District 10 is a mess - Seniors incarcerated in some Recreational Vehicles - in unhygienic conditions - at Pier 94 - fine sand flying all over the place. The Seniors not fed well and with no Wrap-Around Services.
I met some of the Seniors - they prefer to crash on the streets - abused and treated with disdain - all want is a roof under their head - most of them had homes. The children took huge loans - sub-prime loans - and put their parents on to the dangerous streets. Daily facing inclement - weather.
It is the same with the Navigation Center that was built and created with much fun fare - it cannot be used - now. Navigation Centers became hotspots - linked to congregate situations - and the spread of COVID-19 pandemic.

Secondly, we have now many strands mutating of COVID-19 and in San Francisco, we brag that we have laboratories and hospitals the likes of the University of San Francisco, Kaiser, Sutter hospitals - and none of them - have come forward with resources to test people - and capture the mutating virus.
Paradoxically the United States is 61st in the world when it comes to testing and finding our new strands of the virus.
Third world countries do better than we do - and San Francisco for all its tall and utter nonsense - has nothing to show - in this field.
The COVID-19 virus is raging in San Francisco -and all over California. We have millions of vaccines -
Walgreens, CVS, other pharmacies can administer the vaccines and do a great job. The problem we have is inept leaders the likes of Governor Gavin Newsom. Those around Gavin Newsom fleeing - Mayor London Breed busy shopping, taking junkets, attending dinner parties - breaking the law - congregating. All the while barking at others to do this and that.

The SF Police Officers Association - in the middle of the pandemic got $1 Billion - yes, one billion - budget for 2000 SF Police Officers. The SF Board of Supervisors - not understanding the process - failed in the negotiation - were taken hostage - and fell victim - to the POA.
The Meet and Confer nonsense must STOP.
The people have been begging for justice - and what we the people, get again and again - rogue SF Police Officers - shoot first and ask questions - later.
