Let it be known that with folks like Juliet Ellis and her minions - nothing much is happening.

Juliet Ellis is busy adding titles to her sordid name. The latest - Chief Strategist - when in fact she is a moron - cheats, lies, hoodwinks - and must be fired. She makes over $230,000 plus benefits - all tax payers money and this nonsense must STOP.

At the last SF Public Utilities Commission she invited some Interns - who were sitting at the back - and heard the sad affairs - prevailing at the SF Public Utilities Commission - she love to waste tax payers money - on mundane projects to win browny points.

Use our Community Benefits money to sponsor 2000 Summer Jobs - to win some Brownie Points - always trying to get her 2 minutes of fame - while all the time - she is divisive and has ruined the careers of many - who detest her selfish - ways.

In the interim our infants, children, youth and young adults, our Elders, those with compromised health - more, our mentally and physically challenged - are slowly dying.

At the last SF Public Utilities Commission held at the City and County of San Francisco - Room 400 - I made it known to the SF Public Utilities Commission - that the many presentations - linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project - do not tell the true picture.

For starters the cost of the project will double - from the initial price tag of $6 Billion to $12 billion and more.

In the interim our infants and children are dying - no one seems to care about life. As I asked the SF Public Utilities Commission - including Sophie Maxwell - can we put a price on one single child. Now - add the number of infants, children, youth other - that have died - linked to the contamination and pollution - and no one seems to care.

We have seen this in San Francisco the Central Subway started with $600 million and now is nearing $2 Billion.
We know the primes - in this case Tutor Perini- has been making too many change orders - and yet we have dealings with his corporation and the cheats that hover around him.

The Tutor Perini corporation is worth $4.7 billion plus - 
and constantly defies the authorities in San Francisco - the corporation had problems at the SF Airport, then again with MUNI - the nonsense goes on and on - constant delays - causing adversely impacts to businesses and the citizens:

The Sewer System Improvement Project has several project - that are dubious in nature - one of them is the Emerson Project - with Dwayne Jones and his minions - doing the outreach. This inside job - giving the contract to Dwayne Jones for a period of 10 years plus - is something no one is looking into.

Dwayne Jones lives in Oakland -

makes his living cheating and hoodwinking -

there are a number of investigations 

that have led to the same conclusion -

a crook of the highest order -

he calls himself a Philanthropist and Businessman -

he uses Community Benefits money - he is a crook.

The same Dwayne Jones who calls himself a Philanthropist and the Gate Keeper in the Bayview Hunters Point - he is using Community Benefits money - to carry on his nefarious activities.

Dwayne Jones - must be removed - denied any contract in the City and County of San Francisco  told to stay away from any participation dealing with tax payers money in San Francisco.

Debarred - from visiting  525 Golden Gate Avenue -
where he and others like him - folks like Susan Leal - have been embedded for a long time.

The man has been fired from Platinum Consultants - was fined by the Internal Revenue Service - yet he has dared to enter into contracts at Pier 70 and even the SF Airport - the man is a crook - and right now there is sufficient evidence to send him to jail - for a long time.

Dwayne Jones was debarred doing business with the former SF Housing Authority - the SF Controller has this information, the SF City Attorney has this information, the  SF District Attorney has the information - who are you all waiting for? Waiting for Godot .....

The Bayview Hunters Point is invaded by charlatans - the latest " gimmick" the African American Arts and Culture District.

There are NO African Americans left in the Bayview Hunters Point to justify an African American Arts and Culture District - any meaningful assessment - with come to the conclusion.

In our jails - over 50% are African Americans - and most of them from the Bayview Hunters Point - what does that tell the group that is determined to form  - the African American Arts and Culture District?

The African Americans in the Bayview Hunters Point need help - our infants, children, youth and young adults, our Elders - those with compromised health - more those who are mentally and physically challenged.

The Community Benefits are for the community.

The Community Benefits are NOT for Art and some Culture that is fading and waning - who is fooling whom?

Those behind this recent ploy must be investigated and if need be the Mayor's Office Housing and Economic Development - that has done a very poor jobs - and must be totally revamped - the known crooks wasting tax payers money - told to go elsewhere.

STOP this shit - favoring life styles.

More and more keeping those that have families at bay - wife, husband, and children are left out.

Those with sordid life styles - are embraced - the community at large kept in the dark.

Outsiders given $300,000 grants - to open restaurants - while those residents who need support - shunned. This has been going on for years. Who is fooling whom?

The time has come for the community to open their eyes - and if need be - warn the crooks - and if it is necessary tell them to go else where and commit their sordid - crimes.

When people are fight to survive - have medical bills, cannot afford childcare - no one should fail to embrace them and help them - with empathy and compassion.

When people in the Bayview Hunters Point are going to bed hungry - more our infants, children, youth, Elders - we must address hunger - on a War Footing.

When our children and youth cannot go to our Public Schools - and not witness violence - gang activity, guns and knives brought to the schools and other safe haven - we ask where are our priorities ?

When our environment is foul - our clean drinking water pipes eroded and over 95 years old - and not replaced - how can we drink - clean drinking water.

When our homes have fungi - and we live close to a Superfund Site - get no help from the SF Health Department - and more our City and County of San Francisco - does not have a Toxicologist on board - most are not aware of this fact - what does it say about this group - that suddenly has go up from its slumber - and now wants to form the African American Arts and Culture District?

Our infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders, those with compromised health, more our physically and mentally challenged - slowly dying - we must address the above situation on a war footing.

Community Benefits is not an ATM - with the crooks having the card to the ATM - to with draw the money set aside - and do as they - please. Where is the Transparency and Accountability?

These sordid concepts linked to the African American Art and Culture District - do not have a viable and sustainable Blue Print - vetted by the community at large.

The crooks from the " inner circle " have concepts and ideas that are NO help to those suffering - the vulnerable in our community.

We cannot permit despicable JOKERS - to use community benefits - to the detriment of the lives of our community - slowly dying of - " Toxic Stress ".

We know these artists who some speak off are more from other areas -  art however pleasing to the eye - will not aid the hungry, those that need medical help.

Our infants and children who need child care, our homeless who need a roof over their head, our mentally challenged who need " wrap around services ".

Our youth and young adults who need " career jobs" and when I say youth and young adults - we must keep in the mind the Latinos, the Asians, the Native Americans - the Polynesian who have been left out - stale bred crumbs thrown in their direction.

The Usos are being informed - and when the time come - there will be no excuses - people power counts - and I have been working with the Polynesian family for decades - and have had the patience of Job - tolerating the on going nonsense - in roads made to buy some with stale bread crumbs.

The Whites, the Blacks - others - we must look deeply at the demographics - and find out who is doing well in school and college - and who is not?

The Bayview Opera House is a den of thieves. 

We exposed the thieves - they operate under 12L - and their main purpose in not Arts and Culture but Economy Development.

The SF Sunshine Taskforce - adjudicated the matter and voted 9-0 against the Board of Directors of the Bayview Opera House and its Manage Barbara Ockel.

It is the same with the group that is trying to form a African American Arts and Culture District - at this late date - the inner circle are " not to be trusted " - all of them are selfish.

Most of them have not served the community and most of them are NOT respected by the community.

 I know some of them - chronic sellouts - this is a clarion call - STOP  your nonsense.

We will STOP you in your tracks - trying to waste " community benefits " - using the money for nefarious activities.

Before our eyes on the Third Street corridor - we see outsiders getting money to open restaurants.

We do not have people - decent people - to go and visit these restaurants.

The result in a couple of months - these restaurants - have closed.

No one  knows how those who got $300,000 on a platter - will account for the grants - given to those who pander to the evil.

The Walgreens has closed its doors - the Walgreen that cater to the Seniors and those that need a Walgreen Store - with easy access and sound transportation - the Walgreen Store at the Evan Shopping Center.

The plan is to operate a Cannabis Club - does this one singular fact - point in  the right  direction?

Who really is in charge of the situation at hand?

One of the first things on the agenda of the inner circle - who gathered to form the " African American Arts and Culture District " - in the Bayview Hunters Point - was to have a picnic for the OGs.

The - the idea sounds good - but these idiots - have no clue -
 what the word " picnic "  - boldly spelled   " Pick a Nigger".

Postcards would be sent to come to the picnic - and at this so called picnic - Blacks would be lynched.

The inner group forming the African American Arts Culture District " in the Bayview Hunters Point - has no clue of their own history - typical of  folks who do not know their history - and more want to talk the talk - but cannot walk the walk.

This inner group - has NO clue that the word " picnic" is derogatory - in todays world such mundane gatherings - are for those who have time to waste.

BBQs held to brain wash and win folks over - folks who are not educated on issues.

Folks who cannot think for themselves.

The inner circle - sordid to the core  - offering some stale burgers.

Cheap hog meat called hot-dogs, and chicken saturated with hormones - this nonsense has been going on for years - and those who are hungry - think they are fed - when in reality they are used and abused.

We are celebrating the 55th year of the Human Right Commission - the Human Rights Committee was first formed in the Bayview - and no mention - has been made of this fact.

Bayview Hunters Point advocates to this day - have focused on the people - the folks that side with the City and County of San Francisco - the Mayors Office of Housing and Community Development - will be challenged on this issue and should be prepared to answer.

The African American Arts and Culture District - its inner circle - is mandated to notice each and every meeting - in a meaningful manner - and has not done so.

Conniving and sending emails to a select few - and by passing the community at large - the African American Arts and Culture District - should have been formed some 25 years ago.

At that time some of us - dug deep in our pockets - to rehab and upgrade the Bayview Opera House - now managed by Barbara Ockel - who hails from Germany - and is a racist.

The Bayview Opera House is mandated  to notice meetings - and has been audit by the Controller Office - and all its faulty ways exposed - in several audits. 

The Bayview is run under the 12L dictates - and has failed to pay its taxes.

Mayor London Breed wants to save the entertainment and mobile restaurants at the United Nations Plaza - where the hygiene is poor.

The mobile SF Police Van - complete with hearing devices - and other monitors - parked to deter - unsavory characters.

It is a JOKE - just across at the corner of 7th and Market -  " drug dealing" in open sight.

Even - the recently rehabilitated covering the upgraded escalators  - at the 7th Street Bart Station - have stationed 
" drug dealers " - selling their wares.

The  Mayor and her minions - no where to be found - to take the necessary action.

These hordes who come to sell drugs and created havoc - should be serious warned - and notice placed - increasing the fines - to sell drugs in the open and more to cause havoc.

The poor and the indigent are in the thousands - and our neighborhoods are inundated with serious issues - feces and urine stench fills the air.

While the same in found downtown  -  downtown San Francisco - gets some power wash - that is not the case - on many of the business corridors - all over the City and County of San Francisco.

The City is quick to collect millions in taxes and given nothing in return. Stop treating the neighborhood with disrespect - this nonsense has been going on for years.

Crime in on the increase in each of our 11 districts - shooting and killings.

What  is key to note - the rampant violence in our San Francisco Public Schools.

The - SF Police Department is just revisiting a 2014 memoranda of understanding - between the SF Unified School District and the SF Police Department - and that singular fact and more - says a lot.

In the interim our Public Schools are NO safe haven - daily we have minor riots, girls ganging up on other girls - and the same with the boys.

Knives and guns brought to school - and we even had a shoot out among some teenagers at the shopping mall in Daly City.

The turn over of the teachers in our SF Unified School District - is a contributing factor - to the present pandemonium - one must just visit Willie L. Brown Jr. Middle School - one of the worst schools in San Francisco.

Visit SF Visitacion Valley Elementary School and witness the pandemonium. 

The former Black principal who did her best - was treated with disdain by the SF Unified School Board - and the Superintendent - had nothing much to say - accept act nonchalant.

Recently a closed meeting was held in the Bayview Hunters Point - linked to the creation of a African American Arts and Culture District.

Unfortunately those that are behind this project - missed the boat, the bus, the train and the plane.

This so called African American Arts and Culture District should have been formed 25 years ago. 

The main purpose it is being formed now - to waste millions of dollars - on Arts and so called culture - while our infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders, those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged - suffer - and slowly are dying.

Those who plan and with intent are greedy - have BLOOD - on their hands. Already I see many sellouts - walking slowly, aging rapidly - their organs failed them - and all this and more is evidence - of the abject corruption.

God see it all - and some of these minions - still do not get it.

These mostly " idiots " of a kind - and trying to buy favors - wheeling the dealing with some nefarious entities - while a small " core group " - want to represent the community.

The community at large - do not respect - these sellout.

None of these folks - from the core group have fought with us in the trenches. What most of them have done - is sell out the community- and they think - they can fool - all the people - all the time.

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - has failed the community - on many levels. 

Corrupt folks who should have nothing to do with the community at large - are still working - and the time has come to fire Juliet Ellis.

Juliet Ellis is not qualified to be the Assistant General Manager of External Affairs - and is all over the place - interfering and causing havoc to the Sewer System Improvement Project.

The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) started as a $6 billion project - more and more the project is expanding and costing more and has reached over $10 billion - and there is more.

In the interim the Community Benefits are doled out to outsiders - and at the last meeting I saw some women - purporting to the Interns - and none of them are from our co community.

Juliet Ellis keeps wasting  millions - we all remember she was charged by the Fair Political Action Commission - and paid a fine. Normally anyone would be fired - but she has a hold on the General Manager - and will bring his downfall.

The City and County of San Francisco is celebrating its 55 years anniversary - of the Human Rights Commission.

Again as usual it has failed to mention that the Human Rights Committee that preceded the Human Rights Commission - was formed in the Bayview Hunters Point.

Sheryl Evan Davis is the Director and a side-kick of Mayor London Breed. Today the Human Right Commission - is a den for all solo " Queer" activities and propaganda.

The Human Rights Commission is not respected - and some year ago - commendations given to some advocacy group - were returned to the Human Rights Commission.

In  fact the commendations were thrown to the ground - and the Human Right Commission - told that they were not respected. 

All this in the August Chambers - Room 250 - at SF City Hall.

In the interim thousands of our infants, children, youth, young adults, Elders, those with compromised health - more our mentally and physically challenged.

More and more - those that once thought he was somewhat good - as a Supervisor -  now, openly say that the man is a Joker - and should step down.

He wants to throw another BBQ - the last one was a failure - and those sponsoring this jackass - his minions - should know this - do not back a loser.
