Our schools across the United States suffer from a shortage of qualified teachers and deferred infrastructure maintenance. 

Federal interference when it comes to books, causing divisiveness with many fanatical parents listening to Donald Trump, who is an egotistical maniac.

Destroying institutions and federal departments that audit and monitor - Inspector Generals who were doing their work and did a good job - firing Attorney Generals - respected by everyone except the fanatics like Steven Miller and Russell Vought - who work for Donald Trump - linked to the Project 2025 report.

 It suffices to say that the USPS was already robbed of its assets years ago, forcing the USPS to work with a reduced budget.

The present management is trying its best. The Presidio Trust received a substantial amount of money and was expected to be self-sufficient by 2013.

On October 1, 1994, the Sixth U.S. Army and the Presidio of San Francisco transferred the Presidio to the National Park Service.

In 1996, the United States Congress established the Presidio Trust, which is responsible for managing most of the buildings and other open spaces—approximately 80% of the 4,480 acres—leaving the outskirts of the Presidio to be handled by the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, also known as the National Park Service.

Initially, the Presidio Trust received over $ 250 million to stabilize the infrastructure and $ 25 million annually until 2013 to become self-sufficient.

This executive order to defund the Presidio Trust operations came at a time when the Trust was working hard to stabilize. 

Not long ago, Nancy Pelosi received 200 million dollars from the Presidio Trust as part of the Build Back Better plan to create a beautiful park above the Presidio tunnel.

The buildings, parks, hundreds of housing units, swimming pools, gyms, baseball and soccer fields, water treatment plants, communication centers, and other facilities all require regular maintenance and sound upkeep.

The Presidio was established in 1776 and occupied as a military post by the Spanish and Mexicans and later by the United States Army.

I was the last congressional liaison for the Sixth U.S. Army and Presidio of San Francisco, which was deactivated in 1995.

San Francisco and the authorities are trying to address the homeless situation.

Try as they may - every day, thousands use BART  - come from the East Bay to sell drugs -  the drugs are stored at locations where they are doled out for distribution - at the end of the day - the cartels gather the cash - dole the cash to each seller - and it repeats again and again.

We are supposed to have a police force of 2000—in reality, the working force is 800—but no one wants to join the police force or, for that matter, be a teacher—not only here in San Francisco but all over the United States.

Good leaders know the way, show the way, and go the way.

Where do they find these individuals who talk too much and have no clue what is happening, with less empirical data, and the ability to conduct a needs assessment?

In San Francisco, the surge of fentanyl - the shootings and killings, the break-in of homes and cars - is on the increase.

Nancy Pelosi has failed us here in San Francisco, and the sooner she steps down, the better.

We are now dealing with a monster, and that monster was created by Nancy Pelosi, wasting millions of dollars, trying to impeach Donald Trump.

Today, Donald Trump is taking revenge, and one of the people who triggered this action is Nancy Pelosi.

Nancy Pelosi and President Joe Biden are not close anymore.

Nancy can ask herself why.

Nancy's wheeling and dealing days are over - pay-to-play days - and soon, she will fade into oblivion.
