Dwayne Jones does not live in San Francisco -
in lives in Oakland - yet he is named the
Gatekeeper of the Bayview Hunters Point -
if this is not ridiculous I do not know what is.
Many years ago when Banners were placed all over Hunters Point - around 2004 - Communities of Opportunity - I found out who was behind the ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - low and behold it was Dwayne Jones.
The Mayor at that time was Gavin Newsom - the current Governor of California, today - millions of dollars wasted - women conferences held - other dubious activities held - over $3 million pocketed by Dwayne Jones.
Dwayne Jones was fired. He also was working for Platinum Consultants - found by the Internal Revenue Service - to have broken some laws - and fined.
These issues and many more were brought to my attention - I knew Dwayne Jones more from him being a Director of Young Community Developers - always robbing Paul to pay Peter.
I knew for a fact all the audits done linked to Young Community Developers - from 2002 to 2006 - for sure - showed - thousands of dollars - misspent - and I will say NO more.

yet he continues to hoodwink the community
doling out Community Benefits - who is fooling whom?
A community Task Force was formed - to review the Sewer System Improvement Project and in reviewing the SSIP - requests San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) - set aside Community Benefits - to benefit the Community - not the many crooks who handed out $300,000 in grants.
At the many Task Force meetings and other - all attended by me - I never ever saw Dwayne Jones - I never ever saw Juliet Ellis.
Yet. as soon as everything was in place - the Task Force was each given a Commendation - and the Task Force - went into oblivion.
Most on the Task Force were hand-picked to do the bidding of the SFPUC - by Juliet Ellis, Sam Murray, and Harlan Kelly.
Juliet Ellis - time to wipe that evil smile -
from her face - with intent she and Dwayne Jones -
have wasted millions of dollars - taxpayers money -

What is our SF Controler Ben Rosenfield doing?
What is our Mayor London Breed doing? Nothing, nothing at all.
After a couple of months - we found Juliet Ellis - sent $200,000 to Green For All - a Non-Profit found by Van Jones of CNN fame - our Community Benefits money - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) and she was fined by the Fair Political Practices Commission.

The above case also went before the San Francisco Ethics Commission - and was put on the back burner. The SF Ethics Commission was forced to hold a hearing on Juliet Ellis - and agreed with the Fair Political Practices Commission - the higher body headquartered in Sacramento.
Juliet Ellis bused all her friends - Van Jones flew from the East Coast, there Derf Butler, Dwayne Jones, Harlan Kelly, Angelo King, others from the East Bay - the SF Ethics Commission - under pressure - issues some minimum punishment - when in fact Juliet Ellis - should have been fired.
Prior to this incident - Juliet Ellis was on the SF Public Utilities Commission - as soon as the position of Assistant General Manager for External Affairs became vacant - Juliet Ellis applied for the job and got it - I would call that " conflict of interest".
The job was held by Laura Spajian a great woman - who knew matter pertaining to External Affairs - Juliet Ellis came from the Non-Profit world - working for Carl Anthony ( who I knew when he was at the Presidio of San Francisco) learned nothing much - but to hoodwink the public at large.
Juliet Ellis has been know to take junkets with the Manager of the SFPUC - renting one room - and pretending - both of them were doing business - representing the SFPUC - when some other hanky panky was going on.
Millions of dollars have been wasted by Juliet Ellis and Dwayne Jones. These folks are evil - with intent - wasting precious money - taxpayer money - meant for the people - the suffering populace - more in this pandemic.
For 15 years I have been revealing the facts - the empirical data - we still have the facts - we still have the empirical data - we know more about Melanie Loc and how she laundered money for Harlan Kelly - the General Manager - and there is more - all documented and available for sound adjudication.

to take care of business - here one can track Dwayne Jones,
Juliet Ellis - and Massood Ordikhani - who all should
be ashamed of themselves.
To this day - the corruption continues - Dwyane Jones is blacklisted - from his day when he was on the SF Housing Authority.
It is a fact he was fined by the Internal Revenue Service.
He is doing out millions of dollars taxpayers money - under the Democrats - Nancy Pelosi, Mayor London Breed, Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsom - I could name others - the Democrats know it all - yet they point fingers at others? Why?
We the people want to know why is Juliet Ellis still working for SFPUC appointing new people while other are jumping ship?
Why is Dwanye Jones still handling projects at Pier 70 and some other areas - when we know that he is corrupt and hoodwinking others in broad daylight?
More adversely impacting our infants, children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders, more those mentally and physically challenged?
When is the City and County of San Francisco on these pressing issues - where is the Federal Bureau of Investigation?
I am not saying, David Anderson, has NOT done a good job - there is been a lull and the time corral the crooks in now.
