Millions of Americans have had to endure trauma - and those who lost their loved ones, more.

Covid-19 is here to stay for at least two years from now - and we know who is responsible for its spread - taking a nonchalant attitude. 

Millions of Americans treasure their freedom and when they make choices they do not like to lead by the nose -  against their will - that will not happen in FREE - the United States of America.

America and Americans love their Freedom - not License - License is an abuse of Freedom. Fundamentally, the man in the White House cannot comprehend this - and must be charged - for crimes against Humanity. He and his entire family - also those minions on record for agreeing and implementing his nefarious plans. 

Most Americans adhere to the laws of the land.  The majority of Americans are in favor of the popular vote. We also have in our Nation the model of the Electoral College - it is primitive and cast a dark cloud on any fair and just elections.

There are some that strongly favor the Electoral College and its dubious Opus Operandi  - we must move and act with the times - and be respectful of the rights of the people - with fair play and justice for all.  

The Electoral College reminiscent of the Feudal System - transferred here to Turtle Island by the British - is outdated and mundane.  As I said it serves no good purpose and must be done away with - now. 

It is time that the Electoral College and that sordid and putrid system - be cast into the garbage bin - and incinerated. It has caused too much harm - and cast a dark cloud on our Constitution.

As much as our present civilization detest slavery - we are slaves to blatant discrimination, unfair taxes -

those in position - using privilege to adversely impact millions -

 -we must create a new way of living where dignity, fairness, 

justice, law, and order are changed for the better -  politicians must

not the many lobbyists, those evil bribing to get their work done -

roaming day and night - the halls of Congress and other offices - 

wheeling and deal and hurting innocent people  - those conducting

the nefarious activities - harming so many innocent people - 

linked to the corrupt politicians - and those evil to the core -  

 in the Fossil Fuel industry, Insurance, Financial Institutions 

the list goes on and on - Quality of Life - matters.

the church, the slave owners, treating the indigenous with 

disdain - that includes all people of color - when those

monuments are brought down - they are rid of because 

the monuments stand - for those things that we do not agree with -

more those things that disrespect humans beings - everyone must 

be treated with respect - all treated equally. 
 

Slave owners thought they would circumvent the voting system and anoint themselves to represent the peasants. Those days are over - and the present incumbent - has already lost and is at his wit's end. 

I have lived long enough to have witnessed and read about many leaders - leaders from many Nations. Today in the United States we have someone - that I do not want to mention his name - hopefully - November 3, 2020 - this person - will be history - relegated to the trash can - his name erased - and his tarnished actions - forgotten.

I served my Nation as best as I could - and never imagined a Commander in Chief who would act in such a manner - that he would shame our servicemen and women.

No Commander in Chief calls our soldiers losers and suckers.

No Commander in Chief looks down on our servicemen and women who have been captured and speak ill of them.

No Commander in Chief would permit infants, children, women put in harm's way - infants separated from the immigrant mothers - children sent to far off places and cannot be located and traced - others treated with disdain and many immigrants - dead.

This Commander in Chief is a coward - and has no balls - he talks too much - and November 3, 2020 - he will be history.

He will be outed and he will be forgotten - much like trash. we throw in some trash bin - to be disposed of as soon as possible. 

In January this Commander in Chief - with intent put millions in danger - today over 9 million Americans have been infected with the COVID-19 virus - and over 229,000 dead.

No Commander in Chief blames others - blames Nations - an astute and stellar Commander in Chief - takes control of the situation at hand -  does a needs assessment - meets with his Chief Advisors - and addresses the situation at hand.

The United States is a Superpower that for the first time had a Commander in Chief - who was NOT educated on issues, had NO leadership quality, and what is important to note - misinformed - always listening to disinformation.

We in the United States never ever had a Commander in Chief who was a chronic liar, a man who does not pay his taxes,  a person who say one thing but does another - who always puts himself in the center of any situation - and always makes a fool of himself. 

Many comic books will depict the buffoon. Many movies will be made about the buffoon. All this and more will never, ever bring back lives - too many lives have been lost - 236,072 dead. All over the United States confirmed 9,402,590 Covid-19 cases - despicable - and we know who is behind this raging Covid-19 fire.

We honor and are grateful to our Doctors,

our nurses, medical technicians, our janitors

all our essential workers - more those who laid

their lives - in the line of duty - God bless them all.

Thousands of families all over the United States

we honor you and God bless you and your loved ones 

we share your hurt and we feel your pain 

you will be remembered -  with the change in government

you all will be commended and more remembered

you all have left a legacy.

these are times - very trying times - where we must keep it real -

America our children, youth, young adults, our Elders 

are confounded, shocked - this Commander in Chief has failed us -

Nancy Pelosi has failed us - she is not a leader -

millions are suffering - food security - and many on the verge 

of a breakdown - no rent money,  bills to be paid - others have committed suicide -

 we must not take this situation, seriously - it will pass away.

better known to the just and sacred ones as Turtle Island

has taken a turn for the worse - we know deep in our heart

 how this Nation and those in the present White House 

have done wrong - from the days of slavery and more

The pain is too deep to go away - the scars will be there to remind us all - for a long time,  bring nightmares - 

 we could have done better - but failed - miserably -

we must nourish our bodies with the best nutrition

stop talking to the TV and be slow to filter what you see and hear

Americans are savvy - and what is more - detect a " skunk" from a far away. Americans are voting in droves - they want a change - not for change's sake - but to have their freedom - do right and stem out the wrong.

Fundamentally we in the United States have lost the Middle Class and those who purport to know some - but are trying to hoodwink us in broad daylight.

Democrats and Republicans - so-called new Movements who jump on the bandwagon -  as in the case of Mr. George Floyd - Mr. George Floyd had NO clue - what his death would bring about. He wanted to breathe was deprived, killed in front of many - and begged for help from God and his Mother.

We have no middle class. One-tenth of one percent control ninety-eight percent of the wealth of our Nation. 

The National Debt is reaching $20.3 trillion -

no one can wipe this debt overnight - and anyone -

one does it will do it on the backs of the poor most living paycheck to paycheck. Time will tell.

This fact is mind-boggling - and no one can make the belief that whoever comes into power - will be able to bring about a change that favors all - within a very short term. 

The fact of the matter is that we have over $20.3 trillion dollars in debt - over 20 trillion - and as much as we can speak in rosy terms - life will be restored to some semblance - most will suffer - the Great Spirit sees it all.

It is astounding how some advocates - shallow and unethical - have used Mr. George Floyd and other victims - to make money - purport to be the leaders who can bring about change. 

Change cannot come without these leaders having their heart in the right place - we saw this when for the short time - the BLACK LIVES MATTER  - was controlled by two young women - who did their best - and then suddenly had to play a secondary role.

As I stated earlier when things come together as it did with the incident witnessed by the world - I am referring to Mr. George Floyd - it was a perfect storm - the other incident in the short or long term - were not as powerful.

Here in Northern California we had the case of Oscar Grant - at the time we were looking at the video footage - we clearly saw one Oakland Policeman - place his knee on the neck of Oscar Grant.

he was killed in cold blood - age 22 years.

Oscar Grant - who suffered from this neck pressure - but was also shot at very short range - the Oakland Police Office - telling us he used his gun - but really wanted to use his taser.  Oscar died January 1, 2009 -  and I wrote the first article and published it on Indymedia.

Officer Johannes Mehserle from the Oakland Police Department - was charged with involuntary manslaughter - the case was moved from Oakland to Southern California. 

To this day people feel they were let down - there were large protests - maybe for the first time - we had a perfect storm in Oakland - we led the fight from San Francisco  - led by some stellar and astute groups - to this day we cherish the solidarity.

From time to time - we gather - as we did not long ago - I have a photograph with Oscar Grant's mother. I have stayed away from large gathering - much before the COVID-19 - for reasons best known - to myself.

Some years ago we had a reunion of Mothers and Fathers who had lost their children - sponsored by the Oscar Grant Foundation - I attended that meeting at a Church in Oakland.

At this time I took an opportunity to take a photograph with Oscar Grant's Mother - who has been on the frontlines to have her son's case - re-tried.

A case in point - on that fateful subway platform - known as Bay Area Rapid Transport (BART) - January 1, 2009. That knee placed on Oscar Grant's neck - has been captured by a professional video camera - a train just happened to stop - the person with the video camera - wasted no time to capture the scene - we saw it all.

We put our faith in the system - we learned quickly - it does not work. We even got rid of the District Attorney of Alameda  - a fact not known to many. 

We did what we could - we spent a lot of money - and we were united - when the authorities moved the case to Southern Calfornia - it did not deter us. The trials and tribulation haunt us to this day - as does the blatant murders all over the Nation.

  

 As I often say and have been saying for the longest time ever - we must protect our rights and foremost our freedom to speak Truth to Power.

We have an insurgence of so-called advocates - other calling themselves experts - what is important to note - is each citizens voting and the " sacrosanct vote " counted.

Many in Tennesse for example cannot drop their ballots. In some places, the U.S. Post promises their best - which can mean anything.

We all need to uplift each other and vote. Each vote counts. You may not want to believe it - but for sure the " egotistical maniac " -who makes his abode in the White House - will be no more.

We all have suffered - more the infants and children, Mothers who must endure stress when we can bring solace to them - as shown by that symbol the Statue of Liberty.

Our Elders in their golden years are forced to adhere to suffering - food security, they cannot pay the rent, they do not get good health insurance, it is the same with our infants, children, youth, and young adults. We call ourselves a Superpower.

Our Middle Class that once was the backbone of our Nation  - we are reduced to the one-tenth of one percent - controlling ninety-eight percent of the Nation's wealth.  

Both the Democrats and the Republicans have outsourced to other Nations and at this late date - want to bring jobs back - it will be difficult with the COVID-19 pandemic - which will linger for another three years.

Hopefully, by the end of 2021, we will have the first " vaccines " - we hope the vaccines work - that the COVID-19 virus does not mutate - our so-called experts are just beginning to learn about this pandemic - one of a kind that belongs to the SARS family.

Never ever in my life have I seen and witnessed a Superpower - created such horrific incidents - over 229,000 deaths here in the United States.

As a superpower, we must be alert at all times - never mind where the attack comes - from overseas, from within our Nation - from anywhere.

Superpowers do not lie, do not fail to take charge, fail to stand up without a proper needs assessment - constantly blaming others - having no solution in sight - fail to do right - it is a disgrace that we have a so-called Commander-in-Chief  - who has NO spent a second in the military - yet, purports to know everything.

General James Mattis a well-reputed General and respected by all - rated him wore than a fifth-grader.  This egotistical maniac is a disgrace to the human race.

We must get rid of him and his fascist opinions and behavior.

 

He wants to order us around - as a citizen of the United States - I do not listen to any buffoon - much more an egotistical maniac.

We are at some crossroad - and all will be well - but, never, ever again - must we vote in a buffoon, a maniac, a fascist - never - ever again.  

We have a narrow window of opportunity - and we must seize the opportunity  - we cannot and should not have another four years.

Enough of a demonic administration -  the many crimes against humanity must be brought -  the man in the present White House - charged - the world must know we are a Republic - we have checks and balances. Even some President who thinks he can break the laws - must be told he cannot - not now - or ever. 

This land every square inch is indigenous land - belongs to the indigenous Elders who have the wisdom.

The Whites are always slow to comprehend the spiritual realm - because in their DNA - everything is linked to GREED.

The worship materialism - they have contaminated the land, the air the waters - what else is left.  Imagine an idiot who does not believe in Climate Change - who wants to control the pandemic  - remote control - what is happening in America?

SAN FRANCISCO - MUNICIPAL TRANSPORTATION AGENCY - CONTINUES TO PLAY WITH FIRE - STOP - MESSING WTH MID- MARKET AREA - FROM 5TH TO 8TH MARKET - STOP THE NONSENSE - TAXIS, BIKES, OTHER VEHICLES ON SOME DEDICATED LANES..

meaningful and focused outreach - our Seniors

and those with disabilities are fed up - left out -

pay heed - or face the wrath of those that fed up with MTA. 

San Franciscans have had a lot of patience participating and deliberating when some drastic changes were made for good - linked to the mid-market area - San Francisco.

 I remember well - crossing from Westfield - to the Gap and seeing Mayor Ed Lee playing table tennis - aka Ping Pong - some celebration linked to the changes being made linked to Mid-Market.

Celebrations took place by the United Nations Plaza - and I say this because every effort was made to have focused meetings - but also to bring together people, taxpayers, citizens - to allow fewer vehicles on Market Street from 7th and Market to 4th and Market.

Many of us who take Public Transportation notice the changes - and we may have NOT liked all we saw and experience - however, it was change moving in the right direction.

We noticed the dedicated bike lanes - and notice less confrontation between vehicles, MUNI buses, others, and those using their bike to go to work, other destinations - contributing to less contamination and pollution - more particulates - if they had been driving.

This was a plan - it was put in place - now, pandemonium has been leashed - to move things around - back paddling  - trying to fast track sordid plans - that have not been vetted :

In recent years I have seen SF Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) failing us the citizens of San Francisco - people working for MTA thinking that they can push us around. 

STOP this nonsense before we take action - the likes you have never seen before - no more nefarious activities and changes for 5 years. The only exception repairs to the streets - much need that has been left unattended - deferred maintenance. 

Stop - bluffing the people - with presentations that cannot be seen on the Television Screen - the so-called MTA Virtual Meetings - drab.

The presenters - who have migrated here to San Francisco - have NO institution experience and less institution history and want to order us around. 

Right off the bat Seniors and those with disabilities have been left out. These presenters and more the Director Mr. Tumblin has NO clue about the Disability Movement - the Americans with Disabilities Act - (ADA) - not once. has there been input from the Seniors or some Disability Advocate - with qualified certification?

I see this happening all the time - people hired bases on their life-style - they think they can push us around - and as I said before - if you do not cater to everyone - who will bear the wrath of those that are fed up with SF MTA - and those who know little - pushing us around.

We made some changes 10 months ago -

stick to them - for at least 5 years -

it will take 4 years to deal with COVID-19

stop wasting millions on plans that have not 

been vetted - who are these decisions makers - they 

are NOT trusted - and let this be the clarion call -

stop pushing us around - when you have nothing much to offer.

We cannot travel without getting stressed - taking MUNI - construction all over the place - on Van Ness, on Geary, on Bayshore, the contractors taking their sweet time - making change orders - and the Department of Public Works - fast asleep at the cockpit.

We here we have a new Director of Public Works - he should be introduced to the Public - his resume on the website - we need to know who is in charge and why there is so much construction going on - sewer pipes, clean water pipes, other infrastructure done - and taking so long.

Right by Kaiser Hospital on Geary Street - the Main Hospital -  it took the contractors 7 months to do the work.

Some two blocks - and they are still working - the contractors do not give a dam about the inconvenience caused to the taxpayers - the Seniors and other disabilities - there is NO one to guide those that need help crossing from one side to the other.

It has been 9 months since the Department of Public Works  (DPW) and the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTA) has been stressing us out.  Mr. Tumblin and his minions - the hires mostly those with life-style sordid mannerism - defying us all - be it the Taxi Community - the MTA has cheated and keeps hoodwinking in broad daylight.

Supervisor Aaron Peskin famous for running his mouth - taking credit for what others have done  - should stay on his own lane.

Stop -  trying to chastise others when public comment is given. You fail to comprehend as do some of the other SF Board of Supervisors - have No clue - what so ever  - what we have gone through and going through - these last 10 months.

We the public -  are stressed and it is not uncommon for those that cannot hold their cool - to say something they do not truly mean - but say it all the same - because it is warranted - in these stressful times. 

San Francisco is not a " first-class city "  - San Francisco has been reduced to a War Zone just go and walk around Union Square.

In areas close to 450 Golden Gate - junkies shooting and screwing right in plain sight - disgusting and nauseating - you  Aaron Peskin and some other few Supervisors - have no idea what is happening at ground zero.
