IF YOU ARE POOR - INDIGENT - ARE MENTALLY CHALLENGED - IN SAN FRANCISCO - THOUSANDS ARE TREATED WITH DISDAIN - HAVING A ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD HELPS - WRAP AROUND SERVICES - MATTER.

If one is poor and mentally challenged in San Francisco - as are thousands - we have a population of 820,000, down from 840,000.

A roof over one's head helps bring about some holistic change.

Receiving wrap-around service is ideal - if the mentally challenged receive standard nutrition - for those that are people of color - home cooking goes a long way.

Exercise and extra curricula matter - yoga, meditation, music, dance, reading, and poetry all matter - and all this and more must be given to the one challenged with love and a lot of patience.

Dealing with the mentally challenged - more prone to violence is not for the faint of heart - yet - society has resorted to congregate situations - have models with 15 to 35 beds - and hoodwinking the public with platitudes - about services with any standards.

When Ronald Reagan was the Governor of California - he let thousands of mentally challenged - set free in our streets.

Most headed for San Francisco, where our non-profits like Saint Anthony's. Martin de Pores, Glide Memorial -  other non-profit and churches - help those in need - and have resources.

San Francisco, for example, has the Department of Disability and Aging Services - other SF City Departments that talk in circles  - forget to help the mentally - challenged.

I take my precious time to attend the virtual meetings - and those on the many committees, the SF Board of Supervisors have no clue what they are talking about - when it comes to permanent housing and helping those that need help most - in this case, the mentally - challenged.

Governor Gavin Newson plans to use the Courts to help the mentally challenged.

The SF Board of Supervisors has formed yet another committee to talk in circles - wag that tongue - for hours on end - while giving the public two measly minutes. Heading this committee, Hillary Ronnen, Raphael Mandelman, and Dean Preston - as side kicks.

This committee has no clout - all the SF Board of Supervisors on this committee formed by Aaron Pesking  - can do is talk a lot which comes easy - no action worth the salt.

Our Democracy in San Francisco has gone to the hogs.

On SF Mission Street and Silver, you have the Jewish Rehabilitation Center - it has all the amenities and has been in this location since 1891 - one hundred and thirty-two years. Only those that have money can afford this facility today. At this facility - in a neighborhood with most working-class people - primarily people of color. 

In the Portola District - University Mount Old Ladies was constructed by philanthropist James Lick in 1931 - 92 years ago. They tried to sell it to some developer to use as a Private School - we had to deal with the skunks and got rid of them.

San Francisco is trying to eliminate those who have lived here for generations. 

Hillary Ronnen - the laughing jackass - talks too much - while on every major issue - there are no viable and sustainable results. The homeless and mental wellness issues - have now reached saturation point. She is now in charge of looking at the mentally challenged - has a committee she is the chair - and this committee can hear and talk - but has NO clout.

The way Hillary Ronnen talks about the Portola District, you would think she lived there for ages - never saw her in the trenches fighting for the community - once District 10 and now District 9.

A transplant from Los Angeles, she worked for La Raza - married, bought a home in the Portola District, and before you knew it - she was singing the blues. Mostly wheeling and dealing - Lennar and other crooks.

Talks too much - she should be succinct - speak to the point - and stop rambling for hours - then only will she be trusted. 

Laguna Honda opened in 1866 - one hundred and fifty-seven years ago. Built on the property of Jose de Noe - a Mayor of San Francisco, when the City was still part of Mexico. It was called Almshouse - some 87 acres where people could grow vegetables and tend to their animals. A nearby pond provided water - and exists to this day. 

Mayor London Breed has not left the hood - she loves to hustle -being a Mayor is not about hustling - it is about being educated on issues - she has failed on all the major quality of life issues - safety, health, transportation, education, climate change, the addiction on our streets - and now want the Nation Guard, the California Highway, and Urban Alchemy to address issues - that will make matters worse. The Cartels are now garnering the latest tactics to fight those that will take away their profits. You will see more shootings, killings, and widespread" drank " worse than Fentanyl - not even NARCAN can deal with " drank."

Not long ago - even in the early eighties, one could quickly get into Laguna Honda to help our beloved Elders and anyone who was mentally challenged - as well as many other illnesses.

Laguna Honda boasted of being the only institution that catered and had beds for over 1200 patients - later brought down - for whatever reasons.

Laguna Honda boasted of having skilled nurses, doctors, and nurses and help for sub-acute care. I visited it often when I worked for the Presidio of San Francisco - and knew some patients that needed help.

In the last five years, the SF Board of Supervisors has failed the SF Health Department, which has a budget of over $3 billion and us.

Fifteen years ago, the SF Board of Supervisors and the City Administrator  - the Mayor and the City Attorney - with intent, allowed drug addicts to move to Laguna Honda and mingle with the Elders and adversely impact them.

Four years ago - these drugs addict - could leave the institution - some got addicted to Fentanyl and other drugs - came back to Laguna Honda - over dozed, which became a problem.

Laguna Honda was given several Notice of Violations - Laguna Honda did have an Ambusdman - the State of California warned the authorities at Laguna Honda.

The State of California - visited Laguna Honda and found out the authorities did not follow the mandates - from the Notice of Violations.

There was utter confusion - and to us, the public utter shock.

An institution we held in high esteem - an institution we put our hopes in - had been compromised.

Twelve patients were moved as instructed by the State of California and died. Can we put a price on these deaths - our beloved Elders.

Others were moved too - and they keep suffering.

The present Mayor, London Breed, and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors have yet to learn what is happening.

A Black consultant, a friend of Dr. Grant Colfax, head of the SF General Hospital, gives presentations that say a lot by mean nothing. 

The man is paid $ 5 million.

Today if anyone is mentally challenged and does not have money - as much as $5000 - $8000 a month - to spend on a care facility - the chances of you dying on the street are high - very high.

The Mayor London Breed, the Controller, the SF City Attorney, and the SF City Administrator Carmen Chu.

The SF Health Department Dr. Grant Colfax and the many city agencies that say a lot - cannot do much.

There needs to be sound leadership - more in the Department of Behavioral Sciences - Centers are created for addicts, and millions are spent - NO sound  "needs assessment."

Chief Bill Scott knows that the morale - within the SF Police Department is at an all-time low. Has anyone noticed - public comment - more for those attending the Commission meetings - is virtually nonexistent. The public is fed up - with the SFPD Command Group - fumbling each and every time.

Daily innocent people are dying on the streets of San Francisco.

The SF Police Department is a JOKE.

The National Guard and the California Highway Patrol are now called to help the Mayor, her lackeys, and others who have failed us for over five years.

The Cartels are gearing up for battle - they have over 2000 places in the East Bay - over 700 places in San Francisco - you target them in one location, they will move to another.

They will start wheeling and dealing at night - using their mules - who take orders from the higher Cartel Bosses - in fact, the SF Police Department knows this - but they cannot fight Teflon bullets and drones - and other sophisticated communications - that Law Enforcement does not have.

Where is Urban Alchemy is all of this - they got grants in access of $400 million and more on the way.

Recently we had a shooting right in front of the Walgreens on 4th and Market Street  - in broad daylight?

Blacks in San Francisco openly went to Walgreens and stole - the Walgreens at the Evans Shopping mall was closed - daily, mostly Blacks came in the Walgreens and helped themselves.

The same happened with Whole Foods at 8th and Market - opposite the Orpheum Theater - a brand new facility that could have helped thousands at Trinity Plaza. 

The Mayor London Breed opened a Center to help addicts - a hand throw from the Whole Foods at 8th and Marker.

Thugs that were addicted - would go in - fill in large garbage bags - with all kinds of things - head down the elevator to the basement - and leave.

Mayor London Breed, to this day, has not said a word. 

Carmen Chu, the SF City Administrator - takes NO responsibility - when it comes to the deterioration of Quality of Life issues in San Francisco - adversely impacting our Elders and those that most need help. When will she take a position? Does she want to serve the public - or just speak from both sides of her mouth and do nothing - pandering to the Mayor and the lackeys surrounding her.

Nor does she want to admit she has been an utter failure. It does not help that Governor Gavin Nesom is trying to win browny points - there is no way he can run for President of the United States.

Simply put,  the many Democrats in Power  - Nancy Pelosi, Diane Feinstein, Gavin Newsom, London Breed - have failed us all - their time is coming. Karma.

In the interim, we only must step up and help our families and loved ones who are mentally challenged - our Elders who need help - God sees it all.  

Imagine asking some mentally challenged to fork up $5000 - $8000 monthly?

The Republicans led by Kevin MacCarthy are playing with fire - he and his lackeys have no sustainable and credible plan - and what the Democrats have is somewhat credible - the time has come to put the Nation first - and learn to do things bi-partisanly.

Why do these scumbags like Kevin McCarthy and primarily other Republicans - want to harm the innocent and those that need help most - with intent?

Why would anyone want to target the Women Infants and Children (WIC) program - that millions depend on - take this away, and we would do immense damage and put the lives of infants and children - in dire straits. 

Why do the sordid Representative target Veterans who fought for our Freedom and are now deprived of health benefits?

Why do we want to take away the benefits from those that paid into the system - like Social Security?

Why do these representatives target Education and do not have checks and balances with quarterly audits - so that we do better in Education?

We can point out the dumb Representatives - who must, in two minutes - give their opinion on why they want and do not want anything concerning the Debt Ceiling.

We must think twice - before spending the money, we MUST pay our debts. As I said, we must learn to do things better - learn to discern and have the needs of the people of the United States - first.

Speaker Kevin McCarthy - has failed, and every time he opens his dirty mouth, he shoves his foot deep into it.

Those who lie and think they can escape murder must stop this nonsense.

It is time that we introduce where the Representative takes an oath to speak the Truth before every session or meeting.

It is incredible how these vermin lie - and when the ignorant who are not educated on issues listen to the lies - they genuinely think they are facts. 

These evil tactics using brinkmanship to make a point - full of lies and half-truths are becoming a norm.

As we accept lies - we erode our standards and ethics - and before you know it - as is happening - we disdain law and order.

Slowly we think nothing about our infants and children, our Elders, and those who must be uplifted - and I know this - as I have to rescue those most need help daily.

The indigenous people were here for 15,000 years plus - most everything was pristine - then came those who speak with a forked tongue, President Joe Biden - who thinks he can hoodwink us in broad daylight. No one can fool all the people - all the time.

The Great Spirit sees it all - and the time has come for all indigenous people - to speak Truth to power.

We honored Harry Belafonte - he loved the indigenous - and spoke Truth to power. Harry Belafonte - passed away - 96 years old.

Harry Belafonte has passed - he is with the ancestors - and a human being that was a light to so many - stood tall and represented - always represented the indigenous is no more.

Today when most of us heard of his passing - 96 years old - those of us who grew up listening to his music, his lyrics uplifting those that labor in the fields - those who are poor - those that have no one to defend themselves.

Harry Belafonte rubbed shoulders with the most powerful advocates before and after the Civil Rights Movement - his actions speak volumes, and he was not one - afraid  - to express himself forthrightly.

Harry Belafonte saw it all - the good, the bad, and the ugly.

He watched his parents and other laborers - toil in the Banana Field - and the " tally man " in the song - is the one who wanted the product and more of it - he would sell the produce - but when it came to paying for the labor - a pittance.

Harry Belafonte made no bones - when it came to racism and the incarceration of Blacks - in short, the imprisonment of people of color.

The United States must be ashamed of itself - having the most incarcerated and many innocent lingering in our jails.

In 2023, we are worse off than ever - never mind, there is talk about racial equity and reparations that makes no sense - Blacks are still begging for money - when they must stand tall and represent.

The Whites are greedy - and even though they have so much - they will use their privilege to take from those with little.

We have NO Black leaders, and the Black churches are failing.

The schools that once boosted educating Black children - have fallen behind - more during the pandemic - and no one seems to care.

Harry Belafonte fought for the indigenous - he was not one to be afraid to speak Truth to power. Today, leaders want to be politically correct - need to learn about cultural competency - cannot discern, less do a needs assessment - most need to be educated on issues. 

Today those who have heard Harry Belafonte sing in person, make speeches in person, and had the pleasure of shaking his hand. Participating in his many protests, events, funding raising - will honor and respect his life on this Earth - he is now with the ancestors.

We can stop to see Syria, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Yemen, Ukraine, Sudan, Argentina, Peru, Guatemala - Russia, North Korea, and China - we can go to other places - suffice to say - most of the nations have had their hell increase - and then there is the United States.

Here in the United States, we have one-tenth of one percent that have ninety-five percent of our economy in the United States.

Yet our United States government is spending trillions of dollars on arms and ammunition - and not a whimper from our citizens - and we shout and scream - " we the people. "

Yes, we, the people who have been hoodwinked in broad daylight - the leadership cannot serve the people - and right now, the Republicans cannot even agree to settle on the debt we owe.

Speaker of the House - Kevin McCarthy - all talk and no walk.

We have Kevin McCarthy. He shouts and screams but cannot devise a plan to solve anything that comes too close to solving anything - but spew hot air.   

Once, we had nations like Brazil, India, Russia, and China ( BRIC)- ganging up to form their own monetary system - they failed - we did not have a war going on - like we have the war in Ukraine.

The free world was taken amuck when Saudi Arabia brought their arch enemies to the table using China as a partner - to clean the muddied waters - and become friends.

Capitalism has used dictatorial nations like China and India to manufacture the pharmaceutical products we need in America. 

America must take care of its medical needs and medicines - much like we did before. 

Then came out-sourcing, and all hell broke loose. 

When we put the quality of life issues aside - we fail to focus on love for Mother Earth.

We sell our souls for money and sordid ploys - put hope into the hands of those who do not share our values - we make a fool of ourselves.

We have NO middle class - there are no checks and balances - what we have is a raging pandemonium - waiting to explode.

The January 6, 2021 - Capitol Hill incident will never leave us - those of us who discern and are educated on issues.

One-third of our population are fanatics - leaving most to think that our government which was " an experiment," - is approaching an end.

Fanatics - do not honor our Constitution - and killing and maiming are what they are about.

One either shares their sordid fanatism - or suffers the consequences - like we saw on January 6, 2021 

When we permit a particular segment of our population to control our insurance and banking, the evil forces bend backward to control how we think and act - we become and act like buffoons.

It matters when less than twenty-five percent of our population is educated on issues. 

The Main Media spews diatribe, and the ignorant swallow the crap - there is no ability to discern - right from wrong. 

There is no ability to discern, filter, or verify - nothing whatsoever. 

We must not fall for cliches.

We must learn what some words mean - etymology is the science of words - the meaning of words - we say something, and it means nothing.

It is a shame when one reads some paragraph - the ones hearing ask for an interpretation - leading one to assume - our educational system has failed miserably.

Most cannot do a needs assessment - the look at you - with that blank look - and you wonder - how they survive daily with all the lies, hoodwinking, cheating, and bluffing - it has reached saturation point on all levels.

Few remember the thousands of buffalo roaming freely.

Many of us live in concrete jungles - and survive.

Many die young - from addiction - and if it is not addiction - junk food.

It is rare to find someone who can cook a healthy meal - fast food is the norm - which is very bad for health.

Once we fail to give good food to our bodies - our mind sinks to the lowest level -  and our spirit becomes frail - and this madness is here to stay - so many are stressed out and insane - we call it mentally challenged.

It does no help the pandemic has ascerbated this situation at hand - and our hospitals and other institutions cannot cope with the prevailing - pandemonium. 

We fail to pause and find out what we eat - the nitrates, the sulfates, the phosphates, and the many toxic elements we eat - adversely impact our being - our minds, our bodies, and most importantly, our spirits.

The many cancers, the tumors, the aches and pains, the stress and mental challenges - are now accepted as usual - when we know and fail to get it is abnormal.

The wars, the tit for tat, killing and maiming - the crimes against humanity are justified - the United Nations is a farce - and our International Courts - are fumbling - they want to do something - but they cannot.

The United States is a Super Power.

Many want to call upon some nation to follow some standards or principles - only to find out that it is not a signatory to some treaty, some world institution like the World Courts.

The finger-pointing leads to ploys  - nowhere - worse for those who think no law or order applies to them -  as is the case with Russia - but also the United States.

The man is delusional - he is hoping to hope.

We are kept in the dark while the Biden administration plans to take control of our assets.

We are fast asleep - while evil forces are intensely working around the clock - to create some monetary system.

Few understand how the U.S. Federal Bank came to be - in 1913 - and President Woodrow Wilson.

In a few years from now - the dollar will not stand up - and those who are asleep in the cockpit - will be in shock - it has happened before, and there is no reason - if we are not alert - will it happen again?

 " We, the people, " have yet to learn much from the shock we received during the dot.com - fiasco.

We had failed not to learn much - from the spiraling of our economy from 2007 to 2010 when large financial institutions were bailed - and each of us - lost a considerable percentage of our savings, IRAs - and other investments.

Our Democratic government - our Republic - turned its back on those who needed help most - and to this day  - nothing much has changed. 

If we have one-tenth - of one percent of our population, the filthy rich - in control of ninety-five percent of our economy - and the rest living from paycheck to paycheck.

There is no middle class - worth the salt - left today.

Today the Fentanyl crisis is killing thousands all over the United States - China is behind this plague.

San Francisco is a mess - daily, many die of drugs - drank - Fentanyl - and what have you - and at this late date - Gavin Newsom and London Breed - what to roll in the Nation Guard and the California Highway Patrol - these jerks have NO clue what they are talking about.

China is raking in billions - selling us trinkets, spying, stealing our information - hacking our internet - and all we do is show the world - we are weak in the knees - we fail to understand they are killing us daily - harming our young and other with deadly drugs.

Geronimo, he spoke truth to power.

Our ancestors have warned us never to trust those who speak " with a forked tongue " - there is nothing more to say.

Indigenous - people have suffered the brunt of the thuggery inflicted on them  - while those who are crooks - use their "privilege" -  to practice GREED.

The privileged steal, rape, they stole billions of acres from the indigenous tribes - and KARMA is knocking at their door for the final reckoning.

In the last 40 years, America has yet to invest in the Americans that matter.

The middle class has eroded - and our leaders - think they can fool all the people - all the time.

The Democrats think they can lie and fool us.

The Democrats have failed to govern our nation - with standards, and as far as ethics is concerned, it is non-existent. 

Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi, and Diane Feinstein are gadflies on the wall in California. One worse than the other.

We must take control of the situation - and not let these morons bleed us to death.
