SAN FRANCISCO ONCE HAD STANDARDS - OUR CITY CHARTER HAS BEEN AMENDED TOO MANY TIMES - THOSE PRETENDING TO BE SUPERVISORS AT CITY HALL - HAVE FAILED US - THEY TALK A LOT - NO SOUND ACTIONS.

San Francisco has also been known to take a stand and listen to the citizens of San Francisco - all this has been wiped out by individuals who have failed us - each of our eleven districts has failed San Franciscans.

I have been attending the San Francisco Board of Supervisors for over forty-five years - I have a track record - studying issues - working with groups that believe in empirical data - and taking a stand.

We appeared before the SF Board of Supervisors on key issues in the thousands and brought the SF BOS to a stand - today, the SF BOS are lackeys - some of them are so corrupt that they are the laughing stock - and are known all over California and the United States.

When it comes to housing, health care, more seniors being cared for in their golden years, education of our children, safety with our SF Police Department making all sorts of excuses - and spending millions on overtime and corruption.

Our Health Department is in a mess, with no doctor heading the SF Health Department but a person with experience in Marketing who has no clue, chronologically speaking, about the ins and outs of what is happening with health issues in San Francisco.

We all fought hard for our Seniors - yet today, because of the surge linked to dementia and related issues, hundreds are living on the streets of San Francisco - many of them once were middle class.

One can land at the SF General Hospital and be charged $100,000 for all sorts of testing and more for the stay, even if it is for one day.

Paradoxically, the EMTs know how to send someone to the SF General Hospital to rake up the cost and have an HMO like Kaiser to pay the bill - and all because the victim has good insurance, and this nonsense must stop.

If you live in San Francisco, you pay all sorts of taxes - most of them collected by the SF Board of Supervisors - who at one time made a few hundred dollars in pay - but now earn 400% and do a lousy job.

Right now, all our reservoirs have serious problems - they are contaminated, and the water - that should be devoid of being unhygienic - is known to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission - General Manager and the SF Water Department, but no one cares.

Three employees who worked for the SFPUC were fired. SF OSHA is looking into the issues. The SFPUC Water Department is refusing to provide answers. A lack of training is linked to projects known to engineers and other experts as "Confined Space" projects.

Who is in their right mind would send employees more laborers - when the work is assigned to Plumbers who refused to do the work - the SFPUC - Water Department with the intent of putting innocent hard-working laborers who belong to Union 261 in harm's way?

San Francisco is no longer a Union when those who pay their dues are told that the Union 261 cannot help them - and the victims must fend for themselves.

We have a population of 830,000 and a budget of $17 billion, and have the audacity to expect each SF City Department to cut the number of employees and spend less.

Our SF Police Department is understaffed by 800 officers - and more will retire this year - and all this and more - with SF BOS pretending to say something - always talking in circles - and doing nothing at all.

The SFPUC is the worst of them all when it comes to corruption. One has just to read the audits linked to SFPUC :

www.sfpuc.org

Audit after audit reveals how deep the corruption is, and no one, not even the present Mayor, thinks that something should be done about the many atrocities committed and the blatant disdain the SF Water Department has for those who are not White.

Those running for the various Districts right now are not educated on issues - they are backed by corrupt groups - nothing much has changed - many are lingering in jails - charged on corruption issues - and many are on the waiting list - many of them linked to SFPUC.

When it comes to serving the constituents of San Francisco - most of the SFPUC take bribes - the bribes are known to the Controller and other entities such as the Ethics Commission - but all this and more does not deter the SF Board of Supervisors.

The SF Board of Supervisors has not once brought up the corruption and millions spent - linked to the Treatment Plant by the Zoo at Ocean Beach - the plant was supposed to address recycling water.

The machinery lay there unused and corroded - $213 million down the drain.

The overruns linked to the other project at Calaveras, Mountain Tunnel, the new building over one million square feet that will replace the current SF Water Department with William Taechan and Frank Jordon - salavating the run the new SF Water Department,

When in fact right now they should be fired for corruption and dereliction of duty - their deeds known to the authorities.

We have San Franciscans in San Francisco - good leaders who are fed up with the SF Board of Supervisors - the corrupt in several layers - nothing much changes - again and again innocent hard working eemployees - SF City Employees are fired with cause.

The Civil Service Commission is a Joke. The Unions are of no help - again and again - the victims who pay their dues - cannot have access to an attorney - the attorneys are hired by the Unions. What sense that this make - the fox guarding the chicken coop?

We need a hearing on the operations linked to the Civil Service Commission that has not represented the SF City and County employees - fair play and justice denied.

We have a Mayor who thinks he can run the City and County of San Franciso like the Non-Profit Tipping Point or a Corporation - the man is not fit to be a Mayor - he must look somewhere else for work or fade into oblivion.

Barbara Hale has retired she worked for the SFPUC was brought in by Susan Leal - Dennis Herrera is retring in December - he was brought in by London Breed the former Mayor - ever heard of an attorney running an Enterprise Department - that is all about infrastructute and engineering - only in corrup San Francisco.

In four months you will see a stalmate - that has never been seen in San Francisco - too many corrupt folks - gad flies falling from the wall.

In the mean time the few advocates left - will take a stand - uplift those that need help most - good actions not vain talk.

We still have a few stellar advocates who can speak with authority - have empirical data - blessed - we speak Truth to Power. Aho.
