INDIGENOUS INFANTS, CHILDREN, YOUTH ARE PRECIOUS - EVERY TRIBE ON TURTLE ISLAND RESPECTED AND HONORED CHILDREN - THIS BUSINESS OF ADOPTING CHILDREN FROM RESERVATIONS FOR ULTERIOR MOTIVES IS WRONG.

Brainwashing indigenous children - Crimes Against Humanity.

 

Our indigenous infants and children are precious from listening to the Elders - the keepers of wisdom - many children endowed with unique gifts - from the Great Spirit.

Here is the Supreme Court Ruling - it may be appealed such are the works of the evil - they sign treaties and, just like that - revoke the many treaties signed - we know the ways - of those who speak with a forked tongue - and must be vigilant at all times:

Recently when the United States Supreme Court declared that Native American children should remain within their ancestral confines - and not be removed to be adopted by those that are not indigenous.

Removing innocent infants, children, youth, and young adults is illegal and mandates restitution. No indigenous warrior - woman or man - accepts this.

The history of those with arms and ammunition - raiding tribal lands - on which the tribes lived for thousands of years - the tribes removed and many women and children murdered - is well documented.

It is a crying shame that the true history of Turtle Island is muddied, and lies are told to cover more lies. Whites came here a few hundred years ago - and have the audacity to say - this is their land.

Before the Whites - there was no reason to tell lies - there was no reason to cheat. If you harmed someone or mistreated someone, you were dealt with.

Today our jails are full - over fifty percent of those incarcerated - do not receive a fair trial. Many linger for years - in prison - under some pretext that you are innocent under proven guilt. In the process of a so-called problem - one is told to plead guilty.

Anyone decent who knows about the so-called judicial system will tell you that what I have stated above is true.

A White can be arrested with Cocaine and get less time than a person of color who is detained with Weed - in places where there are restrictions to buy or use Weed.

A White goes to a bank, and no questions are asked - and if they are asked, just a few questions. The Whites get a loan. 

If a person of color goes to the same bank - they are asked umpteen questions, and if they are given a loan - it is at a higher - percentage.

This nonsense has been going on for a long time.

We can take control of the situation - but that has not happened because of the rampant " crab mentality. "

One such criminal was President Andrew Jackson, and there were more. 

Over 100 million acres were stolen from the tribes and transferred to the crooked Whites -  the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs and the U.S. Forest Department were complicit - and other evil entities too - like the Department of Indian Affairs will not admit they have blood on their hands. 

In some cases, one placed a stake here and a stake there - there were to the location where one could claim the land - more in the West - some occupied thousands of acres - all stolen from the tribes. 

When this report  - issued by the U.S. Supreme Court was first announced - endorsing that tribal children should remain with the tribe - and that those outside the tribes - Whites and others - could not take it for granted to adopt indigenous children.

For many of us who follow indigenous cultural issues, ancestral embedded values - are given by the Great Spirit.

Revealed and honored - in many ceremonies going back thousands of years.

We advocate accepting the decision that indigenous should not leave their tribal jurisdiction - and NO easy access to be permitted by non-indigenous folks - in this case, primarily crooked - Whites.

For years from the early 1950s to the 1970s - many indigenous children were bused from their reservations to various locations.

A sister was sent to Los Angeles and a brother to San Francisco - all this was done to adversely impact indigenous children - and traumatize them.

Only in the last twenty years - that some have taken it upon themselves to document - the inter-generational trauma.

The Quakers are documented as harboring many indigenous children - and this documentation helps us some - there is more, and most of the trauma is heart-breaking - and not for the faint of heart.

Simultaneously - many indigenous children were sent to White Boarding Schools - many operated by the Roman Catholic Church and other White missions - indigenous children were told not to speak their tribal language.

The children could not sing and dance - and, most importantly, were forced to eat food they had not eaten before.

The indigenous children were forbidden to chant and pray in their own language - and forced to learn and believe foreign concepts - and to this day - many of these children, now adults - have a deep disdain for those who tried to convert them - and rightly so.

The children were beaten and deprived of food - and in many cases, when a child died from beatings - the other indigenous children - we told to dig the grave and bury those they knew well - and were grieving for - and had to do as they were ordered.

No indigenous infant, child, youth, or young adult should be removed by force - and taken to any location - to be brainwashed - and treated with disdain. This happens today primarily because of elements linked to deep poverty, shady laws allowing Whites and non-indigenous people to adopt indigenous children, and more. Simply put, these " CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY " must STOP.

Indigenous infants, children, youth, and young adults are our pride. In all my life, I have stood up and fought for indigenous children - all over the world - and here on Turtle Island. The Whites have named Turtle Island -  United States - a name with little value - when it comes to actual Unity. Today one-third of the population are fanatics - the divisiveness today knows no bounds.

The audacity of the Whites to think they owned this land inhabited by indigenous tribes for over 15,000 years.

The U.S. Supreme has yet to standardize and adjudicate Federal Recognition.

Many indigenous tribes were removed from their tribal lands and put on Reservations - most Americans have no clue about inter-generational stress.

Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Sociologists, Neurologists, our Elders, those involved in deep meditation, well being of a human being, devoid of those who have a faith that encourages forced conversation - as if they have an intimate relation - with a god - when the opposite is true.  

When will we learn - that each and every day - one must perform good actions. 

How many of us - take a moment to review our actions - at the end tally - how many suitable measures we attempted to perform.

Pope Francis, the current Pope visited Canada - Pope Francis apologized - to the Canadian Indigenous Tribes - for the atrocities committed against the Indigenous children - forcefully removed from their tribal land and sent to boarding schools. 

When Pope Francisco apologized to the Canadian tribes - the apology came just from him - one person - apologizing on his behalf of himself. 

Thousands of children have been found dead - many of the death - caused by trauma and severe beatings.

These children take to boarding schools here on Turtle Island and in Canada.

Few have read the Dawes Act, which destroyed the lives of thousands of indigenous tribes here on Turtle Island.

The dubious Homestead Act, where loans were quickly given to Whites - the indigenous tribes - could not get loans at all. They were forced to sell their land to make ends meet.

Indigenous tribes owned over 150 million acres - the Dawes Act - allowed Whites to buy land - the banks offered them loans - at very low interests. Not so the indigenous and Blacks - who had to sweat it out - and had a tough time staying afloat - more during floods and a severe drought. 

The injustices done to people of color - are not taught in our schools and colleges. What is taught is often tainted - often times I meet so-called professors or experts - who try to argue with me - and when I point them to empirical data - they have nothing much to say.

Today we can use DNA and easily make things easy for the United States Supreme Court to adjudicate Federal Recognition - linked to tribes who have spent millions to prove they are indigenous.

In the past, millions of acres belonging to indigenous people have been stolen - both on the East Coast and West Coast. 

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has committed untold atrocities - and today, the Department of Indian Affairs - is requesting to prove the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) - and the many BIA agents - did not follow the law, standards, and protocol - just because they were White - they could as they, please.

Can you imagine up until 1927 here in California - one could kill or murder an indigenous person and fetch $5 for the scalp.

Edicts were sent by the Governors of California - and the State of California must pay - the restitution of the millions of acres stolen - Governor Gavin Newsom would not know that - he talks the talk but cannot walk the walk.
