The Founding Fathers " created an experiment " that is our Republic, and it worked and served us well - for over one hundred and fifty years.

Kevin Mccarthy is our Speaker - a Republican - it took 15 rounds to elect him - past midnight January 7, 2023. 

On January 6, 2021 - the world witnessed the insurrection on Capitol Hill - where some thugs led by Donald Trump - desecrated Capitol Hill - trying to stall the counting of the Electoral votes.

Those who participated in this crime - more with intent - are traitors and our Constitution lays down the details - as to the punishment that should be meted out to them.

In recent years our Executive Branch has failed us - President Joe Biden is busy doling out money - current $1.7 trillion - who will pay the debt - our children.

Even as we think we are aiding and abetting Ukraine - the filthy rich - the one percent of our population, our population is three hundred and fifty million - are raking in billions. Time will tell.

The first three articles of the United States Constitution precisely describe U.S. Congress, the U.S. President, and the Constitution, respectively.

One-third of our population does not believe in the United States Constitution - what do we, the few educated on issues, have to say about this situation? 

Our Speaker, as per the " experiment " laid down by the Founding Fathers - had in mind a Speaker who embraced both parties - and created a bipartisan atmosphere - as we see and witness - this will not happen. 

We have a Supreme Court that embraces " dark money. " The Supreme Court declared " corporations are people too. 

" The Supreme Court has failed our women - women must be a right to handle their bodies - and no one should mandate what a woman has to do with their body in our free nation.

It is time we have term limits put on the Supreme Court judges - who, as the years pass by - have failed to uphold the law and increasingly infringe on our freedom.

We have freedom, and we have licenses. Abuse of freedom is license.

This event occurred at San Francisco City Hall - below the rotunda circa 1938. Today here in San Francisco, corruption has reached saturation point. Gerrymandering is now used to vote out - our good Supervisor - case in point, Gordon Mar. We have a Mayor, London Breed, who has failed San Franciscans - decent citizens who pay her $500,000 annually for failing us - all.

Frederick Douglass convinced President Abraham Lincoln - to free the slaves and join the Union during the Civil War. Who do we have today - that stature of Frederick Douglass?

Chief Sitting Bull - Tatanka-Iyotank -

He also signed laws that gave away millions of acres of tribal land.

THE ENTIRE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS LINKED TO OUR DUAL SEWER SYSTEM, MANHOLES, TREES FALLING DOWN - STREETS FILLED WITH RUNNING WATER - LIKE A RIVER - HUNDREDS OF HOTSPOTS - STILL NOT ATTENDED TO.

 

Morris Street in San Francisco - many small restaurants located in this area - flooded and will flood in the coming days.

Hundreds of manholes all over San Francisco have yet to be cleaned - and the debris cleared. Who cares?

Hundreds of manholes popped open - the combined sewer system failing and those in charge fast asleep in the cockpit. 

Never mind tons of raw sewage spilling at the hundreds of hotspots - creating a health problem.

We have 25,000 manholes - 4000 have been adopted by citizens - who volunteer to keep the free from debris.

I checked many on San Bruno Avenue in San Francisco and on many streets in the Bayview - and most of them were clogged - 24 hours after the storms. So much for being tongue in cheek - speak Truth to Power.

Thousands of homes all over San Francisco, which has a population of 840,000, have suffered from some form of adverse impact - water from the streets and sewage - inundating the homes - front and back yards.

It is the same with hundreds of small businesses - one particular area, 14th, and Folsom Street, and no one wants to address the issues less than listen to the small businesses.

Our Mayor was pussyfooting at the football game in Las Vegas - while the City and County were experiencing all sorts of adverse impacts from the storms.

The 49ers played the Raiders - the game went into overtime, and the 49ers won away from home - Las Vegas, here we come.

An atmospheric river recorded should remind us of this one-of-a-kind storm that hit San Francisco. More to come in the future -  climate change is here to stay.

Mayor London Breed, for all her talk - is not fit to be the Mayor of San Francisco. More and more, she seems to care for herself - than for the citizens of San Francisco.

The Department of Public Works today needs to be fixed.

The Mayor and her lackeys keep anointing Commissioners - none of whom have vetted experience - and know about operations and maintenance as far as the City and County of San Francisco are concerned. 

One has just to hear the Commissioners who are sitting on the present Department of Public Works (DPW) - more the two elderly women who have no clue about operations and less about maintenance. Even less about scheduling and emergency protocols.

There is yet another Commission on Streets and Sanitation - it is the same with this Commission - they have no vetted experience - and are of no help to the citizens of San Francisco.

The Commission wastes time - talking about grants - temporary jobs - instead of talking about career jobs - and being ready for emergency situations.

Twenty-four hours after the storms - the manholes are still spewing sewage on the streets. We have a combined system - that is antiquated - and the idiots do not know about this - allowing sewage that has not been treated - to spill into the Bay.

Ask them about the Force Mains, and they will look at you - much as any fool does. What is the Commission on Sanitation and Streets - there for - if they need a clue - about baseline issues?

Tyra Fennell thinks she can hoodwink us all. She is in charge of Public Affairs and SF Commissioners. Her time is coming - time to wipe that smile and fake makeup.

San Francisco Commissioners were forced to sign appointment letters - warning them to abide by what the Mayor had ordered them to do.

Last I know, San Francisco is not dictatorial - and where do they get such jackasses who wheel and deal - the likes of Tyra Fennell.

Tyra Fennell was with Mayor London Breed, a Rapper, and we have empirical data about more - Mayor London Breed's recent trip to Las Vegas - when they were storms raging in San Francisco.

We want to know who was the acting Mayor in San Francisco while Mayor London Breed was pussyfooting in Las Vegas?

We want to know who was in charge of Emergency Services and if this person - has vetted experience - handling emergencies such as storms created by an Atmospheric River?

We want to know if Carla Short, the interim Director of the Department of Public Works - has vetted experience.

More - handling any emergency and related issues - such as the current Atmospheric River and related damage caused at many levels all over San Francisco?

Who are these inept, lacking vetted experience, lackeys holding critical positions at the DPW and the Emergency Office - who keep failing us all - citizens of San Francisco again and again?

It is the same at the Human Rights Commission - the SF City Administrator office - and, of course, the glaring mistakes made daily - in Room 200 at City Hall.

San Francisco's controller Ben Rosenfield - has let down the citizens of San Francisco. We need an in-depth audit of the Mayor's Office, Human Rights Commission, Mayor's Office of Economic Development, and Work Force.

San Francisco City Hall is saturated with the corruption of the worst order.

We want to know what is happening with Contract Monitoring Division and Romulus Asenloo?

We want to know more about the SF Public Utilities Commission manager and his one-of-a-kind contract - now making over $500,000 a year?

Is Dennis Herrera an engineer - what does he really know about operations linked to the SSIP and WSIP projects?

Included in the $6 billion linked to the Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - upgrade of the sewer pipes - some 1100 miles of sewer pipes - 80% of sewer pipe aged and leeching into the ground.

We, the citizens of San Francisco - are supposed to get an upgrade by replacing the old sewer pipes.

Manholes cannot hold the sewer and water - the dual system - forces the lids of the manholes to pop up - causing sewer and contaminated water - to run down streets like Palou in the Bayview and other places.

The same at 14th and Folsom and that area and beyond.

This information has not been brought before the SF Public Utility Commission - this report on replacing the old sewer pipes - has yet to happen -not a whimper in the last three years. 

So much for proper accountability and transparency - as far as the SFPUC is concerned - a very corrupt entity that must be audited annually.

Here is the paradox - the SSIP started with $6 Billion - now heading quickly to $12 billion - by the time we finish - it will easily be $20 billion. Where is the accountability?

Mayor London Breed has been appointing Commissioners - ordering Commissioner to sign letters under duress - and we, the citizens, are tolerating this utter nonsense?

The Commissioners sitting on the SF Public Utilities Commission - have no conscience - always rubber stamping issues - without adhering to public comment and sound suggestions made. 

The recent flooding is known to the Commissioners and General Manager Dennis Herrera.

None of them are into Operations and Maintenance -  none understand the scheduling of repairs - none know we can use the latest technology - to find leaks and real-time leakage. 

Time and time, these idiots talk about conserving water - when daily, millions of clean drinking water are leaking from the old clean water pipes, most of which at over 80 years old.  

When pipes leak, the ground around the pipes is vulnerable to ground collapse -  these collapses are common - and are expensive to repair - the SF Public Utilities Commission - does not care - we, the citizens, we the taxpayers - pay for the repairs. 

We, the taxpayers, pay the salary of the SFPUC - General Manager some $500,000 plus. Pathetic!

We, the taxpayers, pay Mayor London Breed's salary- as much as $500,000 plus perks.

Carmen Chu jumped from being the Assessor to being anointed as the City Administrator - for only one purpose - to the bidding of Mayor London Breed.

Let us start by creating a Commission linked to the Contract Monitoring Division.

Hand-picked  Big contractors get their entitlements on a platter - it takes on an average 6 years to get entitlements to build in San Francisco. It is all about who you know - and how much money - you can fork out for favors and graft.

We have over 75,000 homes vacant in San Francisco.

We have over 44 million square feet of commercial space vacant in San Francisco.

In the next two years - more than $900 million - will be collected by the City and County of San Francisco.

The crooks wheeling and dealing - cashed millions during the pandemic tapping into Federal Stimulus Money. 

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has audited several entities - we have the empirical data. 

The SF Ethics Commission has fined Mayor London Breed over $23,000 - this does not faze her - but some recent audits - will.

Mary Ellen Caroll needs to have the expertise and the capacity to address emergencies - that she has not been trained to deal with - she is a Safety Office - pretends to act like a FEMA Commander of Emergencies - she must step down.

The citizens of San Francisco are fed up with the politics and corruption - millions of dollars are given on a platter by the Human Rights Commission, the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce - the Mayor's Office itself - is corrupt and will be investigated.

The Citizens of San Francisco must speak Truth to Power.

We have too many jackasses - in positions of power - making a mockery of our democracy.

Some of us think - it is the mess in Washington DC and that swamp there  - it is worse here in San Francisco. Any takers?

Again and again, Mayor London Breed needs to show better leadership. London loves - barking up the wrong tree - blaming others - failing to accept the fact - she needs to be educated on issues.

Weeks before the recent storms hit San Francisco and the neighboring areas - those of us educated on issues - knew that San Francisco needed to prepare better, and this has been the pattern before - when will San Francisco learn - that it lacks sound leadership. 

The State of California and the National Metrological entities have provided all the needed information - the Mayor London Breed is always pussyfooting. Drowning in the cesspool of her own creation.

In today's world, we do not have to blame others - when we have not done our homework.

There is the weather channel - the many, many weather press releases - none of which London Breed considers essential - none of which she read - her lackeys fast asleep at the cockpit.

People lined up for sandbags the sandbags ran out - quickly. 

Areas like Folsom and 14th flooded - those in charge knew about this situation - yet did nothing.

The Mayor London Breed was busy partying with a rapper in Las Vegas - attending a 49ers game - that they won - overtime - paying the Raiders.

The woman has no clue about responsibility - when it comes to hogging and partying - she is all about having a good time - minus her mask - and breaking all the norms - linked to congregate situations.

Any Mayor worth the salt - must stay home - when an emergency is declared or is soon to be declared. London Breed is from the hood - instant satisfaction - mainly at the cost of others - is her forte.

By Candlestick, there is a swimming pool - happens every time - one can go right now and see the large lake created by the former Candlestick Park.

No pumps to pump the water - no one cares - including the dumb Mayor, London Breed.

Manholes all along San Bruno Ave clogged - no one in sight.

The Mayor has created two Cabals - Commission - SF Department of Public Works - another SF Commission on Streets and Sanitation. The Mayor, London Breed - is making a fool of herself - the Commissions are not working.

The idiots on the Commission - know little about operations - and even less about logistics, and so does the inept - weak in the knees London Breed.

Flooding in the SF Mission - no one around to address the situation.

The streets of San Francisco are filthy, and these floods have spread the dirt, the mess, the needles left by addicts lying around - the dog poop, and other filth all over the place - this is a health issue that has not been addressed.

As I mentioned, we need a Commander - well-trained who can do a needs assessment and address the situation at hand.

In this case, the current storms - will continue for another two weeks. What are our San Francisco leaders doing - point fingers - each of these clowns making thousands of dollars in salary.

The Mayor makes $500,000 and needs to be fit to lead.

Dennis Herrera heads the corrupt SF Public Utilities Commission - it is today more corrupt than ever before. The Sewer System Improvement Project (SSIP) - started at $6 Billion - now at $12 Billion, heading for $20 Billion. That says it all.

Dennis Herrera makes $500,000 plus and does not know his job - he is not an engineer and needs to learn more about operations and maintenance.

We know the hotspots and the manholes that must be cleaned and have not. The SFPUC defied the taxpayers and failed the businesses by 14th, Folsom, and the surrounding area. 

Hundreds of manholes were not cleared in time - adversely impacting thousands of citizens and taxpayers. This always happens - leaders fail to help those most in need of help.

MaryEllen Caroll, the SF Director of the Emergency Office - has failed San Francisco - and must step down. 

MaryEllen Caroll, who heads the Emergency Office - needs to be certified and have the experience to handle any emergency - befitting a large city.

She failed miserably during the pandemic, and we who came to the rescue and helped accommodate thousands and gave them vaccinations know what we are talking about.

Covid affected individuals were taken to Moscone South - the place contaminated - and then removed, and thousands of dollars were wasted to decontaminate the area.

The Moscone Centers were never contemplated to accommodate and operate issues linked with the pandemic - yet it was - today, we are suffering - large corporations are staying away from the Moscone Centers - adversely impacting our economy.

Fentanyl is available freely on our streets - and addicts come here from all over the nation and abroad - to participate in the free for all dubious policies - and corrupt operations of Urban Alchemy - its Director Leena Miller - earning over $220,000 per year.

Tents like this cost $80,000 a year - offering three meals - and pit stops are known to all - corruption of the worst order. A recent audit done by the SF Controller on Urban Alchemy needs to be completed - why? The SF City and County has doled over $30 million to Urban Alchemy - can we get a deeper audit of this entity? 

Millions were wasted by the Tenderloin Clinic - now the addicts are all over the place - more suffering during this inclement weather.

This Mayor has been playing with fire - thinking that we citizens will tolerate her nonsense. Appoint idiots to Commissions - have a person like Tyra Fennell be in charge - now missing in action.

These candidates, who are put in place by an organization known as EMERGE - have been having a field day - but only for a short time.

While most men may have their faults, and while women may have suffered discrimination at their jobs - millions of fair-minded men will do right - and fight for women's rights.

Some women who hate men must change their way - any way you look at it - worldwide - hating men does not work in the short or long run.

In recent years some women lump all men together - these women are causing tremendous damage - to the cause of fair play and equal justice for all. 

Tyra Fennel, Malia Cohen, London Breed, and other dubious Emerge novices and candidates - who may want to change things without doing a deep needs assessment.

A deep needs assessment - that is not fair and does not bode well for those men who have fought for women's rights for decades.

It is on you - the divisive and corrupt ones that we have empirical data on - to stop - the current convoluted ploys, machinations, and shenanigans.

The corruption at SF City Hall - Room 200 - knows no bounds.

The many new commissions created are a boondoggle that will not bring about holistic change - for sure not address the current corruption - and will continue to waste millions of dollars - we need to help those in dire straits. Aho.

  

I HAVE FOND MEMORIES READING THE STORIES OF THE U.S. COAST GUARD CUTTERS - ONCE STATIONED HERE IS SAN FRANCISCO - CAPTAIN MICHAEL HEALY. AND HIS CUTTER - BEAR - 1886 TO 1895

 

Captain Michael Healy

Captain Healy worked for the Revenue Cutter Service. 

This arm of the government collected revenue for the United States from the many industries on and off the Alaskan Coast and beyond. Later the U.S. Coast Guard was formed, and the rest is history.

In those days, the late 1790s to the late 1890s,  thousands of seals and whales were killed - for their blubber, and the Revenue Cutter was in charge of collecting the revenue. 

The men who worked on these cutters - who plowed through the thick snow were rough, killing and murder rampant. 

It was survival of the fittest in the wilderness of Alaska and Siberia.

Captain Healy, accompanied by his men, represented law and order on the seas and on land on behalf of the United States government.

Captain Healy was in charge of the Revenue Cutter - name Bear.

As you may imagine, the rough seas, the turmoil, and the many problems Captain Healy endured took a heavy toll on all those who worked on the - Bear.

This is the modern and well-equipped cutter named after Captain Michael Healy, and there is more.

We are interested in Captain Healy because he was a man of color who looked White.

All his siblings passed as Whtie and did well. Captain Healy knew he was Black and hid this factor, and in hiding his true colors, he suffered much.

Captain Healy worked hard and could navigate the rough seas - he was known as a First Class Captain - and was respected all over Alaska and beyond.

Captain Michael Healy lived in San Francisco with his wife and children.

Captain Micheal Healy was well known - he had rich friends - but he also had enemies - more, because Captain Michael Healy - took to alcohol and inebriation.

Captain Healy handled the rough and uncouth sailors - no mean feat - the sailors respected him, and he respected them.

There is another dimension to Captain Michael Healy - he noticed the dire straits - the poor, starving Aluit tribe and other locals - he found solutions - addressing their concerns. 

Captain Michael Healy decided to transport and introduce reindeer from Siberia to Alaska - he saw that the reindeer were domesticated so that the local tribes could now have their protein in their diet.

The local tribes fell on bad times - and many were addicted to alcohol - he saw that the natives were taken care of and inebriation kept at bay.

Paradoxically, Captain Healy fell prey to alcoholism - too.

In San Francisco, he suffered - the taunts of the Temperance Society and others.

Captain Michael Healy was stripped of his Captaincy for four years. He was also accused of being rough on his men.

Captain Micheal Healy and his wife lived in San Francisco. His wife had to endure the turbulent times - today, we take many things for granted - it is good to pause, ponder, and follow in the steps of the young children from New York - who petitioned the name of a Coast Guard cutter - in honor of Captain Michael Healy. 

April 23, 1790, the U.S. government ordered 10 Cutters be built.

On August 4, 1790, the Revenue Cutter was formed.

Years later, the Coast Guard was formed in 1915 - from the famous Revenue Cutter Service - captained by Captain Micheal Healy.

To this day, the U.S. Coast Guard respects the work of those who sailed the rough seas and their yeomen service - the famous Revenue Cutter named the Bear.

In 1995 some children from New York petitioned Congress and had the modern Coast Guard Ship named after Captain Michael Healy.

This is a state-of-the-art cutter - which will continue to keep the memory of Captain Michael Healy - alive for a long time.

The Coast Guard and those who respect men and women who have contributed so much to the United States - Captain Michael Healy did his best - the now famous Berkentine Steamer named Bear from 1886 to 1895.

Our children in the United States and others should learn and read more about warriors - women, and men like Captain Micheal Healy.

Our children should learn more about the Buffalo Soldiers - who served our Nation well - over 500 Buffalo Soldiers are interred at the Veterans Cemetery - the Presidio of San Francisco. 

We must remember the Japanese all-American citizens who were removed from the town and cities they lived in America and sent to camps - during World War II.

We must honor the Chinese Americans who worked hard and built the railway - contribute in many other ways to the making of the United States - today.

The Latino community - who endured lynchings and other atrocities by the Whites who discriminate against the innocent - stole their property and left a sordid history.
