Fifty-five days plus - the bombing and atrocities - committed by Russia - the rogue autocrat Vladimir Putin - must be checked now - how long can innocent infants and children suffer in Ukraine.

Millions of Ukrainian children - left with just the clothes they worked - and now are in Poland, Germany, other countries - waiting to settle down - while still bearing the scars of war - many traumatized and suffering the wounds of war - daily.

Donald Trump worked with Putin - to set the tone - for what we are witnessing today. Turning against NATO, undoing signed treaties with Iran and the Paris agreement on Climate Change. Signing a pact with the Taliban. Creating the pandemonium in Afghanistan. All the time thinking he would win - be President for the second term. He failed miserably and will spend time in jail - soon. DT is a liar, cheater, and LOSER.

In the case of India buying petroleum products, fertilizer,  precious metals, military hardware - trying to sit on the fence - thinking the world is blind-sighted - to their nefarious activities. 

The Ukraine fiasco started a long time ago - when the United States and England - decided to put pressure on Ukraine to hand over 1900 nuclear missiles to Russia.

Of course, Russia agreed to the deal at that time - today, the United States and England are embarrassed - constantly interfering in the internal affairs of nations like Iraq, Syria, Iran, Afghanistan, Yemen, Sudan, Ethiopia - other countries - playing god.

Xi Jinping cannot be trusted - the man is an autocrat. Innocent people are rounded up in China - if they protest. In Northern China, we see this in Shangai and the Muslims - Uyghurs.  Their organs were harvested  - brainwashed - forced to speak Mandarin - which is not their language - just because Xi Jinping is right - when we all know he is a despot - and damn - wrong. 

 

When we see the photograph above and see the works of a devil - evil to the core. The destruction - in Mariupol and other towns in Ukraine - we do not know what to make of Putin as a maniac.

A hospital in Mariupol was targeted by missiles - pregnant women - sick children - other vulnerable patients - made to suffer - and many died. All because Vladimir Putin - orders his Generals to do as they please. The United Nations and the U.N. Security Council - impotent - worthless - saying something - that means nothing.

The time has long passed - we could have taken this bastard - down a long time ago - over 50 days - and we continue to endure - the suffering imposed on infants, children, youth, mothers, fathers, beloved Elders. Those with compromised health - more, the mentally and physically challenged.

The United States has been doing some - sending Javeline missiles. Drones - Russian helicopters in our inventory - some long-range missiles badly needed, communication equipment, technical support linked to cyber warfare and logistics - there is more we can do - time is running out.

Ukraine is the world's breadbasket - many nations all over the globe Lebanon, Egypt, Yemen, Ghana, Kenya, other countries in Africa - all are adversely impacted - many solely rely on wheat imported from Ukraine - and there is more.

Over 5 million Ukrainians have left Ukraine - we have never seen such a situation - the last time around during World War II. We must hold Russia and Vladimir Putin responsible.

We see the sights above - repeatedly - and get immune. Millions of innocent families have been uprooted. All in the middle of the Pandemic. Most Ukrainians are well educated. It is a shame - that we have allowed Vladimir Putin - a maniac - to do as he pleases.

The Ukrainians have told the world  - to equip them with the best war tools to keep the Russians at bay - and they will - win this war.

We have eleven districts, and each neighborhood is unique.

We also have ten SF police precincts, and each neighborhood has a Police Captain.

Most precincts hurting - the SF Police Department - must have a force of two thousand - today, that power has been reduced to one thousand two hundred.

In six months, less than a thousand.  

The police force we have today will dwindle to less than one thousand as months go by. Pandemonium.

There has been no walk for all the talks going on at the SF Police Commission.

Quality of Life issues have been compromised, and the SF Police Commission is a JOKE.

Dion-Jay Brookter - was on the SF Police Commission - jumped ship to join the Sheriff's Commission -  who appoints these good for nothing characters - that have never, ever been in the trenches with the people - be the Southeast Sector of San Francisco - or

The SF Police Commissioners continue to gang up on the SF Police Chief William Scott - and this nonsense must STOP.

Soon the SF Police Commission will have to deal with the latest SF Redistricting map.

Districts 5, 6, 9, 10 are all suffering - and in the middle of the pandemic - some SF Redistricting Task Force was formed - to hoodwink the people of San Francisco.

Arnold Townsend has always been known as a wheeler and dealer - as Chair of the SF Redistricting Task Force, he helped change the map to pander to outside forces - a crime - and is now singing the blues - shame on him. 

Again, we fail to understand the Mission has suffered the most.

Thousands of Latinos have left the Mission - the District 9 Supervisor has no clue - about the damage done.

Now we have thieves - these thieves walk into the stores and steal.

Then they go to the make-shift flea market and sell the stolen wares - a few hundred feet - from the stores. The stores' owners - more pop and mom stores are fed up - the Mayor London Breed, other in charge - look the other way.

Our SF Board of Supervisors meeting - they know what is happening - but fail to look at the empirical data -  tourists who are robbed will never, ever come back.

We have seen the blatant robberies at Union Square- most Blacks involved - disregarding the law.

Most - come from the East Bay - we have empirical data - many are from the Southeast Sector of San Francisco.

Do we have a Harriet Tubman today - to reveal to those who are fast asleep to wake up. The Blacks are dwindling on all fronts.  As much as one sounds the clarion call - no one seems to care. We saw what happened at the SF Redistricting Task Force meetings. Blacks confronting Blacks - a plan was afoot with the Mayor who is Black, the Chair of the Task Force also a Black and a sellout - with intent harming Blacks. Depriving them of respect and resources.

Do we have a Fredrick Douglass here in San Francisco - or the same Black Poverty Pimps - sell the bridge again and again.

The history of Blacks in San Francisco is vibrant.

After many Blacks made it here in San Francisco - some Whites tried to discriminate - thinking they could achieve something.

Blacks chartered a ship and sailed to Victoria - Canada.

Other Blacks, the likes of Mary Pleasant - took the City and Couty of San Francisco and its transportation system to Court - made her case against discrimination and won. 

No one truly messed with the Buffalo Soldiers - accompanying the Wells Fargo Wagons carrying gold - and other precious material - all over California.

The Buffalo Soldiers accompanied the Pioneers to California - had it not been for the Buffalo Soldiers - many Pioneers - White - would have perished.

Five Hundred Buffalo Soldiers are buried at the Presidio Veterans Administration Cemetery - few know about this rich history.

The Redistricting Task Force has no clue about the rich history of Blacks - it makes matters worse - when the sellout Chair - panders to those that took money - and made illegal moves.

Again and again, the Brown Act was broken -  I bet you no one explained to the SF Redistricting Task Force members - about the Brown Act.

The Constitution, the Civil Rights Act of 1965, our SF Charter, and understanding of Cultural Competency - are some fundamental - documents - none of which the SF Redistricting Task Force adhered to.

The constituents of Districts 5, 6, 9, and 10 were most impacted.

The LGBTQ members were impacted - why. They have the only LGBTQ cultural district in the Nation - here in San Francisco. Why target this constituency that put their blood and sweat to bring about change - and contribute so much to San Francisco.

In recent years we have seen the Chinese Community have no clue about Koreans, Taiwanese, Southeast Asians, Burmese, Thai, Singaporeans, East Timorians, Chinese from Hong Kong, and even the Polynesian community. 

Please do not speak for the communities as mentioned above. 

Do the Chinese community leaders - not feel ashamed - busing folks to say something in Chinese.

The same script repeatedly read - the same interpretation - in English - how boring and stupid can some be - to make a point - that is pointless?

For some time now - there has been a question asked - where do the Chinese get money - to buy homes in San Francisco more in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco? 

Where is the Internal Revenue System on this issue?

One cannot lump the Portola District with Visitation Valley - just because some Chinese say they want it?

We have evil forces wanting to Gerrymander the various districts in San Francisco. We hear that Mayor London Breed and Scott Wiener are among those who are behind the Gerrymandering.

These evil forces target some Districts to flip them - to bring in their own candidates - to represent the Districts.

This nonsense must STOP -  now.

 

 

  

 

THE FINAL MAP LINKED TO REDISTRICTING OF SAN FRANCISCO WILL BE DECIDED IN THE COURTS - THE ABJECT CORRUPTION - HAS UPSET MANY - DISTRICT 5, 6, 9, 10, THE MOST - BIG DEVELOPERS - BEHIND THE PLOYS, MACHINATIONS, AND SHENANIGANS.

 

This is NOT the final SFredistrict map - this map favors the real estate moguls - the final SF redistricting map - will be adjudicated in our courts - and may justice be done.

The many meetings held by the San Francisco Redistricting Task Force - waste our precious time. From the inception, a few - the sellouts pandered to the Big Developers - using their ploys, machinations, and shenanigans to hoodwink us all - in broad daylight.

When four SF Redistricting Task Force members walked out, the ongoing corruption reached its climax, and those who tried their best to be level-headed could not take the utter nonsense - no more.

Task Force Members Cheme Hernandez, Jeremy Gill, Raynell Cooper - all were convinced that they had been hoodwinked. They walked out - leaving five members of the Task Force - to carry on the meeting. Five members meeting - quorum.

In the wee hours - Sunday morning - April 10, 2022 - the Task Force briefly adjourned the meeting - to move their cars - street cleaning.

On the return - some proposition was made - the map began taking a new form - the boundary lines - moving - District 5, District 6, District 9, and District 10 - were most impacted. 

Ditka Reiner earlier had proposed voting for some changes - a vote was taken and agreed upon on a map that was still involved. On her return, she rescinded her vote - saying she mistook what she was voting for. Then all hell broke loose - the changes made - were totally uncalled for - the SF Task Force the five the reminded - broke up Districts 5, 6, 9, and 10. 

We can waste all the time discussing the mess that SF Redistricting Task Force has created. It will do us no - good whatsoever.

Those of us who have followed the census report going back decades - have participated in SF Redistricting in the past - have never seen such a mess - led by Arnold Townsend - who is pandering to the evil forces - the Developers.

There are some basic guidelines that we all must bear in mind.

The Constitution of the United States - mandates the baseline requirements and points to the pertinent and salient values we have to adhere to.

The San Francisco Charter is well written and addresses Quality of Life issues - and how San Franciscans must be treated - no segment of the population - should be adversely impacted - by any rules, regulations, ordinances, laws, and that includes the SF Redistricting - decisions.

The Civil Right Act and the amendments to the Constitution 12, 13, 14, and more - should be understood and implemented.

Again no segment of the population - in any one district of San Francisco - more minorities - should be adversely impacted - on the contrary, they have to be uplifted. 

The LGBTQ has its own cultural district. The LGBTQ have kept their cultural community in operation all these decades - no one must with intent to target the LGBTQ district - adversely impact the LGBTQ population - and think they will go Scott Free.

It helps to understand Cultural Competency - while some of the SF Redistricting Task Force understand the implications.

Others -the likes of Arnold Townsend and Ditka Reiner - with the intent of adversely targeting - a particular segment of our San Francisco population.

The Chair and Vice-Chair - of the SF Redistricting Task Force - for sure - do not seem to be oblivious of what is mandatory and necessary. For sure, these two are not educated on issues.

It is imperative that all on the SF Redistrict Task Force - have the tenacity and fortitude to serve all - more those that need to be uplifted.

It is important to note that morals, ethics, and standards count - some on the SF Redistricting Task Force have lost their moral compass.

Let me make it clear - after forty years plus of advocacy - one must have their heart in the right place. Only then can one take others to a better place.

America embraces all - and uplifts all - more San Franciscans - named after Saint Francis of Assisi.

No one should willy nilly change the boundaries - without giving deep thought. Thousands can be impacted - and what is more, thousands can suffer the consequences - just because the SF Redistricting Task Force - not all - but some - act like buffoons.

We know that San Francisco is corrupt - that Mayor London Breed and crooks like Scott Wiener - are in bed with the Big Developers.

We are aware the Republicans - who are the minority in San Francisco - are behind some scheme - to topple progressive candidates in coming elections.

The San Francisco Election Department - did not conduct the correct type of outreach.

Create focus groups linked to Asians, Polynesians, Blacks, White, Indigenous people, those who are digital savvy, planners, engineers, doctors, nurses, teachers, safety professionals, in short - all those that are linked - providing Quality of Life issues - involved in uplifting us all.  

The virtual meetings adversely impacted those in the queue - six to seven hours- who had to wait for hours on end - to call in.

Those in-person could be taken - say twenty of them - then those facilitating could go to those in the call-in queue.

We must call in for a hearing on the abject failure of the SF Redistricting Task Force and its waste of time - deplorable leadership - breaking the laws.

Breaking the laws linked to the Brown Act - lying, cheating, bluffing - pay to play schemes - dark money - and hoodwinking the public in broad daylight.

City Hall and Room 200 stink to high heaven with Sulphur.

It does not surprise us all that Poverty Pimp Pastors - will do anything for money.

What does it profit anyone to win the world but lose one's soul?

Who are these monsters who want to target the poor, and do not want to uplift those that need help?

This matter - the Redistricting of the eleven districts in San Francisco - must go to court.

Those who participate in breaking the laws must be penalized - felonies committed in abundance.

CORRUPTION IS SO ABJECT IN SAN FRANCISCO - THE SF REDISTRICTING TASK FORCE FACED THE IRE OF THE CONSTITUENTS - FOUR MEMBERS WALKED OUT - IN THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING - PANDEMONIUM..

 

The SF Redistricting Task Force messed with the SF redistricting boundaries - the many Districts. Breaking the rules and regulations and, as far as many are concerned, illegally doing their business, would adversely affect most communities.

The San Francisco Redistricting Task Force, formed in 2022 by the San Francisco Election Commission, has utterly failed San Francisco - caught red-handed saying one thing and doing another.

In the wee hours of April 10, 2022, four members of the SF Redistricting Task Force walked out, a few minutes before stepping out - they had some weak consensus. 

Then, after a short recess, the SF Redistricting Task Force set down to address District Nine's boundary, ultimately making a right about turn - shocking four members of the SF Redistricting Task Force -  there was some confusion. 

Then just like that, the four members of the SF Redistricting Task Force - not until one or two vented a bit.

Those present in Room 400 at San Francisco City went - wild - people shouting and screaming - the SF Redistricting Task Force had no other avenue - but to recess.

It was close to 2 am in the morning on April 10, 2022 - the meeting started at 10:30 am on April 9, 2022.

The 2am pretext was announced - the Chair Arnold Townsend - told the members of the Task Force that they had to move their cars from the nearby streets - SF Street Cleaning.

Mayor London Breed keeps appointing Commissioners and Task Force Members who are totally incompetent. Some on the SF Redistricting Task Force. Backed by Developers who have plans at Lake Merced and Merced Manor - and elsewhere - to build market-rate housing. Some 5,800 market-rate housing units. Mayor London Breed makes over $400,000; she has produced nothing viable or sustainable. Except - hot air and being loud-mouthed is her forte.

Scott Wiener - no one in their right mind trtrustscott Wiener. Lied  - tongue in cheek to steal the Senate seat he holds in the Sacramento Senate - from Jane Kim. Joined Mayor London Breed to support the current -appointed SF Redistricting Task Force - 2022. When some sordid discrepancies were brought to light - 5.800 market-rate homes - at Lake Merced and Merced Meadows. These developers do not uplift anyone - greedy to the core - immoral, unethical, corrupt - much like the heifer and Scott Wiener - watch him and her at all times.

Arnold Townsend sold out the Black community - he openly said he does not like to be a Black man. He keeps making convoluted statements, and as Chair of the SF Redistricting Task Force, he has failed miserably. He helped draw new boundary lines that removed Blacks' resources, adding fuel to the fire. The Blacks present on April 10, 2022 - in Room 400 at SF City Hall - who stayed there past 4 am in the early morning - held nothing back, calling Arnold Townsend a sell-out.

Dikta Reiner, the SF Redistricting Task Force's vice-chair, should be ashamed of herself. She is fully cognizant of the pay-to-play schemes - the Developers - and their sordid schemes. She uses her privilege to pander - she has no empathy for those poor San Franciscans who have to be uplifted.

I listened to many meetings and participated in public comments at some critical SF Redistricting Task Force meetings. 

From its inception, I made known to the SF Redistricting Task Force that they should read the Constitution of the United States of America.

Read the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in the light of the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments to the Constitution.

Read the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco.

Arm themselves with a sound orientation - linked to Cultural Competency.

This land we call San Francisco is indigenous land. The only tribe to exercise its Right of First Refusal is the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe.

While the census reveals the rise and fall of a specific population every ten years, its empirical data create opportunities and resources, uplift all, and address quality-of-life issues.

When a Chinese person says they say " Hi " and thus participates in some relation between the Chinese and the Blacks, this statement belies the Truth.

In mainland China, no one owns any land or property. 

The Chinese value property and their homes, because we permit anyone who is allowed to live here in the United States to own property.

Much like adjoining Potrero Hill to the Portola District - it makes no sense - for Portola to join the area - Potrero Hill.

A report has just come out, stating that some mistakes were made during the last census.

 More about Asians - lumping Koreans, Southeast Asians, Thais, Cambodians, Laotians, Chinese, Indonesians,  Burmese, East Timoreans, Taiwanese, others.

Across the total number of Asians surveyed and the empirical data collected, annual earnings, educational qualifications, and other salient and pertinent factors were thrown to the wind.

The Ohlone - the First People of San Francisco - were ignored entirely. Most Chinese do not know this history - and that is a crying shame. 

Blacks in the Southeast Sector of San Francisco are dwindling.

The Chinese and Latin populations have increased by leaps and bounds.

The Whites are increasing in numbers.

There has been no effective outreach to explain to everyone involved in the situation that it is essential to understand "cultural competency."

The Chinese have much to say - what they deserve on a platter. The Chinese have done little, if anything, to share and have a meaningful dialogue.

The salient and pertinent issues linked to Cultural Competency have long been relegated to the back burner.

As an advocate, I have watched the ploys, machinations, and shenanigans for over forty years - all over San Francisco.

You may see many Chinese stores and restaurants - no Blacks employed. This is so evident - you do not need to be a rocket scientist.

The MUNI 9, the 9R, the 8, the 8A, the other Muni lines - the MUNI 56, the 54, the 29 - the 3rd Street Lightrail - are places where one can see the interaction between Blacks and others. 

Talking loudly in Cantonese or Mandarin on the buses and trains - alighting in a hurry without saying, " excuse me. "

Trampling others to get a seat, not offering a seat to Seniors or the Physically Challenged, who should be offered a seat and are ignored.

Many cannot read the signs - some pretend not to read the signs - that say seats are reserved for the Seniors and Challenged.

Good manners and etiquette come slowly to some, and when you point it out, some feel that you are hurting their feelings.

Why would one carry the remains after cleaning fish, vegetable remains, and other stinking stuff, all the way from home, and place the property in the trash cans on San Bruno Avenue?

Along San Bruno Avenue, I know most of the Chinese businesses.

They tell me more about the Chinese, who they do not favor, be it those involved in stealing, touching fruits and food products, and putting them back, spitting on the sidewalk without a second thought.

The Chinese who came to California to build the railway experienced discrimination. We honor them, and so must California.

The Japanese, even those who were citizens, were incarcerated.

We honor their sacrifice, and so must California.

Blacks daily have to deal with discrimination. I see it every day and have to step up and mediate.

Stop pandering to the Blacks and try to speak for the Blacks, when it is next to impossible to understand the deep discrimination, lynching, and horrible atrocities committed by Whites against the Blacks.

Condoned - by others - who do not know about history - and less about the trials and tribulations - of slavery and its terrible stain.

Even today, Blacks are discriminated against by the City and County of San Francisco.

 Hundreds of Blacks came to SF City Hall - Room 250 - the Chambers - pre-pandemic - crying and revealing how Blacks have been treated like chattel.

Blacks will not tolerate this abject nonsense anymore.

The Chinese have occupied City Hall - each department - doing their thing - created parochial groups shutting out others - who are not Chinese. This has been going on for decades. 

This SF Redistricting Task Force is not well-versed in the issues.

Chosen by the Mayor, London Breed, and the SF Supervisors, the SF Redistricting Task Force has been selected without thorough vetting. In the SF Redistricting Task Force's history of the eleven districts, the contributions of so many in each community are now blown away.

Most have no empathy for the Blacks - the borders are drawn to deprive the Black of opportunities - deprive them of water - die of thirst - in broad daylight - open defiance. 

The LGBTQ community has its own cultural district - the first in the nation and maybe the world. 

Why mess with the LGBTQ community - they have been so respectful at the SF Redistricting Task Force meetings.

For all the LGBTQ advocates explaining, the SF Redistricting Task Force has chosen to put on some blinders and stay quiet. This, not for long - you see, witness the general public's ire. This is San Francisco.

All this with Mayor London Breed and others who are Black, looking away from the situation.

As for the SF Redistricting Task Force, they should be ashamed of themselves.

In my last public comment," the SF Redistricting Task Force is a pain in the ass."
