Last night Christmas Eve in San Francisco and in the wee hours of the morning on Christmas Day - heavy rains - adversely impacting thousands - many of our Elders - soaking wet - prone to chronic pneumonia.
Glide Memorial church served dinner last night - steak and all the best cooking - for those that need it most - nutrition and nurturing.
Today - Christmas morning - once again Glide Memorial, Saint Anthony's in the Tenderloin, Saint Martin de Pores on Potrero - are feeding the poor and the indigent.
Many cannot move - those that slept in the tents - on the streets - still recovering from the heavy rains - drenched and now slowly recovering. Many have been forced to go the hospital for emergency care.
Salvation Army is preparing 4000 meals for those that are at home and find it difficult to move around.
In general - San Francisco and decent San Franciscans - have always stepped up - and done us San Franciscans - proud.
NOT - so much the authorities - the Mayor of City San Francisco for sure - barking up the wrong tree - each time she opens her mouth.

Our charitable institutions that take care of those that most need help - they do that every day.

I am not generalizing - but more and more - divisiveness reigns - and much of it comes from our politicians - who talk the talk and do not walk the walk - more politicians who are - " jail birds ".
We must ask ourselves what have we done to alleviate the chronic suffering - reigning around us.
More, mostly Blacks who have fallen on bad times - thousands of them - all over the City and County of San Francisco. Too many in the Bayview Hunters Point - one has just to visit - Mother Brown's place - and all the poor and indigent folks - who wait to be served.
The City and County failing to do due diligence - their time is coming - those that do injustice - will fall flat on their face.

We really do not know how many wise men - most probably many - three is a holy number - and chosen to relate a parable.

Today all this symbolism has been cast to the wind - and in its place - Christmas brings the worst - out of we humans - GREED - imagine when the stores - prepare the GREEDY - months Christmas.
