All kind of nefarious activities -
taking place at the Bayview Opera House -
the community fast asleep at the cockpit -
outsiders - hoodwinking us in broad daylight.
We know that Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem in the Middle East - the wise men followed the stars - the time of the year July-August - not December as most of us believe it to be.
Now even though it was pretty warm - Mary and Joseph - had to find a place for Jesus to find shelter - in a manager.
Mary and Joseph were fleeing from those forces that were evil - they found some shelter - a manger - where there was some hay and sheep around.
Mary and Joseph counted their blessings - and so we know some about this story - that must teach us more.
Many take little from the story - today more emphasis is placed - buying gifts, eat and drinking, dancing and rejoicing - with NO emphasis about the situation at hand - less empathy and compassion.
One in three children go to bed hungry in San Francisco - every single day.
Two out of three Senior our beloved Elders - go to bed hungry - every single day.
Many Seniors - do not have money for their medication - bear essentials - many of these Elders are in their - 70s and 80s - and fought all their lives to make a living.
More fighting discrimination - living on minimum wage - working hard - and now in their golden years - nothing much has changed.
The authorities talk a lot - but not one Needs Assessment has been made on the Seniors - with time lines and goals - to alleviate the situation at hand - daily some Senior dies - on the streets of San Francisco.
Where is the empathy - where is the compassion?
Today most Seniors are on fix income - Social Security.
Others - are supported by family members - more those women who stayed at home - and made a home - too care of the children - and reared them to be adults.
We have some - they did not contribute to Social Security - they receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI). More those that have some disability - the mentally challenged - others who have fallen on very bad times.

In most cultures the Elders are taken care of and given extra care.
You would not think so in the Bayview Hunters Point area - I see hundreds of these Elders - left to fend for themselves.
Early each morning the Elders line up for the Bayview Library to open - to use the restroom, some even take the only body wash they can take - this situation is know to most - bu those in authority look the other way.
It is the same with our children - and we have a lot of children in Bayview Hunters Point area - suffering from malnutrition, headaches, weakness.
Attention deficit issues - in short these children are not cared for - by our Health System - some health experts - dismiss the situation at hand as - " toxic stress ".
Homes built of very toxic land -
thousands more homes planned -
right now those living in these brand new homes -
suffering from all sorts of calamities.
There is more to this - many live in close proximity to a Superfund Site - the contamination and pollution - more radiation from atomic particles.
Many come in close proximity to cesium, plutonium - lead, mercury, asbestos, and other harmful elements and materials.
The so called hospitals are slow to diagnose the cases - many die of tumors, cancer, one of a kind diseases.
The paradox the SF City and County does NOT have a Toxicologist on their pay roll. If the need arises - the Toxicologist who works for University of California San Francisco (UCSF) - does the honors. Why?
We still have lead pipes carrying - clean drinking water - adversely impacting thousands in the Bayview Hunters Point area.
We still have many homes that have lead paint - and these lead paint particles harm our children and all that come in contact with these harmful particles.
No Community Benefits money is spent to address the health of our infants, our children, our youth, our young adults, our Elders, those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged.
Outsiders get grants - as much as $300,000 on a platter - to open restaurants, other types nefarious businesses - defying all norms - while those from the community - are living on bread crumbs.
We still have homes that were built in the early 50s, 60s, and 70s that have Asbestos - and no one seem to take care of these issues - not even the SF Department of Building Inspection.
The SF Department of Building Inspection has failed us on Parcel A.
Will, fail us - on the 10,000 homes planned from Candlestick Point to Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - all contaminated and more.
No - human beings should be living on that land - not even animals.
Paradoxically on Parcel A - Lennar Urban aka 5 Point Holdings LLC - is defying the community at large - and have built homes on contaminated ground.
What is worse Parcels B, C, D, E, E2, F which is the Bay and very contaminated.
Parcel G, Utility Corridors UC1, UC2, UC3, UC4 and so on - are all contaminated. And there is more - because each day something comes to light - more contamination and other adverse impacts.
Recently Tectra Tech was charged - but before that others too failed us - International Technologies ( IT) among them - in all close a billion dollars - have been wasted - on some fake clean up. Go Figure.
The Mayors Willie L. Brown Jr., Gavin Newsom, Edwin Mah Lee, the present Mayor London Breed - have all participated in the corruption - taking bribes.
Many other crooks that I have named - mostly Black selling out the community. They all must be taken to task. All those who go before the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure - an off shoot of the former SF Redevelopment Agency - doing the devil's work - these sell out testifying - that all is well.
Again and again we have outsiders - never saw them fight with us on the frontlines - in the trenches.
Most are - inept, weak in the knees, not educated on issues - coming into our community - entering our living rooms - trying to arrange the furniture - without our permission.
Stop using life styles - the Bayview Opera House - the Manager is a German woman - who has NO clue about Cultural Competency and less Implicit Bias - she has single handedly destroyed all the good - that Mrs Ruth Williams built and nurtured.
The Bayview Opera House is NOT a 501 c 3 - as most think it is.
Without any meaningful discussion - the community kept out - it has designated itself - as a 12 L - that fosters NO Cultural issues - but Economic Development - hoodwinking the community in broad daylight.
We filed a case before the Sunshine Task Force - and got a 9-0 verdict favoring Mr Kevin Williams - a former Compliance Officer who worked for the City and County of San Francisco. The son of Mrs Ruth Williams.
For the ignorant who do not want to be educated on issues - here is some information - some of you should form small groups - to read the case - and study the issues.
When you full comprehend the facts - you can stand tall and represent. Do not start talking - more on open forums - without doing your homework - not having the empirical data - without naming the crooks - mostly Blacks - who have failed us all.
STOP - these outsiders who have only thing on their mind - raping the community.
These outsides come into our community - and enjoy Community Benefits set aside for those who have suffered all these many years living in the Bayview Hunters Point.

It is a shame how we permit so many who have NO clue about our situation at hand - outsiders and crooks - the likes of Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis, the many new so called Community Advocates - never saw them before.
Time we call the shots - time we protests - and put these crooks on notice.
Shame on the authorities hailing from Vallejo, Fresno, far off places - they come and try to talk with authority - on topics that they have NO clue about.
Imagine us going to China Town or to the Inner Sunset - or to Pacific Heights - telling those neighborhoods what is good for them - having NOT lived in neighborhood - lacking Cultural Competency.
Notice no one in the Bayview Hunters Point - attends the meetings - held at the Southeast Community Facility Commission Building - located at 1800 Oakdale Avenue.
Notice the number of audits done by the SF City Controller's Office - the community must have a place - where some one can go and check on the facts - the Bayview Opera House - is a case in point.
The many Notice of Violations (NOVs) linked to the Phelps Raw Sewage Treatment Plant - the over 5000 toxic hot spots - most of them found in the Industrial Area - Bayview Hunters Point.
Hunters Point Naval Shipyard Yard - deemed a Superfund Site - where only the worst contaminated sites are listed - Superfund Sites are mostly linked to contamination - where human beings must stay away from.
We have the Precautionary Principle on our books - it is law - never used - because if it was used - most of the projects on land prone to liquefaction, flooding, and contaminated - would be stop in the tracks.
At the Bayview Opera House people have been shot - people have been treated like animals.
People have been denied the use of he Bayview Opera House.
In one case charged a lot more - and a lot more added after agreeing to an amount - the victims mostly Blacks.
