Hunters Point Naval Shipyard was once the home of the Naval Radiological Defense Laboratory (NRDL) - much as we know of Lawrence Livermore Laboratory today. 

Depleted Uranium was first tested at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

Much as we have advocates who have been saying for the last 40 years - that no human beings should be living at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard.

The City and County of San Francisco has defied decency and have BLOOD on their hands. Today we have several independent who are agreeing with the advocates - and at last we see - some light at the end of the tunnel.

Shamann Walton is an anathema - a devil -

a person wallowing in " dark money - not to be trusted.

We now have mostly Blacks - who have lost their mind -

living and working in the Bayview Hunters Point selling out the community at large.

Pushing to build new homes on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - on very contaminated land - a Superfund Site. 

Some of them are Oscar James, Doris Vincent, Linda Richardson, Toye Moses, Walton Shamann, Malia Cohen, Sophie Maxwell, London Breed, Elouise Patton, Veronica Hunnicutt and a host of other Blacks - we call them chronic - sell outs.

In recent months we have had a number of  independent organizations  - environmentalists - who have had access to documents -  not all the documents that the United States Navy has - to help them to come to some " conclusion or adjudication " - using empirical data.

I have documents in my archives from 1967 to today.

I am privy to sensitive information from the days when I worked for the Department of Defense - let me say no more.

It is a crying shame that this City and County of San Francisco - very evil people - to make money - want people to live on very contaminated land. Those who carry out these nefarious acts with intent - have BLOOD on their hands.

All the same - in the given circumstances  - more, when the Mayors of San Francisco - starting with Willie L. Brown Jr, , then Gavin Newsom.

Then Edwin Mah Lee, Mark Farrell, and now London Breed - one worse than the other - all very greedy and all wallowing in - " dark money ".

It is a shame that Shamann Walton the current District 10 Supervisor took millions from Lennar Urban aka 5 Points Holdings LLC - to run for District 10 - lying, cheating, and hoodwinking the public at large.

Shamann Walton together with Sophie Maxwell took large amounts of money - to increase the height limits and give Lennar Urban - an opportunity to build skyscrapers with dense housing - on land prone to severe liquefaction and flooding.

Right now NO insurance company is vouching for Lennar Urban aka 5 Points Holdings LLC - we also hear latest soil testing samples - have shown the land to be very contaminated.

Shamann Walton does not care about the constituents - who live in the Bayview Hunters Point are - and San Francisco in general.

Daily - Shamann Walton is wheeling and dealing - and is known for his very " nefarious activities ".

Saturated  - in his DNA - a known jail bird - who has no place as a leader - leading any city or town - more San Francisco.

Where do these jerks come from and who votes for such despicable characters?

Recently - Shamann took on JUL the e-cigarette giant - that is now calling upon all - with high profile ads - to ban all cigarettes.

NOT - a whimper from Shamann Walton - he cannot afford a single ad - that he has to pay from his pocket. He can afford other things - with money from other sources - others paying - when it comes to Shamann Walton - he wanted to win brownie points for free - but right now is drowning in the cesspool - of his own making.

It is the same with shutting down Juvenile Center - without any back up plan - and failing to consult the " judges" and California Courts that have jurisdiction - over such matters.

Shamann Walton is as phony as they come - ignorant, arrogant - and a known jail bird - that no one decent - respects.

The indigent and the poor - unfortunately most of them are Blacks - are suffering - so are Black infants, children, youth, young adults, our Elders and those with compromised health - in the Bayview Hunters Point area.

Shamann Walton is more interested in opening a Bistro on Third Street and Hudson - in a contaminated area - encouraging ,selling " greasy food " that is not good for health. The money from SF Public Utilities Commission - Community Benefits money - that we never said could be used for such purposes.

The Bistro place has some make shift  " stalls " selling food in any environment that is not healthy.

MUNI buses spew particulates in very close proximity - twenty feet away from the stalls. 

No running water and for sure no clean toilet.

Shamann Walton says he has a degree in nutrition - but as I said he knows little - his arrogance and ignorance is beyond anything I have known - he opens his mouth and shoves his dirty foot in - each and every time.

Shamann Walton has NO idea how contaminated Hunters Point Naval Shipyard is - as he had NO idea about Mare Island - a contaminated island - which is in close proximity to Vallejo - where he grew up.

He spent an inordinate time in jail - his youth was turbulent and so is his life today. Always angry and defiant.

All sorts of crime - more shooting and killings are on the increase in the Bayview Hunters Point Area. Shamann Walton has been busy - supporting those that have got permits to sell " Marijuana " - better known as weed.

The Federal Government does not allow proceeds from selling Marijuana to be deposited in the banks - that come under the U.S. Federal Government. 

Can you imagine any Black more jail birds - daily gazing at the " Strong Safe " - laden with thousands of dollars - while they operate within their means?

It is like the Uber and Lyft drivers - who have to pay their taxes at the end of the tax year.

The 1099 comes in  - they do not have the money - and this one factor and others - apply mostly to these Blacks - who do not have a back up plan - have put all their eggs in one risky basket - targeted to be devastated at any time. 

San Francisco has a Black as a Mayor, the City Administrator is Black, the Director of OCII is Black, the Chief of Police is Black, the Manager of the SF Public Utilities is Black, we have other Blacks in power - but none of them have the leadership to leave a legacy.

No homes should be built on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - no decent human beings should be put in harms way.

We now have several documents - done by independent so called experts - the City and County of San Francisco is in a dilemma - no more can they be in denial.
