THE DOCTRINE OF DISCOVERY - INVOLVING EUROPEAN KINGS AND QUEENS - THE CATHOLIC CHURCH - FAVORING RELIGION, POLITICS, AND LEGAL JUSTIFICATION OF SORDID - COLONIZATION.

 

Our indigenous have kept the family together - all these many years - now - is the time to honor and respect indigenous women. We know what is happening - and watching the situation - like a hawk.

Indigenous people shine light where there is abject darkness.

 

The Doctrine of Discovery - has adversely impacted millions of indigenous people. 

Favors the Christian religion over other forms of worship - adversely impacts cultures.

Further favors European favored Christian norms and politics and garnered illegal means to further colonization of many nations - and seizure of land - not inhabited by Christians. 

The Muwekma Ohlone are the First People 

of San Francisco  - acknowledged by the Department of the Interior.

San Francisco is a racist City - and it does not help that the Senators and other Representatives - be they Democrats - fail to understand the demands of the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe.

The Muwekma Ohlone Tribe produced the results - from a recent DNA test - linking the present Muwekma Ohlone Tribe and the ancestors - going back 2000 years.

What is it that the SF Board of Supervisors and those ignorant do not comprehend?

At Sunol, California - many remains were found, and samples taken were tested - the DNA confirmed - what we all believed - the Muwekma Ohlone tribes- established continuity - going back 2000 years - plus.

Indigenous people have inhabited California for over 100,000 years. More in Northern California - where the Klamath river flows.

The United States government - has all the documents needed.

The U.S. - the Department of Interior - has acknowledged several times - the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe. Many documents refer to this empirical data - in other documents, the Muwekma had to do the research to make it easier for the U.S. Department of Interior to better understand.

One can take the horse to the water - but cannot force the horse to drink.

No tribe, including the Muwekma Ohlone, are responsible - for some mistakes made - for example, the Bureau of Indian Affairs - skipping the name of Tribes previously acknowledged - more on land issues. Failing to put them on the list - recognizing the tribes - the lands they had jurisdiction overtaken by force.

Other atrocities committed include scalping, raping, burning homes, killing - and forcing thousands of indigenous - as part of the colonization - and desecration of the California indigenous people. 

The U.S. Department has been handed documents - there is only so much one can do.

Millions of acres of land - were stolen from the Muwekma Ohlone - as did the United States government of other tribes.

Pope Francisco apologized to the Canadian indigenous tribes. The apology was his. The Pope did not mention or vouch for the Catholic Church. Now it is time he declares- as the Pope on behalf of the Vatican - to assert the " Doctrine of Discovery" - null and void.

The Papal Bill " Inter Caetera" was issued by Pope Alexander VI on May 4, 1495. Columbus and other rogue pirates - who had no intention of helping anyone - except pillaging and claiming land using the devious Papal Bull - " Inter Caetera." Simply put, all lands belonging non-Christians could be stolen. So much for the dictates of the Catholic Church and its diabolical - minions. 

In the U.S. Supreme Court in the 1823 case Johnson v. McIntosh, Chief Justice John Marshall's opinion in the unanimous decision held " that the principle of discovery gave European nations an absolute right to " New World lands."

Can you imagine the Courts arbitrarily stating that indigenous tribes in the United States - better know as Turtle Island - had only the right of occupancy, rights which could be abolished?

In California, over sixty percent of the indigenous tribes - put through hoops - denied the right to be placed on the Federal Register.

How often do the authorities want a tribe to prove they must go through a long, drab process, full of red tape - to be acknowledged?

What was once pristine has been destroyed within 300 years from the arrival of Europeans here on Turtle Island. Thieves who stole the land and now want to disown the tribes - who have lived here for over 100,000 years.

The Founding Fathers invited the Six Nations - the Iroquois Tribe - to the White House - to share their wisdom. Today, the White House is taking decades - to address Federal Registering issues - too much talk and no action.

Secretary of Interior Debbie Harland - she can do all in her power - to uplift the indigenous tribes on a War Footing - time to act - now.

Every place Columbus sat on foot - he stole, killed, and subjugated the locals - committed untold atrocities. Today, ignorant folks - revere this thief and cheat - Columbus, a mean person, was on his

journey to India to find spices - and he landed by mistake - on October 12, 1492 - in what is now known as the Bahamas - the Lucayan people Guanahani. Columbus took it upon himself to rename the islands - San Salvador. He then made his way to Turtle Island - now known as the United States.

The Popes took advantage of their position - to create patronage with the European Kings and Queens - the Portugues formulated the evil "Padroado. "

The Pope and the Vatican used the agreement "Padroado" - to steal land all over the world Brazil, Cabo Verde, Mozambique, Angola,  Goa, East Timor, and Macao - venturing into Japan and China. 

If the ship's captain saw some land - and if they determined - no Christians occupied the ground - they stole the land and its resources for the King, Queen, and Pope.

These colonialists were deep into the slave trade.

Today we call it a crime against humanity - international courts and the United Nations - condemn - " crimes against humanity. "

The slave trade had terrible consequences linked to the victims.

The long journey - hundreds packed like sardines - below the deck of the ships -  if you were dead or half-dead - tossed overboard.

The slave trade and slaves were encouraged by the Whites who thought they were gods - and this notion of superiority complex - ranks supreme to this day.

The slave owners made millions of dollars at the expense of the slaves - billions in today - money.

Those family members who know their families had slaves not long ago - when questioned about slavery -  say they have nothing much to do with slaves - yes, they do.

Much like the Racial Equity programs we pretend to exercise today - like to convert those deep into bias and lack cultural competency - making a mockery of the situation at hand.

Only those whose hearts are in the right place can take others to a better place. Aho.

THE SF BOARD OF SUPERVISORS - CANNOT AND WILL NOT ADDRESS QUALITY OF LIFE ISSUES - THEY PREFER WASTING MILLIONS AND HOURS DEBATING MUNDANE ISSUES - WHEN WILL THEY LEARN?

 

At this site, between the SF Main Library and the Asian Museum - tents were rented for $80,000 each - does this make sense? In San Francisco - human beings are becoming a commodity - more those who are indigent - and we have authorities in charge - demeaning humanity. All this happened in San Francisco, where the United Nations was created on October 24, 1945.

San Franciscans are fed up - the toxic politics are too much for those who care about our City and County of San Francisco.

It does not bother that over the last 4 years, sixty thousand San Franciscans have left San Francisco, never to come back again.

Each district in San Francisco and we have eleven districts, and each is unique. 

San Franciscans love where they live - many have contributed thousands of dollars to create and beautify parks, plant trees, and build schools and churches - do all in their power to put their best foot forward.

The many hills that make up San Francisco and a moderate climate - we hardly get any snow - and our mild climate - allows us to stay away from airconditioning and other such amenities.

Our restaurants cater to the many international cuisines - tourists from all over the world come to San Francisco to have an excellent time - but all this has changed in recent years.

Some forty years ago - rents were reasonable - our SF Planning Department has failed us miserably.

Decade after decade - Market Price housing was encouraged - until today, we have too much Market Rate Housing - over forty percent of them vacant.

Diverse people from all over the world -  live in San Francisco - we are indeed a United Nations.

All this in the land of the Muwekma Ohlone - we will approach the subject cautiously - to shed light where there is abject - darkness.

This is Muwekma Ohlone Land.

San Francisco is Muwekma Ohlone land - the Muwekma Ohlone tribe embraces all tribes.

The Muwekma have the empirical data and have proved to the Department of Interior - again and again - the Tribe was acknowledged, and once a tribe is acknowledged and maintains good standing - that status remains in place.

The City and County have chosen, without due diligence - to begin their Commission meetings and other meetings with an Acknowledgement Statement - mentioning a clan - the Ramutush Ohlone, who are NOT Federally Recognized.

What makes this situation convoluted is that two men - have chosen to make false statements and other statements - spreading disinformation. Calling themselves Ramatush Ohlone.

The Muwekma have sent a letter and will be sending yet another letter to the Mayor of San Francisco and each SF City department head and SF Commissions.

The pertinent information - signed by the Chairperson of the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe - clearly demarcates - the issue at hand. 

The Muwekma have valid documentation as to their Federal Recognition and Acknowledgment.

They have qualified anthropologists, archeologists, ethnohistorian, and even DNA results proving that the current Muwekma Ohlone members can trace their ancestry to DNA samples taken from remains found in Sunol, California - elsewhere - the entire process validated by Standford University and the University of Chicago. 

The City and County know about this - but have chosen to follow a path of ignorance - working with two individuals who claim to be Ramatush Ohlone - who fuel divisiveness - and betray their abject ignorance. 

The Muwekma Ohlone are a tribe - and are the First People of San Francisco.

While anyone can say what they want to say - when it comes to the DNA of a tribe - the Muwekma Ohlone - have clearly shown they can trace their DNA going back more than two thousand years - to their ancestors.

More and more in recent years, indigenous Tribes all over the world - are uniting to save Mother Earth.

Here in Northern California, indigenous tribes have won a great victory - they fought for the Salmon and won big time. 

Four of the dams on the Klamath River will be torn down, and the Salmon will be free to move freely to spawn as they did for millions of years. 

Here in San Francisco, those that stole the land do not want to admit what they did. Those that scalped the indigenous tribes and fetched a measly five dollars - are afraid their deeds will be exposed.

We have politicians who have blood on their hands - they can speak truth to power but will not - because - the jurisdiction over ancestral land will belong to the rightful owners.

There is no need to make vague general statements - begging others to acknowledge them. Beg for a small piece of land - and purport their actions - are valid and wholesome.

The rightful owners of the land will NOT beg - they have the empirical data - vetted DNA that goes beyond fake documents of the United States government - that signed treaties and then reneged on every one of them.

Chief Sitting Bull united the Lakota Nation. Lakota is a sovereign nation. We visited - camp Oceti Sakowin and saw the Reservation by Standing Rock - the Lakota have been deceived by the United States government and the Department of Interior. Today we have Debbie Harland - who is the Secretary of the Interior.

Secretary of Interior - Debbie Harland - step up and do the right thing - we are in the year 2022. These guys stole the land - we do not have to beg for any documents - what is more potent is that the DNA results - going back 2000 years - match the DNA with present Muwekma Ohlone members and the ancestors. Stop challenging the ancestors - those who do so will fall flat on their faces.

It is a shame we do not teach our children, youth, young adults - others about the true history of this land - we call Turtle Island; others call it America.

It is a shame to see the divisiveness we see today all over this Nation.

The former President and many others will be called out for criminal referrals.

The traitors know what they deserve - the committee linked to the January 6, 2021 incident - is not to be taken lightly.

The Muwekma Ohlone have exhausted every known process and succeeded. The Muwekma Ohlone are about speaking truth to power - we do not have to beg and prove anything beyond the DNA results - linked to the ancestors - continuity going back 2000 years.

The White men have many processes - one worse than the other - imagine proclaiming this is their land - when they stole it.

Why should the indigenous tribes living for thousands of years - on Turtle Island - prove they are the original tribes - we know who was here on Turtle Island  - first.

The Elders have recorded - " do not trust those that speak with a forked tongue."

SAN FRANCISCO SHOULD BE ASHAMED - KEEPING 850 BRYANT - A BUILDING THAT MUST BE TORN DOWN - YESTERDAY - THE HEARING AT CITY HALL - WAS LONG, DRAB, AND MORE OF THE SAME - UTTER NONSENSE.

 

Our Justice system stinks. 850 Bryant Street is primitive - with sewage water running everywhere. Often times creates a cesspool of the District Attorney's office. Those in charge of the operations of the jail - came to City Hall - to lie to us - and not to speak truth to power. STOP wasting our time - our precious time.

The hearing held at SF City Hal on the state of affairs at the three city jails, one worse than the other - the worst of them all 850 Bryant Street - that facility must be torn down - yesterday.

At one time, I was well-versed in all the events at the sordid jail.

Gladiator fights - a big thug beating someone who could not defend himself. 

The sordid jail mates betting on who would win - reminiscent of the Roman Gladiator fight - only this took place in San Francisco - until someone stopped the utter nonsense. 

It does not shame the authorities in charge - treating the women jail mates with disdain. More those in sight - the women terrified - the mean jail mates - feasting with their eyes.

I knew Sheriff Michael Hennessy - he served for a long time, some 32 years - a man who made many changes - today, instead of moving forward - things have gone south.

There can only be holistic changes and progress - more viable and sustainable change at the SF jails - if we have a MATRIX and data - that can be verified.

The presentation was long and drab - KEEP IT SIMPLY STUPID (KISS).

More people of color are incarcerated - at 850 Bryant for a short time - and the San Bruno jail for more extended periods - and many on trumped-up charges.

Lucky for us, in the past, we had my good friend elected Public Defender - Jeff Adachi - now we have Manu Raju - it will be tough to fill the shoes of Jeff - he did his best - may his soul rest in peace.

We had protested before - in front of 850 Bryant - and remember the day when the SF Police Commission used to be held at 850 Bryant - the District Attorney made her abode at 850 Bryant - there are courts - from time to time, I used to be there - to do God work - no more - the pandemic - has kept me away from the congregate situations - more those that stink and evil to the core.

One woman worked for San Francisco Health Department and at the same time for an evil entity named Positive Resource Center - double dipping - a cumulative salary of over $400,000 a year.

This is called double dipping - the SF Board of Supervisors - held the hearing - but none of them that over 300 SF Health employees - revealed to the authorities - about double dipping.

Conveniently - the all White presenters - one racist - who mentioned the Black nurses at SF General Hospital - one of the three jails - were discriminated against - diverting our minds.

All three White women - none of them, I suppose, have families - talk the talk but failed miserably to walk the walk.

Our SF jail system must be revamped - starting with those who have more than twenty years - given early retirement.

That is putting it lightly - if you say "fired," - the jackasses will howl and scream - that is not politically - correct.

We used to visit the jails - San Quentin.

Years ago, we spoke our mind - visited Chowchilla too - the women's jail, to make a difference. I have been on the frontline for over 45 years.

Our City and County of San Francisco are very corrupt. This is at City Hall. More in Room 200.

You can imagine how corrupt the jails are - more at 850 Bryant - where the cockroaches - have made their nest - and now have come out to say they are so sanctimonious. 

The programs at 850 Bryant are primitive. COVID has made it more difficult.

As one mother stated during public comment - her son is in jail - and when he requested programs - to maintain his sanity - he was told you find the program on your own.

On one side is the Tenderloin Clinic; on the other is the United Nations Plaza - see the photograph below.

The United Nations Plaza - pre-COVID - when all was clean and pristine - now addicts on the rampage - our jails are not capable of rehabilitation - sound wellness programs - the City and County have lost its humanity - the three White women presenting - totally - had racism of the worst order - written all over the place. We know now for sure - who is double dipping? 

On October 24, 1945, the United Nations was formed in San Francisco.

Fifty-one countries gathered in our once beloved City of San Francisco - where the United Nations Charter was signed at the War Memorial Theatre. 

The United Nations has fought for humanity - and human rights - these values do not seem to ring with those running our jails - more 850 Bryant and the third floor for sure.

Stop treating those incarcerated like animals - even animals at the zoo are given some attended and proper treatment.

Some of us attend the relevant meetings - and are given a measly two minutes - because if we are given more - the SF Board of Supervisors will be exposed - these long, drab presentations - by unworthy folks - scar the scene - and muddy the waters.

Our society is increasingly saturated with divisiveness - and the corruption at SF City Hall has reached the situation point.

The Sheriff's Department now has an Over-Sight Commission - mandated to create the Inspector General's office (IG) - to bring some semblance to the SF Sheriff's Department and more of our jails. 

Statements are made that the SF Sherriff's Department is short-staffed - over 800 FTE have to be filled.

It is the same with SF Police Department - some 1000 FTE short.

The SF Department of Police Accountability, managed by Paul Henderson - and part of the SF Police Department - is helping the SF Sheriff's Department.

The SFPD DPA has gone out of its way - to create a well-managed IG Department - with Accountants and other Executive Staff - to help the Inspector General - that has yet to be selected - which will take time - may be as long as eight months - if not more.

Truth be told, the Over-sight Commission linked to the SF Sheriff needs to get their act together - more the Chair - who comes across as dictatorial.

The Oversight Commission - linked to the Sherriff's Inspector General's Office - has two women Commissioners - stellar and astute.

Kudos to these two women - for bringing about change - and hopefully keeping the Sherriff's ship - afloat - that is sinking.

I receive the Sherriff's newsletter - most of the sheriffs going back 40 years at SF City Hall - know me - most of the Sergeants my good friends.

I have seen the downturn from the great days - when Sheriff Micahel Hennessey was our hero - he had empathy and love to help others - second to none. God bless him.

Recently Patrick James Hennessey - son to another Sherriff - Vicki Hennessey, who was mentally challenged - as a mother, Vicki Hennessy did her best. 

Patrick James Hennessy was loved by all - a child of God - who passed away - in an SRO - less said the better.

Patrick Hennessey was the son of former Vicki Hennessey - as soon as I heard about the passing of Patrick James Hennessy - who worked for the SF Public Utilities Commission and tried to fight the many hurdles until he could take it no more.

It has been brought to my attention that Patrick James Hennessy is the son of former Sherriff  Vicki Hennessey - who succeeded Michael Hennessey, also a former Sherriff - bearing the same last name but not related.

I understand Patrick was at SF General Hospital - sent there to be treated.

Patrick Hennessey was released and sent to live in a Single Residency Occupancy (SRO) hotel. His passing shocked me - and I am dedicating this article to Patrick James Hennessy.

Michael Hennessey was a great man and gentleman and a scholar.

On retiring, you took care of your mother - thank you for doing that - even as we have severe challenges with Laguna Honda. 

You are the longest-serving Sherriff, some 32 years - you are missed. 

I miss you and the career professionals of your time - women and men of integrity.

May James Patrick Hennessey, the son of Vicki Hennessey -  rest in peace - my sincere condolences to you and your family - friends, and loved ones.

Hillary Ronnen and Asha Safai, with Connie Chan - are on the Budget and Finance Committee - rubber stamping - Hillary Ronnen laughing like a jackass - while endorsing life and death issues - no empathy - holocaust.

Some of us take the time to express our views - no one should allow those that think they can speak for us.

Politicians without any heart - having disdain for those that need help most. 

Pretending to help - putting thousands in harm's way. 

Why do we allow the chaff - to ascend to heights - and give them power - to hoodwink us in broad daylight.

Can you imagine - the SF Board of Supervisors - beating a horse dead - and then repeating the act again and again?

There was a time the SF Board of Supervisors made $38,000 a year - a small book laid down the rules - now they make access of $175,000 with perks a year - and take bribes.

Waste our time - beating a horse dead - revving it many times - say one thing and do what they please. We know who they are.

I do not want to generalize.

Some of the SF Board of Supervisors try - have to pull their hair and teeth - to figure out what to do.

No one should take two or three hours - talking and talking - on mundane subjects - not worth the salt. Time is of the essence.

We, the people, did all in our power to bring justice to the working class. The present SF BOS - talks too much. Remember, we advocates did all in our power - during the pandemic to serve and bring about positive change. After the pandemic, nothing much has changed - except things have worsened.

All the addicts who were promised help - at this Tenderloin Center have no place to go. Back on the streets - such are the sordid decisions made by Mayor London Breed and her lackeys. The CEO of Urban Alchemy - making $220,000.

The Oasis Motel served hundreds of poor people - many indigent families  - now they will be evicted and have nowhere to go. 

The Oasis is for sale - the motel is infested with bedbugs.

The owner made his money and now wants to throw the towel. With it, the baby and the bath water.

The City and County of San Francisco have waited for this late date - to decide the fate of those living in the motel today.

Asha Safai has been trying to take control of the Homeless Situation.

The Department of Homelessness and Supportive Service created by Proposition C is unique in our times. The Department is not subject to direct oversight.

To amend the ballot measure - it requires more than fifty percent affirmative votes to pass - this did not happen recently when the ballot measure failed - led by Asha Safai - who has his finger in every pie.

Propositions - D and E failed - both linked to housing - one canceling the other - any way you look at it. 

The voters were savvy and did not allow the crooks to take control of their lives. 

The voters are fed up with long, drab, sordid deliberations held in Room 250 - when it comes to public comment - the public is given is measly - two minutes.

Asha Safai is with the Developers and pretends he cares for the poor.

We know about the fixer-upper in the Bayview - and how he bought the home for less and made tons of money. 

Asha Safai - thinks he knows a lot about Real Estate - the crooks and what they do - the crooked man is part of the sordid equation.

Where do they find such scumbags - he must remove himself - and fade into oblivion.

Asha Safai - constantly trolling, disrupting the deliberations - having sidebar discussions during the many SF Board of Supervisors deliberations - he has been warned not to do this - but the charlatan continues to make a fool of himself. 

At one time, the City charged $80,000 to live in a tent. Yes, eight thousand to live in a tent - the tents placed on a parking lot - between the SF Main Library and the SF Asian Museum. All under the direction of Mayor London Breed.

The City and County of San Francisco have a habit of waiting until the eleventh hour - to solve significant problems that should have been solved months, if not years, before.

The  San Francisco Health and Human Services Agency is a Joke. 

An excellent way to get to the bottom of the subject is to audit this agency - that is playing with fire - and has wasted millions of dollars.

These skunks team with the Mayor's Office of Economic Development - the Mayor's Office of Workforce, and The Office of Investment and Infrastructure, having their finger in every sordid pie that gives them access to dark money. 

Now at the eleventh hour, they are disclosing about a building, one of many at 333 - 12 the Street - also known as City Garden Apartment -  the SF HSS has already procured the building and wants some property management company to run this project. It paid 58 million for this property.

During the pandemic - the Mayor and her lackeys - leased the Wyndham Hotel - kept sixty percent vacant - used the hotel rooms for all sorts of nefarious activities.

Later an audit was done - many of the operations were streamlined.

The Federal Emergency and Management Agency (FEMA) - FEMA was billed wrongly.

FEMA - took a firm stand - there was an audit - most of this is not revealed to the public at large - the taxpayers are hoodwinked in broad daylight.

The City and County of San Francisco - prey on the homeless, which is totally wrong.

The Tenderloin Center is closed - addicts roaming downtown and more in and around the Civic Center. 

There are severe issues with the Oasis Motel - the owner wants to sell his property.

The inclement weather has hit us in the last week - those of us at home have to turn on the heat - the poor and indigent living on the streets of San Francisco - cannot be treated with disdain. 

There are hundreds in the San Francisco morgue - if you request the morgue for a list - they tell you - the California State prohibits them from giving the required information - you can even try the Freedom of Information Act and get nowhere.

I know as long as the Federal Government gives the City and County of San Francisco - one single dollar - they must be accountable - the City and County have failed us - hundreds have died - and we must know - how they died - and if the bodies were turned to the next of kin.

More importantly, if the many dead bodies - were given the needed respect and honored.

Whatever -  the ceremony - we want to know - if they were accorded the respect every American deserves in death.

Only those who have their hearts in the right place can take others to a better place. Aho.
