San Francisco has a new Director of Economic and Workforce Development - Kate Sofis, who made $368,890 - tried her best - had to step down - she will remain with the City and County of San Francisco - and the musical chairs game continues.

San Francisco has been hard hit - the spiraling economy is the fault of abysmal leadership.

While the Mayor of London Breed may love barking up the wrong tree and blaming others - the responsibility linked to transparency and accountability lies with her on all fronts.

London Breed is known for her poor judgment, poor vision, failure to make a sound needs assessment - and absolutely no leadership - worth the salt. 

London Breed and Sheryl Evan Davis keep doling out millions of dollars to dubious entities. Much like a Mafia Operation - and then wants us to believe what she says.

London Breed has yet to experience good things to make better things happen.

The many silly mistakes she makes - point to her shallow education - she is known for creating her own cesspool, is headstrong, and surrounded by lackeys who lack integrity - have no tenacity and, for sure, no fortitude.

In the last three years, London Breed has wasted millions of dollars - linked to the Stimulus Plan - mostly crooks got what they wanted, and this one singular fact - will come to bite her in the butt.

Her wheeling and dealing with developers - ploys and machinations rent tents for $90,000 a year - a bed in some dirty, filthy navigation center for $49,000 - one has just to do an audit - to reveal the truth - fleecing the taxpayers of San Francisco in broad daylight.

London Breed needs to be educated on issues. She may say what she wants to say - but if the things she says are bullshit - we, the people, the taxpayers, do not have to listen to garbage.

Mayor London Breed feels at ease appointing the many women - one woman appointed - to take care of the economic revival at Union Square - before that, she managed the Cannabis Clubs in San Francisco - which have been an abject failure.

Kate Sofis stepped down as Director of Economic and Workforce Development - she will be replaced by Sarah Dennis-Phillips.

Sofis was brought in to revive the economy and workforce - early on, Sofis failed - to disclose her connections and payments - linked to the entities she worked for before she took the SF City job.

The conflict of interest with Amazon and more - Kate Sofis was kept on - as Mayor London Breed found it challenging to let her go - and take the blame - the hood in her favor - losers. 

Some weeks ago, an SF Budget Analyst audit revealed millions of dollars left unspent by the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce.

The excuse was that the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce needed to fill the Full Time Employment (FTE) slots.

Under Mayor London Breed - the term affordable housing has been abused. San Francisco has yet to determine - once and for all "affordable to whom. "

During the pandemic, some trailers were put in Bayview Hunters Point to house the homeless at Pier 94.

Pier 94 is SF Port Property under the Public Trust Act and must be used for Maritime Uses.

The use of the property under the enacted emergency - linked to the COVID-19 pandemic - was to sunset - in February 2023.

Again and again, some nefarious activities were reported at this location - the trailers occupied by the needy - but all around them, drugs sold, prostitution, and all and more tarnished the name of the community.

Recently a man was found dead - shot in a van - and left there - for all the world to see. Not a whimper about this situation by Mayor London Breed - Why?

Whatever we do, we must have standards. We must have transparency and accountability. Where is spirituality? Where is empathy? Where is the compassion? What has become of the community? The Bayview Hunters Point community? I want to know - and have every right to know. Make no bones about this grave matter.

This utter nonsense to look at a glass half full - also pertains to actions where someone is not responsible - and has been caught redhanded on many occasions - including making a trip to Columbia - the land of the Cartels - visiting the HOOTERS - which is uncalled for - for any representative in San Francisco - worth the salt. 

I have represented the community for forty years, succeeded, and helped thousands.

These outsiders who came to the community  - have not been in the trenches have used money illegally to buy favors and ruin our community.

The crooks are mostly Blacks, and I have named them - their time is coming - where is Dwayne Jones, Juliet Ellis, Harlan Kelly, Naomi Kelly - what has become of Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - and why the talk about building thousands of homes - on the contaminated ground - where " depleted uranium " was tested.

Bayview Hunters Point, Candlestick Point has extremely high cases of Asthma - Cancer, and tumors one of a kind - and those who are given money - do not serve the community - but make a mockery of standards, ethics, and morals - crooks today rule - where are the OGs that matter? 

The 1550 Evans Community Center is a JOKE.

Hundreds of Non-Profits from San Francisco were audited by the California Attorney General, and over 95% needed to be in better standing. Many of them received millions illegally. Where is our SF Controller on this matter? Where is Mayor London Breed on this fact? Why has San Francisco gone to the hogs? 

Sarah Dennis-Phillips served on SPUR's Board - she knows some about our great SF City -  we look forward to her - thinking outside the box - finding solutions - deal with the over 40 million square feet of commercial space - in downtown San Francisco.

The pandemic hit the City and County of San Francisco - hard on many levels - the City and County of San Francisco  - were not prepared - and the leadership was poor.

The saving grace was the Stimulus Money - that the City and County received - billions - and millions were wasted - while crooks were filling their coffers - various SF City Department were audited. Non-profits were audited and found not compliant by the California Attorney General - hundreds of Non-Profits had received millions of dollars illegally.

We all remember that the City and County were gripping in the dark even as the pandemic surged. All sorts of drab activities taking place at Moscone Center - with Mary Ellen Carrol in charge - and folks like Harlan Kelly and Naomi Kelly - calling the shots. 

The Financial District became a war zone - with the mandated requirement to stay at home and use the mask when one left one's home - just like that, we all decided - that the pandemic - would hurt us all.

The City and County of San Francisco - had links sent out, and most folks could not open them - linked to scheduling vaccinations.

Thousands wanted to be vaccinated  - the Third Baptist Church and others - failed us all.

Some of us had to come to the fore and serve the San Francisco population. We just did what we had to do - and gave people thousands of vaccinations. 

I helped do this at one site with Travel Nurses and Per Diem nurses - they were paid by the SF Health Department. 

While most of us followed the mandates - stayed at home and wore the mask - Mayor London Breed - was frolicking at the French Restaurant with her lackeys - dereliction of duty.

Our City and County of San Francisco has a $14.6 Billion dollar budget - yet we are projecting a $800 million deficit.

We still have 33,000 City Employees - we had before the pandemic - during the pandemic - and have them now - milking our system.

Carmen Chu is our SF City Administrator - have you heard her - on the utter pandemonium that is going on in our City and County of San Francisco? She makes over $400,000.

San Francisco City Hall and more room 200 reeks of sulfur.

Incredibly, our City and County manage to hoodwink us all in broad daylight. 

Carmen Chu is our SF City Administrator and has over 33,000 under her.

We must cut our SF City workforce by forty percent.

We must cut the salaries - of those making over $350,000 by thirty percent. 

In the last two years - most SF Department Heads - have stayed at home - have virtual meetings - and have taken us down the cesspool of their creation.

Our Small Businesses all over San Francisco - to date, have yet to be given any help.

Stimulus money was doled out to those the Mayor and lackeys favored. Most major commercial corridors in our eleven districts - were left out - more small businesses.

The Small Business Commission can talk about businesses - all sorts of events, "POP-UPs" - but offer no resources worth the salt.

Our Pop and Mom stores are targeted by thieves who not only steal but now threaten the store owners.

Small businesses, against great odds, keep our neighborhoods alive.

During the pandemic, the Mayor and her lackeys, like Sheryl Evans Davis, doled out money to the crooks and still want to do it. Stop playing with fire.

What are we doing about shooting and killing -  in the wee hours of the morning, 1:53 am - Valencia Street near 17th Street - in SF Mission - what are we going about such situations? 

It is a joke to see the Mayor and her lackeys at the many stupid and unnecessary press conferences talking bull shit - those heads of departments, others who are paid - better stay at their desks and do the work that is not done.

In today's digital world, we can do better.

Today the Bayview Hunters Point is a mess - with one jailbird - talking about his glass being half-full. These cliches cannot take you anywhere. At Pier 94, many of the Elders in the trailers - are suffering. All over the Bayview, people suffer from cancer, asthma, tumors - exposure to depleted uranium. Someone wants to build thousands of homes on contaminated ground.

Recently - we saw attempts being made to deplete the Baby C Proposition funds. Why?

Mayor London Breed has lost her mind - pandering to some population segments - that she thinks will vote for her. 

The polls do not favor her; less than 15% of decent San Franciscans support her.

Investigative reporting like the online www.sfstandard.com is doing right by the people - and exposing the corruption that has saturated the City and County of San Francisco - steeped in the corruption Room 200 at SF City Hall.

When - we, the people, vote and win - and there are mandates on how the money will be spent.

We- do not need the Mayor, London Breed - to think that we will tolerate her ploys, machinations, and shenanigans.

For too long have we tolerated her utter nonsense.

For - too long have innocent infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders - those with compromised health suffered.

More our mentally and physically challenged.

Stop - doling out money to crooks - non-profits need to be in better standing.

Those living paycheck to paycheck are suffering in San Francisco - while the Mayor thinks she can go places, hog like a pig - and treat the taxpayers with disdain.

DEPLETING THE BABY C PROPOSITION FUND - IS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR - TWO PROPOSALS PUT FORWARD - HINDERING QUALITY CHILDCARE AND FOOD SECURITY FOR OUR CHILDREN IN SAN FRANCISCO.

San Francisco has failed our children - the Baby C Proposition - won because of the hard work of many who cared for our children - fought for the funds to create quality childcare - while most things were moving in the right direction - here comes Mayor London Breed with two proposals to use Baby C Proposition funds - some $150 million - for unrelated projects and issues.

San Franciscans have always cared for our children, youth, young adults, and those who are challenged. 

The Baby C Proposition was created to foster quality childcare givers, focusing on pay and the children's and parent's best interests.

In 2018 the Baby C Proposition passed with flying colors, and those who campaigned with tenacity and fortitude - hoped, and prayed now was the time to move forward.

Baby C Proposition passed - it is wrong for anyone to use the funds - for other purposes - more when our children need Childcare and education that has been lacking for decades.

Simply put, there are mandates on how to spend the money - and diverting the money by someone who has lost her mind - will not be tolerated and is illegal.

Our City and County of San Francisco neglected the many baseline issues linked to Childcare for decades. - and the many mayors,s including Mayors Edwin Mah Lee and Mayor London Breed, failed us.

As often happens, the matter went to the Courts - some interests wanted to know how the money would be spent.

In the year 2021 - in the middle of the pandemic - the Courts adjudicated in favor of the parents and children and those in authority who clearly had stated their mission objective.

Now that Baby C Proposition was positively adjudicated in favor of the parents, children, and teachers - there was a deep sigh of relief.

The pandemic in 2020 created a demand to cater to our infants, children, and those challenged children. 

As most of us know - infants and children could not be vaccinated - congregate situations - created hot spots - where COVID-19 and other ailments - surged more in the Mission,  Western Addition, Excelsior, and Bayview Hunters Point Area.

The lives of hundreds of infants and children were saved - and this was possible in many ways by the available funds linked to Baby C Proposition funds.

San Francisco leaders - more those certified to give quality Childcare came together - and did well with well-planned curricula.

The childcare planners - local and state authorities - had access to the Baby C Proposition funds - for the first time, those giving quality childcare could be paid $20 per hour.

Other much-needed resources were made available - and many parents, more those immigrants speaking limited English, were helped, and Baby C Proposition and Resources flourished in San Francisco.

Mayor London Breed has been lying as she often does - saying she is for our infants and children. She favors using SFTV hanging around those who do not have much to do with infants and children - frolicking with those who prefer Vaseline and such products. Straight parents are fed up - when our infants, children, and youth are treated with disdain - by those that do not adhere to family values, ethics, morals, and standards.

Mayor London Breed has been talking from both sides of her mouth - at some events - pretending to show support to our infants and children.

At other times behind closed doors - she favored two proposals to spend the Baby C Proposition funds - to deal with the impending General Fund - and its depleting funds.

The General Funds are heading in the wrong direction - with the General Fund more than $800 million in the red.

Our Controller Ben Rosenfield, our City Administrator Carmen Chu, and most SF Board of Supervisors think something other than our infants, children, youth, and young adults matters.

Those city leaders - making in access of $375,000 should take a 40% cut in salary -  the Mayor London Breed is not worthy of the $500,000 she makes with perks.

Traveling to Israel and other places - hogging - while the City and County of San Francisco have become a cesspool.

Carmen Chu - the SF City Administrator  - a lackey of the Mayor London Breed - should do more for San Francisco. Where is her take on our infants, children, youth, and young adults? Where is her take on the failing education of our children, youth, and young adults? 33,000 plus city employees come under her jurisdiction - this number could be cut to half - 50% and save this City and County a lot of money.

 

Mayor London Breed and her lackeys wasted millions of dollars - Stimulus Federal money - many crooks making hay while the sun shone.

One-third of the commercial space in the San Francisco Financial District is vacant.

We have 71,000 homes vacant in San Francisco.

Our streets in San Francisco are filthy - with drug addicts - doing drugs - in your face - defiance.

Innocent tourists and San Franciscans are assaulted - and Law Enforcement - is nowhere to be found.

The Ambassadors are nowhere to be found - and over $40 million has been given to them - our taxpayers' money - many of these jailbirds from Los Angeles - trying to keep our streets safe and failing in their objective. 

They call themselves Practioners - who has certified them?

We, the taxpayers' need an audit on how the money is spent by Urban Alchemy - one Director makes over $220,000 - our taxpayers' money.

 

SAN FRANCISCO HILTON HOTEL - ONE OF OUR PRIME HOTELS KNOWN THE WORLD OVER - IS FOR SALE - THE POOR REFLECTION ON SF CITY LEADERS - WHO HAVE FAILED ON QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES.

The San Francisco Hilton Hotel is for sale. Some three thousand hotel rooms - with Parc-Fifth - will remain vacant. 

One of San Francisco's premier hotels - the San Francisco Hitlton - known worldwide - is up for sale.

San Francisco's dirty streets, the rampant drug addiction, the blatant thieving in broad daylight of the stores at Union Square - the many stores closing Nordstroms'. COCO, Navy, and the boarded stores around Union Square - remind tourists of a War Zone.

The SF Board of Supervisors and the Mayor London Breed - are in total shock - the Legislative Branch, the SF Board, and the Executive Branch Mayor London Breed and Sean Elsbernd - the advisor to the Mayor - have all failed San Franciscans.

The Mayor London Breed cannot speak for us - as she did recently before the San Francisco Bussiness Group - that has yet to cooperate with the Mayor London Breed - because for all her sordid talk - there has been no walk.

When the United Airlines survey was disclosed - a full sixty percent of those surveyed cast their vote against the City and County of San Francisco - stating the filthy streets, safety, drug addicts, and the many boarded stores - reminding them of a War Zone.

It does not help when at the event, the representative, a woman, called the Mayor a badass Mayor - as if she is known as a badass Mayor - a term adhered to by the " hood. "

If - that is the impression we citizens are reminded of - then there is every reason - the prevailing state of affairs - is on the shoulders of the Mayor - Mayor London Breed.

San Francisco is no more a first-class city.

The leaders that could have handled the situation at hand - failed - because instead of thinking out of the box, being innovative, paying attention to the empirical data - listening to the citizens of San Francisco - more during public Comments - the San Francisco leaders are making excuses - they are now swimming in the cesspool of their own creation.

One-third of the commercial space is vacant in San Francisco. This one factor will not be the needed revenue to keep the City and County of San Francisco afloat.

There are over 71,000 vacant homes, and landlords only want to rent to some people - because, time and time again - renters fail to pay rent - destroy property - the landlords prefer to not rent their property.

Our Commercial areas be it Tarval, San Bruno Avenue, Clement Street, or Lombard Avenue - are all suffering - the small business that was once thriving are now suffering.

San Francisco keeps taxing our small businesses - while offering them few incentives.

Even - though San Francisco wants to convert Commercial Space to Rental Space - which on average costs $49,000 to $69,000 to make the required changes - no one in their right mind - will consent to such high baseline - expenses.

Again the SF Planning Department that took six to eight years - on any big project to get their entitlements - even now - needs to be fixed.

Some one hundred amendments have been made to bring the Department of Building Inspection and the SF Planning Department in sync - they are working on many changes - even as they have to be approved by the SF Board of Supervisors.

Redtape in San Francisco has destroyed San Francisco - and these emergency shortcuts - that will sunset after a few years - are created in a hurry - and are primarily shortsighted.

Governor Gavin Newsom - could have helped San Francisco - he has not. We saw this when the Housing Element was sent to Sacramento for approval - and delayed. We see this with the many laws - passed without meaningful hearings in San Francisco. We, the people, the citizens in San Francisco - always are left to play - second fiddle.

It is a shame that the Mayor's Office of Economic Development has been audited - and found to be in dereliction of duty. 

Over $50 million has not been spent - the reason is given - the office needs Full-Time Employment (FTEs) to fulfill their obligations.

This is the third head at the SF Mayor's of Economic Development and Workforce that has stepped down.

Public Comment at all the SF Board meetings is a joke - the measly two minutes given to the public - do more harm than good.

In the meantime, Supervisors like Hilary Ronnen and Connie Chan can spew diatribes - making no sense - and create a mess - at the many meetings, they decide to speak - often spewing tirades.

The people united cannot be divided. Soon there will be a revolution - there is only so much nonsense the people can endure.

In the interim, the City Attorney at the SF Board of Supervisors in room 250 and the Budget Analyst - allow the SF Board of Supervisors - to play with fire - again and again.

The SF Controller Office - Ben Rosenfield has failed us.

We remember all the nonsense at the SF Public Utilities Commission - leading to indictments- because the Federal Bureau of Investigation had to step in and do the needful. Only the FBI can follow the money.

It is time for round number two - and this time around - I hope most of the crooks are rounded up. 

Some of them SF Board of Supervisors - have failed us all - nothing much has changed at SF City Hall - in the last 15 years.

The corruption is so saturated at SF City Hall - that most decent folks have given up.

It does not help that we are told the City and County will have a 1 billion dollar deficit. We have a $14.6 billion budget - with little revenue coming in - 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.

Games are being played - money set aside from Proposition C and I for permanent housing.

Now used illegally - for temporary housing, little homes, and Ambassadors - who are glorified Security Officers - without any certifications and not permitted to be armed.

Daily innocent folks are assaulted, and many are abused by deranged drug addicts openly using drugs.

More - having no respect for our children, decent families that see this nonsense daily as they go to school, to work, for their daily shopping - and cannot look away - the utter nonsense is in your face.

The latest news about the Hilton Hotel closing in San Francisco - should send a strong message to the headstrong Mayor - London Breed, who must be given an orientation - on quality of life issues.

Recently Mayor London Breed visited Israel but has yet to mention a word about her trip. 

While there, she must have been informed by those protecting her and read or even heard the sirens.

For sure, she heard about the plight of the Palestinians - we have many Palestinians in San Francisco from Ramallah, Jerusalem other places - we must help them and appreciate their services to San Francisco - the many Pop and Mom stores. 

Thousands in San Francisco, more in the neighborhood, enjoy a sandwich and other Palestinian food - and have a good rapport with the Pop and Mom - Palestinian neighborhood stores.

We even have one Commissioner from Ramallah on our Small Business Commission - who represents our City and County and does very well.

Mayor London Breed - she loves talking from both sides of her mouth. She has NO clue what is happening? Daily - hundreds of pounds are intercepted at our airports - Oakland, San Jose, and San Francisco - this is just one entry point.

Mayor London Breed is one of the worst Mayors in San Francisco that has made Room 200 at City Hall - her abode of demonic ploys, machination, and shenanigans.

When London Breed was a teenager, she sold drugs, and paradoxically one of the places she is familiar with is the Tenderloin.

The drugs at that time may not have been Fentanyl - but weed and other less harmful drugs. So dealing with drugs, knowing how to hustle - defending herself from the competition - is nothing new to London Breed.

One of her brothers is in jail, and another sister fell prey to drugs. London Breed knows too much about incarceration and even more about those who wheel and deal with drugs and contraband.

London Breed has no clue how deep the Cartels are when it comes to distribution. The SF Police Department today has yet to learn.

 The Cartels have over 2000 units - in the EastBay - where the "mules " dwell - daily, even their task to spread their illegal wares around.

The Cartels have over 500 units in San Francisco and can move their hours of operations - from day to night - and even in the middle of the day - and execute their operation - smoothly.

The Cartels do not care if they lose the " mules. "

 They have hundreds on their list and thousands from San Diego, Los Angeles, San Jose, San Francisco, Napa, and beyond to replace "mules " - to spread the sale of their wares Fentanyl, Protonitazene, Carfentanil, and a host of other synthetic drugs - most coming from China and now India too.

Recently Mayor London Breed said she cannot disclose what she knows about the "drug selling" and plans afoot - how to stop - the endemic. Mayor London Breed is full of hot air.

Teenagers in San Francisco - have taken a hefty toll during the pandemic.

Fentanyl is all over the place - but there are other drugs - out there, and our SF Health Department and our SF Police Department have no clue our the Cartels operate - the Cartels have twenty times the budget of San Francisco - which is $14.6 billion.

The Cartels are armed with high-powered guns and Teflon bullets - and to make matters worse - we should have around 2000 SF Police Office protecting the citizens of San Francisco - but right now, we have less than 1100 - and so on, with early retirement - we will have around 900. 

The SF Police Commission, in the past two months, has been a JOKE.

The SF Police Commission has decided to keep required and mandated " Public Comment " at a bare minimum.

Attending the Public Commission in person is encouraged - no one wants to participate in the meetings.  

When it comes to participating virtually - only those who are challenged can participate. This clearly points out how dumb SF Police Department and Commission have become.

When it comes to Quality of Life issues - Mayor London Breed has failed - miserably. 

London Breed now wants to use "jailbirds" more from Los Angles and other places - to invade San Francisco - and maintain law and order on our streets.

There have been many incidents - Urban Alchemy - so-called practitioners - using guns - to defend themselves when shot at.

In open defiance, one practitioner who used his gun illegally to defend himself was charged and jailed for three months. 

The practitioner is now on probation but has been promoted within the ranks of Urban Alchemy -  and is in charge of the department - that deal with community engagement and intervention.

The Ambassadors keep wasting millions of dollars of taxpayers' money.

The Mayor gets a salary close to $500,000 but has little to show for this. 

For starters, all those - heads of departments - making $450,000 plus should have their salaries cut by 40%.

We have over 33,000 City Employees - we must reduce this by 30% and overhaul efficiency - in San Francisco.

San Francisco has a population 820,000, with so many City Employees - most wasting their time. 

Two Commissions focused on the Department of Public Works (DPW) and the other on Sanitation and Streets  - lackeys appointed by the Mayor - with no real clue about Operations and Maintenance.

The Commission love forcing departments to give them presentations hoping against hope to learn something.

Before you ask for a presentation - you must do your homework - and before accepting any position - you commissioners must ask yourself - do you have any qualified experience - to understand - in this case, deep expertise in Operations and standards linked with Maintenance?

Have you had any experience scheduling, have experience in doing a concrete needs assessment?

Have any clue about Timelines and Goals?

Understand the consequences of deferred Maintenance?

Understand quality control?

Know when and how to audit specific projects - to maintain transparency and accountability?

Understand the contracting system - the low bidding debacles that the City has - and the many convoluted change orders?

Have any sense about training, certifications, and quality orientation?

 

The MUNI services are unreliable - and  San Francisco Municipal Transportation - is threatening cuts. Never mind, the Central Subway started with $600 million and ended up costing MTA - $1.6 Billion. Most San Franciscans are not satisfied with how MUNI runs now.

SAN FRANCISCO KEEPS HOODWINKING US IN BROAD DAYLIGHT - WE NOW HAVE A $14.6 BILLION BUDGET - MAY I ASK WHERE IS THE REVENUE COMING FROM - WHERE IS THE LEADERSHIP THAT MATTERS.

 

Mayor London Breed is No Mayor - a lackey - that must step down. She proposed a $14.6 Billion budget for 2023-2024 - where is the revenue coming in from? Less than 15% of San Franciscans approve of her performance - stop barking up the wrong tree.

When anyone barks and burts brashly - that she is in charge - and does not care about the citizens - that as the Mayor, she knows what is best for San Francisco in the year 2023 - we, the citizens - must pause - take control of our destiny - or we will have to hear such sordid tirades for all eternity.

Mayor London Breed has failed San Franciscans miserably.

Another MERGE candidate bites the dust.

When anyone takes the Mayor on - the hood comes out - and she gets so angry - she speaks from both sides of her mouth - and makes a fool of herself.

She needs more counsel from the pimp Slim to lose weight and control her rampant obesity.

We must remember that the Federal Bureau of Investigation started its " follow the money " by targeting London Breed - a corrupt person.

Nothing much has changed since London Breed was anointed as the Mayor of San Francisco - after Mayor Edwin Mah Lee's death- who was also very corrupt.

London Breed was fined by the SF Ethics Commission - over $22,000 for violating Campaign Finance, Ethics, and Gift Laws - and the Federal Bureau of Investigation is still deeply probing - follow the money issues.

London Breed's gimmicks with the Tenderloin Clinic, using so-called Practioners, aka Urban Alcamey - that go by other names - is a JOKE.

Over $400 million in San Francisco's taxpayers' money have been expanded - and the more we get so-called Ambassadors in the game to deal with drug addiction, homelessness, filth in our streets, assaults, car break-ins, home break-ins, stealing million from our stores like Whole Foods, Target, Walgreens, Pop, and Mom stores - and think nothing of it - San Francisco has chosen to go to the hogs.

Sean Elsbernd has tried his best to advise Mayor Breed - but has yet to be successful. The best he has achieved pandering to his mentor - Diane Feinstein, and catering to her wishes - at City Hall and Room 200.

There has been no vision even since Mayor Edwin Mah Lee - died.

Edwin Mah Lee was replaced by London Breed - at that time, she was the President of the Board - in all the years London Breed has been Mayor - she has chosen with the intent to mess things up in San Francisco.

London Breed plays one segment of the population against another, targets advocates one against another - all the time raking in millions - and thinks that no one can challenge her and the utter nonsense that she creates.

The situation today in San Francisco is despicable.

 One-third of the commercial space in downtown San Francisco is vacant - no revenue worth the salt - is coming into the Assissor's coffers.

The  Assessor's Office - can do nothing about it. 

Joaquim Torres knows nothing much and heads the Asssessor's Office.

Before that, Joaquim Torres headed the Mayor's Office of Economic Development - with absolutely no qualifications - he is an actor - acting is his forte - and talking from both sides of his mouth - cannot help San Francisco.

Sofis recently stepped down from the Mayor's Office of Economic Development - why? This musical chair is what London Breed loves - confusion - while she makes hay while the sun shines.

Carmen Chu is the current SF City Administrator - over 33,000 employees come under her - and she has no clue - how to guide San Francisco. All Carmen does is smile and hallucinate. Two clowns, London Breed and Carmen Chu - with a budget of $14.6 billion - no actual revenue coming in. 

San Francisco's current budget proposes to hurt those who most need help.

Anyone- with some sense of understanding our homeless population needs permanent housing, NOT temporary housing - and STOP putting folks in congregate situations - even as we have to deal with new variants - XBB 16.1 and more.

Millions of dollars will be taken from Proposition C and Proposition I.

The citizens of San Francisco voted and won - Propositions C and I - passed - to aid permanent housing - not Navigation Centers, Little Homes.

Tents that cost $90,000 a year, a Navigation bed $40,000 a year, Ambassadors who also call themselves Practitioners - the circus goes on with the SF City Administrator and the Mayor - playing the FOOL.

One-third of our downtown - Commercial Space - is vacant. Plans are afoot to convert Commerical Space to Residential Space - never mind, it costs over $60,000 per square foot to attain this stupid goal. Once again - Controller Ben Rosenfield, Sean Elsbernd, Carmen Chu, Joaquim Torres, Jose Cisneros, and Mayor London Breed - are confounded, perplexed, and totally confused. 

We, the people, need to have a hearing - not so much in the open - but at the Bill Graham Auditorium - or the Davis Symphony Opera House - and look into the millions wasted by London Breed and her lackeys.

U.S. Federal Stimulus Money - given to San Francisco to help those in most need - and pocketed by the thugs - mostly Blacks; we know who they are.

The current Housing Element call for 82,000 housing units to be built - in 8 years.

The Mayor London Breed wants to hoodwink us with temporary housing - Little Homes, Navigation Centers, Mickey Mouse ploys, machinations, and shenanigans.

Without consulting the citizens - over $40 million is taken away  - money set aside for permanent house - and use elsewhere - these temporary shelters allow the Mayor to hoodwink us all - using gimmicks much like the Tenderloin Clinic that was illegal in the first place.

Why should the CEO of the Urban Alchemy be paid over $220,000 - a program that deals with indigent and the poor - drugs addicts and programs that have failed - again and again.
