I wanted to hear it from the man itself ? Why is it that you are not funded ? Who is putting hurdles in your way? After all you have worked for many years - and I know you do good work ?
Well it is some policy that the Mayor's Office of Youth and Families has - about the age of youth - and how each Non-Profit -must follow some outdated rules - adversely impacting - a Non-Profit that has been in business for over 30 years.
This non-profit cannot cut the age limit to 15 years - and the situation itself demands that you cater to older youth and young adults. I suppose Maria Su cannot comprehend that - so some minion that works for her - plays the dictator - making half -ass decisions - and it is time for Maria Su - to know that we know and have been know about this sordid games.
He set our City on fire -
and the " fire " of corruption is on going -unchecked.
I know Maria Su and Maria Su knows me - she has changed for the worse - and I know the wheeling and dealing that went on - when Edwin Mah Lee was alive - he is dead now.
The Bayview Hunters Point is devastated - those that need help most are left to fend for themselves. We have infants, children, youth, and young adults - going to bed hungry. Many do not have good health insurance, many cannot afford to live in San Francisco.
The Mayor's Office of Children, Youth and Families - has failed to conduct " Risk Assessments " linked to the above narrative. The MOCYF - doles money - depending on whose is calling them - those belonging to the MACHINE - get everything they want.
Everyone knows that Girls 2000 and Young Community Developers - get funding - as much as they want - and most of the money given to them - is wasted. A neutral entity has just to conduct an audit - and find out what I have clearly stated.
It is not uncommon for Girls 2000 to spend hundreds having breakfast with a group of mostly Lesbians and Homosexuals at Tiffany's of San Bruno Avenue.
The next time I see them - it will be pretty - me saying - what I have to say in mind.
If you get so much money - have breakfast in District 10 and stop coming to pollute District 9 - I suppose you have some sordid place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner - in District 10?
Shamann Walton has replied to me - one single sentence - he says he prays for me - but has not replied to what I stated.
Shamann Walton is NOT from Middle Point nor from Double Rock - but that is what he says.
And when it suits him - he says - that is from Potrero Hill.
I hear that he is not even from Vallejo? So who are these outsiders that come into our community - to prey on the community?
Shamann Walton is busy - gathering folks up on the Hill - getting ready for photograph - to show folks who supports him. No one worth the salt support Shamann Walton.
Notice at the District 10 Supervisors Candidates gathering - no one can ask a direct question.
You write your question and give it to some minion - the minion gives it to another minion - and then it is read as the person who finally reads it - deems it necessary. This is not the right type of democracy - any candidate that participates in such type to ploys, machinations, and shenanigans - should NOT receive a vote.
I say Fuck them - you want our vote - let us talk to you - directly .
Young Community Developers has been raking in money every year - in the last 5 years - over $4 million a year - but if you review the IRS 990 forms - there is nothing to show - substantial.
I suppose it is the same when the SF Controller's Office - does the audit.
Again and again our investigative reporting has revealed Community Benefits money spent on the on going Elections.
Those receiving the money Malia Cohen, London Breed, Shamann Walton and others - time will tell.
More and more - we have folks that are outsiders - none of them have families - I mean - those that favor - a family - Father, Mother, and biological children.
These " scum bags " - lacking morals, ethics, and standards - receive thousands - to conduct whatever business they like.
Notice the former Wells Fargo Bank that was donated to the Bayview community - at the north corner of Third and Revere - now suddenly - has the Salvation Army owning the building.
All sorts of major rehabilitation - no notices posted - warning of " Asbestos " and other dust.
No one seems - to pay attention - no one even knows there has been a change of ownership.
I asked a White man who gave me his card - and he bragged the Salvation Army owns the building - and he paid $3 million for it.
That soon other entities - the likes of Open Legal - would be in that building - and all this and more - hit me like a rock.
All these folks coming in - pretending to help the community - now, Open Legal received a $ 1 million (one million ) grant from GOOGLE - after less than 3 years on Third Street - and brags that you call them and they will help.
I called them seven times - and each time I called them - they referred me to another entity. What is happening to our community.
In our investigative reporting we found a White man receiving money from SF Public Utilities Commission - from a " stash " fund - his name is Andrew and he was paid money - by Dwayne Jones - to feed some event - a BBQ event.
Others get paid for doing so called outreach - in the thousands - again the conduit who doles the money - Dwayne Jones.
It may not surprise you - but it is a fact - Dwayne Jones himself asks for $50,000 - and he gets paid.
Go Figure what is happening to our community.
The District Attorney George Gascon knows about this nonsense but has done nothing - what so ever.
The City Attorney Dennis Herrera knows about this nonsense and has done nothing about it.
The Controller Office wants the time line to exceed 90 days to come to some resolution.

In the interim Harlan Kelly who is the General Manager is busy working with Dwayne Jones and Juliet Ellis - trying to hoodwink the community - linked to the 1550 Evans Street.
A location prone to liquefaction - a toxic hot spot - well known by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.
The Department of Toxic and Substances Control, the SF Health Department - and believe me the ZONING for this area - does not allow building a Recreation Center,
Nor does it permit building a Public Auditorium, any Open Space for meditation for the public - who wants to meditate at a location that stinks to high heaven and is full of particulates - toxic particulates - more PM 2.5.
This fact does not deter the crooked, the corrupt, the scum of the Earth - to vouch for the plan and project.
This outsiders - all of them with a hidden agenda - are taking advantage to the situation at hand.
We still have not heard from the Bayview Opera House - the missing $3.1 million - Malia Cohen has her aunt Jackie Cohen - on the Board of Directors and uses the facility for free.
Others have to pay $4000 and this is a crying shame.
Malia Cohen hired her sister to work for the Bayview Opera House - could not get along with the White woman - Barbara Ockel - what is happening?
Barbara Ockel was seen by me - Saturday - August 4, 2018 - with a big Black dog on a thick leash - in close proximity of children playing.
That Big Black Dog and this White woman with a dog - stood out? What is wrong with this picture? Barbara Ockel is the Manager of the Bayview Opera House.
Mayor London Breed says the City and County and County spends over $350 million. The non-profits who receive money - have NO accountability - $350 million is a large amount of money.
We see NO real results - these entities prey on the poor and indigent. $350 million - going back 10 years - for each year - is a lot of money - reflect and ask yourselves - this is our tax payers money?
In the Bayview Hunters Point - we do not have a single facility with rap around services - for the homeless.
We have a District Supervisor - Malia Cohen - who talks from both sides of her mouth - and is busy doling thousands to some strange folks from New York and elsewhere.
None of these vermin - favor families - usurping our community.
One White woman started with a Pizza place by Third and Jerold Avenue - Pizza that does not taste good - and made in unhygienic surroundings.
Now she has been given a grant - $300,000 to open a brand new restaurant. What else is coming our way - to hit us like a rock?
