San Francisco and weed are synonymous - not only from the days on Haight Ashbury and the hippies but much before that - one has just to visit or belong to the right circles - to know more - and most have missed the boat, the bus, the train, and the plane.

In has been years now that many stellar enthusiasts - and we have one of kind in San Francisco - who I have met - always praising the many uses of " weed " - and not understanding - many other aspects - the most important - the role of the cartels and the dark side.

San Francisco City Hall has been leading the way - more, importantly the City Administrator's Office  - the SF City Administrator's Office has been hoodwinking the taxpayers and the constituents - the SF City Administrator's Office - has been the center of the abject - corruption.   

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic - you had just to call the SF City Administrator's Office and leave a message - no one would return your call. In the interim, there were a lot of frolicking going on - folks that purported to be purveyors - of Cannabis and Cannabis Medical Dispensaries and Clubs.  

Most of the Cannabis Medical Dispensaries (CMD) are just staying afloat - the current pandemic does not help - and the current pandemic has encouraged more sales on the streets - where one can purchase better products - for a reasonable price. 

Some months ago - it was brought to my attention - some Brothers - invested in some Cannabis Medical Dispensaries (CMD) - lost their investment - and of all the clown in the business - the Russians got hold of the investment - and the rest is history.

Those participating in the so-called Cannabis Medical Dispensaries

- a few of them had the right intention - the majority - many of them jail-birds, long time drug dealers, cut-throat thugs - just wanted to make a fast buck.

Many invested - listened to the promises made - few kept - they came to SF City Hall and expressed their sentiment. Many stated all the various training they took - the quality of the product they could deliver - this that and the other.

The prospective owners of this prospective CMD - want the permit to open and could not.  In the South of Market Area, you had a cluster of CMDs -  this was an issue - too much competition.

In other areas people did not want these CMDs at all - hundred came to SF City and exercise their rights - more at Public Comment.

Many reciting from their notes - " we do not want CMDs in our community" was a mantra you heard.

Another refrain that resonated - the CMDs would adversely impact the lives of their children and their education.

When the pandemic announced its presence - much of the noise we heard linked to the CMDs - met a deadly silence - and no one knows truly with this present economy - what the hell is happening.

We are a Nation of Laws - you would NOT know that living in San Francisco - and having access to the nonsense that is happening at San Francisco City Hall.

Room 200 stinks of Sulphur and more the area occupied by the worst Mayor San Francisco has ever had - London Breed.

There is a lot of nonsense going on - millions - wheeling and dealing - the Feds had some for a second - and now have to regroup - to nail the author of the ongoing stench.

It is the same with Shamann Walton, DionJay Brookter, Tyra Fennell, Malia Cohen, Veronica Hunnicutt, Elosie Paton, Linda Richardson, Toye Moses.

Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis, Harlan Kelly, Naomi Kelly, Derf Butler, Keith Jackson - hundreds of others - funded by Community Benefits money - a fact not know by many - but now is the time expose these - vermin.

We are talking $600 million - linked to Community Benefits - and projects. The community in the Bayview Hunters Point has NO leaders - not a single person - who understands the process - more can make a holistic - " needs assessment".

We have Room 200 - complicit with the corruption - aided and abetted by the SF City Attorney and the SF Controller.

Here is a project for the SF City Attorney Dennis Herrera and the SF Controller Ben Rosenfield - you two need to be given everything on a platter:

Dwayne Jones is not an engineer, he is not an architect,  he is a crook - that has a tarnished history - of wheeling and dealing - and is known by the Internal Revenue System - debarred from bidding - he screwed up when he was at the former SF Housing Commission - he putrid history is known to the world and here is a crook - linked to many projects.

Let us take the three projects linked to the Sewer System Improvement  Project (SSIP) - where millions of Community Benefits money - is doled to other crooks - all documented - and yet the main CROOK - Dwayne Jones is free to wheel and deal. Why?

 

Project Number One - the Headworks - WW-628 - the Primes who bid and won this project Sundt/Walsh - Dwayne Jones - has been given a contract - as a sub-consultant - on a platter. Why? The name of his company Rudolf Dwayne Jones.

Project Number Two - WW-647R BDFP - the two Primes handed his contract are WEBCOR/MWH the Primes are being intimated to give the sub-contract to Dwayne Jones - and his company RDJ Consultants.  

Project Number Three - WW-682R SE - the Prime on this project PANKOW - the location 1550 Evans - a huge ribbon cutting was planned by Juliet Ellis - and canceled. Three entities have been given an opportunity for outreach - not one " virtual meeting " held - all three sub-contractors have a tarnished history - and have a track record - being crooked. In this case, let us focus on Dwayne Jones. The name of this company RDJ Consultants.
