CLIMATE CHANGE AND THE DEPLETION OF THE OZONE - NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED ON A WAR FOOTING - NOT SO SAYS SAN FRANCISCO - ITS CAPITAL BUDGET - HAS NO TEETH - A LOT OF HOT AIR.

Here are some indigenous leaders who took on the strangers. The same ones that wiped the Buffallos cut old-growth redwood. Contaminated and polluted the land - our rivers and lakes - and now, at this late date - cannot offer an apology - and are playing with fire.

Climate changes have played havoc with California - raging fires, floods one of a kind, we even had unprecedented snow - thirty feet high - forcing many to stay in their homes - and many were found dead - as they could not leave their homes. 

San Francisco has a budget of $14 billion - yes - billion.

Yet - going forward - San Francisco will incur over $900 million - deficit this year and more in the future.

Billions of dollars have been wasted - San Francisco did not care -charging annually - $80,000 for a tent - placed in a parking lot.

Today it boosted charging $34,000 a year at its Navigation Centers - where congregate situations - impede curtailing COVID - and many women fear being molested and raped. 

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has audited San Francisco - and the answers could be faster in coming - San Francisco spent millions without any accountability and transparency.

It does not matter that the ten-year Capital Budget talks about Climate Change in generalities - with no funding and no strict timelines and goals to attain any progress. 

The bottom line we want to know - give us the empirical data - the timelines, and goals - how San Francisco plans to address Climate Change - and drastically reduce the ongoing contamination and pollution?

At a recent public comment, those on the Budget Committee were chatting - their backs to the public - this nonsense must STOP.

You need to present a line item budget to address Climate Change. 

You have created some fake reports by mentioning the factors - but you put no number - no dollars - to address the issue.

The streets of San Francisco are filthy -  tents everywhere - addicts galore - and many die daily from Fentanyl - what is happening?

Indigenous tribes know how to treat Mother Earth - and even today, with all the hostility, over forty percent of Mother Earth - is preserved and protected by indigenous tribes.

The City and County of San Francisco could have tapped into the Federal Infrastructure Bill and created digital platforms to address the adverse impacts of Climate Change.

We have the best minds in the Bay Area regarding innovative technology and more inventions in the computer field.

Truth be told - those who have authority at SF City Hall - have failed to challenge and keep some technology firms.

One-third of all the commercial space in the San Francisco Financial District is vacant - and some are planning to convert - office space into residential units.

The so-called experts are not ashamed to tell us it will cost those trying to convert office space into residential units - anywhere from $490,000 to $670,000 per unit.

In the interim, it would be wise to ponder - why 71,000 homes are vacant in San Francisco.

Geronimo - will be remembered forever.

Some of us cannot discern. Most need to be educated on issues. Only some can make a sound needs assessment on issues that matter.

Some of us witnessed the spiraling of the economy during the dot.com era.

We also witnessed the large financial institutions from 2008-2011 - being bailed out by the Federal Government - among them AIG, Goldman Sachs, and other central banks.

Did the Federal government come to the rescue of millions - who lost millions of their savings?

Well, we are already in a recession - and it is just a matter of time - if we are hit by some significant calamity - we will witness one of the worst hit - spiraling of our economy.

It is time we realize - how the GREEDY stole billions of acres from the Indigenous Tribes - and have paid them no reparations.

All of Turtle Island belongs to the indigenous tribes.

It is time we realize how we make a mockery by acting as buffoons - contaminating and polluting Mother Earth.

It is time we realize the indigenous tribes were here on Turtle Island for over 15,000 years - remains and artifacts carbon dated.

Here in San Francisco, we once had many Shell Mounds - for months, the local indigenous tribes mourned those who passed to the other side.  

The Abalone shells accumulated over hundreds of years - creating a mound - and the remains are found - many of the large Shell Mounds still exist.

Those who have their hearts in the right place - know this - and pay tribute. 

Before the pandemic - we walked from Shell Mound to Shell Mound and paid our respects. 

We have many indigenous people in the Bay Area - who challenge the advocates - why are we not Federally Recognized?

The answer is simple - if your heart is in the right place - the ancestors will see to it - one way or the other. 

As things stand, DNA worldwide has been used to prove to many nay-sayers - who have lived on this Earth for the longest - continuously as a tribe.

In the meantime, we need to be united - and not let the greedy - who stole the land - do not know the history of the land - do not respect Mother Earth - pollute and contaminate and think their actions count - when the opposite is true.

We will fight for our rights.
