.
Even the famous Buffalo Soldiers - were not known to have played a key role in California. Not only accompanying the White Pioneers, taking care of the Federal Land - millions of acres.
Buffalo Soldier all Black - led by Captain Charles Young who graduated from West Point - could have easily been promoted to General - but was discriminated against.
Captain Charles Young wrote the Standard Operating Procedures - how to manage the Federal Lands - now known at the National Park Service - locations like Yosemite National Park and Sequoia National Park - and the Presidio of San Francisco - a military outpost - well known on the West Coast.
I have written about many Black Leaders - who contributed to the best interest of San Francisco. Engineers, doctors, bankers, owners of warehouses, washrooms, Editors of many newspapers - famous women like Mary Ellen Pleasant, operation a hotel in San Francisco - living in a Mansion - owning hundreds of acres of land and more.
Engineer and Architect Halleck - the famous 100 Series Brick buildings on the Presidio of San Francisco. Mr. Leidesdorf who owned large warehouses and was a man of means.
I have written about the many lives of Blacks - so that we did not come to a time like this - when Blacks come from outside - do not know the history of Blacks who contribute to San Francisco - and now prey on Blacks who need help - but lacking education, empathy, and compassion - have disdain for poor Black - I say to them " you have BLOOD on your hands/
We have so-called OGs bought lock stock and barrel for a few bread crumbs - are selling out the community. Do not call yourself an OGs if you hang around with crooks the likes of Dwayne Jones, Shamann Walton, others evil to the core - that I have named.
We have crooks - outsiders - doling money - they have $600 million to play with Community Benefits - projects in the pipeline - all taxpayers money that has to be accounted - you - will be subpoenaed.
These very corrupt and evil folks - have been having a field day - pretending to work - wheeling and dealing - and thinks they can get away with murder - in broad daylight - watch out the FEDS are coming for you.
In recent years - we have had outsiders the likes of Shamann Walton, Tyra Fennell, DionJay Brookter, Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis, Theo Miller - a host of other sellouts helping them out Veronica Hunnicutt, Elosie Patton, Carol Davis, Oscar James.
James Bryant, Yolanda Jones, Derrick Smith, Derf Butler, Keith Jackson - invading our community - and trying to hoodwink us in broad daylight.
The Sewer System Improvement project has permitted these crooks to use Community Benefits money - under the guise of outreach and workforce - linked to project that they have NO clue - and less experience to fulfill any standard obligation.
These crooks bid on projects and once on the bandwagon - use projects - illegally - mostly conflict of interest issues - so-called money laundering issues - faking time cards - pretending to know about engineering, other technical stuff - in short -participating in nefarious activities.
These conflicts of interests - are wrong - and the more - these vermin swim in the cesspool of their creation - the more they disgrace our community - those who are steep in corruption - and their day is coming.
The project WW-682 R is steeped with corruption - situated at 1550 Evans and has three entities - all with a tarnished track record - doing outreach and so-called workforce.
Everything about the 1550 Evans Streets Project - built on land prone to liquefaction - some Recreation Center - that has been a boondoggle since the project started.
The Black population is dwindling - who is going to visit the Recreation Center - I know for sure no Blacks - by the time the project is complete - at 1550 there will be few Blacks left to visit the Recreation Center.
Plans are afoot to tear down the 1800 Oakdale - which the community fought for - know better as the Southeast Community Facility Commission Center.
Notice the 1550 Evans is called a Recreation Center - let us see who uses the so-called Recreation Center five years from now.
Crooks - the likes of Dwayne Jones, Tyra Fennell, Juliet Ellis, Yolanda Mazone who has since jumped ship from SF Public Utilities Commission - have been operating as facilitators - crooked to the core - and for sure they do not have the community at heart.
Drastic changes have occurred - since some subpoenas were delivered to some key crooks at the SF Public Utilities Commission - one of them Juliet Ellis.
Juliet Ellis was - responsible for the misuse of Community Benefits - Juliet Ellis was subpoenaed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - so too the General Manager of the SF Public Utilities - Harlan Kelly - now, clearing his office. He is history and will NOT leave a legacy.

The Chair of the SF Public Utilities Commission - stepped down.
Besides - the Chair Ann-Moller Caen of the SF Public Utilities Commission and Commissioner -Francesca Vietor too - stepped down.
Ed Harrington a former SF Controller and past Manager of the SF Public Utilities Commission - has joined the sinking ship - and the sinking ship has a new Chair - Sophie Maxwell - dumber than dumb - this woman does not get it - she is being played.
Many others are leaving the SF Public Utilities Commission - the corruption has reached - saturation point.

the Black population is 2% of the total population in
San Francisco and dwindling - in fact, 1% if you take
into account, the Blacks inebriated, on drugs, felons, and those who have fallen on bad times - because not once were they given opportunities - Blacks mostly treated with disdain -
those who came to me - they are many - I took care of them -
3 out of 6 are Black - on the SF Police Commission - yet, there are more killings, shooting - killings of young people - what is happening?
