SO WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO THE EMERSON PROJECT - THE OUT-REACH GIVEN TO DWAYNE JONES AND HIS MINIONS - SUDDENLY - THE ACTUAL WORK HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO PLATINUM CONSULTANTS - WHAT IS HAPPENING?

 

Dwayne Jones has access to millions -

wheeling and dealing - pretending to use outreach 

money - some $500 million - linked to contracts and

outreach - doling to his friends - but keeping a vast

amounts for himself - time will tell.

after two years of getting huge amounts of money -

once I reported the matter - everything came to a halt.

Way back in 2018 I reported about the EMERSON Project - I saw then and I see it now - how - very corrupt Harlan Kelly, Juliet Ellis, and Masood Ordikhani have become - corruption - has reached a saturation point at SF Public Utilities Commission.

Our Main Media is not into investigative reporting - one has to do the heavy lifting - then given the data and empirical data - to the Main Media - and then only they write about garbage - much like vomit on the street - puke from drunks and those inebriated - most of you know what I am talking about.

At 1550 Evans this large so-called Recreation Center -

is costing millions - and the project is crawling at 

snail's pace - there is no outreach done - none what so ever -

yet three crooked entities are doing the outreach - one worse

then the other. Why are these entities after our Community Benefits - while our infants, children, youth, young adult, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health, more our mentally and physically challenged are suffering.

Crooks of the worst order - keep getting contracts - and the Prime have the luxury to get millions more added to their contracts - and then work with Masood Ordikhani, Juliet Ellis, and Dwayne Jones - to use the Primes and the added money given to them - to permit the three I have mentioned above - to do outreach with transparency and accountability - again, and again, and again.

Unfortunately only the Federal Burea of Investigation can follow the money - as they did with the EMERSON Project - in the year FY 2017-2018 - Rudolf Dwayne Jones (RDJ) received a huge sum of money $818,814 for outreach - then in FY 2018- 2019,  RDJ Enterprise received another amount of $1,349,730 then in the year 2020 - 2021 nothing - zero - we had to dig deeper - and low and behold  - Platinum Consultants  - has the contract - Chris Gruel - how did this happen?

We a few of us fought for Community Benefits - for the infants, the children, the youth, the young adults, our beloved Elder, those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged.

For sure - not some Blacks - crooked to the hilt - the likes of Sophie Maxwell, Juliet Ellis, Harlan Kelly, Naomi Kelly, London Breed, Sheryl Evans Davis, Doris Vincent, Veronica Hunnicutt, Dwayne Jones,  Elosie Patton, Toye Moses, DionJay Brookter, Shamann Walton, Al Williams, other not Blacks like Masood Ordhikhani, Youlanda Mazone, Chris Gruel - and of course behind the scenes for Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr.

Juliet Ellis - should be ashamed of herself -

wheeling and dealing - wasting millions of taxpayers money  -

the Sewer System Improvement Project started with

$6 Billion - has reached $12 Billion - and is easily  

poised to reach $20 Billion - who is kidding whom?

Juliet Ellis has been subpoenaed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation - and is spilling the beans - she has always been someone NOT to be trusted -  playing games hand in glove with Harlan Kelly - so has Cathy Ho, Melanie Wok, and a host of others - that Mr. Dip Stick - Harlan Kelly - has had a gala time. 

 

Harlan Kelly is busy clearing his office - he will resign to a lonely life - his health in shambles - he can now massage his balls and sing the blues. I told him many times - even publicly to leave a legacy - he has NOT - he is a scumbag of the highest order.

I once approached him early in 2014 and told him about Dwayne Jones - he seems to think his fraternity in Berkeley - and related issues were important to him and his wheeling and dealing. 

Dwayne Jones is from Los Angeles - a crook of the highest order -but not for long - he will be subpoenaed - the day has come - he will be charged.

That is why - he has been offloading his contracts elsewhere - he can run but he cannot hide. He is just like a cockroach - when you shine a light on coaches they freeze - and then one can stomp them out. 

Good riddance of bad rubbish.

Shamann Walton - the SF District 10 Supervisor -

has failed everyone - he has amassed wealth -

taking huge sums from Lennar Urban - aks 5 Point Holding LLP -

using Dwayne Jones a conduit - Dwayne funneling huge

sums to Young Community Developers (YCD) - more

when Shamann Walton  - was the Director - and then

paying Dwayne Jones as a Consultant - we have the 

empirical data - the proof - so where is our SF City Attorney

Dennis Herrera and of SF Controller Ben Rosenfield - 

both the above individuals kicking the can down the street.

Why do we have so many very corrupt Blacks - and I have named them again and again - treated decent Blacks who came from the South had a high standard and believed in hard work.

Believed in standards - people of faith, giving hope to the Black community - mother our grandmothers - nurturing all - even now in this pandemic -  and now have to deal with crooks.

Mostly Blacks - who have NO shame and NO standards - even fewer ethics.

There is a God that sees it all - and soon - very soon these crooks will be corralled and sent to jail.

So what about the $500 million - yes, five hundred million - Community Benefits - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) and related projects with Community Benefits attached to the Project and the crooked Primes.

These ploys, machinations, shenanigans - where million are being doled out - to other crooks - while innocent people are suffering during this on going - COVID-19 pandemic.

Those slowly dying our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our beloved Elders ( most living in tents and in filthy conditions), those with compromised health. 

More are mentally and physically - challenged. 

The Great Spirit sees it all - and I have followed this nonsense for over 40 years.
