THE ROGUE CONSERVATIVE - SUPREME COURT JUDGES - WITH INTENT - ARE NEUTRALIZING OPPORTUNITIES AND PROGRESS - TO MOST PEOPLE OF COLOR AND THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY.

 

Today's Supreme Court has, with intent, chosen to harm the citizens of color and the LGBTQ+ community - shooting arrows in the air.

In blatant defiance - adjudicating with malice - challenging those who are not conservative with narrow-minded - adjudications.

Those Supreme Court Judges - using tainted power.

The majority of Supreme judges; are conservative - espouse - concepts and ideas that do a great disservice to those citizens who most need assistance and uplifting.

The Nation is suffering from the pandemic and the disgraceful act - the invasion of Capitol Hill - on January 6, 2021.

Our students have to deal with compounded interest on the loans taken, and the time is now to come to the rescue of our students. 

The forgiveness student loan plan has all the ambiance of uplifting.

The adjudication of the Conservative Supreme Court action - linked to the students and the forgiveness of their loans - is uncalled for and will have severe consequences for those who favor this action - doing the devil's work behind the scenes.

Time and time again, the U.S. Supreme Court has taken on the LGBTQ+ community and meted out injustice.

More and more, the younger generation will not adhere to antiquated, biased, and downright unjust norms and adjudication that is not fair.

Decent citizens embrace all, and that includes the LGBTQ+ community. We do it here in San Francisco, New York, and other places - narrow-mindedness will not help this Nation - it is time to embrace all in total unity.

Some of those Supreme Court Judges who think they can do as they please, breaking the laws - accepting gifts - going on vacation - tallying thousands of dollars - consider that as Supreme Court judges, they are untouchable.

The Supreme Court Judges know, and we know - that Congress has set laws where the Legislative Branch of the government - can sanction the Judicial Branch - those judges breaking the law should be brought to book.

I have spent hundreds of person-hours listening to the U.S. Supreme Court judges - question experts, attorneys, and others they deem necessary to question - the U.S. Supreme Court and its decision or adjudication modality is flawed.

A vein of questioning discriminates - you see this clearly regarding indigenous people - the many tribes who lived in the United States once well known as Turtle Island.

It does not faze the U.S. Supreme Court to acknowledge that hundreds of treaties signed by the United States government - bestowing " sovereignty " as have the Lakota Nation - were nullified by the Courts and the matter dismissed by the United States Supreme Court - adjudicating cases - saturated with discrimination and blatant disdain for all Native Americans.

Unsurprisingly, we see this today with the LGBTQ+ community, Blacks, Asians, Latinos, and others who are not Caucasians. 

The recent adjudication of 6-3 against the LGBTQ+ - a hypothetical case is baffling - the U.S. Supreme Court judges - overstepped their power - and this case will come to haunt the United States Supreme Court - and by default - the Judicial Branch.

The conservatives do not exercise fairness, and their judgment is tainted - when this happens - lying, cheating, and corruption of the highest order - are implemented - this is not justice - it is injustice. 

I read the case linked to the LGBTQ+ issue - it is frivolous - and the LGBTQ+ community must appeal it - and they win hands down.

The LGBTQ+ community consists of human beings - all human beings must be respected. Often, the LGBTQ+ community is treated with disdain - this is not right - those that fail to respect the LGBTQ+ community - will be judged by a higher power.

That higher power sees it all - and some of us who have seen the blue light - can discern - and in studying the characters - of the conservative judges - most of them cannot discern and are incapable of fair and just - adjudication.

The righteous must have their heart in the right place - there is nothing to fear - stay united, be educated on issues, live well - and good actions count. You will be protected.

Many states have had their mayors file amicus briefs, and many states have had their attorney generals file an amicus brief too.

Each of us must fight these 6-3 decisions - the six conservative Supreme Court judges playing with fire - the 3 Supreme Court judges - speaking truth to power.

One-third of our Nation are fanatics. 

This singular factor will take our Nation down. Time to checkmate the fanatics.

The rich and powerful - treating the working poor - the majority of the LGBTQ+  community - enduring unnecessary hurdles.

There is a limit to the nonsense meted out to the LGBTQ+ community - and that time is now.

Adjudication and fair play mandate an understanding and empathy towards the many students, the working poor, and those disenfranchised.

The mentally and physically challenged - fighting each day to survive.

We know several U.S. Supreme Court Judges have failed us - by receiving gifts, expensive vacations, and other favors that Congress mandates the U.S. Supreme Court Judges to report, and they have not.

We, the people, cannot be treated with disdain.

We, the people, mandate the U.S. Supreme Court judges to adjudicate important matters as mandated by the Founding Fathers and in keeping with the Constitution.

We, the people, demand fair play and equal justice for all. 

This 6-3 voting - clearly separated the six conservatives - in the majority - defying the three Supreme Court Judges who are for the people and decency.

We, the people, are astounded and perplexed when large sums of money - and crooked attorneys are used to water down the law - that crooks get away with murder in broad daylight.

The United States Supreme Judges must comprehend that this is the land of the Native Americans.

The Whites are strangers here - and have taken it upon themselves to do as they please. 

For all of us, the Constitution was an experiment - the time has come to amend many portions of the Constitution now.

The Founding Fathers could not have figured out everything - and would disagree with the convoluted statement "Corporations are people too."

Much like the Founding Fathers, who looked the other way regarding slavery.

The Constitution adapted to the times - freed the Slaves, and the rest is history. 

Black Slaves - laid their lives - their blood and sweat - to save the Nation by joining the Civil War and winning the battles for the Union. 

Abraham Lincoln listened to Fredrick Douglass - slaves fought well and won the battles.

Freedom was granted to the slaves, and amendments to the United States Consitution were made.

The experiment and the Constitution served our Nation - Blacks went on to contribute immensely to the Nation.

We all are fully cognizant of and know that the Civil Rights Act in the 1960s again - reflected the intentions of the experiment and the amendments of the Constitution, shedding light where there was abject darkness.

It happened earlier when White women could vote - the Suffrage Movement - led by stellar women and men like Frederick Douglass - allowed white women to vote, which was the right thing to do.

At a later date and time, Blacks were allowed to vote - again, the experiment and the Constitution worked. We must do a needs assessment and evaluate the situation at hand. Discrimination is more prevalent today than ever before.

People of color must be educated on issues - and not pander to anyone - the very fact you are human - you can stand tall and represent. 

Be proud of your ancestors - respect your Elders - respect indigenous women - they have suffered through no fault of their own. Our warrior women and men - are created by the Great Spirit, and those that come in our path - must come with a clean heart.

We honor Dr. Martin Luther King - the leader to led the Civil Right Movement- and brought so many changes - some reflected in our Constitution - again, the experiment - favored those who laid their lives - spoke truth to power.

Blacks went on to contribute so much to our Nation.

Today, the U.S. Defense Secretary is Black - and we all know of Barack Hussein Obama.

His father hailing from Kenya, East Africa - served as the President  - 44th President of the United States.

Today thousands of Blacks contribute to the Nation - doctors, professors, inventors, politicians, sportsmen, women, track, entertainment, and you name it. 

The changes shed light on our Constitution and adjudications made early on - by the United States Supreme Court - because they understood the " experiment " - and shed light where there was abject darkness.

We still have to deal with redlining regarding housing and the banks favoring the whites with loans - and this is where the U.S. Supreme Court must adjudicate - and create equal justice for all.

History has not been kind to people of color - be it Asians, Africans, Latinos, or others - the time is come for the United States Supreme Court - to address justice for all.

The death of George Floyd shook the Nation - the United States Supreme Court must be ashamed that so many linger in our jails - most of them people of color.

Most of the jails stink to high heaven - I would advise the United States Supreme Court judges to visit the prisons and comprehend that the soul of America is being tormented.

More human beings are jailed in the United States than any other country. What does this say about the United States?

It is the same when infants, children, youth, young adults, our beloved Elders, and those with compromised health suffer - the United States Supreme Court judges - are fast asleep at the cockpit.

The students will not lie down and take the nonsense meted out by the Judicial Branch.

Given a choice in the given circumstance and Presiden Joe Biden - the Executive Branch has spoken Truth to Power.

The Judicial Branch has tainted its record - gone backward - fumbled - needs clarification, and confounded. Aho.

The Supreme Court Judges should not allow politics and tit-for-tat feelings - between the Democrats and Republicans to muddy the waters.

Some Supreme Court Judges think they are all powerful - and have become dictatorial.

Judges must be fair, and most importantly, their hearts must be right.

The Judges who are Conservative on the Supreme Court must learn to discern. 

Finetune their moral compass - and stop playing with fire.

The Founding Fathers created the Constitution under very stressful times - and disagreed on many issues - however, they saw an arm of consensus too - agreed and compromised - to cater to the citizens' best interests at that time. 

The present Conservative Judges on the U.S. Supreme Court should be ashamed of themselves.

There is an element of dereliction of duty - taking a shortcut and tainting themselves - dabbling with dubious values to make flawed adjudications.

The Supreme Court Judges must ask themselves - whether they have taken the citizens be it students or the LGBTQ+ community, to a better place - or to a worse site?

The Supreme Court Judges - serving long terms - understand that they have taken an oath to help and bring about harmony - more and more, many of their recent decisions - are a disgrace to the human race.

These Conservative Judges have tarnished the judicial system - the office of the  U.S. Supreme Court - a few of these judges were sent to the U.S. Supreme Court without holistic vetting and adjudication, and therein lies the folly of all time.

Let it be known the Indigenous are here to stay.

The ways of the indigenous are colorful and noble.

The U.S. Supreme Court has lost its soul.

Each of these Chiefs was blessed by the Great Spirit.

Millions of Buffalo once roamed the plains - the Buffalo were hunted for their flesh, fur, and other parts used for many purposes. Then came the strangers - they killed the Buffalo for the fur coat - left heaps of meat to rot - and thought nothing of their act - today they are Greedy as ever - and his thinking - sordid.

The time has come to shorten the term of the Supreme Court Judges should exercise their duties on the bench - three four-year terms - if not two.

In recent years the divisiveness all over the United States has grown and is now affecting the very security of our Nation.

We witnessed this on January 6, 2021 - when hundreds of thugs,  domestic terrorists, and white supremacists - after trespassing Capitol Hill - took it upon themselves to damage the property.

Threatening to kill the Congresspersons, Senators, and even the Vice-President as the Electoral Votes were being tallied and certified.

 

These vermin chose to urinate and defecate, and the world saw this, and this one act tarnished the good name of the United States.

The U.S. Supreme Court, those ultra-conservative judges with an ulterior motive - be it biased - are holding us, the people - hostage. 

Our indigenous children are blessed by the Great Spirit.

Our Elders have wisdom blessed by the Great Spirit.

This is Turtle Island - the indigenous have lived on Turtle Island for over 15,000 years. The audacity of the Strangers to dictate laws and make rules on the fly. If the Justices cannot respect themselves - there is no way they will respect others - it is time we zero on the U.S. Supreme Court that has failed the Indigenous people.

WE MUST INVEST IN FOCUSED GROUPS - FROM ALL OF THE ELEVEN SAN FRANCISCO DISTRICTS - TO BETTER INFORM THE MAYOR LONDON BREED, THE SF PLANNING, THE MAYOR'S OFFICE OF HOUSING - HOW BEST TO REVIVE SAN FRANCISCO.

 

The skyline of San Francisco - the once great City and County of San Francisco - has gone to the hogs.

San Francisco is called the City and County of San Francisco - at one time, it stretched from San Francisco to Palo Alto.

San Francisco has played an essential role in the development of California and, of course, the Bay area - becoming a financial center - and a City with some well-known gourmet restaurants, places for high-class entertainment, and the capacity to hold large conferences - among them the Moscone Center.  

San Francisco is known for its colleges, the University of San Francisco, Golden Gate University, San Francisco State University, and more.

Of course, we have many five-star hotels - and in recent months - we have seen the Hilton decide to close its doors.

San Francisco once attracted many tourists - they could go to Union Square and shop - and nearby Westfield - Nordstrom, and other stores are leaving us - and all this talk of closure - has dampened many tourists - and San Franciscans.

It is safer for San Franciscans to go to Stonestown and shop than downtown San Francisco. 

No one wants to be assaulted by deranged folks, see the dirty streets, the used drug needles - the stench of urine and feces.

We San Franciscans have been hoodwinked by the Mayor London Breed and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in broad daylight. 

Where is the affordable housing - where is the incentive for the City and County of San Francisco to help with the down payment - for those who have lived at least 10 years in San Francisco - where is the empathy and the uplifting.

San Franciso has its Department of Planning - which also has the Department of Building Inspection. Both these entities need to be revamped - both have failed San Franciscans.

Recently both the SF Planning and the SF Department of Building Inspection have had their software upgraded - and both Departments have improved their public relations.

However, regarding permits, the red tape is too much for many. Leading many to go to expeditors who can help for a hefty fee.

San Francisco Planning had to jump many hoops to get its Housing Element approved by the State of California.

The Housing Element spells out the details - to attain 82,000 housing units from 2023-2030.

San Francisco must establish focused groups in each district that focus on housing, education, transportation, safety, food security, mental wellness, Eldercare, Childcare, and incarcerated individuals released, helping them contribute to Society.

We had a great opportunity from 2008 to 2011 to buy homes that the banks took over and sold to folks - not from the community.

We remember those years - and the spiraling of our economy - and how the nation's principal financial institutions were baled out - and the citizens all over our nation - screwed over. 

Right now, we are in the same dilemma - those that most need help are led astray - those at the SF Planning Department, the Mayor's Office of Housing, and the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce - have failed us all miserably.

Millions of dollars were given to the SF Mayor's Office of Housing, Millions to the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and Workforce - we, the people, demand an audit - of how all the millions were spent.

One-third of the Commercial Space is vacant in downtown San Francisco. Sales Force has thousands of square feet vacant - other Property Managers, such as Boston Properties, are suffering. If the focus groups I have mentioned can meet those interested in getting the best feedback, we can attain a win-win situation.

In recent months we have had a lot of talk about Artificial Intelligence.

Those behind Artificial Intelligence have been taken to court. The reason is simply - those behind AI - steal information - for example, I know my data has been stolen - the articles I write. There is nothing I can do.

These scumbags steal artwork, anything they want - photoshop and use it for whatever they want. Leading all the nations - is China.

Communist China does not believe in copywrites - it does not believe in property rights. In China, no one owns the land - the land belongs to the Communist Party.

Much like many condominiums - one can buy your condominium - but the land on which the condominium stands - belongs to the developer or private owner - here in the United States.

Artificial Intelligence is dangerous - because it does not have empathy - try AI on any subject and see for yourself - if the product you read - has compassion, empathy has all the human frailties that make us all - human.

FUCK Artificial Intelligence - that has not been regulated.

It is fitting that right now, some are challenging Artificial Intelligence - I attended the TEDx conference held at Berkeley and heard the speakers - all of them - did not favor stealing or cheating that AI is known for. 

Mayor London Breed brags that AI will play a key role - it will not. AI is an anathema that needs to be reined in - now.

The Supreme Court has ruled that Corporations are people too. Now just yesterday - it ruled against affirmative action. Artificial intelligence is just that - artificial.

To live decent lives, all of us must be educated on issues. 

Let me put it in simple language - we need good nutrition for our bodies.

We need to educate ourselves with the best facts - learn to discern and filter the best information - that is, sound education.

It is a shame that the current Budget and Appropriations Committee has cut funding to the most vulnerable - to those who suffer from food insurity - our infants and children - dipping into Baby Proposition C - our immigrant that are in dire straits.

All those SF City employees making over $200,000 our taxpayers' money - have their salaries cut thirty percent.

Finally, we have a Spirit that in fine tuned and our moral compass m be fined tuned -  our heart in the right place.

Those who are my good friends - from all walks of life - know me as one that embraces all. If your heart is in the right place - I will treasure you forever.

As an advocate, an environmentalist, a philosopher, a theologian, an educated, as one who has traveled all over the world - at age thirty-five - I attained all I wanted to do.

Indigenous women are strong - tenacity and fortitude.

The Great Spirit has given us the wisdom to know right from wrong.

Simple and Majestic.

The simplicity and grace of the indigenous.

In recent years, indigenous people worldwide have come to San Francisco.

Here in San Francisco, we have the Sacred Shell Mounds - where the indigenous were interred.

Many of these Shell Mounds were destroyed - the Whites disdained the indigenous. Up until 1927 - Whites could fetch $5 for a scalp. 

California Governors sent edicts to bring back scalps on the indigenous, no questions asked.

While the indigenous was buried - the entire clan had rituals - for months on end - mourning their own - more for those with a higher rank in the clan. 

As the clans gather among other foods - Abolone was one of them - the Abolone Shells heaped up for years - accumulated - hence the words Shell Mound. 

While Anthropologists and Archeologists call the area where the Sacred Shell Mounds are " Middens " - literally dump sites - we know better - and call the area Sacred ground.

The United States, also known to the indigenous as Turtle Island, was stolen - millions of acres.

The women and children raped and killed - this history must be recorded factually and taught in our schools and colleges.

There must be an apology - or else what goes around will come around. Make no bones about that.

To date, this one glaring fact - stealing the land from the indigenous has not been acknowledged - we have nationwide - 574 tribes listed and acknowledged as Federally Recognized.  

California has the most prominent Native Tribes - some 800,000, about fifteen percent of the entire Native American population.

San Francisco has been behind the times - having stolen the land - the San Francisco Planning Department has yet to learn about the true history of San Francisco regarding the clans that once lived here in San Francisco.  

For starters, in San Francisco, the Native Americans must be recognized, each accommodated with sound housing.

The current Housing Element makes reference to accommodating Native Americans -  for starters - this is moving in the right direction.

California must mandate teaching the true history of the Native Americans who have lived here for over 15,000 years.

Our children, youth, and young adults must learn the truth - and be taught to speak truth to power.

The City and County of San Francisco can do the right thing - but they have chosen not to do so - making Acknowledgement Statements that make no sense - on behalf of the indigenous people.

San Francisco can reference its General Management Plan and learn  - it chooses to muddy the waters.

It is the same with Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein - let us see what happens.

Now going back to housing - we can have focus groups in each of the eleven districts and find out what the people truly want - regarding the quality of life issues. Aho. 

 

THE SF BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE - 2023-2024 AND 2024-2025 - HAS NO VISION, THE ABILITY TO DO A SOUND NEEDS ASSESSMENT - HAVE FAILED SAN FRANCISCO - HAVE ONLY THEMSELVES TO BLAME.

The skyline of San Francisco has drastically changed. Over 40 million square feet of commercial space is vacant. Thousands of workers laid off - technology and construction and more. Our SF streets are filthy, and drugs and needles are everywhere - crime is increasing - Cartels ruling our streets. Now artificial flowers are propped here and there - gaudy and cheap - at Union Square and elsewhere - those in charge - have lost their mind.

One can only take so much utter garbage when listening to San Francisco's Budget and Finance Committee - dealing with our impending budget for 2023 - 2025.

These long drab monologues are a nauseating and convoluted  - failed representation of the citizens of San Francisco - taxpayers.

The SF Budget and Finance committee - kicking the can down the street - trying to make sense of the dire straits facing the citizens of San Francisco - in a nonchalant manner.

All that we advocated for - fought hard for the last twenty years - has gone down the drain - into the cesspool of the SF Budget and Finance's creation.

The most impacted our infants, our children, our youth, and our Elders - those with compromised health our mentally and physically challenged.

Mayor London Breed trying to play the LGBTQ card - we have had a home where some Transvasites lived torched - and not a word from the Mayor and the SF Board of Supervisors.

San Francisco embraces all so that no one lives in fear - and no one has to suffer for lack of sound health services, nutrition, mental care, a good job making a good salary, sound housing, safety while walking the streets of San Francisco - I have fought for all of the above and more for more than forty years.

The SF Budget and Finance Chair makes faint attempts to make things clear - when she is confused and confounded -  more as they do in Hong Kong.

We need to comprehend that our City and Couty of San Francisco embrace all - however, we have standards - and conducting any meeting - requires the Chair to be educated on issues.

Regarding Public Comment and the citizens who care - as the serious items are discussed -  a measly two minutes is provided.

As the convoluted budget and finance process progresses, public comment time is reduced to one minute. 

This nonsense must STOP - considering for the longest time - three minutes were allocated per person, and most meetings were well attended - our constituents being astute and well educated.

With over forty years of experience - listening to the deliberation - I can clearly state that the SF Board of Supervisors' representation has deteriorated for the worst in the last ten years.

Most of the Supervisors will soon be termed out - good riddance of very bad rubbish. 

The SF Supervisors much learn not to speak from both sides of their mouth - learn to be succinct - and respect and listen to the constituents of San Francisco - when public comment is given.

It is disgusting to see the SF Supervisors are busy having side talks - disrespecting the constituents - when meaningful public comment is given.

No standards - manners, no etiquette - not educated on issues - and a disgrace to the human race.

The SF Budget and Finance Committee must represent the citizens of San Francisco - and we, the constituents and citizens - demand meaningful representation, the diatribe of sorts - we witness - today.

San Franciscans should be proud to have proven themselves in the past - addressing issues linked to our budget and related issues.

The SF citizens always put forward astute and pertinent solutions and develop the best solutions. 

Today - most San Franciscans do not respect the Mayor of San Francisco and the SF Board of Supervisors.

These two bodies, the Executive and Legislative branches, have failed the tax-paying citizens of San Francisco - and the time has come for drastic change.

As I have predicted, most of these SF Supervisors will be held accountable now and when those who are termed out - soon.

When our infants, our children, our youth, our Elders, and those with compromised health - more mentally challenged and physically are put in dire straits - we must unite - and remedy the situation.

San Francisco has always been known for its empathy - there is a big difference between the SF Mayor and SF BOS displaying shallow compassion and genuine empathy.

We must not allow lifestyle issues to impede harmony and not allow divisiveness of the worst order - to tarnish the good name of San Francisco.

San Franciscans have a stellar track record - embracing all nationalities and all lifestyles - providing those in dire straits the best help - and wrap-around services. 

Those who have been given opportunities to hold high positions - must take the responsibility they exercise - seriously and serve. 

We, the taxpayers of San Francisco -  will not tolerate dereliction of duty - we see this again and again - at the SF Treasurer's Office, the SF Controller Officer, and the Office of the City Administrator.

The Mayor's Office Room 200,  the SF Police Department, the SF Public Utilities Commission, the SF Department of Public Works, the SF Department of Building Inspection, the SF Planning Department - and more. 

Lack of standards, corruption of the worst kind - should not be the norm in San Francisco - I have empirical data - to prove what I am writing about -  the downfall of Harlan Kelly - he is indicted and in court today - and the Mayor and SF BOS is not only aware of this fact - most of you - complicit.

After World War II, the best minds met in San Francisco to draft and create the United Nations. The world was in turmoil - and San Francisco took the lead and did well.

The United Nations Charter was signed at the War Memorial on Van Ness Street in San Francisco near SF City Hall.

The United Nations Plaza was created - as time passed, the United Nations Plaza was unattended - unkempt - drug dealers given free rein. 

Today the Chinese - other thugs are allowed to use the area to sell their wares - food, household goods, and other stuff given away by charities - they created a large market at the United Nations Plaza.

Whilie conducting selling the good illegally - these same Chinese come to City Hall and gripe over our streets being unsafe while they are side by side - the mules who work for the cartels selling drugs. The indigent Chinese selling their wares - all the time not knowing they are break the laws of our City and County of San Francisco.

The Fentanyl is coming from China - we know this - but most Chinese in San Francisc avoid talking about China and the thousands of Americans dying from Fentanyl - these double standards must stop. Public comment is about speaking truth to power. Those speaking have not read our Constitution and more are only interested in making money - by any means neccessary.

The entire SF United Nations Plaza is filthy, with open drug dealing and crime in the open - for all the world to see.

We must be cognizant that Communist China is targeting San Francisco and our Nation, dumping Fentanyl and other dangerous drugs through the Cartels with whom they work hand in hand.

Thousands of Americans are dying - and here in San Francisco - our Mayor, London Breed, and our SF Board of Supervisors - have yet to have an emergency meeting - to address the situation with viable and sustainable solutions.

The repercussions linked to drug wheeling and cartel dealing have brought the City of San Francisco - to its knees.

The fentanyl precursors come from Communist China and India - the U.S. Department of Justice - has arrested four Chinese entities - for mailing these Fentanyl precursors to Mexico.

Supplying - the Cartels with equipment to make thousands of pills - in all sorts of pastel colors - and moving the Fentanyl - underground - across the border - via the Southern Border and there is more.

Mayor London Breed - she talks too much.

Today we have Mayor London Breed - talking trash and intimidating those that speak truth to power. She should spend more time at her office - and less time surrounded by lackeys - trying to convince us that the ship is NOT sinking.

The Media has been spot on - for the first time - the journalists have chosen to be sound investigative reporters. 

Kudos to you, journalists - shed more light on these scumbags - that focus on filling their campaign coffers and speak from both sides of their filthy - mouths - corrupt politicians.

Politicians, in considerable measure, are scum bags - more those that purport to be followers of the Democratic Party - created by President Andrew Jackson and Martin Van Buren - racist assholes.

The Democratic Party was founded on January 8, 1828.

Today we have Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, and others - who have yet to learn from the blatant mistakes - failing to adhere to standards and with intent working against the taxpayers.

That is not to say the Republicans are better - but it is a fact many Blacks once belonged to the Republican Party. The Republican Party changed its colors like a chameleon. Black leaders then had a choice of the frying pan or the fire.

The Democratic Party is a MACHINE - weak in the knees - as you can witness with President Joe Biden and his side-kick Kamala Harris.

The SF Police Chief  Scott Williams and Mayor of San Francisco - London Breed - their policies have failed miserably.

Every law-abiding citizen can speak truth to power - and must.

Unlike - politicians who take bribes, are charged by the SF Ethics Commission, dips into Baby Proposition C - passed by the constituents of  San Francisco.

A sordid person who says one thing and does another.

The French Restaurant incident comes to mind - but more the trash she speaks - representing the hood.

It is true that our streets are filthy and that drugs are everywhere.

That - Fentanyl kills thousands - is readily available in San Francisco.

That - quality of life issues - have yet to be addressed, and solutions found by the Legislative Branch and the Executive Branch of the City and County of San Francisco.

That the City Administrator Carmen Chu - is just a gadfly on the wall - with no clout - the last SF City Administrator who was independent and had clout was Mr. Bill Lee - I know him well.

Covid-19 opened the doors for all the crooks in the City and County of San Francisco - to use federal stimulus money - illegally. Those who committed the crimes know who they are - and all this and more has caused the present dire straits situation we are facing on many levels.

The SF Budget and Finance committee needs to learn about the millions wasted and how it has directly impacted the General Fund.

We, the people, took it upon ourselves to put some Propositions on the Ballot and won the Propositions - one of them the Baby C Proposition - that passed. 

The Baby C Proposition was taken to Court - delayed the implementation - we had patience - we won.

After Baby Proposition was implemented for a year - all the baseline issues were implemented.

The curricula for early childhood learning, salaries for those caring for our children, and State and Local standards were established.

Advocates and educators established nutrition and other viable and sustaining needs to best suit our infants, children of color, and others. 

I watched the progress and was proud of our advocates and constituents who love our City and County of San Francisco.

Educators, State, and Local compliance experts put strict vetted protocols in place at all the early and other children's centers.

Those who cared for our infants and children - had their salaries taken care of.

We saw a drastic change in the quality of service and dedication to our vulnerable population of color - many women and men working two and three jobs to survive.

For the first time in years, we witnessed parents saying they were blessed that their infants, children, and the parents themselves were taken care of - a very holistic approach to childcare and education that matters.

All - those who fought so hard - and realized they could breathe a sigh of relief - here come Mayor London Breed and deeps into Baby C Proposition - to use the funds for something else.

This one act - dipping into the Baby C Proposition - says a lot about Mayor London Breed. 

I remember well many of the Propositions we, the people were for - the Mayor London Breed was against. 

Then when we won - London Breed was the first one in line - to spend the money - as if she had a lot to do with the propositions - that the citizens of San Francisco fought and won.

Sean Elsbernd represents the MACHINE -  and knows that he could have done better - but does the bidding of Diane Feinstein - who suffers from acute dementia - and must step down. And while we are on the topic - Nancy Pelosi - the one who made the trip to Taiwan - muddying the waters - must step down too.

We have the current SF Budget and Finance Committee fumbling the ball - today - June 28, 2023 - there will be deliberations - we, the people, must stand up and represent - speak truth to power.

We must not permit the buffoons to do as they please. The people united will never, ever be defeated. 

The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, with no clout at the International Level and some partners with autocratic governments, will be invited to San Francisco.

President Xi Jinping will be attending, according to reliable sources.

Russia will not send Vladimir Putin - if he lands in San Francisco - he will go to jail.  

If Donald Trump is on vacation - behind the wall - they two can have a good time - three free meals - and golden showers thrown in for better measure. 

The utter nonsense and corruption have taken a very heavy toll on San Francisco - the Assessor's Office knows this, the SF Treasure's Office knows this, the City Administrator knows this, the SF Controller knows this -  we advocates know who the crooks are - and we also know that only the Federal Bureau of Investigation can follow the money.

 

Turtle Island belongs to indigenous people. This child and many other children are our treasures, and we love them. This nation - Turtle Island belongs to the indigenous people - not the strangers who must learn to behave themselves and respect Mother Earth.

Our indigenous women are beautiful and robust - warriors who will stand up and represent.  Today our indigenous warriors are fighting for their rights - right given to them by the Great Spirit.

Turtle Island was created to be loved - not to be contaminated. San Francisco is unique with shell mounds all over the place - Sacred Burial grounds that our Mayor, London Breed, and the SF BOS have no clue of. We gather from time to time - and wall from Shellmound to Shellmound - and pay respects to the ancestors of the land - and all those who participate in these ceremonies - know the experience and know right from wrong.

We went to Standing Rock and spent time at Camp Oceti Sankowin. We thank the thousands who stood shoulder to shoulder. We admire the tenacity and fortitude of Jenni Monet and others like her - for taking a stand and even spending time incarcerated - the Great Spirit sees it all.

Standing Rock - the unity shown was second to none - it is five years now - and we are still monitoring the situation - we have the tenacity and fortitude and we have the Great Spirit watching:

Time is on our side - once the land was pristine - you could predict the seasons - no more. Time is running out - but those Greedy - have no clue that more methane spews into the air from thermaforst. In California the Salmon are diminishing - at last count some eighty salmon was counted in the Tuoloume River. The Klamath is doing better some dams removed. The Greedy have no clue about the Salmon and the indigenous - and it is too late to site down and make anyone understand whose heart in not in the right place.

Our Elders have the wisdom - more and more indigenous children, youth, young adults - all indigenous tribes - are learning more and can combine indigenous wisdom and contemporary digital learning and platforms and other models. We can communicate with each other - uplifting one another. Indigenous women and men today have ability and the capacity to unite and educate - as to what is right and what is wrong. In the past Chief Sitting Bull, Geronimo, Chief Joseph - others - did what they could and left their legacy. Today, any child, any young person, anyone that the Great Spirit love - can defend indigenous values - love one another - love Mother Earth - and do not be afraid of anyone person - your heart in the right place. Aho.
